Description

USB插座 技术领域
本实用新型属于连接器技术领域,尤其涉及一种USB插座。
背景技术
如今,在人类生活中,人们的工作、生活质量随着社会的发展也逐步提高,且电子行业的进步趋势已与我们人类的生活密不可分。
电子信息时代,现今的连接器,传输数据的速度越来越高速,但功能单一,在电脑开机的情况可以实现数据传输或对外接设备进行充电,而在关机后,便不再具有任何功能,不能满足现今的使用要求。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种USB插座,其通用性好,不仅能高速传输数据,而且关机状态下还能保留功能,满足了现今对插座的使用需求。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种USB插座,包括具有容纳腔的壳体,所述壳体相对的两侧设置有开口,所述容纳腔内设置有用于电连接的端子结构,所述端子结构包括端子座、用于传输数据的第一触片组和第二触片组,所述第一触片组和所述第二触片组相同的一端设置于所述端子座上,所述第二触片组的另一端通过设置于所述容纳腔内的胶体块固定,还包括用于与外接插头的壳体抵接的接触片,所述胶体块上设置有固定槽,所述接触片包括抵接部、固定部和插接部,所述固定部安装于所述固定槽内,所述抵接部延伸出所述固定槽、且悬置于所述容纳腔内,所述插接部延伸出所述固定槽、且与基板连接。
具体地,所述抵接部折弯形成有导向部。
具体地,所述第一触片组由五个第一铜片组成,所述第二触片组由四个第二铜片组成,所述胶体块上对应设置四个有用于限位固定各所述第二铜片的卡槽,各所述第二铜片对应卡设于所述卡槽内,所述胶体块卡设在所述壳体上。
进一步地,所述容纳腔内还设置有后塞,所述后塞相对的两侧设置有固定块,所述壳体上对应开设固定孔,所述固定块卡设于所述固定孔内,所述后塞上还开设有用于限位固定所述第一弹片组的通孔,各所述第一铜片对应穿越所述通孔与所述基板连接。
进一步地,所述后塞上还罩设有后盖,所述后盖相对的两侧折弯形成有连接片,两所述连接片上冲压形成有卡勾,所述壳体上对应设置有卡孔,所述卡勾卡设于所述卡孔内。
进一步地,所述壳体底部两相对的两侧边上设置有用于固定与所述基板安装位置的卡位片。
有益效果
本实用新型提供的一种USB插座,通过在壳体的容纳腔内设置有接触片,并结合设置的第一触片组和第二触片组,使插座能够与外接插入的插头电连接,在开机时能够实现快速传输数据及充电的功,而在关机时,通过接触片的导通,依然能够实现电流传输功能,从而满足了如今对插座的使用要求,实用性好。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。
如图1至图3所示,本实用新型实施例提供的一种USB插座1,具体地是USB3.0插座。包括具有容纳腔111的壳体11,壳体11相对的两侧设置有开口,容纳腔111内设置有用于电连接的端子结构(图中未标示)。在壳体11上相对设置开口,一端用于供外接插头(公头)接入,另一端用于供端子结构装入到容纳腔111内。端子结构包括端子座13、用于传输数据的第一触片组121和第二触片组122,第一触片组121和第二触片组122相同的一端设置于端子座13上,第二触片组122的另一端通过设置于容纳腔111内的胶体块14固定。这样,第一触片组121和第二触片组122通过端子座13的固定,能够稳定地处在容纳腔111内,当外接的插头插入到容纳腔111内时,能够对应的与第一触片组121和第二触片组122接触,在导通通电后,实现数据传输和充电的功能。而该第一触片组121和第二触片组122的设置符合USB的设计规范,支持通用的I/O接口,且进行了优化,可以降低能源损耗和提高协议效率,同时改善计算机、消费者产品和移动产品领域的协议效率,支持快速同步移动能力,并能够同时支持光学和数字组件规范,大大的改善了使用的便捷性。
具体地,如图1至图4所示,本实施例提供的USB插座1,为能够提高使用功能,该插座1还包括用于与外接插头的壳体抵接的接触片15,胶体块14上设置有固定槽141,接触片15包括抵接部151、固定部152和插接部153,固定部152安装于固定槽141内,抵接部151延伸出固定槽141、且悬置于容纳腔111内,插接部153延伸出固定槽141、且与基板连接。即通过胶体块14来固定接触片15,使接触片15能够稳定地处在容纳腔111内不晃动,可靠地实现其使用功能。通过这样的设置,外接插头插入到容纳腔111内与插座1连接后,接触片15接触到外接插头的壳体上,而外接插头的壳体11与插座1上的壳体11相互接触,并利用基板与系统的连接,形成一个电性回路。而在关机状态下,由插座1上的接触片15与基板连接并回报系统,外接插头正与插座1处于连接状态,并留有电流供给处于连接状态下的外接插头,以保证其开关机状态皆有正常的功能,从而提高的插座1的使用功能,满足不同情况下的使用要求。
具体地,如图2和图4所示,本实施例中,为便于与外接插头的壳体接触连接,在抵接部151上折弯形成有导向部154。该导向部154具有光滑的圆弧面,当外接插头插入后,能够沿着该圆弧面导向插入,插入方便,插入后该导向部154便紧密贴合在外接插头的壳体上,从而实现电连接。当拔出外接插头时,该导向部154亦具有同样的使用功能。
具体地,如图1和图3所示,根据USB的设计规范,第一触片组121由五个第一铜片组成,第二触片组122由四个第二铜片组成。同时,为保证四个第二铜片位置的稳定性,在胶体块14上对应设置四个有用于限位固定各第二铜片的卡槽142,各第二铜片对应卡设于卡槽142内,从而实现位置的固定。另外,胶体块14卡设在壳体11,以确保自身位置的稳定性。
进一步地,如图1、图3和图5所示,容纳腔111内还设置有后塞16,后塞16相对的两侧设置有固定块161,壳体11上对应开设固定孔112,固定块161卡设于固定孔112内,这样,通过后塞16进一步将胶体块14的位置固定。而且,在后塞16上还开设有用于限位固定第一弹片组的通孔162,各第一铜片对应穿越通孔162与基板连接。从而,在后塞16的固定下,确保了各第一弹片位置的稳定性,进而保证了电连接功能的可靠性。
进一步地,如图1、图3和图5所示,为固定后塞16,在后塞16上还罩设有后盖17,后盖17相对的两侧折弯形成有连接片171,两连接片171上冲压形成有卡勾172,壳体11上对应设置有卡孔113,卡勾172卡设于卡孔113内。这样,安装时,当卡勾172卡设在卡孔113内后,便实现了后盖17位置的固定,同时也将后塞16的位置固定,连接方便,位置固定可靠性高。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,在实际安装时,整个插座1需要固定在基板上,因而,为能够将整个插座1的位置固定,在壳体11底部两相对的两侧边上还设置有用于固定与基板安装位置的卡位片18。安装时,卡位片18插设在对应开设在基板上的孔内,然后折弯,从而,在两个卡位片18的固定下,防止插座1脱离基板,确保了使用的可靠性。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种USB插座,包括具有容纳腔的壳体,所述壳体相对的两侧设置有开口,所述容纳腔内设置有用于电连接的端子结构,所述端子结构包括端子座、用于传输数据的第一触片组和第二触片组,所述第一触片组和所述第二触片组相同的一端设置于所述端子座上,所述第二触片组的另一端通过设置于所述容纳腔内的胶体块固定,其特征在于,还包括用于与外接插头的壳体抵接的接触片,所述胶体块上设置有固定槽,所述接触片包括抵接部、固定部和插接部,所述固定部安装于所述固定槽内,所述抵接部延伸出所述固定槽、且悬置于所述容纳腔内,所述插接部延伸出所述固定槽、且与基板连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的USB插座,其特征在于,所述抵接部折弯形成有导向部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的USB插座,其特征在于,所述第一触片组由五个第一铜片组成,所述第二触片组由四个第二铜片组成,所述胶体块上对应设置四个有用于限位固定各所述第二铜片的卡槽,各所述第二铜片对应卡设于所述卡槽内,所述胶体块卡设在所述壳体上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的USB插座,其特征在于,所述容纳腔内还设置有后塞,所述后塞相对的两侧设置有固定块,所述壳体上对应开设固定孔,所述固定块卡设于所述固定孔内,所述后塞上还开设有用于限位固定所述第一弹片组的通孔,各所述第一铜片对应穿越所述通孔与所述基板连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的USB插座,其特征在于,所述后塞上还罩设有后盖,所述后盖相对的两侧折弯形成有连接片,两所述连接片上冲压形成有卡勾,所述壳体上对应设置有卡孔,所述卡勾卡设于所述卡孔内。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的USB插座,其特征在于,所述壳体底部两相对的两侧边上设置有用于固定与所述基板安装位置的卡位片。
