【技术领域】
本发明涉及信息交互领域,特别是涉及建立交互绑定关系的方法及交互终端。
【背景技术】
随着互联网、各大运营商提供的移动数据网络的广泛应用与普及,用户可在网络环境中进行各种活动,如网络购物、交友等。特别是网络购物,已逐渐成为现代人最喜欢使用的购物方式之一。通常,为了便于以后的买卖双方的通信,买卖双方可通过网络建立交互绑定关系,如互为好友等。
然而,现有的交互绑定关系的建立方法为:当请求方请求与被请求方建立交互绑定关系时,必须获得被请求方反馈的允许信息,才能建立该交互绑定关系,而并不能实现自动建立交互绑定关系。

上述方案中,第一终端向服务器发送建立交互绑定关系的需求,服务器根据信用情况和/登记信息筛选出满足预设条件的第二终端的用户集合,第一终端选择需要建立交互绑定关系的目标第二终端,并在该目标第二终端的目标数据集合中选择目标数据,以利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互,从而服务器确定第一终端具有与目标第二终端建立交互绑定关系的权限,故无需目标第二终端的应答即可建立第一终端与目标第二终端的交互绑定关系,即实现了基于目标数据的交互而自动建立交互绑定关系。而且,服务器根据第二终端的信用情况和/登记信息进行智能筛选后再发送给第一终端,提高了交互绑定对象的查找效率和网络数据传输、投放的准确度,减少网络数据的无效传输、资源消耗。另外,在数据交互完成后建立交互绑定关系,也便于第一终端与目标第二终端再次进行数据交互。

该服务器中设置有数据库,用于存储第二终端的用户信息。该第二终端的用户信息包括第二终端的用户的登记信息和信用情况中的至少一种。其中,该第二终端的用户的登记信息可为在第二终端向服务器进行登记时而记录在该第二终端对应的用户信息中的,该登记信息包括第二终端的用户的登记时间、管理员或用户名称、登记地点等信息。该第二终端的信用情况则可由服务器实时或定时追踪第二终端与其他交互方的目标数据的交互记录,并统计该第二终端的用户的该交互记录中的信用指数得到第二终端对应用户的信用情况。

进一步地,该目标数据还可以是数据提供方开出的集成该数据交互所需功能的执行体或目标数据的开启方式。
下面对本发明实施方式中的建立交互绑定关系方法再一次进行举例说明。其中,该第一终端为客户端A,该第二终端为客户端B,该服务器为数据管理服务器。其中,每个客户端B中对应保存一个或多个终端设备的管理员密码,该管理员密码用于对相应的终端设备执行管理员权限。该客户端A、B以及终端设备可以是个人计算机、平板电脑、智能手机等能够通过网络与该数据管理服务器进行数据交互传输的设备。
当客户端A向数据管理服务器发送获取好友的需求时,该数据管理服务器响应该请求,并从预先保存的每个客户端B的用户的信用情况和/登记信息中筛选出与信用情况和/登记信息满足预设条件的客户端B的用户,并将包含筛选出的客户端B的用户列表发送至客户端A。其中,该数据管理服务器预先保存了每个客户端B的用户的信用情况和/登记信息。
客户端A根据客户端B的用户列表,选择信用最高的用户对应的客户端B1作为建立交互绑定关系的目标客户端。客户端A向数据管理服务器请求获取客户端B1的目标数据,即管理员密码,使数据管理服务器响应该请求,而将本地存储的该客户端B1的目标数据列表发送至客户端A,使客户端A在目标数据列表中接受需要的目标数据,以实现对客户端B1的管理员密码的交互。数据管理服务器在接收到客户端A发送的已获得客户端B1的管理员密码的通知时,建立客户端A和客户端B1的交互绑定关系。其中,为了数据信息的安全,该交互的数据可以是对客户端B1的管理员密码进行加密后形成的数据包以及解密该数据包的密钥。客户端A接受该数据时,利用该密钥以及提供该客户端B1的管理员密码的设备所提供的另一密钥,对该数据包进行解密和解压缩,从而得到客户端B1的管理员密码。
又比如,该第一终端为客户端A,为测试员使用;该第二终端为客户端B,为测试提供方使用,该服务器为数据管理服务器。测试提供方有自己的测试应用、测试用例或测试环境供测试员进行测试,不同的测试提供方有不同的测试应用、测试用例或测试环境。测试员需要寻找合适的测试提供商、测试应用、测试用例或测试环境进行测试,但面临众多测试提供商、测试应用等,不清楚该如何选择才能实现最好的测试效果,挑选到不合适的测试提供商或测试应用,会导致测试结果不如意;而测试提供商也需要获得合适的测试员来进行测试,以改良其产品/服务。利用上述方法,测试员能够利用客户端A与合适的使用客户端B的测试提供商建立稳定的交互绑定关系,以对测试应用、测试用例或测试环境进行针对性的改进,改良产品/服务。在这个过程中,测试员获得测试提供方提供的测试应用、测试用例或测试环境,相当于目标数据。而测试应用可以是程序,也可以是触发测试过程的资格证,如果是资格证,测试员开启该资格证,则会获得测试资格并自动完成一系列的测试前准备工作,以方便后续测试(相当于利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互)。
请参阅图2,图2为本发明另一实施方式的建立交互绑定关系的方法的流程示意图。该实施方式示出的方法流程包括以下:
S21:服务器接收第一终端发送的交互绑定需求。
S22:服务器响应所述交互绑定需求而向所述第一终端发送信用情况和/或登记信息满足预设条件的第二终端的用户集合,以使所述第一终端从所述第二终端的用户集合中选择需要建立交互绑定关系的目标第二终端。
第一终端和第二终端均为实现数据交互的客户端或运行该客户端的设备,且第一、第二终端均可通过网络与服务器进行数据交互。该服务器预存有第二终端的用户信息。该第二终端的用户信息包括第二终端的用户的登记信息和信用情况中的至少一种。其中,该登记信息包括第二终端的用户的登记时间、管理员或用户名称、登记地点等信息。
在该S21之前,所述方法可包括:在第二终端发送登记请求时,记录所述登记请求中的第二终端的用户的登记信息;和/或追踪所述第二终端的目标数据的交互记录,以统计得到所述第二终端对应用户的信用情况。
其中,该预设条件可为由该第一终端的交互绑定需求携带的,或者为该服务器预先设定的。该第二终端的用户集合可以采用列表方式发送给第一终端,该第二终端的用户集合包括至少一个第二终端的用户标识。
S23:服务器接收所述第一终端发送的获取所述目标第二终端的目标数据的请求。
S24:服务器响应所述请求而向第一终端发送目标第二终端的目标数据的集合,以使所述第一终端从所述目标数据的集合中选择目标数据,并利用选择的目标数据实现基于该选择的目标数据的数据交互。
在一例子中,在上述S21步骤之前,所述方法还包括:该服务器接收并预先保存所述第二终端发送的目标数据。服务器在接收到第一终端发送的该请求时,查找出预存的该目标第二终端对应的所有目标数据并发送给第一终端。其中,该目标数据的集合可以采用列表方式发送给第一终端,且包括至少一个目标数据。
在另一例子中,服务器在S21步骤之前,不预先存储第二终端的目标数据。而在上述S24步骤中,服务器在接收到第一终端发送的该请求时,向目标第二终端请求获取其目标数据,并将目标第二终端反馈的目标数据发送给第一终端。
其中,该目标数据为物信证或物信证的获取方式信息,该物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成该目标商品/服务相应信息及电子商务必备功能的网络电子单证。进一步地,该物信证的获取方式信息为网页的链接地址,该网页内含该物信证功能,用于提供该目标商品/服务相应信息及电子商务必备功能。
在该S24中,上述利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互的步骤可具体为:利用选择的该物信证实现该电子商务功能以获得该商品/服务。
S25:服务器在所述第一终端实现基于选择的所述目标数据的数据交互后,建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系。
例如,服务器接收所述第一终端在所述第一终端实现基于选择的所述目标数据的数据交互后发送的通知时,确定该第一终端获得与目标第二终端建立交互绑定关系的权限,进而建立该第一终端与目标第二终端的交互绑定关系,而无需目标第二终端的应答。
在另一实施方式中,在上述S21步骤之前,该方法还包括:该服务器接收并保存所述第二终端发送的绑定条件。其中,该绑定条件可包括第一终端的用户的信用情况、职业、行为习惯、收入、所在地、兴趣爱好中的至少一种。服务器在接收到第一终端发送的该通知时,判断所述第一终端是否满足所述目标第二终端设定的绑定条件,如果满足,则建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系;如果不满足,则可向第一终端发送其不满足目标第二终端的绑定条件的通知。
在该S25中,所述建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系的步骤包括:建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端之间的即时通信关系,或建立所述第一终端获取查看所述目标第二终端的资料的权限,或建立所述第一终端对所述目标第二终端的关注。
请参阅图3,图3为本发明一实施方式的建立交互绑定关系的交互终端的结构示意图。本实施方式中,该交互终端30包括第一发送模块31、选择模块32、第二发送模块33和获得模块34。该终端30为图1所示方法的执行体,即第一终端,该终端30的各模块用于执行图1所示的实施方式中的各步骤。具体地,该终端30为一客户端,运行在一智能手机、平板电脑等电子设备中,或者为一运行该客户端的电子设备。
该第一发送模块31用于向服务器发送交互绑定需求,以从所述服务器获取信用情况和/或登记信息满足预设条件的第二终端的用户集合。
上述第一、第二终端均可通过网络与服务器进行数据交互。该服务器中设置有数据库,用于存储第二终端的用户信息。该第二终端的用户信息包括第二终端的用户的登记信息和信用情况中的至少一种。该登记信息包括第二终端的用户的登记时间、管理员名称、登记地点等信息。
其中,该预设条件可为由该第一发送模块31发送的交互绑定需求携带的,或者为该服务器预先设定的。该预设条件例如为第二终端的用户的信用指数超过90%,且登记时间超过1年。该第二终端的用户集合可以采用列表方式发送给第一发送模块31,该第二终端的用户集合包括至少一个第二终端的用户标识。
该选择模块32用于从所述第二终端的用户集合中选择需要建立交互绑定关系的目标第二终端。
可选地,服务器发送的第二终端的用户集合还包括该第二终端的用户的信用情况和/或登记信息。
该选择模块32可具体用于:根据所述第二终端的用户的信用情况和/或登记信息,从所述第二终端的用户集合中选择需要建立交互绑定关系的目标第二终端。例如,从第二终端的用户集合中,选择登记时间已超过3年,且信用最好的用户对应的第二终端作为需要建立交互绑定关系的目标第二终端。
该第二发送模块33用于向所述服务器发送获取所述目标第二终端的目标数据的请求,以从所述服务器获取所述目标第二终端的目标数据的集合。
例如,服务器的数据库预先存储有第二终端发送的目标数据。服务器在接收到该请求后,在数据库中查找出该目标第二终端对应的所有目标数据,并将该目标第二终端的目标数据的集合发送给该第二发送模块33。其中,该目标数据的集合可以采用列表方式发送给该第二发送模块33,且包括至少一个目标数据。
可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,服务器可无预先存储第二终端的目标数据,而是在接收到该请求时,向目标第二终端请求获取其目标数据,并将目标第二终端反馈的目标数据发送给该第二发送模块33。
其中,该第二发送模块33发送的请求还可包括请求获取目标第二终端的用户资料,如该目标第二终端用户的所在地等,以使服务器在接收到该请求时,还向第二发送模块33发送目标第二终端的用户资料。
该获得模块34用于从所述目标数据的集合中选择目标数据,并利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互,以使所述服务器建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系。
例如,获得模块34从目标第二终端的目标数据的集合中,选择自身需求的目标数据,以利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互,然后向服务器发送通知。服务器接收到该通知,则确定该第一终端获得与目标第二终端建立交互绑定关系的权限,进而建立该第一终端与目标第二终端的交互绑定关系,而无需目标第二终端的应答。
在另一实施方式中,服务器还存储有该目标第二终端设定的绑定条件。服务器在接收到该通知后,先判断该服务器是否满足该目标第二终端设定的该绑定条件,如果满足,则建立该第一终端获得与目标第二终端的交互绑定关系。其中,该绑定条件可包括第一终端的用户的信用情况、职业、行为习惯、收入、所在地、兴趣爱好中的至少一种。
获得模块34在执行所述建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系的步骤包括:建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端之间的即时通信关系,或建立所述第一终端获取查看所述目标第二终端的资料的权限,或建立所述第一终端对所述目标第二终端的关注。
以上方案中,该目标数据为物信证或物信证的获取方式信息,该物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方开出的集成该目标商品/服务相应信息及电子商务必备功能的网络电子单证。进一步地,该物信证的获取方式信息为网页的链接地址,该网页内含该物信证功能,用于提供该目标商品/服务相应信息及电子商务必备功能。
该获得模块34在执行上述利用所述目标数据实现基于所述目标数据的数据交互的步骤,具体为:获得该物信证的所有权/使用权限,或利用该物信证实现该电子商务功能以获得该商品/服务。
进一步地,该获得模块34获取的物信证包含该目标第二终端的身份识别信息。当获得模块34获得该物信证的所有权时,则将该目标第二终端的身份识别信息替换为第一终端的身份识别信息。
请参阅图4,图4为本发明另一实施方式的建立交互绑定关系的交互终端的结构示意图。本实施方式中,该交互终端40包括第一接收模块41、第一发送模块42、第二接收模块43、第二发送模块44和建立模块45。该终端40为图2所示方法的执行体,即服务器,该终端40的各模块用于执行图2所示的实施方式中的各步骤。
该第一接收模块41用于接收第一终端发送的交互绑定需求。
该第一发送模块42用于响应所述交互绑定需求而向所述第一终端发送信用情况和/或登记信息满足预设条件的第二终端的用户集合,以使所述第一终端从所述第二终端的用户集合中选择需要建立交互绑定关系的目标第二终端。
第一终端和第二终端均为实现数据交互的客户端或运行该客户端的设备,且第一、第二终端均可通过网络与服务器进行数据交互。该终端40预存有第二终端的用户信息。该第二终端的用户信息包括第二终端的用户的登记信息和信用情况中的至少一种。其中,该登记信息包括第二终端的用户的登记时间、管理员或用户名称、登记地点等信息。
该终端40还可包括记录模块,用于在第二终端发送登记请求时,记录所述登记请求中的第二终端的用户的登记信息;和/或追踪所述第二终端的目标数据的交互记录,以统计得到所述第二终端对应的信用情况。
其中,该预设条件可为由该第一终端的交互绑定需求携带的,或者为该终端40预先设定的。该第二终端的用户集合可以采用列表方式发送给第一终端,该第二终端的用户集合包括至少一个第二终端的标识。
该第二接收模块43用于接收所述第一终端发送的获取所述目标第二终端的目标数据的请求。
该第二发送模块44用于响应所述请求而向所述第一终端发送所述目标第二终端的目标数据的集合,以使所述第一终端从所述目标数据的集合中选择目标数据,并利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互。
在一例子中,该终端40还包括第三接收模块,用于接收并预先保存所述第二终端发送的目标数据。该第二发送模块44在第二接收模块43接收到第一终端发送的该请求时,查找出预存的该目标第二终端对应的所有目标数据并发送给第一终端。其中,该目标数据的集合可以采用列表方式发送给第一终端,且包括至少一个目标数据。
在另一例子中,终端40不预先存储第二终端的目标数据。该第二接收模块43还用于在接收到第一终端发送的该请求时,向目标第二终端请求获取其目标数据,并将目标第二终端反馈的目标数据发送给第一终端。

该建立模块45用于在所述第一终端实现基于选择的所述目标数据的数据交互后,建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系。
例如,建立模块45接收所述第一终端在所述第一终端实现基于选择的所述目标数据的数据交互后发送的通知时,确定该第一终端获得与目标第二终端建立交互绑定关系的权限,进而建立该第一终端与目标第二终端的交互绑定关系。
在另一实施方式中,该终端40还包括第四接收模块,用于接收并保存所述第二终端发送的绑定条件。其中,该绑定条件可包括第一终端的用户的信用情况、职业、行为习惯、收入、所在地、兴趣爱好中的至少一种。建立模块45在接收到第一终端发送的该通知时,判断所述第一终端是否满足所述目标第二终端设定的绑定条件,如果满足,则建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系;如果不满足,则可向第一终端发送其不满足目标第二终端的绑定条件的通知。
建立模块45执行所述建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系的步骤包括:建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端之间的即时通信关系,或建立所述第一终端获取查看所述目标第二终端的资料的权限,或建立所述第一终端对所述目标第二终端的关注。
上述方案中,第一终端向服务器发送建立交互绑定关系的需求,服务器根据信用情况和/登记信息筛选出满足预设条件的第二终端的用户集合,第一终端选择需要建立交互绑定关系的目标第二终端,并在该目标第二终端的目标数据集合中选择目标数据,以利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互,从而服务器确定第一终端具有与目标第二终端建立交互绑定关系的权限,故无需目标第二终端的应答即可建立第一终端与目标第二终端的交互绑定关系,即实现了基于目标数据的交互而自动建立交互绑定关系。而且,服务器根据第二终端的信用情况和/登记信息进行智能筛选后再发送给第一终端,提高了交互绑定对象的查找效率和网络数据传输、投放的准确度,减少网络数据的无效传输、资源消耗。另外,在数据交互完成后建立交互绑定关系,也便于第一终端与目标第二终端再次进行数据交互。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种建立交互绑定关系的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    第一终端向服务器发送交互绑定需求,以从所述服务器获取信用情况和/或登记信息满足预设条件的第二终端的用户集合;
    从所述第二终端的用户集合中选择需要建立交互绑定关系的目标第二终端;
    向所述服务器发送获取所述目标第二终端的目标数据的请求,以从所述服务器获取所述目标第二终端的目标数据的集合;
    从所述目标数据的集合中选择目标数据,并利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互,以使所述服务器建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述目标数据的集合中选择目标数据,并利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互,以使所述第二终端建立所述服务器与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系的步骤包括:
    从所述目标数据的集合中选择目标数据,并利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互;
    向所述服务器发送通知,以使所述服务器接收到所述通知并判断所述第一终端满足所述目标第二终端设定的绑定条件时,建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二终端的用户集合还包括所述第二终端的用户的信用情况和/或登记信息;
    所述从所述第二终端的用户集合中选择需要建立交互绑定关系的目标第二终端的步骤包括:根据所述第二终端的用户的信用情况和/或登记信息,从所述第二终端的用户集合中选择需要建立交互绑定关系的目标第二终端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设条件由所述第一终端发送的交互绑定需求携带的,或者由所述服务器预先设定的。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标数据为物信证或物信证的获取方式信息;所述利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互的步骤包括:
    利用选择的所述物信证实现所述电子商务功能以获得所述商品/服务。
  6. 一种建立交互绑定关系的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    服务器接收第一终端发送的交互绑定需求;
    响应所述交互绑定需求而向所述第一终端发送信用情况和/或登记信息满足预设条件的第二终端的用户集合,以使所述第一终端从所述第二终端的用户集合中选择需要建立交互绑定关系的目标第二终端;
    接收所述第一终端发送的获取所述目标第二终端的目标数据的请求;
    响应所述请求而向所述第一终端发送所述目标第二终端的目标数据的集合,以使所述第一终端从所述目标数据的集合中选择目标数据,并利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互;
    在所述第一终端实现基于选择的所述选择的目标数据的数据交互后,建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互后,建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系的步骤包括:
    接收所述第一终端在实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互后发送的通知;
    判断所述第一终端是否满足所述目标第二终端设定的绑定条件,如果满足,则建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在服务器接收第一终端发送的交互绑定需求的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述服务器接收并保存所述第二终端发送的目标数据和绑定条件。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在服务器接收第一终端发送的交互绑定需求的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    在第二终端发送登记请求时,记录所述登记请求中的第二终端的用户的登记信息;
    和/或追踪所述第二终端的目标数据的交互记录,以统计得到所述第二终端对应用户的信用情况。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系的步骤包括:
    建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端之间的即时通信关系,或建立所述第一终端获取查看所述目标第二终端的资料的权限,或建立所述第一终端对所述目标第二终端的关注。
  11. 根据权利要求6-10任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标数据为物信证或物信证的获取方式信息;
    所述利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互的步骤包括:
    利用选择的所述物信证实现所述电子商务功能以获得所述商品/服务。
  12. 一种建立交互绑定关系的交互终端,其特征在于,所述交互终端包括:
    第一发送模块,用于向服务器发送交互绑定需求,以从所述服务器获取信用情况和/或登记信息满足预设条件的第二终端的用户集合;
    选择模块,用于从所述第二终端的用户集合中选择需要建立交互绑定关系的目标第二终端;
    第二发送模块,用于向所述服务器发送获取所述目标第二终端的目标数据的请求,以从所述服务器获取所述目标第二终端的目标数据的集合;
    获得模块,用于从所述目标数据的集合中选择目标数据,并利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互,以使所述服务器建立所述交互终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系。
  13. 一种建立交互绑定关系的交互终端,其特征在于,所述交互终端包括:
    第一接收模块,用于接收第一终端发送的交互绑定需求;
    第一发送模块,用于响应所述交互绑定需求而向所述第一终端发送信用情况和/或登记信息满足预设条件的第二终端的用户集合,以使所述第一终端从所述第二终端的用户集合中选择需要建立交互绑定关系的目标第二终端;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述第一终端发送的获取所述目标第二终端的目标数据的请求;
    第二发送模块,用于响应所述请求而向所述第一终端发送所述目标第二终端的目标数据的集合,以使所述第一终端从所述目标数据的集合中选择目标数据,并利用选择的所述目标数据实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互;
    建立模块,用于在所述第一终端实现基于所述选择的目标数据的数据交互后,建立所述第一终端与所述目标第二终端的交互绑定关系。
