HDMI(高清晰度多媒体接口,High Definition Multimedia Interface,HDMI)是一种数字化视频/音频接口技术,是适合影像传输的专用型数字化接口,其可同时传送音频和影像信号,HDMI连接器具备了多种用途,能成功解决许多困扰消费性电子产业的问题,已被证明是目前最接近理想的数字接口,其优异的功能可以透过单一的通讯协议,一次分辨率与内容保护的问题。现有技术中的HDMI连接器,其装配不方便、装配成本高。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种HDMI公端连接器和具有该HDMI公端连接器的线缆,其装配方便、装配成本低。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种HDMI公端连接器,包括外壳,所述外壳内设置有对合设置的第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件包括第一绝缘座和镶嵌成型于所述第一绝缘座的第一组端子,所述第二连接件包括第二绝缘座和镶嵌成型于所述第二绝缘座的第二组端子,所述外壳内还设置有套于所述第一连接件和第二连接件的胶芯,所述胶芯包括对合设置的胶芯上盖和胶芯下盖。
具体地,所述胶芯上盖和胶芯下盖相向的一面设置有凹凸配合定位结构。
具体地,所述定位结构包括设置于胶芯下盖的定位槽和设置于所述胶芯上盖的定位凸起,所述定位凸起伸入所述定位槽内。
具体地,所述第一连接件和第二连接件的表面均设置有凸起结构,所述外壳设置有扣于所述凸起结构的卡孔。
具体地,所述第一连接件和第二连接件的后端连接有分线排,所述分线排具有多个分线槽。
具体地,所述第一连接件和第二连接件的后端与所述分线排之间通过弹性卡钩结构连接。
具体地,所述卡钩结构包括设置于所述第一连接件和第二连接件后端两侧的卡钩,所述分线排的两侧具有与所述卡钩配合的卡槽。
具体地,所述分线排的上下两端分别设置有两条间隔设置的分线条,所述分线槽位于所述分线条的上端。
具体地,所述外壳一体成型有弹片。
本实用新型还提供了一种线缆,所述线缆的至少一端设置有上述的HDMI公端连接器。
有益效果
本实用新型所提供的一种HDMI公端连接器和具有该HDMI公端连接器的线缆,其塑料成型方式固定端子?分线用可拆装的分线排固定,一定的间距给线材的焊接带来了方便,使其可用自动焊接机焊接,节省人力提高了产能;解决了产品焊线不良、PCB板时有漏焊?接触不良等现象,从生产制作流程上降低了生产成本,减少了人工的浪费,保证了质量的稳定性,装配方便,装配成本低。

如图1~图3所示,本实用新型实施例提供的一种HDMI公端连接器,包括外壳1,所述外壳1内设置有对合设置的第一连接件21和第二连接件22,所述第一连接件21包括第一绝缘座211和镶嵌成型于所述第一绝缘座211的第一组端子212,所述第二连接件22包括第二绝缘座221和镶嵌成型于所述第二绝缘座221的第二组端子222,所述外壳1内还设置有套于所述第一连接件21和第二连接件22的胶芯,所述胶芯包括对合设置的胶芯上盖31和胶芯下盖32。将上下两组PIN针(第一组端子212和第二组端子222)用Insert Molding插入成型的方式成型,这样大大减少了它的不良率,从结构上此改进省去了传统的插PIN(端子)及组装方式,也减少了不必要的浪费,其次在胶心的规范结构上,将胶心分成两部份(胶芯上盖31和胶芯下盖32),从此结构上此设计减少了它与插头的接触阻抗和高低PIN针的发生,装配方便,装配成本低。
具体地,所述胶芯上盖31和胶芯下盖32相向的一面设置有凹凸配合定位结构,以便于装配。
具体地,所述定位结构包括设置于胶芯下盖32的定位槽321和设置于所述胶芯上盖31的定位凸起,所述定位凸起伸入所述定位槽321内,结构简单可靠。
具体地,所述第一连接件21和第二连接件22的表面均设置有凸起结构201,所述外壳1设置有扣于所述凸起结构201的卡孔101,装配可靠性佳。
具体地,所述第一连接件21和第二连接件22的后端连接有分线排4,所述分线排4具有多个分线槽401,以便于焊线。
具体地,所述第一连接件21和第二连接件22的后端与所述分线排4之间通过弹性卡钩结构连接,以便于分线排4的连接与拆卸。
具体地,所述卡钩结构包括设置于所述第一连接件21和第二连接件22后端两侧的卡钩23,所述分线排4的两侧具有与所述卡钩23配合的卡槽。胶芯或第一连接件21和第二连接件22与分线排4设置有防呆结构。
具体地,所述分线排4的上下两端分别设置有两条间隔设置的分线条,所述分线槽401位于所述分线条的上端,以便于卡夹各导线。
具体地,所述外壳1一体成型有弹片12,外壳1上的弹片12使得与母头对插的同时起到牢固的作用,外壳1的凸起结构201与第一连接件21和第二连接件22的卡孔101的搭配更牢固可靠,保证了质量的稳定性。
本实用新型实施例还提供了一种线缆,所述线缆的至少一端设置如上述的HDMI公端连接器。
本实用新型实施例所提供的一种HDMI公端连接器和具有该HDMI公端连接器的线缆,其塑料成型方式固定端子、分线用可拆装的分线排4固定,一定的间距给线材的焊接带来了方便,使其可用自动焊接机焊接,节省人力提高了产能;解决了产品焊线不良、PCB板时有漏焊、接触不良等现象,固定塞与分线排4间的防呆固定,可使组装人员不会造成误装,且有引导作用,卡勾的搭配使分线排4在连接19条线后更牢固可靠,从生产制作流程上降低了生产成本,减少了人工的浪费,保证了质量的稳定性,装配方便,装配成本低。

  1. 一种HDMI公端连接器,包括外壳,其特征在于,所述外壳内设置有对合设置的第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件包括第一绝缘座和镶嵌成型于所述第一绝缘座的第一组端子,所述第二连接件包括第二绝缘座和镶嵌成型于所述第二绝缘座的第二组端子,所述外壳内还设置有套于所述第一连接件和第二连接件的胶芯,所述胶芯包括对合设置的胶芯上盖和胶芯下盖。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的HDMI公端连接器,其特征在于,所述胶芯上盖和胶芯下盖相向的一面设置有凹凸配合定位结构。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的HDMI公端连接器,其特征在于,所述定位结构包括设置于胶芯下盖的定位槽和设置于所述胶芯上盖的定位凸起,所述定位凸起伸入所述定位槽内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的HDMI公端连接器,其特征在于,所述第一连接件和第二连接件的表面均设置有凸起结构,所述外壳设置有扣于所述凸起结构的卡孔。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的HDMI公端连接器,其特征在于,所述第一连接件和第二连接件的后端连接有分线排,所述分线排具有多个分线槽。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的HDMI公端连接器,其特征在于,所述第一连接件和第二连接件的后端与所述分线排之间通过弹性卡钩结构连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的HDMI公端连接器,其特征在于,所述卡钩结构包括设置于所述第一连接件和第二连接件后端两侧的卡钩,所述分线排的两侧具有与所述卡钩配合的卡槽。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的HDMI公端连接器,其特征在于,所述分线排的上下两端分别设置有两条间隔设置的分线条,所述分线槽位于所述分线条的上端。
  9. 如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的HDMI公端连接器,其特征在于,所述外壳一体成型有弹片。
  10. 一种线缆,其特征在于,所述线缆的至少一端设置如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的HDMI公端连接器。
