Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système pour inscrire sur une liste restreinte des candidats à des fins d'entrevue et de sélection. Traditionnellement, il n'existe pas de procédé disponible selon lequel un employeur ainsi que le candidat sont capables de modifier continuellement leurs informations respectives et être de cette façon continuellement informés sur un état courant de descriptions d'emploi/curriculum vitae appropriés. Le procédé selon l'invention permet de créer des données dynamiques éditables de descriptions d'emploi ainsi que de CV de candidat à leurs extrémités respectives et met en correspondance le CV avec la description de l'emploi en surveillant continuellement les changements apportés aux contenus desdites bases de données. Le système selon la présente invention met en œuvre ces actions et affiche les résultats de la mise en correspondance. L'IVRS du système valide le candidat pour une inscription sur une liste restreinte. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'intégration de l'IVRS et des fonctions de mise en correspondance fournissent des solutions systématiques de cycle de recrutement de bout en bout.
