- 一种紧急业务即按即说MCPTT系统的话权控制的方法,其特征在于,第一话权控制服务器通过向第一网元设备发送用于指示属于第一MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权的第二消息的方式,使得属于第一MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权;其中,所述第一MCPTT系统为所述第一网元设备所属的MCPTT系统;所述第一网元设备通过向第一用户设备UE发送用于指示第一MCPTT用户占用话权的话权响应消息的方式,使得第一MCPTT用户占用话权;其中,所述第一MCPTT用户为所述第一UE的关联用户;所述方法包括:第一媒体服务器接收第二媒体服务器发送的所述第一UE的用户面数据;其中,所述第一话权控制服务器所属的MCPTT系统包括所述第一媒体服务器;所述第二媒体服务器属于所述第一MCPTT系统;所述第一媒体服务器对所述用户面数据进行转发。
- 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一媒体服务器对所述用户面数据进行转发,包括:所述第一媒体服务器将所述用户面数据发送至第二UE;所述第二UE的 关联用户为属于所述第一话权控制服务器所属的MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户。
- 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述第二UE所属的MCPTT系统与所述第一话权控制服务器所属的MCPTT系统不同时,所述第一媒体服务器将所述用户面数据发送至第二UE,包括:所述第一媒体服务器将所述用户面数据直接发送至所述第二UE;或者,所述第一媒体服务器将所述用户面数据通过第三媒体服务器发送至所述第二UE;其中,所述第二UE所属的MCPTT系统包括所述第三媒体服务器。
- 根据权利要求20或21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一媒体服务器对所述用户面数据进行转发,还包括:所述第一媒体服务器将所述用户面数据发送至第四媒体服务器,以使所述第四媒体服务器将所述用户面数据转发至第三UE;其中,所述第三UE的关联用户为属于第二MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户;所述第二MCPTT系统包括所述第四媒体服务器。
- 一种多紧急业务即按即说MCPTT系统的话权控制的方法,其特征在于,包括:第一话权控制服务器接收N个网元设备发送的第一消息,所述第一消息包括向所述网元设备请求话权的MCPTT用户的用户信息,所述第一消息用于向所述第一话权控制服务器请求话权;其中,N为大于或等于1的整数;所述N个网元设备分别属于N个MCPTT系统;所述第一话权控制服务器根据所述第一消息及话权控制策略,确定属于第一MCPTT系统的第一MCPTT用户占用话权;其中,所述第一MCPTT系统为第一网元设备所属的MCPTT系统,所述第一网元设备为所述N个网元设备中的网元设备;所述第一话权控制服务器向所述第一网元设备发送第二消息,所述第二消息用于指示属于所述第一MCPTT系统的所述第一MCPTT用户占用话权。
- 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户信息包括以下至少一种:用户标识、用户角色和用户优先级信息。
- 一种紧急业务即按即说MCPTT系统的话权控制的方法,其特征在 于,第一话权控制服务器通过向第一网元设备发送用于指示属于第一MCPTT系统的第一MCPTT用户占用话权的第二消息的方式,使得属于第一MCPTT系统的第一MCPTT用户占用话权;其中,所述第一MCPTT系统为所述第一网元设备所属的MCPTT系统;所述第一MCPTT用户为第一用户设备UE的关联用户;所述方法包括:第二媒体服务器接收所述第一UE发送的用户面数据;其中,所述第二媒体服务器属于所述第一MCPTT系统;所述第二媒体服务器将所述用户面数据发送至第一媒体服务器,以使所述第一媒体服务器对所述用户面数据进行转发;其中,所述第一话权控制服务器所属的MCPTT系统包括所述第一媒体服务器。
- 一种紧急业务即按即说MCPTT系统的话权控制的方法,其特征在于,第一话权控制服务器通过向第一网元设备发送用于指示属于第一MCPTT系统的第一MCPTT用户占用话权的第二消息的方式,使得属于第一MCPTT系统的第一MCPTT用户占用话权;其中,所述第一MCPTT系统为所述第一网元设备所属的MCPTT系统;所述第一MCPTT用户为第一用户设备UE的关联用户;所述方法包括:第一媒体服务器接收第二媒体服务器发送的所述第一UE的用户面数据;其中,所述第一话权控制服务器所属的MCPTT系统包括所述第一媒体服务器;所述第二媒体服务器属于所述第一MCPTT系统;所述第一媒体服务器对所述用户面数据进行转发。
- 根据权利要求26所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一媒体服务器对所述用户面数据进行转发,包括:所述第一媒体服务器将所述用户面数据发送至第二UE;所述第二UE的关联用户为属于所述第一话权控制服务器所属的MCPTT系统中的MCPTT用户。
- 根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一媒体服务器对所述用户面数据进行转发,还包括:所述第一媒体服务器将所述用户面数据发送至第三媒体服务器,以使所述第三媒体服务器将所述用户面数据转发至第三UE;其中,所述第三UE的关联用户为属于第二MCPTT系统的MCPTT用户;所述第二MCPTT系统包括所述第三媒体服务器。
- 一种多紧急业务即按即说MCPTT系统的话权控制的装置,所述装置为第一话权控制服务器,其特征在于,所述装置包括:接收模块,用于接收N个网元设备发送的第一消息,所述第一消息用于向所述第一话权控制服务器请求话权;其中,N为大于或等于1的整数;所述N个网元设备分别属于N个MCPTT系统;处理模块,用于根据所述第一消息及话权控制策略,确定属于第一MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权;其中,所述第一MCPTT系统为第一网元设备所属的MCPTT系统,所述第一网元设备为所述N个网元设备中的网元设备;发送模块,用于向所述第一网元设备发送第二消息,所述第二消息用于指示属于所述第一MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权。
- 根据权利要求29所述的装置,其特征在于,所述网元设备为话权控制服务器或媒体服务器。
- 根据权利要求29或30所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一网元设备发送的所述第一消息包括至少一个MCPTT群组的群组信息;所述至少一个MCPTT群组包括第一MCPTT群组;相应的,所述处理模块具体用于:根据所述第一消息及话权控制策略,确定属于所述第一MCPTT系统的所述第一MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权;所述第二消息具体用于指示属于所述第一MCPTT系统的所述第一MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权。
- 根据权利要求31所述的装置,其特征在于,所述群组信息包括以下至少一种:群组标识和群组优先级。
- 根据权利要求29或30所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一网元设备发送的第一消息包括第一MCPTT用户的用户信息;相应的,所述处理模块具体用于:根据所述第一消息及话权控制策略,确定属于所述第一MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的所述第一MCPTT用户占用话权;所述第二消息具体用于指示属于所述第一MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的所述第一MCPTT用户占用话权。
- 根据权利要求33所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户信息包括以下至少一种:用户标识、用户角色和用户优先级信息。
- 根据权利要求29或30所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一网元设备发送的所述第一消息包括第一MCPTT群组的群组信息;相应的,所述处理模块具体用于:根据所述第一消息及话权控制策略,确定属于第一MCPTT系统的所述第一MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权;所述第二消息具体用于指示属于第一MCPTT系统的所述第一MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权。
- 根据权利要求29-35任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块,还用于:向其他网元设备发送第三消息;其中,所述其他网元设备为所述N个网元设备中除所述第一网元设备之外的设备;其中,所述第三消息用于指示拒绝属于第三MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权;或者,所述第三消息包括队列信息,所述队列信息用于指示属于所述第三MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权的排序;所述第三MCPTT系统为所述其他网元设备所属的MCPTT群组。
- 一种多紧急业务即按即说MCPTT系统的话权控制的装置,所述装置为第一网元设备,其特征在于,所述装置包括:接收模块,用于接收K个用户设备UE发送的话权请求消息;其中,所述K为大于或等于1的整数;所述第一网元设备属于第一MCPTT系统;K个MCPTT用户分别与所述K个UE关联,且所述K个MCPTT用户分别所属的MCPTT群组属于所述第一MCPTT系统;发送模块,用于根据所述话权请求消息,向第一话权控制服务器发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于向所述第一话权控制服务器请求话权;所述接收模块,还用于接收所述第一话权控制服务器发送的第二消息,所述第二消息用于指示属于所述第一MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权;处理模块,用于根据所述第二消息,确定第一MCPTT用户占用话权;所述第一MCPTT用户为第一UE的关联用户,所述第一UE为所述N个UE中的UE;所述发送模块,还用于向所述第一UE发送话权响应消息,所述话权响应消息用于指示所述第一MCPTT用户占用话权。
- 根据权利要求37所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一网元设备为第二话权控制服务器或媒体服务器。
- 根据权利要求37或38所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一消息包括:向所述第一网元设备请求话权的所述K个MCPTT用户分别所属的MCPTT群组的群组信息;所述第一MCPTT用户属于第一MCPTT群组;相应的,所述第二消息具体用于指示属于所述第一MCPTT系统的所述第一MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权;所述处理模块,具体用于根据所述第二消息及话权控制策略,在所述第一MCPTT群组中确定所述第一MCPTT用户占用话权。
- 根据权利要求39所述的装置,其特征在于,所述群组信息包括以下至少一种:群组标识和群组优先级。
- 根据权利要求37或38所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块根据所述话权请求消息,向第一话权控制服务器发送第一消息,具体包括:根据所述话权请求消息及话权控制策略,向所述第一话权控制服务器发送所述第一消息;所述第一消息包括:向所述第二话权控制服务器请求话权的所述K个MCPTT用户中的所述第一MCPTT用户的用户信息;相应的,所述第二消息具体用于指示属于所述第一MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的所述第一MCPTT用户占用话权。
- 根据权利要求41所述的装置,其特征在于,所述用户信息包括以下至少一种:用户标识、用户角色和用户优先级信息。
- 根据权利要求37或38所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送模块根据所述话权请求消息,向所述第一话权控制服务器发送第一消息,具体包括:根据所述话权请求消息及话权控制策略,向所述第一话权控制服务器发送所述第一消息;所述第一消息包括:向所述第二话权控制服务器请求话权的所述K个MCPTT用户分别所属的MCPTT群组中的第一MCPTT群组的 群组信息;所述第一MCPTT用户属于所述第一MCPTT群组;相应的,所述第二消息具体用于指示属于第一MCPTT系统的所述第一MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权;所述处理模块,具体用于根据所述第二消息及话权控制策略,在所述第一MCPTT群组中确定所述第一MCPTT用户占用话权。
- 根据权利要求37-43任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述第一MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT系统与所述第一MCPTT系统不同时,则所述接收模块接收所述第一UE发送的话权请求消息,具体包括:接收所述第一UE直接向所述第一网元设备发送的所述话权请求消息;或者,接收所述第一UE通过第二网元设备向所述第一网元设备发送的所述话权请求消息;其中,所述第二网元设备为所述第一MCPTT用户所属的MCPTT系统中的网元设备。
- 根据权利要求38所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述第一网元设备为所述第二话权控制服务器时,则所述接收模块接收所述第一UE发送的话权请求消息,具体包括:接收所述第一UE直接向所述第二话权控制服务器发送的所述话权请求消息;或者,接收所述第一UE通过所述媒体服务器向所述第二话权控制服务器发送的所述话权请求消息。
- 一种紧急业务即按即说MCPTT系统的话权控制的装置,所述装置为第二媒体服务器,其特征在于,第一话权控制服务器通过向第一网元设备发送用于指示属于第一MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权的第二消息的方式,使得属于第一MCPTT系统的MCPTT群组中的MCPTT用户占用话权;其中,所述第一MCPTT系统为所述第一网元设备所属的MCPTT系统;所述第一网元设备通过向第一用户设备UE发送用于指示第一MCPTT用户占用话权的话权响应消息的方式,使得第一MCPTT用户占用话权;其中,所述第一MCPTT用户为所述第一UE的关联用户;所述第二媒体 服务器属于所述第一MCPTT系统;所述装置包括:接收模块,用于接收所述第一UE发送的用户面数据;转发模块,用于将所述用户面数据发送至第一媒体服务器,以使所述第一媒体服务器对所述用户面数据进行转发;其中,所述第一话权控制服务器所属的MCPTT系统包括所述第一媒体服务器。
