面罩组件需要长期佩戴,佩戴舒适性对用户的体验影响非常大。设置有前额支架的面罩组件可以承压到佩戴者的额头部位,通过额头提供支撑力,以缓解面罩组件对佩戴者面部的压迫。然而,现有的面罩组件的前额支架的结构复杂,佩戴者不方便在佩戴过程中调节前额支架来适应自身的前额高度。
发明内容

在一个实施例中,所述连接件的第一端包括设置在外表面的第一限位部,所述进气接口的内表面包括与所述第一限位部相配合的第二限位部,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部配合以防止所述连接件在所述进气接口内绕所述进气接口的轴线转动。
在一个实施例中,所述第一限位部是第一平整面或凹球面,所述第二限位部是与所述第一平整面相配合的第二平整面或与所述凹球面相配合的凸球面。
在一个实施例中,所述第一限位部是沿所述连接件的轴向方向延伸的凹槽;所述第二限位部是设置在所述进气接口内表面上且与所述凹槽相配合的第一凸起。
在一个实施例中,所述连接件的第一端的外表面上设置有围绕所述截球面的轴线周向延伸的第二凸起,所述第二凸起位于所述凹槽的一侧或两侧,所述进气接口的内表面上设置有与所述第二凸起相配合的卡槽。
在一个实施例中,所述前额支架的安装部具有安装孔,所述连接件的第二端固定套设于所述安装孔内。
在一个实施例中,所述前额支架靠近所述安装部的下端朝向所述框架主体的表面上设置有限位件。
在一个实施例中,所述限位件是弹簧。
在一个实施例中,所述面罩组件还包括弹性件,所述弹性件设置在所述前额支架的连接部与所述框架主体之间形成的间隙中。
根据本发明的面罩组件,其包括框架以及与框架的框架主体相配合使用的前额支架。前额支架通过连接件与框架相连接。通过连接件与框架上的进气接口铰接连接,使得连接件可以在进气接口内摆动。连接件的摆动可带动固定设置于连接件第二端的前额支架摆动。这样,当佩戴者佩戴本发明的面罩组件时,佩戴者即可根据自身的前额高度利用前额支架的摆动来自动调节前额支架,这样的调节方式操作简单,方便快捷。另外,前额支架以摆动的方式来适应不同佩戴者的不同前额高度,从而很好地满足了不同佩戴者的佩戴需求。
在下文中将基于实施例并参考附图来对本发明进行更详细的描述。

下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
图1以及图2示意性地显示了本发明的面罩组件的实施例的结构。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的面罩组件的实施例,包括框架和前额支架12。框架包括衬垫14以及与衬垫14相连接的框架主体11。框架主体11与衬垫14可以分体设置,通过卡接、粘接等方式连接;也可以通过二次包胶一体成型。衬垫14使用柔性材料加工制造,以使其更好更舒适地和人的皮肤接触,同时也会与人的皮肤贴合良好,保证气密性。框架主体11用于与外部构件相连接。框架主体11可以接受外部施加的压力并传递给衬垫14。框架主体11的外周设置有前额支架12。前额支架12的上端设置有上头带连接挂钩121。
前额支架12的下端设置有下头带挂钩122。前额支架12的上端为本实施例的贴合部。佩戴者使用时,将面罩组件戴在面部,需要多次地调整头带的松紧直
至既不漏气,面部又没有明显的压迫感。操作前额支架12在靠近或远离佩戴者前额的方向上摆动(如图2所示的摆动方向99),最终将前额支架12的贴合部摆动到一个适合自身前额高度的位置后将头带固定在头部上。
在头带的牵拉作用下,面罩组件会得到固定。这时,前额支架12的贴合部(设置上头带连接挂钩121的一端)会抵压到佩戴者的前额上。前额支架12的贴合部与佩戴者的前额接触后,前额分担了一部分来自上头带的拉力,从而减小了面罩对鼻梁两侧最为敏感部位的压力,使得患者佩戴该面罩组件时会感到更加舒适。
本实施例的面罩组件还包括连接件13。连接件13包括外表面呈截球面的第一端以及外表面呈圆柱面的第二端。截球面是指使用两个平行的平面去截一个球体,位于两个平行平面之间的球体的外表面为截球面。框架主体11上设置的进气接口112与连接件13的第一端球铰接连接。前额支架12包括可与前额贴合的贴合部、固定安装在连接件13的第二端的安装部以及连接贴合部与安装部的连接部。
本实施例中,安装部是安装孔124。前额支架12通过该安装孔124与连接件13的第二端相连接。前额支架12通过连接件13与框架主体11相连接。弯管组件15的进气管与连接件13的第二端相连接。前额支架12与框架主体11的外表面之间留有间隙以使得前额支架12有一定的摆动空间。
进一步地,为了防止连接件13的第一端在进气接口112中转动,连接件13与进气接口112的内表面上分别设置有第一限位部和第二限位部。连接件13的第一端包括设置在外表面的第一限位部。进气接口112的内表面包括与第一限位部相配合的第二限位部。第一限位部和第二限位部配合以防止连接件13在进气接口内绕进气接口112的轴线转动。这样,连接件13的第一端在进气接口112内的摆动(如图2所示的摆动方向98)使得前额支架12相对框架主体11进行摆动,从而佩戴者很容易地促动前额支架12摆动。前额支架12通过连接件13与框架主体11相连接后,在佩戴者佩戴时,前额支架12可以在一个平面内进行摆动,前额支架12的摆动实现前额支架12的贴合部靠近或者远离佩戴者的前额。从而前额支架12可以进行不同幅度的摆动,这样就适应了不同人的前额高度。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,连接件13的外表面被构造为两个互相平行的第一平整面131以及位于两个第一平整面131之间并与第一平整面131相连接
的球面132。第一平整面131为第一限位部。在其他的实施例中,第一平整面131可以只设置一个。如图4所示,框架主体11上设置的进气接口112的内表面上设置有与第一平整面131相配合的第二平整面111。第二平整面111为第二限位部。第一平整面131与第二平整面111相配合,以对连接件13的运动范围形成限制,使得连接件13只能在进气接口112内摆动(如图2所示的摆动方向98,而不会在进气接口112中围绕进气接口112的轴线进行转动。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,连接件13的外表面被构造为两个轴对称的凹球面以及位于两个凹球面之间的球面132。两个凹球面132的球心位于同一直线上,且球心之间的连线与连接件13的轴线垂直。该凹球面为第一限位部。在其他的实施例中,凹球面可以只设置一个。框架主体11上设置的进气接口112的内表面上设置有与凹球面相配合的凸球面。该凸球面为第二限位部。两个凸球面相对设置,通过与凹球面配合而将连接件13夹持住。连接件13可以围绕两个凹球面球心的连线转动。
当佩戴者佩戴面罩组件时,在头带拉力作用下促动前额支架12摆动以将前额支架12调整到合适的位置。由于与连接件13相连接的前额支架12只能作摆动运动,从而佩戴者只需要沿一个方向调整前额支架12,前额支架12不会进行转动而使其贴合部偏离与前额的接触,使得佩戴者对前额支架12的调整过程简单快捷,降低了操作难度。
如图4所示,进气接口112的内表面也设置有与连接件13的球面132相配合的球面113。球面132与球面113配合,第一限位部与第二限位部相配合后,连接件13就与框架主体11连接起来,而不会从框架主体11上脱落下来,只有对连接件13施加外力才可以将连接件13与框架主体11分离开。
在一个实施例中,前额支架12与框架主体11的可拆卸连接。前额支架12与连接件13加工制造为一个整体。与框架主体11进行安装时,只需要将连接件13设置有球面132的那一部分插入到框架主体11的进气接口112。这样,简化了安装步骤,提高了装配效率。
在一个实施例中,如图5所示,第一限位部是设置在连接件13外周上的凹槽134。凹槽134沿连接件13的轴向方向延伸。除去凹槽134开口的那部分之外,连接件13的外周表面设置为球面。本实施例中,如图5所示,凹槽134的底部1341与侧部1342垂直且底部1341被构造为与连接件13上设置的球面132具有
相同的球心的球面,或者,如图6以及图7所示,凹槽134的横截面的轮廓线是圆弧形。
进气接口112的内表面上设置有与凹槽134相配合的第一凸起(图中未示出)。该第一凸起为第二限位部。滑动配合的第一凸起与凹槽134以及框架主体11对连接件13的限制使得连接件13只能在与凹槽134内进行摆动而不会在进气接口112内围绕进气接口112的轴线进行旋转。
佩戴者佩戴面罩组件时,只需用手调节与连接件13相连接的前额支架12。前额支架12会促动连接件13,这时,框架主体11上的第一凸起会在连接件13的凹槽134内相对滑动。这样,前额支架12的贴合部就可以以摆动的方式靠近或者远离前额,以方便佩戴者调整前额支架12的贴合部找到适合自己前额高度的位置。
在一个实施例中,如图8所示,连接件13的球面上设置有多条围绕连接件13的轴线延伸的第二凸起135。多条第二凸起135分别沿连接件13的轴线方向间隔设置。框架主体11的进气接口112的内表面上设置有与第二凸起135相配合的卡槽(图中未示出)。其中,多条第二凸起135分别沿连接件13的轴线方向间隔地设置时,卡槽的数量可以是一条或者多条。
佩戴者佩戴面罩组件并对前额支架12进行调整时,第二凸起135会插入到卡槽中以对前额支架12的位置形成锁止定位。这样,相对于连接件13的球面132与进气接口112的球面113的过盈配合方式,可以进一步提高前额支架12位置的稳定性。在施加一定外力的情况下,可以调节连接件13与进气接口112的相对位置。
面罩组件还包括设置在前额支架12上的弹性件16。弹性件16设置在框架主体11与前额支架12之间,具体地,弹性件16设置在前额支架的连接部与框架主体11之间形成的间隙中。弹性件16的位置更靠近前额支架12的贴合部。前额支架12可以将压力传递给框架主体11,框架主体11再将压力传递到衬垫14上,以增加衬垫14与人体面部的压力,增强衬垫14的气密性。
本实施例中,弹性件16是扭转弹簧。前额支架12上的连接部朝向框架主体的表面上设置有支撑架125。支撑架125上设置有枢接孔。枢接孔孔中安装销轴,扭转弹簧套设在该销轴上。扭转弹簧的一支脚抵压在前额支架12上,另一支脚抵压在框架主体11的外表面上。
在其他的实施方式中,弹性件16可以是固定设置在前额支架12的连接部与框架主体11的外表面之间的弹垫或者弹簧。
如图9所示,前额支架12靠近安装孔124的下端朝向框架主体11的表面上设置有限位件,以限定前额支架12的摆动范围。
在一个实施例中,该限位件设置在靠近前额支架12的下端(设置有下头带挂钩122的一端)的内表面上。限位件是朝向框架主体11延伸的凸柱123。在未佩戴的自然状态下,弹性件16仍处于压缩状态,弹性件16回复力作用在前额支架12上,因此凸柱123会抵压在框架主体11的表面上,从而使得前额支架12及弹性件16之间处于稳定状态。另外,凸柱123可以防止前额支架12摆动范围过大。
在一个实施例中,该限位件是靠近前额支架12的下端的内表面与框架主体11的外表面之间设置的弹簧。面罩组件在未佩戴状态时,弹性件16仍处于压缩状态,而弹簧回复力作用在前额支架12上,而使得前额支架12上的弹簧与框架主体11形成柔性接触,避免前额支架12发生晃动而使得各构件之间形成不必要的摩擦和碰撞,从而延长各构件的使用寿命,同时也有利于对面罩组件进行包装和取用。
在面罩组件未被佩戴时,弹性件16可以与弹簧或者凸柱123共同保持前额支架12的位置固定,防止前额支架12在框架主体11上松垮晃动,限制前额支架12的摆动范围。
本发明的实施例的面罩组件,前额支架12通过连接件13和框架主体11相连接且连接件13可以与框架主体11连接后在框架主体11上设置的进气接口112中进行摆动。促动前额支架12时,前额支架12会促动连接件13进行同步摆动。佩戴者可根据自身的前额高度来摆动前额支架12以调节前额支架12的位置,这样的调节方式操作简单,方便快捷。
前额支架12靠近连接件13摆动一个较小的幅度时,前额支架12上的上头带挂钩121那部分会摆动一个较大的幅度,因而前额支架12有更大的调节范围,以满足具有不同前额高度的佩戴者的佩戴需要。在前额支架12的摆动范围内,前额支架12可以实现前额支架12到佩戴者前额距离的无级调节,以扩大前额支架12的适用范围,更大程度上满足不同的佩戴者需要不同的前额支架12高度的需求。
在其他实施例中,连接件13的第一端可与框架主体11柔性连接,连接件13的第二端与前额支架12固定连接,从而实现前额支架12的摆动。例如,连接件13的第一端由柔性材料制备,与框架主体11连接后可实现前额支架12的摆动。连接件13可与框架主体11一体成型,或者连接件13的第二端与框架主体11之间通过柔性材料制作的柔性套连接。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。
Claims (10)
- 一种面罩组件,包括:框架,包括框架主体,所述框架主体上设置有进气接口;连接件,包括与所述进气接口铰接的第一端以及固定安装前额支架的第二端,所述连接件的第二端用于与进气管连通;所述前额支架,包括可与前额贴合的贴合部、固定安装在所述连接件的第二端的安装部以及连接所述贴合部与安装部的连接部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面罩组件,其中,所述连接件的第一端的外表面呈截球面,所述进气接口与所述连接件的第一端球铰接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的面罩组件,其中,所述连接件的第一端包括设置在外表面的第一限位部,所述进气接口的内表面包括与所述第一限位部相配合的第二限位部,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部配合以防止所述连接件在所述进气接口内绕所述进气接口的轴线转动。
- 根据权利要求3所述的面罩组件,其中,所述第一限位部是第一平整面或凹球面,所述第二限位部是与所述第一平整面相配合的第二平整面或与所述凹球面相配合的凸球面。
- 根据权利要求3所述的面罩组件,其中,所述第一限位部是沿所述连接件的轴向方向延伸的凹槽;所述第二限位部是设置在所述进气接口内表面上且与所述凹槽相配合的第一凸起。
- 根据权利要求5所述的面罩组件,其中,所述连接件的第一端的外表面上设置有围绕所述截球面的轴线周向延伸的第二凸起,所述第二凸起位于所述凹槽的一侧或两侧,所述进气接口的内表面上设置有与所述第二凸起相配合的卡槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面罩组件,其中,所述前额支架的安装部具有安装孔,所述连接件的第二端固定套设于所述安装孔内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面罩组件,其中,所述前额支架靠近所述安装部的下端朝向所述框架主体的表面上设置有限位件。
- 根据权利要求8所述的面罩组件,其中,所述限位件是弹簧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的面罩组件,其中,所述面罩组件还包括弹性件,所述弹性件设置在所述前额支架的连接部与所述框架主体之间形成的间隙中。
