背景技术

为了使弯折部152的设置不会导致磁路系统1安装空间的增大,如图1和图2所示,该弯折部152的外表面优选是相对导磁板11的侧面11a向内缩进;或者,该弯折部152的外表面与导磁板11的侧面11a平齐。这可以使得弯折部152在导磁板11所在平面上的投影位于导磁板11所占据的最大范围内,该最大范围即为由导磁板11在所在平面的各方向上的最大尺寸确定的范围,因此,该种结构可以保证弯折部152的设置不会导致磁路系统1安装空间的增大。
为了便于进行焊接操作,如图1、图2和图6所示,该导磁板11的侧面11a可以具有向内凹陷、且上下贯通的凹槽111,这样,弯折部11便可沿从上至下的方向P1(在扬声器中,习惯将中心华司14指向导磁板11的方向称之为向下的方向)伸入凹槽111中。该种结构可使操作人员能够在磁路系统1的外部进行焊接操作,这对于尺寸很小的磁路系统而言是非常有利的。
图1至图6示出了一种磁路系统1具有一块对应所有边磁铁13的边华司15的实施例,且该边华司15的华司本体151为环绕中心华司14的环形,该种边华司15不仅便于进行磁路系统1与扬声器外壳之间的粘接,而且可以使磁路系统1具有相对封闭的结构,在此基础上,该边华司15优选 是具有至少两个弯折部152,以对边华司15与导磁板11之间应力集中的部位进行分散,进而进一步提高二者之间的连接强度。进一步地,兼具考虑提高边华司15与导磁板11之间的连接强度及尽可能地减少弯折部152对磁路系统1内部空间的占用,如图1至图6所示,该边华司15优选是具有两个相对设置的弯折部152。更进一步地,如图1至图6所示,该磁路系统1具有两块相对设置的边磁铁13,且两块边磁铁13与两个弯折部152十字交叉布置,该种结构可以实现对磁路系统1内部空间的合理利用,而且可以使弯折部152作为边磁铁13使用的作用得以较好的发挥。
本发明除了提高磁路系统1本身的连接强度外,还提供了一种能够提高磁路系统1与扬声器外壳(具体为如图1至图6所示的中壳21)之间连接强度的结构,这样便可从多个方面保证不会出现磁路系统在扬声器跌落时松散脱落的现象。为此,如图1至图3所示,在本发明中,边华司15的华司本体151设置有供热熔柱211穿过,以通过热熔铆接固定边华司15的预制开口153,即通过对热熔柱211热熔形成覆盖预制开口153的蘑菇头部,进而将华司本体151固定在蘑菇头部与设置热熔柱211的外壳之间的铆接固定结构。边华司15的华司本体151优选是设置有至少两个预制开口153,而在磁路系统1设置一块具有环形华司本体151的边华司15的实施例中,为了避免热熔柱211与弯折部152和边磁铁13之间的位置干涉,该预制开口153优选是设置在边华司15的华司本体151的四个边角处,特别是在四个边角处各设置一个预制开口。
为了便于进行磁路系统1在扬声器外壳中的安装,如图1至图3所示,该预制开口153特别是通向华司本体151的侧面15a,以在侧面15a上形成缺口。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种如图4至图6所示的扬声器,该扬声器具有本发明提供的上述磁路系统1。由于本发明的磁路系统1自身具有较高的连接强度,因此本发明扬声器具有跌落时磁路系统1各组件不易松散脱落的优点。如图1至图3所示,扬声器的外壳通常具有中壳21和上壳22,还可能具有下壳(图中未示出),其中,中壳21用于安装磁路系统1及包括音圈31、振膜32和球顶部33(或者称之为补强部)在内的振动系 统,上壳22与中壳21配合形成具有出声孔4的前声腔,下壳用于将磁路系统1封装在后声腔内,因此,磁路系统1在进行扬声器的组装时具体是与中壳21和下壳粘接固定在一起。
为了提高磁路系统1与扬声器外壳之间的连接强度,以进一步提升扬声器的磁路系统抗跌落性能,本发明扬声器优选是采用上述的边华司15设置有预制开口153的磁路系统1,对应地,扬声器的中壳21上应该设置与预制开口153一一对应配置的热熔柱211,热熔柱211穿过对应预制开口153,并通过热熔柱211的热熔将边华司15铆接固定在中壳21上,这样便可在将边华司15粘接固定在中壳21的基础上,再通过机械铆接结构提高二者之间的连接可靠性。为了进一步提高边华司15与中壳21之间的连接强度,优选的是,边华司15的华司本体151设置有至少两个预制开口153,而且在磁路系统1设置一块华司本体151为环形的边华司15的实施例中,该边华司15的华司本体151优选是在四个边角处各设置一个预制开口153。
上述各实施例主要重点描述与其他实施例的不同之处,但本领域技术人员应当清楚的是,上述各实施例可以根据需要单独使用或者相互结合使用。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于扬声器的磁路系统(1),其特征在于,包括导磁板(11)、中心磁铁(12)、中心华司(14)、边磁铁(13)和边华司(15),所述边华司(15)包括华司本体(151)和与所述华司本体(151)承接的弯折部(152),所述华司本体(151)设置在对应边磁铁(13)的背向所述导磁板(11)的表面上,所述弯折部(152)经所述华司本体(151)的侧面(15a)从上至下朝向所述导磁板(11)弯折,且所述弯折部(152)与所述导磁板(11)焊接固定在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的磁路系统(1),其特征在于,所述弯折部(152)的外表面相对所述导磁板(11)的侧面(11a)向内缩进;或者,所述弯折部(152)的外表面与所述导磁板(11)的侧面(11a)平齐。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的磁路系统(1),其特征在于,所述导磁板(11)的侧面(11a)具有向内凹陷、且上下贯通的凹槽(111),所述弯折部(152)从上至下伸入所述凹槽(111)中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的磁路系统(1),其特征在于,所述磁路系统(1)具有一块对应所有边磁铁(13)的边华司(15),且所述边华司(15)的华司本体(151)为环绕所述中心华司(14)的环形,所述边华司(15)具有至少两个所述弯折部(152)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的磁路系统(1),其特征在于,所述边华司(15)具有两个相对设置的所述弯折部(152)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的磁路系统(1),其特征在于,所述磁路系统(1)具有两块相对设置的边磁铁(13),且所述两块边磁铁(13)与所述两个弯折部(152)十字交叉布置。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的磁路系统,其特征在于,所述边华司(15)的华司本体(151)设置有供热熔柱(211)穿过,以通过热熔铆接固定所述边华司(15)的预制开口(153)。
  8. 一种扬声器,其特征在于,具有权利要求1至6中任一项所述的磁路系统(1)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述边华司(15)的华司本体(151)设置有预制开口(153),所述扬声器的中壳(21)上设置有与所述预制开口(153)一一对应配置的热熔柱(211),所述热熔柱(211)穿过对应预制开口(153),并通过所述热熔柱(211)的热熔将所述边华司(15)铆接固定在所述中壳(21)上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述边华司(15)的华司本体(151)设置有至少两个所述预制开口(153)。
