Abstract
本发明公开了一种节目信息的播放方法及装置,所述节目信息的播放方法包括:当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流中的场景参数及特征参数;获取所述终端的特征参数,当所述终端的特征参数与所述传输流中的特征参数相同时,按照所述场景参数设置所述终端的播放场景并播放所述录制的节目信息。本发明在播放录制的节目信息时,不需要进行二次设置就能得到较好的播放效果,操作方便。
Description
本发明涉及数字电视技术领域,尤其涉及一种节目信息的播放方法及装置。
个人视频录像(Personal video recorder,PVR)技术可以实现数字节目信号录制并存储为多媒体文件,可以在录制的终端或者其他终端的多媒体应用上进行播放。
目前,个人视频录像技术只能将录制的节目码流的PSI/SI数据存储在多媒体文件中,并未将用户已经调整好的一些播放参数进行刻录,例如音效、图效、语言、字幕设置等,且也未能在多媒体文件中携带本机的设备相关的信息,例如本机的项目名称、产品序列号等。这样,当所刻录的多媒体文件在本机或者其他终端上播放时,需要重新调整音效、图效等播放参数,使得这些参数与录制时的一样才能得到较好的播放效果,调整较麻烦;另外,不同的终端适用的参数往往不同,例如在卖场或者展会中,有若干台同一品牌机器上同时需要播放该刻录的多媒体文件时,需要花费较多的人力及时间进行调整,操作不方便。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种节目信息的播放方法及装置,旨在解决播放录制的个人视频录像时调整相关的参数较麻烦的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种节目信息的播放方法,所述节目信息的播放方法包括:
当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流中的场景参数及特征参数;
获取所述终端的特征参数,当所述终端的特征参数与所述传输流中的特征参数相同时,按照所述场景参数设置所述终端的播放场景并播放所述录制的节目信息;
当所述终端的特征参数与所述传输流中的特征参数不相同时,根据所述传输流中的特征信息判断所述录制的节目信息是否为公有播放的节目信息;
若是,则按照所述场景参数设置所述终端的播放场景并播放所述录制的节目信息;否则禁止播放所述录制的节目信息。
优选地,所述当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流中的场景参数及特征参数的步骤之前包括:
当开始录制时,获取录制时的场景参数及本机的特征参数;
获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,将所述场景参数及特征参数编辑至所述传输流中并输出。
优选地,所述获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,将所述场景参数及特征参数编辑至所述传输流中并输出的步骤包括:
获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,获取所述传输流中的NIT表及PID表;

优选地,还包括:
当所述终端的特征参数与所述传输流中的特征参数不相同时,根据所述传输流中的特征信息判断所述录制的节目信息是否为公有播放的节目信息;
若是,则按照所述场景参数设置所述终端的播放场景并播放所述录制的节目信息;否则禁止播放所述录制的节目信息。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种节目信息的播放装置,所述

第一获取模块,用于当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流中的场景参数及特征参数;
第一播放模块,用于获取所述终端的特征参数,当所述终端的特征参数与所述传输流中的特征参数相同时,按照所述场景参数设置所述终端的播放场景并播放所述录制的节目信息。
优选地,所述节目信息的播放装置还包括:
第二获取模块,用于当开始录制时,获取录制时的场景参数及本机的特征参数;
编辑模块,用于获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,将所述场景参数及特征参数编辑至所述传输流中并输出。

优选地,所述节目信息的播放装置还包括:
判断模块,用于当所述终端的特征参数与所述传输流中的特征参数不相同时,根据所述传输流中的特征信息判断所述录制的节目信息是否为公有播

第二播放模块,用于若是公有播放的节目信息,则按照所述场景参数设置所述终端的播放场景并播放所述录制的节目信息;
禁止播放模块,用于若是非公有播放的节目信息,则禁止播放所述录制的节目信息。
本发明一种节目信息的播放方法及装置,在刻录节目信息时即已经将刻录时的场景参数及特征参数编辑到传输流中,这样,终端在播放节目信息时,首先判断自身的特征参数是否与传输流中的特征参数相同,如果相同,则认为在该终端上进行节目的刻录及播放,而不是在一个终端上刻录节目信息,而在另一终端上播放所刻录的节目信息,终端在准备播放时,自动将播放时的场景参数设置为与传输流中的场景参数一致,重现录制时的场景,这样,用户不需要进行二次设置,且能得到较好的播放效果,操作方便。

本发明提供一种节目信息的播放方法,参照图1,在一实施例中,该节目信息的播放方法包括:
步骤S101,当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流中的场景参数及特征参数;
本实施例中,终端优选为电视机,终端播放通过个人视频录像技术录制的节目信息,节目信息中在录制时已经将录制时的场景参数及录制终端本机的特征参数编辑至对应的传输流中,其中,场景参数及特征参数可以特定文件的形式存在于传输流中,或者以其他的形式存在于传输流中。
其中,录制时的场景参数由录制人员进行设置,包括:音效参数、图效参数、语言参数及字幕设置的相关参数等;录制终端本机的特征参数包括终端本机的项目名称、产品序列、产品型号等。
本实施例中,终端在准备播放录制的节目信息时,解析节目信息的传输流,并获取传输流中的场景参数及特征参数。
本实施例中,录制的节目信息可以在录制终端上播放,也可以在其他终端上播放,例如可以在节目信息录制后存储在存储设备中,然后存储设备作为播放终端的USB信源进行播放。
步骤S102,获取所述终端的特征参数,当所述终端的特征参数与所述传输流中的特征参数相同时,按照所述场景参数设置所述终端的播放场景并播放所述录制的节目信息。
本实施例中,终端在准备播放录制的节目信息时,获取该终端自身的特征参数,例如该终端的产品型号为55F9900,产品序列为20150322。
在终端获取自身的特征参数后,将自身的特征参数与传输流中的特征参数进行比较,如果两者相同,则表明该节目信息是在录制终端上播放所录制的节目信息;如果两者不相同,则节目信息是存储在存储设备中后,在其他的终端上播放。
本实施例如果终端的特征参数与传输流中的特征参数相同,则自动将终端当前的场景参数设置为与传输流中的场景参数相同,例如当传输流中的场景参数为:图效-明亮、音量-50、语言-中文等,则将终端的图效、音量及语言分别设为明亮、50及中文,具体地,终端根据场景参数进行设置时,终端
调用音量相关功能接口,设置当前音量寄存器为50;调用字库文件,将用户界面的文字设置成中文,将当前音轨和字幕流切换成中文;调用图效接口,将图效寄存器设置成明亮效果,然后终端自动进行刷新,实现场景参数的设置。
另外,在播放时,若用户调整场景参数,则终端可以新增场景参数,或者以调整后的场景参数覆盖当前的场景参数。
本实施例如果录制与播放在同一终端上执行,则在播放时可以使用录制时设定的相关场景参数,从而使得在播放时,用户无需进行二次参数设置。
与现有技术相比,本实施例在刻录节目信息时即已经将刻录时的场景参数及特征参数编辑到传输流中,这样,终端在播放节目信息时,首先判断自身的特征参数是否与传输流中的特征参数相同,如果相同,则认为在该终端上进行节目的刻录及播放,而不是在一个终端上刻录节目信息,而在另一终端上播放所刻录的节目信息,终端在准备播放时,自动将播放时的场景参数设置为与传输流中的场景参数一致,重现录制时的场景,这样,用户不需要进行二次设置,且能得到较好的播放效果,操作方便。
在一优选的实施例中,如图2所示,在上述图1的实施例的基础上,在上述步骤S101之前还包括:
步骤S201,当开始录制时,获取录制时的场景参数及本机的特征参数;
步骤S202,获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,将所述场景参数及特征参数编辑至所述传输流中并输出。
本实施例中,当开始录制节目信息时,用户在录制终端上设置录制时的场景参数,终端接收到场景参数后才录制节目信息,在录制结束时,将场景参数及特征参数编辑至录制的节目信息的传输流中并输出。
在一优选的实施例中,如图3所示,在上述图2的实施例的基础上,上述步骤S202包括:
步骤S2021,获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,获取所述传输流中的NIT表及PID表;
步骤S2022,根据所述场景参数及特征参数定义特征文件;
步骤S2023,对所述特征文件进行编码及打包,创建所述特征文件打包后对应的特定的PID;
步骤S2024,在所述NIT表中编辑指向所述特定的PID的描述符,将所述特定的PID编辑至所述PID表中;
步骤S2025,输出包含编辑后的PID表、编辑后的NIT表及特征文件的节目信息。
本实施例在录制结束时,获取录制的节目信息的传输流中的NIT表及PID表,根据场景参数及特征参数定义特征文件,其中定义特征文件主要定义特征参数的特征头及场景参数,形成特征文件。

根据所定义的表1及表2形成特征文件,对特征文件进行编码及打包,得到特征文件的PID。
其中,可以先获取传输流中所有的PID,插入一个数组队列中,将此数组中的元素进行排序(优选从小到大),特征文件的PID即为此数组中元素的最大值N+1,即特征文件的PID唯一存在,这样形成PID表。排序后的数组如

这样,特征文件的PID为200,200即为上述所创建的特征文件打包后对应的特定的PID。
然后,在NIT表中新增定义了一个链接描述符(简称Linkage_Descriptor),其结构如下表4:

NIT表中的链接描述符指向上述特定的PID,然后,将编辑后的PID表、编辑后的NIT表及特征文件通过传输流复合器,重新生成新的传输流输出。
本实施例通过对录制后的码流的NIT表进行重新编辑,定义相关链接描述符指向特征文件所在的PID,并将特征文件作为一路基本流嵌入进PVR多媒体文件中,当播放PVR多媒体文件时,通过读取特征文件,从而实现场景参数的智能设定,在播放时重现节目信息录制时的状态,免除了二次设置参数的不便。
在一优选的实施例中,如图4所示,在上述图3的实施例的基础上,上述步骤S101包括:
步骤S1011,当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流的NIT表中的描述符、PID表中特定的PID;
步骤S1012,当所述描述符与所述特定的PID一致时,获取所述传输流中与所述特定的PID对应的特征文件,获取所述特征文件中的所述场景参数及特征参数。
本实施例中,当终端播放录制的节目信息时,终端执行回播流程,首先,解析传输流,获取传输流中的NIT表中的描述符、PID表中特定的PID,将描述符与特定的PID进行比较,如果两者不一致,则提示用户未刻录录制时的场景参数,可能用户需要手动设置。
如果两者一致,则解析正确,解析得到传输流中与特定的PID对应的特征文件,解析特征文件的特征头获取特征参数,并进一步解析特征文件得到场景参数。
在一优选的实施例中,如图5所示,在上述图1的实施例的基础上,该节目信息的播放方法还包括:
步骤S203,判断终端的特征参数与传输流中的特征参数是否相同,若是,则进入步骤S102,否则进入步骤S204;
步骤S204,判断所述录制的节目信息是否为公有播放的节目信息;若是,则进入步骤S102,否则进入步骤S205;
步骤S205,禁止播放所述录制的节目信息。
本实施例中,如果终端的特征参数与传输流中的特征参数相同,则是在录制的终端上播放节目信息;如果终端的特征参数与传输流中的特征参数不相同,则是在其他的终端(非录制终端)上播放节目信息。
本实施例中,特征参数中还包括公有标志位,如上述表1所示,公有标志位为1表示可在其它终端上播放;公有标志位为0表示私有,禁止在其它终端上进行播放。通过这种方式,可以对录制的节目信息进行加密保护。
本发明还提供一种节目信息的播放装置,如图6所示,在一实施例中,节目信息的播放装置包括:
第一获取模块101,用于当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流中的场景参数及特征参数;

的节目信息,节目信息中在录制时已经将录制时的场景参数及录制终端本机的特征参数编辑至对应的传输流中,其中,场景参数及特征参数可以特定文件的形式存在于传输流中,或者以其他的形式存在于传输流中。
其中,录制时的场景参数由录制人员进行设置,包括:音效参数、图效参数、语言参数及字幕设置的相关参数等;录制终端本机的特征参数包括终端本机的项目名称、产品序列、产品型号等。
本实施例中,终端在准备播放录制的节目信息时,解析节目信息的传输流,并获取传输流中的场景参数及特征参数。
本实施例中,录制的节目信息可以在录制终端上播放,也可以在其他终端上播放,例如可以在节目信息录制后存储在存储设备中,然后存储设备作为播放终端的USB信源进行播放。

在一优选的实施例中,如图8所示,在上述图7的实施例的基础上,所述编辑模块202包括:
获取单元2021,用于获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,获取所述传输流中的NIT表及PID表;
定义单元2022,用于根据所述场景参数及特征参数定义特征文件;
创建单元2023,用于对所述特征文件进行编码及打包,创建所述特征文件打包后对应的特定的PID;
编辑单元2024,用于在所述NIT表中编辑指向所述特定的PID的描述符,将所述特定的PID编辑至所述PID表中;
输出单元2025,用于输出包含编辑后的PID表、编辑后的NIT表及特征
文件的节目信息。
本实施例在录制结束时,获取录制的节目信息的传输流中的NIT表及PID表,根据场景参数及特征参数定义特征文件,其中定义特征文件主要定义特征参数的特征头及场景参数,形成特征文件。

根据所定义的表1及表2形成特征文件,对特征文件进行编码及打包,得到特征文件的PID。

本实施例通过对录制后的码流的NIT表进行重新编辑,定义相关链接描述符指向特征文件所在的PID,并将特征文件作为一路基本流嵌入进PVR多媒体文件中,当播放PVR多媒体文件时,通过读取特征文件,从而实现场景参数的智能设定,在播放时重现节目信息录制时的状态,免除了二次设置参数的不便。
在一优选的实施例中,如图9所示,在上述图8的实施例的基础上,第一获取模块101包括:
第一获取单元1011,用于当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流的NIT表中的描述符、PID表中特定的PID;
第二获取单元1012,用于当所述描述符与所述特定的PID一致时,获取所述传输流中与所述特定的PID对应的特征文件,获取所述特征文件中的所
述场景参数及特征参数。
本实施例中,当终端播放录制的节目信息时,终端执行回播流程,首先,解析传输流,获取传输流中的NIT表中的描述符、PID表中特定的PID,将描述符与特定的PID进行比较,如果两者不一致,则提示用户未刻录录制时的场景参数,可能用户需要手动设置。
如果两者一致,则解析正确,解析得到传输流中与特定的PID对应的特征文件,解析特征文件的特征头获取特征参数,并进一步解析特征文件得到场景参数。
在一优选的实施例中,如图10所示,在上述图6的实施例的基础上,所述节目信息的播放装置还包括:
判断模块203,用于当所述终端的特征参数与所述传输流中的特征参数不相同时,根据所述传输流中的特征信息判断所述录制的节目信息是否为公有播放的节目信息;
第二播放模块204,用于若是公有播放的节目信息,则按照所述场景参数设置所述终端的播放场景并播放所述录制的节目信息;
禁止播放模块205,用于若是非公有播放的节目信息,则禁止播放所述录制的节目信息。
本实施例中,如果终端的特征参数与传输流中的特征参数相同,则是在录制的终端上播放节目信息;如果终端的特征参数与传输流中的特征参数不相同,则是在其他的终端(非录制终端)上播放节目信息。
本实施例中,特征参数中还包括公有标志位,如上述表1所示,公有标志位为1表示可在其它终端上播放;公有标志位为0表示私有,禁止在其它终端上进行播放。通过这种方式,可以对录制的节目信息进行加密保护。

Claims (16)
- 一种节目信息的播放方法,其特征在于,所述节目信息的播放方法包括:当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流中的场景参数及特征参数;获取所述终端的特征参数,当所述终端的特征参数与所述传输流中的特征参数相同时,按照所述场景参数设置所述终端的播放场景并播放所述录制的节目信息;当所述终端的特征参数与所述传输流中的特征参数不相同时,根据所述传输流中的特征信息判断所述录制的节目信息是否为公有播放的节目信息;若是,则按照所述场景参数设置所述终端的播放场景并播放所述录制的节目信息;否则禁止播放所述录制的节目信息。
- 如权利要求1所述的节目信息的播放方法,其特征在于,所述当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流中的场景参数及特征参数的步骤之前包括:当开始录制时,获取录制时的场景参数及本机的特征参数;获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,将所述场景参数及特征参数编辑至所述传输流中并输出。
- 如权利要求2所述的节目信息的播放方法,其特征在于,所述获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,将所述场景参数及特征参数编辑至所述传输流中并输出的步骤包括:获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,获取所述传输流中的NIT表及PID表;根据所述场景参数及特征参数定义特征文件;对所述特征文件进行编码及打包,创建所述特征文件打包后对应的特定的PID;在所述NIT表中编辑指向所述特定的PID的描述符,将所述特定的PID编辑至所述PID表中;输出包含编辑后的PID表、编辑后的NIT表及特征文件的节目信息。
- 如权利要求3所述的节目信息的播放方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述场景参数及特征参数定义特征文件的步骤包括:根据所述场景参数及特征参数定义包含特征头及配置信息的特征文件。
- 如权利要求3所述的节目信息的播放方法,其特征在于,所述当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流中的场景参数及特征参数的步骤包括:当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流的NIT 表中的描述符、PID表中特定的PID;当所述描述符与所述特定的PID一致时,获取所述传输流中与所述特定的PID对应的特征文件,获取所述特征文件中的所述场景参数及特征参数。
- 一种节目信息的播放方法,其特征在于,所述节目信息的播放方法包括:当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流中的场景参数及特征参数;获取所述终端的特征参数,当所述终端的特征参数与所述传输流中的特征参数相同时,按照所述场景参数设置所述终端的播放场景并播放所述录制的节目信息。
- 如权利要求6所述的节目信息的播放方法,其特征在于,所述当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流中的场景参数及特征参数的步骤之前包括:当开始录制时,获取录制时的场景参数及本机的特征参数;获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,将所述场景参数及特征参数编辑至所述传输流中并输出。
- 如权利要求7所述的节目信息的播放方法,其特征在于,所述获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,将所述场景参数及特征参数编辑至所述传输流中并输出的步骤包括:获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,获取所述传输流中的NIT表及PID表;根据所述场景参数及特征参数定义特征文件;对所述特征文件进行编码及打包,创建所述特征文件打包后对应的特定的PID;在所述NIT表中编辑指向所述特定的PID的描述符,将所述特定的PID编辑至所述PID表中;输出包含编辑后的PID表、编辑后的NIT表及特征文件的节目信息。
- 如权利要求8所述的节目信息的播放方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述场景参数及特征参数定义特征文件的步骤包括:根据所述场景参数及特征参数定义包含特征头及配置信息的特征文件。
- 如权利要求8所述的节目信息的播放方法,其特征在于,所述当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流中的场景参数及特征参数的步骤包括:当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流的NIT表中的描述符、PID表中特定的PID;当所述描述符与所述特定的PID一致时,获取所述传输流中与所述特定的PID对应 的特征文件,获取所述特征文件中的所述场景参数及特征参数。
- 一种节目信息的播放装置,其特征在于,所述节目信息的播放装置包括:第一获取模块,用于当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流中的场景参数及特征参数;第一播放模块,用于获取所述终端的特征参数,当所述终端的特征参数与所述传输流中的特征参数相同时,按照所述场景参数设置所述终端的播放场景并播放所述录制的节目信息。
- 如权利要求11所述的节目信息的播放装置,其特征在于,所述节目信息的播放装置还包括:第二获取模块,用于当开始录制时,获取录制时的场景参数及本机的特征参数;编辑模块,用于获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,将所述场景参数及特征参数编辑至所述传输流中并输出。
- 如权利要求12所述的节目信息的播放装置,其特征在于,所述编辑模块包括:获取单元,用于获取所录制的节目信息的传输流,在录制结束时,获取所述传输流中的NIT表及PID表;定义单元,用于根据所述场景参数及特征参数定义特征文件;创建单元,用于对所述特征文件进行编码及打包,创建所述特征文件打包后对应的特定的PID;编辑单元,用于在所述NIT表中编辑指向所述特定的PID的描述符,将所述特定的PID编辑至所述PID表中;输出单元,用于输出包含编辑后的PID表、编辑后的NIT表及特征文件的节目信息。
- 如权利要求13所述的节目信息的播放装置,其特征在于,所述定义单元具体用于根据所述场景参数及特征参数定义包含特征头及配置信息的特征文件。
- 如权利要求13所述的节目信息的播放装置,其特征在于,所述第一获取模块包括:第一获取单元,用于当终端播放录制的节目信息时,获取在录制时编辑于所述节目信息的传输流的NIT表中的描述符、PID表中特定的PID;第二获取单元,用于当所述描述符与所述特定的PID一致时,获取所述传输流中与所述特定的PID对应的特征文件,获取所述特征文件中的所述场景参数及特征参数。
- 如权利要求11所述的节目信息的播放装置,其特征在于,所述节目信息的播放装置还包括:判断模块,用于当所述终端的特征参数与所述传输流中的特征参数不相同时,根据所 述传输流中的特征信息判断所述录制的节目信息是否为公有播放的节目信息;第二播放模块,用于若是公有播放的节目信息,则按照所述场景参数设置所述终端的播放场景并播放所述录制的节目信息;禁止播放模块,用于若是非公有播放的节目信息,则禁止播放所述录制的节目信息。
