基于UPnP媒体服务(UPnP AV)架构可实现媒体内容在不同设备间的分享。UPnP AV架构中,包括媒体服务器(Media Server)、媒体展现设备(Media Renderer)和控制点(Control Point,简称CP)。其中,媒体服务器提供音视频等媒体内容的存储、内容目录展现,Media Renderer负责媒体内容的展现,而CP则负责控制交互,三者通过交互,协商媒体格式和媒体传输方式,从事实现媒体服务器上的图像、音视频等媒体内容在媒体展现设备上的展现。
在音视频媒体应用中,经常遇到一类“关联媒体”,照片、音乐、视频等多媒体内容,可以是一个个独立的媒体元素,但它们也能形成相册幻灯片、播放列表、电视剧集等有关联关系的“关联媒体”(Collection);组成关联媒体的多个媒体元素,形成了一个具有逻辑意义的组合体,每个媒体之间有起始、结束、前、后等关联关系,关联媒体可以作为一个整体,对其执行诸如顺序连续播放、前进、后退、暂停播放、恢复播放等操作。UPnP AV架构规范了单个媒体的分享方案,也补充了用容器(Container)和容器内元素来表示“关联媒体”的方式;但是,UPnP以及DLNA(数字生活网络联盟)等组织,对播放列表之类的关联媒体的具体文件格式、基于UPnP/DLNA的协议交互等都缺乏具体明确的规定。在实际实现时,媒体展现设备(Media Renderer)往往不支持具体的容器格式。也就是说,在目前的实际应用中,由于媒体展现设备(Media Renderer)对关联媒体的支持不够,造成了关联媒体 难以从媒体服务器分享到媒体展现设备上进行展现,关联媒体的可操作性没有得到很好的解决。

本发明实施例提供了一种控制媒体分享的方法、装置、增强型媒体服务器和计算机可读存储介质,可以实现以适合媒体展现设备支持的播放格式展现关联媒体。
一种控制媒体分享的方法,包括:
获取来自控制点设备的第一控制指令,其中,所述第一控制指令携带有播放目标关联媒体的信息。
解析所述第一控制指令,确定所述目标关联媒体,并根据预先建立的关联对应表,确定所述目标关联媒体对应的目标媒体元素,其中,所述关联对应表为每个关联媒体与该关联媒体内部的媒体元素建立的对应关系。
获取媒体展现设备支持的播放格式,并根据所述播放格式将所述第一控制指令转换为携带所述目标媒体元素的第二控制指令,将所述第二控制指令发送给媒体展现设备,并接收由所述媒体展现设备反馈的展现信息。

本发明实施例针对相关技术中媒体展现设备对关联媒体支持不够(不支持具体的容器格式),造成关联媒体难以从媒体服务器分享到媒体展现设备上进行展现的问题,提供了一种控制媒体分享的方法、装置及增强型媒体服务器,通过代理控制点将关联媒体转换为媒体展现设备支持格式的媒体元素,以实现可以将媒体服务器上的关联媒体,分享到媒体展现设备上进行展现。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供了一种控制媒体分享的方法,包括:
步骤101,获取来自控制点设备的第一控制指令,其中,所述第一控制指令携带有播放目标关联媒体的信息。

本发明实施例中,通过获取到第一控制指令(步骤101),解析出关于第一控制指令中目标关联媒体的目标媒体元素(步骤102),然后将目标媒体元素转换为媒体展现设备支持的播放格式的第二控制指令,发送给媒体展现设备(步骤103),本发明实施例不要求媒体展现设备本身支持关联媒体的解析展现,就能达到良好的互操作性,从而针对现实应用中存在大量对关联媒体支持有缺陷的媒体展现设备,可以实现将关联媒体转换成媒体展现设备支持的播放格式进行展现。
可选地,所述媒体展现设备支持的播放格式包括:即插即用UPnP/数字生活网络联盟DLNA的协议格式和自定义格式。本发明实施例还可在媒体分享应用中引入更多种类的关联媒体格式,支持更多的媒体分享操作。所述自定义格式可以是通过其他协议协商的格式,也可以是其他用户自定义格式。
上述的媒体展现设备可以是智能电视,也可以是电脑等,能够实现显示播放的设备均在本发明实施例的保护范围之内,在此不一一举例。
上述控制点设备可以是具有控制点的手机设备或其他独立终端设备,任何可以实现控制或者能够安装相应的控制应用软件的设备,均在本发明实施例的保护范围之内,在此不一一举例。
可选地,本发明实施例的控制媒体分享的方法中,所述关联媒体为媒体播放目录,所述媒体元素为每个媒体播放目录中的媒体内容。
需要说明的是:所述媒体播放目录具体可以是一个电视剧的剧集,一个歌曲组的列表,也可以是图片播放的顺序表等,任何一种将一个具体内容进行索引的方式,均在本发明实施例的保护范围之内。

本发明实施例中,独立的控制媒体分享的装置通过获取模块21从控制点设备获取到第一控制指令,经处理模块22解析出关于第一控制指令中目标关联媒体的目标媒体元素,然后将目标媒体元素转换为媒体展现设备支持的播放格式的第二控制指令,最后通过转换交互模块23发送给媒体展现设备,本发明实施例不要求媒体展现设备本身支持关联媒体的解析展现,就能达到良好的互操作性,从而针对现实应用中存在大量对关联媒体支持有缺陷的媒体展现设备,可以实现转换成媒体展现设备支持的播放格式进行展现。
可选地,上述关联媒体与媒体元素之间的关系由媒体服务器的内容管理功能维护,在控制媒体分享的装置内也可维护关联媒体与组成媒体元素之间的关系。
本发明实施例的独立的控制媒体分享的装置还可以根据其功能命名为代理控制点,作为控制点设备在增强媒体服务器上的代理,具有传统控制点的功能(可以发现设备、控制命令及信息交互等功能)。
需要说明的是:传统的控制点和代理控制点不同的设备,传统的控制点是一个单独的设备,而本发明实施例的代理控制点是属于增强型媒体服务器中的一个装置,本发明实施例的代理控制点可以实现与传统的控制点同样的功能,但可以不具有用户界面(UI)。
本发明实施例的代理控制点可以管理并操作一系列的媒体元素的控制指令在代理控制点、媒体服务器和媒体展现设备之间的交互,在媒体展现设备上以多个媒体元素展现的方式展现关联媒体,一系列媒体元素所展现的顺序、方式等可按代理控制点所要求的方式实施。

本发明实施例的举例如下。
关联媒体为一个播放列表,其组成媒体元素为播放列表所指示的若干歌曲音乐文件。播放列表及相关歌曲在增强型媒体服务器上维护。媒体展现设备为一台支持UPnP/DLNA,但不直接支持播放列表推送的智能电视。而一台智能手机则作为控制点设备,控制点功能由智能手机上一个媒体分享控制应用软件(APP)实现。
智能手机上的APP与增强型媒体服务器交互,获取到播放列表。
APP与增强型媒体服务器交互,发出将播放列表相关歌曲推送到智能电视上顺序播放的控制指令。
增强型媒体服务器上的代理控制点接收到APP所发来的控制指令,对控制指令进行解析,得到播放列表对象,将播放列表对象与增强型媒体服务器 交互,获取播放列表对象所涉及的歌曲音乐文件的列表信息,并在代理控制点缓存维护。
代理控制点与智能电视交互,获取智能电视状态,在智能电视为可播放状态时,将启动播放列表中相关歌曲的顺序播放;如果智能电视当前正在播放其它媒体内容,则先停止其它媒体内容的播放,再启动播放列表中相关歌曲的顺序播放。
代理控制点获取播放列表中第一首歌曲的信息,以UPnP/DLNA媒体文件分享的方式(如UPnP/DLNA规定的媒体推送方式),与智能电视、增强型媒体服务器以UPnP/DLNA规定的方式进行控制交互,启动智能电视从增强型媒体服务器获取第一首歌曲音乐文件中的媒体内容开始播放。
在启动第一首歌曲播放后,代理控制点跟踪获取智能电视的播控状态信息,如当前歌曲的播控进度,在APP发出播控状态请求时,将播控状态信息反馈给APP。
代理控制点从智能电视获取播控状态信息,当其发现智能电视播完了当前歌曲时,切换当前歌曲为下一首,获取当前歌曲的信息,以UPnP/DLNA媒体文件分享的方式(如UPnP/DLNA规定的媒体推送方式),与智能电视、增强型媒体服务器以UPnP/DLNA规定的方式进行控制交互,启动智能电视从增强型媒体服务器获取当前歌曲的媒体内容开始播放。
代理控制点维护当前歌曲信息等关联媒体状态信息、跟踪获取智能电视的播控状态信息,当APP发出暂停播放指令时,代理控制点将暂停播放指令转发给智能电视暂停当前歌曲的播放,记录并缓存播放位置信息。当APP再次发出恢复播放指令时,代理控制点与智能电视、增强型媒体服务器进行交互,从之前暂停的位置开始继续播放。
当APP发出后退到上一首播放、前进到下一首播放的控制指令时,代理控制点根据当前播放歌曲在播放列表内的逻辑位置关系,确定下一首将要在智能电视播放的歌曲,切换当前歌曲,与智能电视、增强型媒体服务器以UPnP/DLNA规定的方式进行控制交互,启动智能电视从增强型媒体服务器获取第一首歌曲的媒体内容开始播放。
代理控制点从智能电视获取播控状态信息,当确定播放列表内的最后一 首歌曲播放结束时,判定整个播放列表顺序播放结束,将状态信息反馈给APP。
本发明实施例的举例如下。
关联媒体为一个电视连续剧,其组成媒体元素为连续剧中的多个剧集视频文件。电视连续剧的相关信息在增强型媒体服务器上进行维护,比如用一段XML(扩展标记语言)来描述电视连续剧的整体信息,如剧名、海报、简介、演员表等,以及电视连续剧与组成该连续剧的各剧集视频文件之间的逻辑关系。媒体展现设备为一台支持UPnP/DLNA但不直接支持电视连续剧推送的智能电视。而一台智能手机则作为控制点设备,控制点功能由智能手机上一个媒体分享控制应用软件(APP)实现。
智能手机上的APP与增强型媒体服务器交互,获取到电视连续剧的相关XML信息。
APP与增强型媒体服务器交互,发出将电视连续剧推送到智能电视上进行播放的控制指令。
增强型媒体服务器上的代理控制点接收到APP所发来的控制指令,对控制指令进行分析解析,得到与XML对应的电视连续剧描述信息;根据电视连续剧的描述信息,获取电视连续剧所涉及的多个剧集视频文件的列表信息,并在代理控制点缓存维护。
代理控制点与智能电视交互,获取智能电视状态,在智能电视为可播放状态时,将启动需要播放的电视连续剧内多个剧集视频文件的顺序播放;如果智能电视当前正在播放其它媒体内容,则先停止其它媒体内容的播放,再启动需要播放的电视连续剧内多个剧集视频文件的顺序播放。
本发明实施例的举例如下。
代理控制点获取电视连续剧中第一集视频文件的信息,以UPnP/DLNA媒体文件分享的方式(如UPnP/DLNA规定的媒体推送方式)与智能电视、增强型媒体服务器以UPnP/DLNA规定的方式进行控制交互,启动智能电视,智能电视从增强型媒体服务器获取第一集视频文件的媒体内容开始播放。
在启动第一集视频文件播放后,代理控制点跟踪获取智能电视的播控状态信息,如当前剧集的播控进度,在APP发出播控状态请求时,将播控状态 信息反馈给APP。
代理控制点从智能电视获取播控状态信息,当其发现智能电视播完了当前剧集时,切换当前剧集为下一集,获取当前剧集的信息,以UPnP/DLNA媒体文件分享的方式(如UPnP/DLNA规定的媒体推送方式)与智能电视、增强型媒体服务器以UPnP/DLNA规定的方式进行控制交互,启动智能电视,智能电视从增强型媒体服务器获取当前剧集视频文件的媒体内容开始播放。
在连续剧的长时间播放,以及剧集切换过程中,APP所在的智能手机可以在线但不参与,或者离线,甚至关机。
代理控制点维护当前剧集信息等关联媒体状态信息、跟踪获取智能电视的播控状态信息,当APP发出暂停播放指令时,代理控制点将暂停播放指令转发给智能电视暂停当前剧集的播放,记录并缓存播放位置信息。当APP再次发出恢复播放指令时,代理控制点与智能电视、增强型媒体服务器进行交互,从之前暂停的位置开始继续播放。
当用户控制电视停止播放该连续剧时,代理控制点通过跟踪智能电视的播控状态信息,得知“停止播放”这一状态,记录并存储播放位置信息。当下次用户再次启动连续剧的播放时,代理控制点可读取之前缓存的播放位置信息,控制智能电视从之前位置处继续播放。
需要说明的是,本发明提供的装置是应用上述控制媒体分享的方法的装置,则上述控制媒体分享的方法的所有实施例均适用于该装置,且均能达到相同或相似的有益效果。
相应的如图3所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种增强型媒体服务器34,所述增强型媒体服务器包括上述的控制媒体分享的装置。
在增强型媒体服务器34上用代理控制点33来处理关联媒体的分享控制,可持续跟踪维护播控状态,这个过程中控制点设备31可在线但不参与交互,甚至离线、关机。控制点设备31独立性好,不需顾虑对控制点设备31的电能消耗等因素。
本发明实施例提供一种增强型媒体服务器34,该增强型媒体服务器34除了具备传统媒体服务器35所具有的内容存储与管理、内容目录服务、连接管理服务、媒体传送服务之外,还具有一个逻辑功能单元即上述的控制媒体 分享的装置。
所述的增强型媒体服务器34通过代理控制点33(即控制媒体分享的装置),将关联媒体相关的第一控制指令,转换为媒体展现设备32所能识别处理的针对关联媒体中媒体元素的第二控制指令。
在上述指令转换并执行的过程中,控制点设备31可只与所述增强型媒体服务器34交互,而不需要直接与媒体展现设备32交互;增强型媒体服务器34,通过代理控制点33,与媒体展现设备32交互,并在有需要时将交互结果与播控状态反馈给代理控制点33。
增强型媒体服务器34通过代理控制点33,跟踪媒体展现设备32上的播控状态,将关联媒体相关的播控状态,维护在增强型媒体服务器34上。在这个过程中,控制点设备31可在线但不参与,或者离线,甚至关机。在有需要时,控制点设备31也可从所述增强型媒体服务器34获取上述播控状态信息。
上述增强型媒体服务器34的代理控制点33对播控状态的维护,可持续更新并保持最近期的播控状态(包括:播放进度、播放节点、具体哪个电视、具体播放为哪个时间点),可以将状态信息记录并缓存于内存,也可以将状态信息存储在非易失的存储单元上。
由于本发明实施例的控制媒体分享的装置应用于增强型媒体服务器34,因此,本发明实施例还提供了一种增强型媒体服务器34,其中,上述控制媒体分享的装置的全部实施例均适用于该增强型媒体服务器34的实施例中,也能达到相同的技术效果。
一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现所述的控制媒体分享的方法。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一个计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件等)执行,在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
本发明实施例通过获取第一控制指令并解析出第一控制指令中目标关联媒体的目标媒体元素,然后将目标媒体元素转换为媒体展现设备支持的播放格式的第二控制指令并发送给媒体展现设备,能够实现不要求媒体展现设备本身支持关联媒体的解析展现,就能达到良好的可操作性,从而针对现实应用中存在大量对关联媒体支持有缺陷的媒体展现设备,可以实现将关联媒体转换成媒体展现设备支持的播放格式进行展现。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种控制媒体分享的方法,包括:
    获取来自控制点设备的第一控制指令,其中,所述第一控制指令携带有播放目标关联媒体的信息;
    解析所述第一控制指令,确定所述目标关联媒体,并根据预先建立的关联对应表,确定所述目标关联媒体对应的目标媒体元素,其中所述关联对应表为每个关联媒体与该关联媒体内部的媒体元素建立的对应关系;
    获取媒体展现设备支持的播放格式,并根据所述播放格式将所述第一控制指令转换为携带所述目标媒体元素的第二控制指令,将所述第二控制指令发送给媒体展现设备,并接收由所述媒体展现设备反馈的展现信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制媒体分享的方法,其中,所述媒体展现设备支持的播放格式包括:即插即用UPnP/数字生活网络联盟DLNA的协议格式和自定义格式。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的控制媒体分享的方法,其中,所述关联媒体为媒体播放目录,所述媒体元素为每个媒体播放目录中的媒体内容。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的控制媒体分享的方法,还包括:
    解析所述媒体展现设备反馈的展现信息中包含的目标媒体元素的播控状态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的控制媒体分享的方法,其中,所述第二控制指令包括以下一种或多种:控制所述媒体展现设备展现的目标媒体元素连续播放、按照预设方式播放,暂停播放和重复播放;
    所述播控状态包括以下一种或多种:所述目标媒体元素的播放进度、播放节点、播放时间点、播放内容及播放内容所在的标准时间点。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的控制媒体分享的方法,其中,所述解析所述媒体展现设备反馈的展现信息中包含的目标媒体元素的播控状态包括:
    解析出所述媒体展现设备反馈的展现信息中目标媒体元素的进度为暂停播放时,记录并保存所述目标媒体元素的播放位置及时间信息。
  7. 一种控制媒体分享的装置,应用于增强型媒体服务器,所述控制媒体 分享的装置包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取来自控制点设备的第一控制指令,其中,所述第一控制指令携带有播放目标关联媒体的信息;
    处理模块,设置为解析所述第一控制指令,确定所述目标关联媒体,并根据预先建立的关联对应表,确定所述目标关联媒体对应的目标媒体元素,其中,所述关联对应表为每个关联媒体与该关联媒体内部的媒体元素建立的对应关系;
    转换交互模块,设置为获取媒体展现设备支持的播放格式,并根据所述播放格式将所述第一控制指令转换为携带所述目标媒体元素的第二控制指令,将所述第二控制指令发送给媒体展现设备,并接收由所述媒体展现设备反馈的展现信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的控制媒体分享的装置,其中,所述媒体展现设备支持的播放格式包括:即插即用UPnP/数字生活网络联盟DLNA的协议格式和自定义格式。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的控制媒体分享的装置,其中,所述关联媒体为媒体播放目录,所述媒体元素为每个媒体播放目录中的媒体内容。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9任一项所述的控制媒体分享的装置,
    所述转换交互模块,还设置为解析所述媒体展现设备反馈的展现信息中包含的目标媒体元素的播控状态。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的控制媒体分享的装置,其中,所述第二控制指令包括以下一种或多种:控制所述媒体展现设备展现的目标媒体元素连续播放、按照预设方式播放、暂停播放和重复播放;
    所述播控状态包括以下一种或多种:所述目标媒体元素的播放进度、播放节点、播放时间点、播放内容及播放内容所在的标准时间点。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的控制媒体分享的装置,其中,所述转换交互模块解析所述媒体展现设备反馈的展现信息中包含的目标媒体元素的播控状态包括:
    解析出所述反馈的展现信息中目标媒体元素的进度为暂停播放时,记录并保存所述目标媒体元素的播放位置及时间信息。
  13. 一种增强型媒体服务器,包括:如权利要求7至12任一项所述的控制媒体分享的装置。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-6任意一项所述的控制媒体分享的方法。
