当用户被呼叫时,MSC通过IWS和MME网元对用户发起寻呼,如果此时用户 正好移动到目的MSC覆盖区域,用户返回寻呼响应时其中消息携带为目的MSC的CELL ID(小区标识码Cell Identification),MME和IWS将基于新的CELL ID选择到目的MSC,导致呼叫接续失败。
图2是根据相关技术的1xCSFB(Circuit Switched Fallback,电路域回落)寻呼改进前呼叫失败的流程图,如图2所示,该流程包括:
步骤201,对用户发起呼叫,MSC发送寻呼请求消息给IWS网元;
步骤202,IWS接收到寻呼请求后,没有保存请求的MSC局向;
步骤203,IWS发送寻呼请求到MME;
步骤204,MME也不会保存发送请求的IWS IP地址;
步骤205,MME发起寻呼请求到UE;
步骤206,用户接收到寻呼请求后,返回寻呼响应;
步骤207,用户寻呼响应中携带新MSC下的CELL ID;
步骤208,MME收到UE寻呼响应,基于其中新的CELL ID查找到一个新的IWS,回寻呼响应给新IWS;
步骤209,新IWS收到寻呼响应,再次根据响应中的CELL ID选择新MSC;
步骤210,新IWS发寻呼响应到新MSC,新MSC收到后无法处理;
步骤211,发送寻呼请求的MSC等待寻呼响应超时,呼叫失败。
由于用户的移动性,返回的寻呼响应为目的MSC下的CELL ID,MME和IWS基于新的CELL ID选择到目的MSC,导致呼叫接续失败。
针对该问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明提供一种寻呼方法及系统,用以解决相关技术中由于用户的移动性,返回的寻呼响应为目的MSC下的CELL ID,MME和IWS基于新的CELL ID选择到目的MSC,导致呼叫接续失败的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,一方面,本发明提供一种寻呼方法,其中,该方法包括:MME接收MSC通过IWS下发的寻呼请求;其中,所述寻呼请求中携带发送寻呼请求的MSC局向和发送寻呼请求的IWS局向;所述MME将寻呼请求发送至用户UE;所述MME接收所述UE返回的寻呼响应;所述MME基于所述IWS局向和所述MSC局向,通过该IWS局向向该MSC局向发送寻呼响应。
另一方面,本发明提供一种寻呼方法,其中,该方法包括:MSC通过IWS,向MME下发寻呼请求;其中,所述寻呼请求中携带发送寻呼请求的MSC局向和发送寻呼请求的IWS局向;所述MSC接收所述MME将寻呼请求发送至用户UE之后,基于所述IWS局向和所述MSC局向,通过IWS向MSC发送的寻呼响应。
优选地,MSC通过IWS,向MME下发寻呼请求,包括:所述MSC下发寻呼请 求至所述IWS;其中,所述IWS记录发送寻呼请求的MSC局向;所述IWS向所述MME发送寻呼请求;其中,所述MME记录发送寻呼请求的IWS局向。
优选地,所述MSC接收寻呼响应之后,所述方法还包括:所述MSC接收所述IWS发送的切换申请消息;其中,所述切换申请消息中携带有目的MSC的小区标识码CELL ID;所述MSC基于所述切换申请消息中的所述CELL ID,查找到目的MSC;所述MSC向所述目的MSC发送局间切换请求消息;所述目的MSC基于所述CELL ID找到目的BSC,向所述目的BSC下发切换请求消息。
另一方面,本发明提供一种寻呼方法,其中,该方法包括:对用户呼叫时,移动交换中心MSC下发寻呼请求到互操作节点IWS,所述IWS记录发送寻呼请求的MSC局向;所述IWS向移动管理实体MME发送寻呼请求,所述MME记录发送寻呼请求的IWS局向;所述MME将寻呼请求发送给用户UE;所述UE返回寻呼响应到所述MME,所述MME提取记录的所述IWS局向和所述MSC局向,通过该IWS局向向该MSC局向发送寻呼响应;所述MSC接收到寻呼响应。

另一方面,本发明提供一种移动交换中心MSC,其中,包括:寻呼发送模块,用于通过互操作节点IWS,向移动管理实体MME下发寻呼请求;其中,所述寻呼请求中携带发送寻呼请求的MSC局向和发送寻呼请求的IWS局向;寻呼响应发送模块,用于接收MME将寻呼请求发送至用户UE之后,基于所述IWS局向和所述MSC局向,通过IWS向MSC发送的寻呼响应。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是:由于用户的移动性,返回的寻呼响应为目的MSC下的CELLID,MME和IWS基于新的CELLID选择到目的MSC,导致呼叫接续失败。
通过本发明可解决以上问题,MME和IWS在接收寻呼请求时,就保存发送消息的MSC,在返回寻呼响应时原路返回。呼叫接续过程中,通过MSC之间局间切换流程,让用户切换到目的MSC下的目的BSC。从而可以提高语音终呼成功率。

为了解决现有技术中呼叫接续失败的问题,本发明提供了一种寻呼方法及系统,以下结合附图以及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不限定本发明。
实施例一
图3是根据本发明实施例一的MME侧寻呼方法流程图,如图3所示,该流程包括:
步骤S302,MME接收MSC通过IWS下发的寻呼请求;其中,寻呼请求中携带发送寻呼请求的MSC局向和发送寻呼请求的IWS局向;通过记录发送寻呼请求的MSC局向和发送寻呼请求的IWS局向,便于后续再寻呼响应阶段找到上述IWS和MSC,从而实现MME与UE的接续呼叫。
步骤S304,MME将寻呼请求发送至UE;
步骤S306,MME接收UE返回的寻呼响应;MME基于IWS局向和MSC局向,通过该IWS局向向该MSC局向发送寻呼响应。
实施例二
图4是根据本发明实施例二的MSC侧寻呼方法流程图,如图4所示,该流程包括:

通过上述方法,MME和IWS在接收寻呼请求时,就保存发送消息的MSC,在返回寻呼响应时原路返回。呼叫接续过程中,通过MSC之间局间切换流程,让用户切换到目的MSC下的目的BSC。从而可以提高语音终呼成功率。

本发明涉及移动通讯系统中LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)领域,尤其是涉及一种IWS(Interworking Solution,互操作节点)网元管理用户隧道资源的方法。通过本发明,MME和IWS在接收寻呼请求时,就保存发送消息的MSC,在返回寻 呼响应时原路返回。呼叫接续过程中,通过MSC之间局间切换流程,让用户切换到目的MSC下的目的BSC。从而可以提高语音终呼成功率。
尽管为示例目的,已经公开了本发明的优选实施例,本领域的技术人员将意识到各种改进、增加和取代也是可能的,因此,本发明的范围应当不限于上述实施例。

    所述MME将寻呼请求发送至用户UE;
    所述MME接收所述UE返回的寻呼响应;所述MME基于所述IWS局向和所述MSC局向,通过该IWS局向向该MSC局向发送寻呼响应。
