Abstract
본 발명은 글리세린에스테르(glycerinester) 화합물 및 에틸렌글리콜(ethylene glycol) 화합물을 포함하는 산성가스 흡수제 및 이를 포함하는 산성가스 흡수용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이를 통해, 이산화탄소 흡수능이 우수하고, 이산화탄소의 포집률이 우수하며, 이산화탄소와의 결합 안정성이 우수하고, 점도가 낮아 순환량에 대한 에너지 소모량이 적고, 경제성이 우수하며, 가스화 복합 발전의 에너지 효율을 향상시킬 수 있고, 산성가스 포집 공정의 동력비를 절감할 수 있으며, 습식 공정 및 물리적 반응을 이용할 수 있는 산성가스 흡수제 및 이를 포함하는 산성가스 흡수용 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
Description
본 발명은 산성가스 흡수용 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 산성가스 흡수용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
가스화 기술은 석탄 등의 고체연료를 합성가스로 변환시키는 것으로, 상기 변환 과정에서 발생하는 에너지, 합성가스 및 기타의 화학제품을 이용하는 기술을 총칭한다.
이러한 가스화 기술은 대표적으로 가스화 복합발전 기술, 합성천연가스 제조 기술 등을 포함한다. 가스화 복합발전(IGCC; Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle)기술은 화석연료를 일산화탄소를 주성분으로 하는 합성가스로 가스화한 후 정제하여 복합 발전에 이용한다. 가스화 복합발전을 통해 전기를 생산하는 방법은 종래의 미분탄보일러를 이용하는 화력발전보다 에너지 효율이 높으며, 경제성이 우수한 장점이 있다. 합성천연가스(SNG; Synthetic Natural Gas) 제조 기술은 화석연료를 고온, 고압에서 가스화한 후 정제 및 메탄합성 공정을 수행하여 천연가스와 동일한 성상의 가스를 제조한다. 특히, 가스화 복합발전 기술 및 합성 천연가스 제조 기술은 화석연료의 이용 중 발생하는 이산화탄소의 양을 저감할 수 있으면서도 에너지 효율이 우수하다는 점에 가장 큰 장점이 있다.
한편, 이산화탄소 등의 산성가스는 지구 온난화, 산성비, 환경오염 등의 원인으로 지목되고 있어 그 배출량을 엄격히 제한받고 있다. 이에 따라, 가스화 기술에서 산성가스의 포집률을 더욱 향상시키고, 생산성을 향상시키며 동시에 에너지 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 이산화탄소 포집 및 저장(CCS; Cabon Capture and Storage) 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이산화탄소 포집 및 저장 기술은 이산화탄소를 발생원으로부터 포집한 후 압축하여 저장하거나 유용한 물질로 전환할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 가스화 복합발전은(IGCC) 발전 중 발생하는 산성가스를 연소 전 포집 단계, 순산소 연소 중 포집 단계, 연소 후 포집 단계 등에서 회수할 수 있다. 이 중 연소 전 포집 공정에서는 산성가스 흡수제를 이용함으로써, 이산화탄소 배출량을 대폭 저감할 수 있다. 종래의 산성가스 흡수제로는 Selexol 공정법의 DMPEG(Dimethyl Ether Polyethylene Glycol), Rectisol 공정법의 메탄올 또는 Purisol 공정법의 NMP(N-Methyl-2-Pyrrolidone) 등이 알려져 있다. 그러나 종래의 산성가스 흡수제는 점도가 높아 공정 적용 시 에너지의 소모가 크며, 화학 반응 결과물의 처리가 어렵고, 경제성이 낮은 단점이 있다.
또한, 산성가스 흡수제는 상용화를 위해 산성가스 회수능력, 저장안정성 및 경제성이 우수하여야 한다. 따라서, 이러한 특성을 모두 동시에 만족하는 산성가스 흡수제에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다.
관련 선행기술 문헌으로는 한국공개특허공보 2011-0113434호가 있다.
본 발명의 하나의 과제는 이산화탄소 흡수능이 특히 우수하고, 이산화탄소의 포집률이 우수하며, 이산화탄소와의 결합 안정성이 우수하고, 점도가 낮아 순환량에 대한 에너지 소모량이 적은 산성가스 흡수제를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 과제는 생산 효율이 우수하고, 경제성이 우수하며, 가스화 복합 발전의 에너지 효율을 향상시킬 수 있고, 산성가스 포집 공정의 동력비를 절감할 수 있고, 습식 공정 및 물리적 반응을 이용할 수 있는 산성가스 흡수용 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 일 구현예는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 트리아세틴 및 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 포함하는 산성가스 흡수제에 관한 것이다.

상기 화학식 2에서, R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 메틸기이고, n은 2 내지 9의 정수이다.
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 트리아세틴의 함량은 전체 산성가스 흡수제 중 약 5 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%일 수 있다.
상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 함량은 전체 산성가스 흡수제 중 약 50 중량% 내지 약 95 중량%일 수 있다.
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 트리아세틴과 상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 중량비는 약 1:1.3 내지 약 1:18일 수 있다.
상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 중량평균분자량은 약 150g/mol 내지 약 550g/mol일 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 구현예는 전술한 산성가스 흡수제 약 95 중량% 내지 약 99 중량% 및 증류수 약 1 중량% 내지 약 5 중량%를 포함하는 산성가스 흡수용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
상기 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 소포제를 더 포함하고, 상기 소포제의 함량은 산성가스 흡수제 100 중량부를 기준으로 약 1 중량부 내지 약 5 중량부일 수 있다.
상기 소포제는 올레일 알코올, 아미노 실리콘, 디메틸 실리콘 및 폴리디메틸실록산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상일 수 있다.
상기 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 하기 식 1 내지 식 3을 모두 만족할 수 있다.

본 발명의 실시예들은 이산화탄소 흡수능이 우수하고, 이산화탄소의 포집률이 우수하며, 이산화탄소와의 결합 안정성이 우수하고, 점도가 낮아 순환량에 대한 에너지 소모량이 적고, 경제성이 우수하며, 가스화 복합 발전의 에너지 효율을 향상시킬 수 있고, 산성가스 포집 공정의 동력비를 절감할 수 있으며, 습식 공정 및 물리적 반응을 이용할 수 있는 산성가스 흡수용 조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다.
도 1은 물성평가 방법 중 에너지 사용량 평가를 위한 공정모사 조건을 나타낸 개략도이다.
본 발명의 일 구현예는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 트리아세틴(triacetin) 및 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜(ethylene glycol)을 포함하는 산성가스 흡수제에 관한 것이다.

이러한 산성가스 흡수제는 이산화탄소 흡수능이 우수하고, 이산화탄소의 포집률이 우수하며, 이산화탄소와의 결합 안정성이 우수하다. 또한, 산성가스 흡수용 조성물에 사용할 경우, 점도를 낮출 수 있어 순환량에 대한 에너지 소모량을 낮출 수 있다. 또한, 상기 산성가스 흡수제는 원료로 사용되는 상기 화학식 1 및 화학식 2의 화합물이 공업적인 이용성이 우수하고, 수급이 편리하기 때문에 경제성이 매우 우수하다.
상기 산성가스는 예를 들면, 가스화 기술에서 합성가스의 생산 시 발생할 수 있는 CO2, H2S, SO2, NO2 및 COS 중 어느 하나를 의미할 수 있다.
상기 산성가스 흡수제는 특히 이산화탄소 흡수능이 우수하므로, 가스화복합발전의 연소 전 산성가스 포집 공정의 이산화탄소 흡수제로 사용될 수 있다.
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 트리아세틴은 이산화탄소와의 상호작용 에너지(단분자 결합에너지)가 약 35 kcal/mol 내지 약 37 kcal/mol일 수 있다. 이러한 트리아세틴을 사용함으로서, 산성가스 흡수제는 이산화탄소 흡수력 및 산성가스 흡수용 조성물의 이산화탄소 용해도를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있으며, 물리적 흡수제로서의 사용능이 더욱 향상될 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 예를 들면 산성가스 포집 공정에서 사용되는 흡수제의 순환량을 저감할 수 있어, 에너지 효율이 향상되고 공정 동력 비용이 절감될 수 있다.
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 트리아세틴의 함량은 전체 산성가스 흡수제 중 약 5 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%일 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 산성가스 흡수제의 이산화탄소 흡수력을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 함께 사용되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜과의 상용성이 우수하여, 이산화탄소 회수 후의 저장안정성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
구체적으로, 트리아세틴의 함량은 전체 산성가스 흡수제 중 약 5 중량% 내지 약 40 중량%, 약 10 중량% 내지 약 40 중량% 또는 약 15 중량% 내지 약 35 중량%일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서, 산성가스 흡수제는 이산화탄소 흡수력과 저장안정성을 더욱 우수한 수준으로 양립할 수 있다. 또한, 습식 산성가스 흡수제에 적용하는 경우, 점도를 더욱 낮추면서도 이산화탄소 용해도를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다. 이를 통해, 동일한 순환량에 대한 이산화탄소 포집 효율성이 더욱 향상될 수 있다.
상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜 화합물은 R1 및 R2가 각각 수소 또는 메틸기이고, n은 2 내지 9의 정수이며, 중량평균분자량이 약 150g/mol 내지 약 550g/mol인 것을 사용할 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 전술한 트리아세틴과의 상용성이 우수하여 이산화탄소 회수 후의 저장안정성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
구체적으로, 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 중량평균분자량은 약 200g/mol 내지 약 400g/mol 또는 약 250g/mol 내지 약 350g/mol일 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 산성가스 흡수제의 안정성이 우수하여 대용량의 공업 설비에 이용하기에 유리하며, 습식 산성가스 흡수용 조성물로 사용하는 경우에서의 점도를 더욱 낮출 수 있다.
상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 함량은 전체 산성가스 흡수제 중 약 50 중량% 내지 약 95 중량%일 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 산성가스 흡수제의 이산화탄소 흡수력과 흡수제의 각 성분들간의 상용성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
구체적으로, 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 함량은 전체 산성가스 흡수제 중 약 55 중량% 내지 약 95 중량%, 약 60 중량% 내지 약 95 중량%, 약 65 중량% 내지 약 95 중량%, 약 65 중량% 내지 약 90 중량% 또는 약 65 중량% 내지 약 85 중량%일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서, 산성가스 흡수제는 이산화탄소 흡수력과 이산화탄소 저장안정성을 더욱 우수한 수준으로 양립할 수 있다. 또한, 습식 산성가스 흡수제에 적용하는 경우, 점도를 더욱 낮추면서도 이산화탄소 용해도를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다. 이를 통해, 동일한 순환량에 대한 이산화탄소 포집 효율성이 더욱 향상될 수 있다.
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 트리아세틴과 상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 중량비는 약 1:1.3 내지 약 1:18일 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 산성가스 흡수제의 이산화탄소 흡수력과 흡수제의 각 성분들간의 상용성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 트리아세틴과 상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 중량비는 약 1:1.4 내지 약 1:8.5, 약 1:1.5 내지 약 1:7 또는 약 1:2 내지 약 1:6일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서, 산성가스 흡수제는 이산화탄소 흡수력과 이산화탄소 저장안정성을 더욱 우수한 수준으로 양립할 수 있다. 또한, 습식 산성가스 흡수제에 적용하는 경우, 점도를 더욱 낮추면서도 이산화탄소 용해도를 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다. 이를 통해, 동일한 순환량에 대한 이산화탄소 포집 효율성이 더욱 향상될 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 구현예는 전술한 산성가스 흡수제 및 증류수를 포함하는 산성가스 흡수용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 일 실시예의 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 전술한 산성가스 흡수제를 약 95 중량% 내지 약 100 중량%로 포함할 수 있고, 이에 증류수 약 0 중량% 내지 약 5 중량%를 추가로 첨가하여 사용할 수도 있다.
구체적으로, 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 전술한 산성가스 흡수제를 약 95 중량% 내지 약 99 중량%로 포함할 수 있고, 증류수를 산성가스 흡수용 조성물 중 약 1 중량% 내지 약 5 중량%로 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 낮은 점도를 구현하고, 동시에 상온(20℃~25℃)에서의 증기압을 낮출 수 있다. 이를 통해 공정에서 흡수제의 손실량을 줄일 수 있고, 보충 흡수제의 양을 최소화할 수 있으며, 흡수제의 순환량을 낮출 수 있다.
상기 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 소포제를 더 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 산성가스 흡수제가 습식 산성가스 흡수용 조성물로 사용되는 경우에서의 기포 발생을 저감할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 소포제의 함량은 전체 산성가스 흡수제 100 중량부를 기준으로 약 1 중량부 내지 약 5 중량부일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서, 습식 공정에 적용 시 산성가스 흡수제 자체의 기포를 줄일 뿐만 아니라, 공정 순환 시 발생할 수 있는 기포도 저감할 수 있어 산성가스 포집 공정의 효율이 더욱 향상될 수 있다.
더욱 구체적으로, 소포제의 함량은 전체 산성가스 흡수제 100 중량부를 기준으로 약 1 중량부 내지 약 4 중량부 또는 약 1 중량부 내지 약 3 중량부일 수 있다. 상기 범위에서, 산성가스 흡수제용 조성물의 각 성분간 상용성이 더욱 향상될 수 있다.
상기 소포제는 예를 들면, 올레일 알코올, 아미노 실리콘, 디메틸 실리콘 및 폴리디메틸실록산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 사용할 수 있다. 이러한 소포제는 필요에 따라 상기 중 1종을 단독으로 사용하거나 2종 이상을 혼합하여 사용할 수 있다.

상기 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 습식 이산화탄소 흡수용 조성물일 수 있다. 구체적으로, 상기 습식 이산화탄소 흡수용 조성물은 예를 들면, 가스화 복합 발전의 연소 전 산성가스 포집 공정에서 사용될 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 이산화탄소의 포집 효율 및 이산화탄소 배출량 저감효과가 더욱 우수한 효과가 있다.
실시예
이하, 본 발명의 실시예들과 각 실시예에 사용되는 성분들의 물성을 상세하게 설명한다. 이는 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 발명을 용이하게 실시할 수 있을 정도로 상세하게 설명하기 위한 것이며, 이로 인해 본 발명의 기술적인 사상 및 범주가 한정되는 것을 의미하지는 않는다.
실시예 1 내지 5
화학식 1의 트리아세틴 및 중량평균분자량이 250 g/mol인 화학식 2의 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 하기 표 1에 표시된 조성에 따라, 혼합하여 산성가스 흡수제를 제조하였다. 이와 같이 제조된 산성가스 흡수제에 증류수를 표 1에 기재된 함량으로 투입한 후 교반하여 전체 용적이 1L인 산성가스 흡수용 조성물을 제조하였다.
실시예 6
하기 표 1에 표시된 조성에 따라 중량평균분자량 250 g/mol인 화학식 2의 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 중량평균분자량 280 g/mol인 화학식 2의 폴리에틸렌글리콜로 변경한 것을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 산성가스 흡수용 조성물을 제조하였다.
실시예 7
하기 표 1에 표시된 조성에 따라 중량평균분자량 250 g/mol인 화학식 2의 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 중량평균분자량 350 g/mol인 화학식 2의 폴리에틸렌글리콜으로 변경한 것을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 산성가스 흡수용 조성물을 제조하였다.
실시예 8
하기 표 1에 표시된 조성에 따라 중량평균분자량 250 g/mol인 화학식 2의 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 중량평균분자량 400 g/mol인 화학식 2의 폴리에틸렌글리콜으로 변경한 것을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 산성가스 흡수용 조성물을 제조하였다.
비교예 1
하기 표 1에 표시된 조성에 따라 중량평균분자량 250 g/mol인 화학식 2의 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 디메틸에스테르 폴리에틸렌글리콜(DMPEG) 100 중량%로 변경한 것을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 산성가스 흡수용 조성물을 제조하였다.
비교예 2
하기 표 1에 표시된 조성에 따라 트리아세틴을 0 중량%로 사용하고, 중량평균분자량 250 g/mol인 화학식 2의 폴리에틸렌글리콜을 95 중량%로 사용한 것을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일한 방법으로 산성가스 흡수용 조성물을 제조하였다.

실시예 1 내지 8 및 비교예 1 내지 3에서 제조된 산성가스 흡수용 조성물에 대하여, 1L/min의 모사가스(CO2+N2)를 처리할 수 있는 흡수장치를 이용하여, 30bar에서 이산화탄소 용해도를 측정하였다. 이때, 상기 흡수장치 내의 압력은 흡수장치의 후단에 back pressure regulator를 설치하여 조절하였다. 모사가스(CO2+N2)는 chiller와 가압장치를 이용하여 일정한 온도와 압력으로 일정량의 흡수 조성물이 담긴 흡수장치 내로 공급되며, 각 측정 온도와 압력에서 이산화탄소의 흡수를 진행시켰다. 또한, 흡수가 일어나고 배출되는 가수 중의 이산화탄소의 농도는 이산화탄소 농도분석기를 이용하여 측정하였으며, 이산화탄소 흡수에 의해 발생하는 유량의 변화는 흡수장치에 공급된 유량 및 이산화탄소 농도와 후단에서 측정된 이산화탄소 농도 값으로 계산하였다. 또한, 전술한 흡수장치에서 흡수조성물에 흡수된 이산화탄소의 양은 흡수장치 후단의 이산화탄소의 농도 값과 유량의 곱으로 구해진 배출 이산화탄소의 총량을 흡수장치에 공급된 이산화탄소의 총량에서 빼고 계산하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 산출된 결과는 표 2 에 나타내었다.

2. 점도의 측정
실시예 1 내지 8 및 비교예 1 내지 4에서 제조한 산성가스 흡수용 조성물을 대상으로, 각각 10℃, 20℃ 및 30℃에서의 점도를 측정하였다. 결과는 표 3에 나타내었다.

3. 에너지 사용량 평가
Aspen plus 공정 모사 프로그램을 이용하여, 실시예 4 및 비교예 1에서 제조한 산성가스 흡수용 조성물을 대상으로, 산성가스 포집 공정에서 에너지 사용량을 평가하였다. 결과는 표 4에 나타내었다.
산성가스 포집 공정에서의 에너지 사용량 평가에 사용된 공정 조건을 도 1에나타내었다. 도 1은 공정 조건 및 흡수용 조성물의 유량을 구체적으로 나타낸다. 상기 에너지 사용량 평가 방법은 실시예 4 및 비교예 1에서 제조된 흡수용 조성물을 순환시키고, 이산화탄소의 흡수, 방출 공정을 실측해 이산화탄소의 분리 회수량을 평가한다.
도 1에서, Aspen plus 모사 공정은 합성가스 주입장치(101), 혼합기 1(411), 혼합기 2(412), H2S ABS(201), CO2 ABS(202), N2 PERGE(103), N2 STRIP(301), 콤프레스(102), 히터 1(421), 냉각기 1(424), 냉각기 2(423), 냉각기 3(422), 펌프(401, 402, 403), 스트리퍼(203), 이산화탄소 배출 장치(106), 클린 가스 배출장치(104), 플래시 1(302), 플래시 2(303) 등을 포함한다.
이 때, 콤프레스(102)는 30 bar; N2 STRIP(301)은 25bar; 히터 1(421)은 25bar, 50℃; 스트리퍼(203)는 1bar; 냉각기 3(422)은 34bar, w/DMC -7℃, w/DEC -8℃, 그 외 -5℃; 냉각기 2(423)는 34bar, DMPEG -5℃, w/DMC 7℃, 그 외 -5℃; 플래시 1(302)은 DMPEG 2.37℃, w/DMC 10.48℃, w/DEC 4.16℃, w/THF 10.8℃, w/TAT 1.84℃; 플래시 2(303)는 DMPEG -4.75℃, w/DMC 5.92℃, w/DEC -5.02℃, w/THF -5.40℃, w/TAT -4.95℃; H2S ABS(201)는 35bar; CO2 ABS(202)는 34bar; 의 공정 조건으로 운행된다.

상기의 물성평가 결과를 통해 알 수 있는 바와 같이, 실시예 1 내지 8의 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 비교예 1 내지 3에 비하여 이산화탄소 용해도가 매우 우수하였다.
또한, 실시예 1 내지 8의 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 점도가 10℃, 20℃ 및 30℃에서 측정한 점도가 낮아 공업적 사용성이 우수하고, 순환량을 저감할 수 있으며, 이에 대한 에너지 소모 및 동력 비용이 낮았다.
이러한 점은, Aspen plus 공정 모사 프로그램을 이용하여 에너지 사용량을 평가한 결과를 통해 확인하였다. 특히, 실시예 4는 에틸렌글리콜만을 흡수제로 사용한 비교예 1보다 에너지 사용량이 5kW 이상 저감되었다.
이를 통해, 실시예 1 내지 8의 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 비교예 1 내지 3에 비하여 이산화탄소 흡수능이 뛰어나고, 에너지 소모량이 적으므로, 산성가스 포집 공정에서의 이산화탄소 회수율 및 회수 후 저장안정성 및 경제성이 우수함을 알 수 있다.

Claims (11)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 트리아세틴의 함량은 전체 산성가스 흡수제 중 약 5 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%인 산성가스 흡수제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 함량은 전체 산성가스 흡수제 중 약 50 중량% 내지 약 95 중량%인 산성가스 흡수제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 트리아세틴과 상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 중량비는 약 1:1.3 내지 약 1:18 인 산성가스 흡수제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 중량평균분자량은 약 150g/mol 내지 약 550g/mol 인 산성가스 흡수제.
- 제 1 항의 산성가스 흡수제 약 95 중량% 내지 약 99 중량% 및 증류수 약 1 중량% 내지 약 5 중량%를 포함하는 산성가스 흡수용 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 소포제를 더 포함하고, 상기 소포제의 함량은 산성가스 흡수제 100 중량부를 기준으로 약 1 중량부 내지 약 5 중량부인 산성가스 흡수용 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 소포제는 올레일 알코올, 아미노 실리콘, 디메틸 실리콘 및 폴리디메틸실록산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 산성가스 흡수제용 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 하기 식 1 내지 식 3을 모두 만족하는 산성가스 흡수용 조성물.[식 1]220 g/l ≤ S1 ≤ 260 g/l[식 2]180 g/l ≤ S2 ≤ 220 g/l[식 3]130 g/l ≤ S3 ≤ 160 g/l상기 식 1 내지 식 3에서, S1 내지 S3은 산성가스 흡수용 조성물의 각 측정온도에 대한 이산화탄소 용해도이고, S1의 측정온도는 -20℃, S2의 측정온도는 0℃, S3의 측정온도는 20℃이다.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 하기 식 4 내지 식 6을 모두 만족하는 산성가스 흡수용 조성물.[식 4]0.0060 Paㆍs ≤ V10 ≤ 0.0071 Paㆍs[식 5]0.0045 Paㆍs ≤ V20 ≤ 0.0056 Paㆍs[식 6]0.0028 Paㆍs ≤ V30 ≤ 0.0051 Paㆍs상기 식 4 내지 식 6에서, V10은 10℃에서의 점도, V20은 20℃에서의 점도, V30은 30℃에서의 점도를 의미한다.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 산성가스 흡수용 조성물은 습식 이산화탄소 흡수용 조성물인 산성가스 흡수용 조성물.
