Description
DESCRIPTION
A CONNECTION EMBODIMENT FOR PLANE SEAT Tech n i cal Field
The invention relates to passenger seats used in the planes.
Said invention relates to a connection embodiment which provides connection between the chair seat and body.
Backg rou nd of the Inventio n
Gross weight of the planes en route is of great importance in terms of operating costs. In addition, maintenance processes of the air vehicles are performed in limited time frames.
Taking the capacity of the passenger into consideration that the equipment for per passenger in the air vehicles has a light structure has a considerable effect in terms of decreasing of the gross weight. Moreover, in case of shortening of the time for the assembly and disassembly of each passenger seat, shortening of the time spent for the maintenance of the seat equipment is possible regarding the number of the seat equipment.
Disadvantages of the prior art are as follows. The fact that connection embodiment of the passenger seat mechanism used in the aircraft has a heavy structure increases the operating costs since it increases the total weight of the air vehicle.
The fact that connection embodiment of the passenger seat mechanism used in the aircraft has not a fragmental structure extends the time spent during the assembly and disassembly processes when considering narrowness of the worked area.
The fact that connection embodiment of the passenger seat mechanism used in the aircraft is produced via injection molding is costly with regard to mold cost.
Due to the fact that connection embodiment of the passenger seat mechanism used in the aircraft does not comprise a structure having a high mechanical strength such as profile, additional elements used so as to increase mechanical strength increase the production cost and the weight. Weight increase in turn increases the operating cost of the aircraft.
Brief summary of the findings obtained by analyzing prior art is as follows.
The patent application No. WO2004074039 discloses "A Seat, Especially an Airplane or Vehicle Seat". In said technique, the element having a preformed structure performs retaining the cushion foam of the seat. Objects of the Inventio n
The object of the invention is to provide a connection embodiment, whose weight is decreased, for the passenger seat mechanism used in the air vehicles. Another object of the invention is to provide a connection embodiment having a high strength for the passenger seat mechanism used in the air vehicles.
Another object of the invention is to provide a secured lower connection embodiment for the passenger seat mechanism used in the air vehicles.
Another object of the invention is to provide convenience for the assembly and disassembly processes of the passenger seat mechanism used in the air vehicles.
Another object of the invention is to provide a connection embodiment which can be manufactured with a low cost for the passenger seat mechanism used in the air vehicles.
Another object of the invention is to provide a connection embodiment used for the passenger seat mechanism used in the air vehicles which can be assembled in a short time to the passenger seat by being preassembled.
To meet aforementioned objects, the present invention is a passenger seat seating group having seat cushion foam and carrier pipes, to which this seat cushion foam is fixed, and a chassis, wherein it further comprises
- a carrier profile fixed between said carrier pipe and seat cushion foam,
connection embodiment having multiple connection clamps, which connect said carrier profile with the carrier pipes,
and velcro fixed on the carrier profile and providing the connection of the fabric with carrier profile.

Detai led Descri pti on of the Invention
Figure 1 illustrates the disassembly view of the passenger seat (13) seating group (14) having seat cushion foam (2) and carrier pipes (1 ), to which said seat cushion foam (2) is fixed, and a chassis (15). It comprises a carrier profile (8) which is fixed between said carrier pipe (1 ) and seat cushion foam (2) and a connection embodiment (16) having multiple connection clamps (5) which connects said carrier profile (8) with the carrier pipes (1 ).
It comprises mounting spaces (5.1 ) which provide fixing carrier pipes (1 ) to said connection clamp (5) and top fixing channel (5.2) which provides fixing carrier profile (8) to said connection clamp (5). Besides, there is also connection lugs (5.4) forming top fixing channel (5.2) and having mounting holes (5.3) thereon. Also, the connection clamp (5) has a clamp hole (5.5).
On the other hand, it comprises a fixed clamp (5.7) forming the clamp hole (5.5) and multiple strength tie pieces (5.8) formed on the compressing lower lugs (5.6) of the other clamp and on the upper connection lugs (5.4) of said connection clamp (5). It comprises a hollow carrier profile (8) in a modular structure comprising seat profile front section (3) and seat profile side section (4). Meanwhile, the connection of the seat profile front section (3) and seat profile side section (4) is provided by a structure with a male form (8.1 ) and a female form (8.2). There is a mounting assembly (17) where male form (8.1 ) and female form (8.2) positioned on the x-axis in the top fixing channel (5.2) are fixed by a connection element (10). Furthermore, it is preferably a single piece hollow carrier profile (8) having seat profile front section (3) and seat profile side sections (4). It has velcro (6) fixed on said carrier profile (8) and providing the connection of the textile product (1 1 ) with the carrier profile (8).
Figure 2 and 3 illustrate the final assembly view of the connection embodiment (16). The carrier pipes (1 ) fixed to the seat chassis (15) by means of connection clamp (5) are again fixed to the carrier profile (8) of the seat (14) by means of connection clamp (5) according to the invention. The carrier profile (8) preferably having a single-piece and modular structure is fixed on the x-axis together with the pipe (1 ) and the connection clamp (5) by means of a connection element (10). The carrier profile (8) is preferably attached to the structure with male and female form (8.1 , 8.2). The carrier profile (8) is positioned in the top fixing channel (5.2) of the connection clamp (5) and assembled in a resistant manner. Connection clamp (5) is, however, fixed to the pipe by means of compressing lower lugs (5.6) and connection element (10). Other fixed clamp (5.7) has only centering and bedding function.
