现场组装光纤活动连接器操作简单,光缆开剥只需一次,施工速度快,对操作环境无特殊要求;无源施工,工具简单,易携带,用于常用光缆;产品相对总长度比较短。
现在通信市场中,常用的连接器主要用于室内光缆及皮线光缆,而并没有专门针对室外光缆或室内外圆形光缆的快速连接器。随着光通信市场的做大,国家对光通信产品的普及,以及与国外市场接轨,与现有光缆类型匹配的快速连接器已经不满足现在市场需求,需要开发更多规格、性能更突出的现场组装快速连接器。

如图1-2所示,本实施例中的快速连接器主要包括:光缆固定装置2、一体化光纤预埋组件3、预埋组件保护装置4、外壳体5和导引器6,它们各部分之间的组装方式为:一体化光纤预埋组件3内部预埋一段光纤,即内部设有预埋光纤303,将圆形引入光缆1剥离之后,其中紧套光纤单元101插设到一体化光纤预埋组件3中,预埋组件保护装置4套设在一体化光纤预埋组件3外部对一体化光纤预埋组件3起到保护作用,然后连同预埋组件保护装置4的一体化光纤预埋组件3套设在光缆固定装置2的内部,上述外壳体5连接上述光缆固定装置2的尾端,上述导引器6通过上述外壳体5将上述一体化光纤预埋组件3与预埋组件保护装置4锁紧和重复开启。

如图6所示,上述预埋组件保护装置包括固定壳体401、弹簧402、卡位夹403和防尘帽404,上述固定壳体401包裹在上述一体化光纤预埋组件3外部,是对一体化的一体化光纤预埋组件3起到保护作用的主体结构,同时时预埋光纤及光缆光纤保持线性不可或缺的元件之一;上述弹簧402套设在上述固定壳体401的圆柱体上,是采用0.5mm粗的304不锈钢以螺旋状盘绕成一定长度的可伸缩装置;通过上述卡位夹403将上述固定壳体401和弹簧 402固定于上述内壳体203的内部;上述防尘帽404插入到上述陶瓷插芯301的端面,是对制作完成的适用于室内外圆形引入光缆的快速连接器的陶瓷插芯端面进行防尘、防损伤作用的装置。
如图7和8所示,上述外壳体5适应于通信行业标准连接器接口,并且其具备开孔的功能,上述外壳体5与上述导引器配6合完成连接器重复开启,上述导引器6是一种重复开启的导引器,其通过上述外壳体5将上述一体化光纤预埋组件3与预埋组件保护装置4锁紧和重复开启。
本实用新型快速连接器成功实现与室外型圆形引入光缆的连接,保障了其低损耗、高抗拉强度及操作简单、方便快捷等特点,并实现光信号稳定传输。
以下通过相关测试参数表来进一步说明本实用新型提供的适用于室内外圆形引入光缆的快速连接器各方面特性:
1、该快速连接器具有较好的机械和环境性能、高回波损耗、低插入损耗,经过测试该快速连接器的插入损耗≤0.3dB,回波损耗≥40(UPC)、≥55(APC)。
2、本实用新型的一种适用于室内外圆形引入光缆的快速连接器,平均组装时间在2分钟以内,一次性组装成功率不低于98%,可重复组装在8次以上,组装完成的抗拉能力至少达到50N。
3、本实用新型的连接器是一种适用于室内外圆形引入光缆的快速连接器,可以使得施工现场不仅限制于普通室内软光缆的现场成端,可以实现室内外圆形引入光缆的现场成端,减少尾纤预制端的投入,大大降低后期维护成本与效率,直接采用适用于室内外圆形引入光缆的快速连接器现场成端即可。
该快速连接器能够适用于光缆外覆层厚度大于0.4mm、外径大于等于2.5mm的室内外圆形引入光缆的快速成端,满足现场重复操作,减少了施工后期的维护成本,切实提高了设计施工质量效率,确保了网络的稳定可靠的 使用,传输性能指标,全部满足中国电信、中国移动、中国联通、中国铁通或广电对于现场成端快速连接器的技术规范,满足于智慧城市光纤网络的可靠性和灵活性。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种通用于FTTX室内、外圆形引入光缆的快速连接器,其包括:光缆固定装置、一体化光纤预埋组件、预埋组件保护装置和外壳体,所述一体化光纤预埋组件内部预埋一段光纤,圆形引入光缆剥离后的裸光纤段穿过所述一体化光纤预埋组件后与预埋在其内部的一段光纤对接,所述预埋组件保护装置套设到一体化光纤预埋组件外部,所述光缆固定装置套设在所述预埋组件保护装置外部,所述外壳体连接所述光缆固定装置的尾端,其特征在于,所述一体化光纤预埋组件包括陶瓷插芯和V形槽,所述陶瓷插芯和V形槽一体成型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种通用于FTTX室内、外圆形引入光缆的快速连接器,其特征在于,所述光缆固定装置包括:螺旋尾套、外敷层夹持器和内壳体,所述螺旋尾套用于圆形引入光缆开剥处保护、隐藏且对圆形引入光缆的增强纱线层固定;所述外敷层夹持器的一端为将圆形引入光缆夹紧的圆孔形,所述外敷层夹持器的另一端能够插入所述内壳体与其连接的部分;所述预埋组件保护装置套设在所述内壳体的内部,所述内壳体的一端外部套连接所述外壳体,所述内壳体的另一端设有与所述螺旋尾套匹配的螺纹结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种通用于FTTX室内、外圆形引入光缆的快速连接器,其特征在于,所述连接器适应于室内、外圆形引入光缆,所述圆形引入光缆由内到外依次包括:紧套光纤单元、增强纱线层和外敷层,所述圆形引入光缆的外径不小于2.5mm,所述外敷层的厚度为0.40.5mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种通用于FTTX室内、外圆形引入光缆的快速连接器,其特征在于,所述预埋组件保护装置包括固定壳体、弹簧、卡位夹和防尘帽,所述固定壳体包裹在所述一体化光纤预埋组件外部,所述弹簧套设在所述固定壳体的圆柱体上,通过所述卡位夹将所述固定壳体和弹簧固 定于所述内壳体的内部;所述防尘帽插入到所述陶瓷插芯的端面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种通用于FTTX室内、外圆形引入光缆的快速连接器,其特征在于,还包括导引器,所述导引器可拆卸的卡设在所述外壳体外部,所述导引器能够重复开启。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种通用于FTTX室内、外圆形引入光缆的快速连接器,其特征在于,所述外壳体适应于通信行业标准连接器接口,所述外壳体与所述导引器配合完成连接器重复开启。
