Abstract
一种球泡灯的立体电源,包括相互平行的第一基板(1)与第二基板(2),在第一基板(1)与第二基板(2)上分别设置有电子器件(4),电子器件(4)通过基板上的线路进行电连接;在第一基板(1)与第二基板(2)之间通过若干根导电柱(3)进行电连接以及固定;在第一基板(1)与第二基板(2)上分别设置有数个用于安装灯丝光源(8)的安装孔(5)。该球泡灯的立体电源具有更小的体积以便可以放置于灯头内,安装简单快捷,大大提高电源的性能。
Description
本发明属于照明技术领域,具体是涉及一种球泡灯的立体电源,以及含有立体电源的LED灯丝球泡灯。
传统白炽灯(钨丝灯)耗能高、寿命短,在全球资源紧张的大环境下,已渐渐被各国淘汰生产,随之替代产品是电子节能灯,电子节能灯虽然提高了节能效果,但由于使用了诸多污染环境的重金属元素,又有悖于环境保护的大趋势。随着LED技术的高速发展,采用LED照明逐渐成为新型绿色照明的不二之选。LED在发光原理、节能、环保的层面上都远远优于传统照明产品。
LED球泡灯照明最大的市场是民用市场,而市民用的最多的也是球形灯炮,所以LED球泡灯是替代传统白炽灯泡和电子节能灯的新型绿色光源,因为人民用习惯了球型灯泡,LED珠泡灯采用了白炽灯泡的外形,也采用球形设计,但LED灯炮工作时需要驱动电源,现在的大多在灯头与玻璃球泡之间增加一节空间,用以放置电源,其缺点是影响灯泡的美观,使得灯泡的体积很大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种球泡灯的立体电源,具有更小的体积,可以放置于灯头内,安装简单快捷,大大提高电源的性能。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。
提供一种球泡灯的立体电源,包括相互平行的第一基板与第二基板,在第一基板与第二基板上分别设置有电子器件,电子器件通过基板上的线路进行电连接;在第一基板与第二基板之间通过若干根导电柱进行电连接以及固定;在第一基板与第二基板上分别设置有数个用于安装灯丝光源的安装孔。
所述的第一基板或第二基板为PCB电路板,电子器件焊接在PCB电路板。
所述的第一基板与第二基板上的安装孔一一对应,安装孔数量为2至24个。
所述的安装孔包括有具有导电功能的金属化孔,。
本发明还提供一种LED灯丝球泡灯,包括灯头、玻璃泡壳、灯丝光源与电源,其中电源采用以上技术方案中的立体电源,立体电源安装在灯头内,灯丝光源安装在立体电源的安装孔内。
本发明的技术效果在于,使灯丝光源的安装简单快捷,只需把灯丝插入安装孔里,再在上下二个安装孔周边点少许锡膏,最后烘干锡膏就可牢固固定好灯丝,并实现可靠的电性连接;把电子器件分布到二块PCB电路板上,可制成体积更小的电源,应用到更小灯头的球泡灯上;同等体积电源上可安装更多的电子器件,可大大提高电源的性能。
图1是实施例中的立体电源的结构视图。
图2是实施例中的LED灯丝球泡灯的结构视图。
以下结合附图与具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做详细阐述。
参照图1所示,实施例中的立体电源包括相互平行的且相同大小的第一PCB
电路板1与第二PCB电路板2,电源的线路设置在两块PCB电路板上,两块PCB电路板之间通过四根导电柱3连接,导电柱3还起固定两块PCB电路板的作用,在两块PCB电路板上分别设置有电子器件4,如电容、电阻等等,电子器件通过PCB电路板上的线路进行电连接。
根据不同的规格,两块PCB上设计有不同数量的用于安装灯丝光源的安装孔5,如2W的立体电源有2个安装孔;4W的立体电源有4个安装孔;6W的立体电源有6个安装孔,以此类推。两块PCB电路板上的安装孔数量相同,上下位置一一对应,安装孔数量为2-24个。
灯丝光源插装到安装孔内,采用金线将PCB电路板与灯丝光源进行导电连接。此外,安装孔还可以进行全孔金属化或孔内部分金属化,使安装孔与PCB电路板上的电子器件导通,当灯丝光源插入到安装孔内,一方面可以对灯丝光源进行固定,另一方面还可以作为PCB电路板与灯丝光源的连接电极,并用焊料进行加固。
参照图2所示,为一种LED灯丝球泡灯,包括灯头6、玻璃泡壳7、灯丝光源8与电源9,其中电源采用本实施例中的立体电源,立体电源安装在灯头内,灯丝光源插入安装在立体电源的安装孔内。

- 一种球泡灯的立体电源,其特征在于,包括相互平行的第一基板与第二基板,在第一基板与第二基板上分别设置有电子器件,电子器件通过基板上的线路进行电连接;在第一基板与第二基板之间通过若干根导电柱进行电连接以及固定;在第一基板与第二基板上分别设置有数个用于安装灯丝光源的安装孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的球泡灯的立体电源,其特征在于,所述的第一基板或第二基板为PCB电路板,电子器件焊接在PCB电路板。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的球泡灯的立体电源,其特征在于,所述的第一基板与第二基板上的安装孔一一对应,安装孔数量为2至24个。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的球泡灯的立体电源,其特征在于,所述的安装孔包括有具有导电功能的金属化孔。
- 一种LED灯丝球泡灯,包括灯头、玻璃泡壳、灯丝光源与电源,所述电源为权利要求1-4任意一项所述的立体电源,立体电源安装在灯头内,灯丝光源安装在立体电源的安装孔内。
