本发明提供的一种即时通讯商业寻址方法,包括如下步骤:
①使用者在移动设备客户端输入服务提供者名称和分类字符这 两个寻址要素;寻址服务器获取使用者登录即时通讯位置信息;
②寻址服务器将位置信息转换为定位数据,通过验证要素、分析定位和判断条件运算,获得满足匹配条件的服务提供执行者的即时通讯账号和相关联于该即时通讯账号的域名;
③寻址服务器将移动设备客户端衔接或链接至匹配服务提供执行者即时通讯账号通信的接口或相关联于该即时通讯账号的信息或应用接口。
所述步骤②为:
寻址服务器将位置信息转换为定位数据,然后进行三级分析运算:
(1)验证要素:第一级运算分析是否满足寻址账号和域名条件,寻址服务器根据使用者输入的两个寻址要素,检索即时通讯商业地址数据库是否授权和录入服务提供者对应的账号和相关联域名;

③寻址服务器将移动设备客户端衔接或链接至匹配服务提供执行者即时通讯账号通信的接口或相关联于该即时通讯账号的信息或应用接口。

(1)验证要素:第一级运算分析是否满足寻址账号和域名条件,寻址服务器根据使用者输入的两个寻址要素,检索即时通讯商业地址数据库是否授权和录入服务提供者对应的账号和相关联域名,此级运算即是实现服务提供者名称地址化可能性的前提条件:

(2)分析定位:第二级运算分析区域定位和关联匹配条件,寻址服务器根据预先设定的提供服务执行者区域、上下级分类参数和授权许可三个参数筛选最佳服务提供执行者,此级运算即是实现服务提供执行者分布可能性的基础环境。

最终选择符合满足三类因素分析运算的最佳服务提供执行者即时通讯账号和相关联域名的最佳匹配,形成用户和服务提供执行者关联状态:

在上述过程中,寻址的核心是通过定位和条件分析获得服务提供执行者的即时通讯账号和相关联域名,将运算功能封装成面向不同角色授权接口的寻址要素和参数分析运算插件theL∩Cinterface,主要功能为:
抓取使用者登陆的地理位置信息转换成定位参数格式,然后引导即时通讯商业黄页授权、服务提供执行者行政区划定位和状态条件等三级因素分析运算,获得最佳匹配即时通讯账号和相关联域名。
例如,第二级运算分析区域定位和关联匹配条件的运算中,使用者采用即时通讯账号登录,引导寻址服务器获取使用者登录的定位信息,具体步骤如下:
抓取:User_Name{αi|Location(αi)}
设定产业链上游{βj|Condition(βj-1)}=true,其他设置false
设定产业链下游{βj|Condition(βj+1)}=true,其他设置false
获得定位和条件因素分析定位条件是:
{αi|Location(αi=j)∩βj|Condition(βj)}=true
由此,可用面向不同角色授权接口的寻址要素和参数分析运算插件theL∩Cinterface分析运算产业链条件影响定位因素。
因此,可通过AddrL∩Cinterface寻址接口获得的客户端和寻址目标的定位和条件,构成具有最佳区域定位和条件因素服务提供执行者的即时通讯账号和相关联域名。
③寻址服务器将移动设备客户端衔接或链接至匹配服务提供执行者的即时通讯账号通信接口或相关联于该即时通讯账号的信息或应用接口。
这里,提供两类方式实现即时通讯融入和衔接选择:
a.寻址客户端主导衔接服务提供执行者:寻址服务器直接将客户端衔接至服务提供执行者通讯账号的通信接口、关联信息或应用的接口;
b.寻址服务器主导使用者衔接服务提供执行者:寻址服务器向客户端发起推送,引导客户端衔接至服务提供执行者的通讯账号通信接口、关联信息或应用接口。
例如,选择推送模式,使用者执行我的咨询衔接即时通讯的通信接口,同时引导移动终端设备(机)语音和消息硬件的响应,实现将传统移动电话和交换机设备功能延伸到即时通讯范畴。
本发明的一个目的在于通过输入寻址要素、寻址定位和条件参数分析,获得匹配最佳服务提供执行者即时通讯账号和相关联域名;引入通信技术协议和云计算标准如下:
如图3所示,本发明引入通信和信息协议示意如下:
开放式即时通讯协议(intoXMPPprotocol)
互联网超文本传输协议(intoHTTPprotocol)
其中,引入XMPP协议的意义在于:形成即时通讯账号和相关联域名的寻址方法,从而成为即时通讯商业入口标准或模式。
如图4所示,本发明在实施架构,主要依赖如下设备实现:
寻址客户端工具addrClienttools:由终端设备,例如手机、笔记本电脑设备构成的使用者操作环境,执行咨询myAsker或查询myFinder需求选择。
寻址服务器设备addrServerdevice:由云计算服务器或者接入互联网的服务器构成的服务寻址环境。
寻址定位和条件分析插件theL∩Cmodule:面向使用者或服务提供执行者分成两个对应的寻址或设置接口控制接入服务的授权安全,形成Web服务器和即时通讯服务器衔接。
如图5所示:本发明在融入云计算环境,即可实现“寻址即服务”的云计算入口模式。
SaaS:即时通讯软件和寻址服务器数据库,承载寻址theL∩Cmodule插件的数据库环境;
PaaS:承载服务提供执行者一直处于在线状态,寻址客户端切换不同即时通讯之间中间件,衔接不同即时通讯之间转换。
IaaS:多数情况与SaaS和PaaS一致。
基于本发明,即可在SaaS,PaaS和IaaS基础上提出AaaS理念,即“寻址即服务”AddressingasaService,成为即时通讯和云计算商业入口的一种新标准和模式。
如图6所示,作为本发明可使服务提供者的商标地址化的一种实施情景案例,投放于如高速公路等二维码扫描有局限环境中,如图7所示,采用如下步骤:
①用户在Android客户端上输入服务提供者名称和分类字符;寻址服务器获取使用者登录即时通讯位置信息:
User_Name{αi|Location(αi)}
Location为使用者位置:中国、贵州省、贵阳市,
输入的服务提供者名称为ch,
输入的分类字符为j,
分类采用国际产业经济活动分类标准(ISIC),则据此查出服务提供者属于信息产业,表示国际产业分类第一级字符参数是英文字母j,即是:
Category(ISIC)={Section|=j}
假定服务提供者和服务提供执行者的关联域名均为准单字符域名:0a0.mobi,0b0.mobi,0b0.mobi,…0z0.mobi,
因此服务提供者即时通讯账号和相关联的域名为:
ID_Service:ch@0j0.mobi
Domain_Service:ch.0j0.mobi
②寻址服务器将位置信息转换为定位数据,通过验证要素、分析定位和判断条件运算,获得满足匹配条件的服务提供执行者的即时通讯账号和相关联于该即时通讯账号的域名:
寻址服务器根据服务提供者区域和条件参数:

进行运算,其中:
Location(αi)|={cn,55,00,01andon}
这里,55、00、01分别表示:中国,贵州省,贵阳市,行政区;
通过定位抓取转换国家标志和邮政编码是cn,550001;状态是在线,选择表示字符on。
Condition(βj)|={j,1,1,0and01}
此处用1代表true,用0代表false,
参数满足:授权、录入黄页、具备地区和省级城市服务中心、不具备低于市级的相关上下级分类应用和服务、处于在线供服务绑定状态,则有:

由此,最终唯一确定的服务提供执行者即时通讯账号和相关联域名为:

③寻址服务器将移动设备客户端衔接或链接至匹配服务提供执 行者的即时通讯账号通信接口或相关联于该即时通讯账号的信息或应用接口:
此时由客户端选择寻址按键,如点击我的咨询(myAsker)按键,则将移动设备客户端衔接到服务提供执行者通讯账号的通讯接口ch{cn,550000,01}@0j0.mobi,从而建立客户端至服务提供执行者的通讯连接;如点击我的咨询(myFinder)按键,则将移动设备客户端链接到服务提供执行者的关联信息或应用的接口ch{cn,550000,01}.0j0.mobi。
如图7所示,作为上述本发明案例补充说明:使用者看到广告牌上商ch标和代表分类英文字母j,然后登录寻址客户端,输入ch和j,获得中国贵州省贵阳市的服务提供执行者通信和信息接口。
由此,本发明具有两个方面深远意义:
商标地址化:由线下商标引导线上地址标志,将是移动即时通讯和大数据时代,具有商业内涵的即时通讯入口将成为未来企业信息战略竞争焦点,也将是呼叫中心升级在线托管服务业态改变关键要素之一;
安全新机制:由寻址客户端和环球品牌黄页数据构成类似电话机的全球唯一入口的即时通讯商业总机,将是改变目前承担责任主体新安全授权机制要素之一。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种即时通讯商业寻址方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
    ①使用者在移动设备客户端输入服务提供者名称和分类字符这两个寻址要素;寻址服务器获取使用者登录即时通讯位置信息;
    ②寻址服务器将位置信息转换为定位数据,通过验证要素、分析定位和判断条件运算,获得满足匹配条件的服务提供执行者的即时通讯账号和相关联于该即时通讯账号的域名;
    ③寻址服务器将移动设备客户端衔接或链接至匹配服务提供执行者即时通讯账号通信的接口或相关联于该即时通讯账号的信息或应用接口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的即时通讯商业寻址方法,其特征在于:所述步骤②为:
    寻址服务器将位置信息转换为定位数据,然后进行三级分析运算:
    (1)验证要素:第一级运算分析是否满足寻址账号和域名条件,寻址服务器根据使用者输入的两个寻址要素,检索即时通讯商业地址数据库是否授权和录入服务提供者对应的账号和相关联域名;
    (2)分析定位:第二级运算分析区域定位和关联匹配条件,寻址服务器根据预先设定的提供服务执行者区域、上下级分类参数和授权许可三个参数筛选最佳服务提供执行者;
    (3)判断条件:第三级运算分析服务提供执行者状态,是否满足被服务提供者授权绑定、是否处于在线状态及具备应用和数据通道条件参数。
    最终获得满足匹配条件的服务提供执行者即时通讯账号和相关 联域名,进入衔接准备状态。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的即时通讯商业寻址方法,其特征在于:使用者在移动设备客户端选择寻址按键,寻址按键包括我的咨询按键和我的查询按键:
    如果选择为我的咨询按键,则将移动设备客户端衔接至匹配服务提供执行者即时通讯账号的通信接口;
    如果选择为我的查询按键,则将移动设备客户端链接至相关联于该即时通讯账号的信息或应用接口。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的即时通讯商业寻址方法,其特征在于:所述位置信息为卫星定位数据和无线网络接入地址中一种或两种组合。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的即时通讯商业寻址方法,其特征在于:所述步骤③中衔接通过如下两种方式之一实现:
    a.寻址客户端主导衔接服务提供执行者:寻址服务器直接将客户端衔接至服务提供执行者通讯账号的通信接口、关联信息或应用的接口;
    b.寻址服务器主导使用者衔接服务提供执行者:寻址服务器向客户端发起推送,引导客户端衔接至服务提供执行者的通讯账号通信接口、关联信息或应用接口。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的即时通讯商业寻址方法,其特征在于:所述服务提供执行者由服务提供者授权确定。
