Description
本申请要求于2015年06月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510349934.0、发明名称为“涂胶装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及密封设备技术领域,特别涉及一种涂胶装置。
涂胶装置是用于两个部件之间的密封及固定的一种生产设备,现在有技术中的涂胶装置结构如图1所示,包括并排连接在一起的两个胶筒10,两个胶筒10的上端口处均设有胶塞12,胶塞12上设有用于连通胶筒10内腔的通孔,其中一个胶塞12上的通孔用于连通胶源,另一个胶塞12上的通孔用于连通气源。两个胶筒10的下端设有口径小于胶筒10直径的下端口14,下端口14为具有一定长度的筒状结构,两个下端口14处均安装有针头20,其中连接有胶源的胶筒10用于实现在产品上涂胶的功能,连接有气源的胶筒10用于实现将多余的胶水吸回的功能。此涂胶装置工作时,需要设备携带胶筒10及针头20进行涂胶,涂胶轨迹主要靠设备的运动轨迹完成。此涂胶装置结构简单,但其在使用过程中存在以下缺陷:
一、由于是设备携带胶筒及针头在产品上移动形成涂胶轨迹,因此当设备移动较快时易导致断胶,设备移动较慢时易导致溢胶,调试难度较高。
二、过分依赖工作人员的操作,涂胶效率较低。
三、对于较复杂的曲线涂胶轨迹精度较差,涂胶质量低。
四、涂胶起始点容易形成大胶点。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种涂胶装置,此涂胶装置可根据产品需求定制涂胶轨迹,一次性成型轨迹,调试简单易操作,涂胶效率高,涂胶质量好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种涂胶装置,包括并排连接在一起的两个胶筒,两个所述胶筒的下端同时连接有一涂胶组件,所述涂胶组件包括:上基板,所述上基板上设有两个安装孔,两个所述胶筒的下端口分别穿过两个所述安装孔;下基板,所述下基板可拆卸的安装在所述上基板的下侧,所述上基板与所述下基板之间形成有容胶空间,所述下基板上对应所述容胶空间的位置设有涂胶轨迹,所述涂胶轨迹为贯穿所述下基板上下两侧的狭缝,所述涂胶轨迹的形状及尺寸与待涂胶产品所需要的涂胶轨迹的形状及尺寸相适配;两个所述胶筒的下端口均连通所述容胶空间。
其中,所述上基板与所述下基板之间设有挡胶板,所述挡胶板固定在所述上基板上,两个所述安装孔均落在所述挡胶板的正投影区域内,所述挡胶板将所述容胶空间分隔为上、下两个空间;所述挡胶板相对的两个边缘部各设有一过胶槽,两个所述过胶槽均连通位于所述挡胶板上侧及下侧的所述容胶空间。
其中,位于所述容胶空间外周的所述上基板与所述下基板之间设有第一密封圈。
其中,所述挡胶板未设有所述过胶槽的两个边缘部通过螺栓固定在所述上基板上,两个所述螺栓与所述下基板相接触的一端分别设有一第二密封圈。

采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:
由于本发明涂胶装置包括并排连接在一起的两个胶筒,两个胶筒的下端同时连接有一涂胶组件,涂胶组件包括可拆卸的安装在一起的上基板和下基板,上基板与下基板之间形成有容胶空间,两个胶筒的下端口穿过上基板连通容胶空间,下基板上对应容胶空间的位置设有涂胶轨迹,涂胶轨迹为贯穿下基板上下两侧的狭缝,涂胶轨迹的形状及尺寸与待涂胶产品所需要的涂胶轨迹的形状及尺寸相适配。两个胶筒一个为涂胶筒,一个为吸胶筒,在进行涂胶时,将涂胶轨迹与产品所需要的涂胶轨迹相同的下基板固定到上基板的下侧,将下基板上的涂胶轨迹对准产品上的涂胶部位,控制胶源使得涂胶筒内的胶水流到容胶空间内,并通过下基板上的涂胶轨迹狭缝流到产品上,并按照涂胶轨迹的形状固化到产品上,实现产品的密封与固定,吸胶筒会将多余的脱水吸回。由上述工作过程可知,本发明涂胶装置在涂胶时不需要移动胶筒,仅需要将下基板上的涂胶轨迹对准产品上的涂胶部位即可,通过设置在下基板上的狭缝可实现不同形状涂胶轨迹的一次成型,从而本发明涂胶装置与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
一、由于不需要靠设备的移动来形成涂胶轨迹,从而调试比较简单易操作。
二、涂胶轨迹一次成型,涂胶效率高。
三、涂胶轨迹精度高,涂胶质量好。
四、无轨迹交接点,不会在起始点处形成大胶点。
五、设备不需要移动,磨损小,使用寿命长。
由于上基板与下基板之间设有挡胶板,两个安装孔均落在挡胶板的正投影区域内,挡胶板将容胶空间分隔为上、下两个空间;挡胶板相对的两个边缘部各设有一过胶槽,两个过胶槽均连通位于挡胶板上侧及下侧的容胶空间。挡胶板在两个胶筒的下端口与涂胶轨迹之间起到了阻挡作用,胶水从其两侧的过胶槽处通过,可有效的防止靠近涂胶筒侧的涂胶轨迹内胶
水过多,出现溢胶,以及防止靠近吸胶筒侧的涂胶轨迹胶水过少,出现断胶的不良,从而进一步的提高了涂胶的质量。
由于在位于容胶空间外周的上基板与下基板之间设有第一密封圈,可有效的防止因上基板与下基板结合不严密,导致胶水不能全部进入容胶空间而从上基板与下基板之间溢出的现象,即节省了胶水,又提高了涂胶质量,同时还延长了涂胶装置的使用寿命。
由于挡胶板未设有过胶槽的两个边缘部通过螺栓固定在上基板上,两个螺栓与下基板相接触的一端分别设有一第二密封圈。第二密封圈保证了下基板与挡胶板之间结合的严密性,可有效的防止位于挡胶板下侧的容胶空间内的胶水从此处溢出,从而进一步的节省了胶水,提高了涂胶质量,延长了涂胶装置的使用寿命。
由于构成涂胶轨迹的狭缝位于容胶槽侧的端口为喇叭口,喇叭口起到了导向作用,可促进容胶槽内的胶水充分的流入至涂胶轨迹中,提高涂胶效率的同时也提高了涂胶质量。
综上所述,本发明涂胶装置解决了现有技术中涂胶装置涂胶质量差、复杂涂胶轨迹难以实现等技术问题,本发明涂胶装置可按照需要一次性成型涂胶轨迹,且调试简单易操作,涂胶效率高,涂胶质量好,使用寿命长。
为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对实施例或现有技术描述中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。

下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
本说明书中涉及到的方位均以本发明涂胶装置正常工作时的方位为准,不限定其存储及运输时的方位,仅代表相对的位置关系,不代表绝对的位置关系。
如图2、图3和图4共同所示,一种涂胶装置,包括并排连接在一起的两个胶筒10,两个胶筒10的下端同时连接有一涂胶组件,两个胶筒10的上端各设有一胶塞12,两个胶塞12上均设有连通胶筒10内腔与外界的通孔120,两个胶筒10的下端别设有口径小于胶筒10直径的下端口14,两个下端口14均为圆筒结构。两个通孔120中的一个连接输胶管,则此胶筒10为涂胶筒;另一个通孔120连接吸气管,则此胶筒10为吸胶筒。在涂胶工作中,涂胶筒用于涂胶,吸胶筒用于将多余的胶水吸回,即可节省胶水用量,又提高了涂胶质量。
如图2、图4和图5共同所示,涂胶组件包括矩形的上基板30,上基板30上对应两个胶筒10的下端口14的位置各设有一安装孔32,两个下端口14分别穿过两个安装孔32。上基板30下侧的中部设有凹陷区34,两个安装孔32位于上基板30下侧的开口端位于凹陷区34内,两个下端口
14均连通凹陷区34。上基板30的下方固定安装有长条形的挡胶板40,挡胶板40的长度及宽度均小于上基板30的长度及宽度,挡胶板40覆盖在凹陷区34上,两个安装孔32均位于挡胶板40的正投影区域内。挡胶板40的两端(即两侧短边边缘部)各设有一第二定位孔42,两根第二螺栓50分别穿过两个第二定位孔42将挡胶板40固定在上基板30的下侧,挡胶板40固定在上基板30上后其下表面与上基板30的下表面齐平,凹陷区34在挡胶板40的上方形成了上容胶空间。
如图2、图4和图5共同所示,上基板30的下侧还结合有下基板60,下基板60的大小及形状与上基板30相一致,下基板60的两端分别设有一个第一定位孔62,两个第一螺栓52分别穿过两个第一定位孔62将下基板60固定在上基板30上,且下基板60与上基板30之间为可拆卸连接,即在进行不同轨迹的涂胶时可以根据需要更换下基板60。下基板60的中部对应上基板30的凹陷区34的位置设有向下凹陷的容胶槽66,容胶槽66在挡胶板40的下方形成了下容胶空间,位于容胶槽66内的下基板60上设有涂胶轨迹68。涂胶轨迹68为贯穿下基板60上、下两侧的狭缝,涂胶轨迹68的形状及尺寸与待涂胶产品所述需要的涂胶轨迹的形状及尺寸相一致。构成涂胶轨迹68的狭缝位于容胶槽66侧的端口为喇叭口680,便于容胶槽66内的胶水流入涂胶轨迹68并涂覆在产品上。
如图2所示,挡胶板40的两侧长边均设有向挡胶板40中凹陷的过胶槽44,过胶槽44连通上容胶空间与下容胶空间,无论是向下涂覆的胶水还是向上回吸的胶水均从两侧的过胶槽44处通过,此结构可有效的防止靠近涂胶筒侧的涂胶轨迹68内胶水过多,出现溢胶,以及防止靠近吸胶筒侧的涂胶轨迹68胶水过少,出现断胶的不良,从而保证涂胶的质量。
如图2、图4和图5共同所示,位于容胶槽66外周的下基板60上设有环形的密封槽64,密封槽64内设有第一密封圈56,第一密封圈56环绕在挡胶板40的外周,位于上基板30与下基板60之间,可保证上基板30与下基板60之间结合的严密性。两个第二螺栓50与下基板60相接触的端
部的外周分别设有一第二密封圈54,两个第二密封圈54位于挡胶板40与下基板60之间,可防止下容胶空间内的胶水从该处溢出。
如图2、图4和图6共同所示,下基板60上的涂胶轨迹68为与产品70上的涂胶部位72的轨迹相同的矩形,为了表示得更直观,图2中将胶水80从产品70上分解了出来,为实际上涂在产品70涂胶部位72处的胶水80固化后的形状,与涂胶部位72的形状相同,尺寸一致。
图6所示的下基板60上的涂胶轨迹68为矩形结构,实际应用中本发明的涂胶装置能够涂覆的轨迹并不仅限于矩形结构,还可以是其它简单的或复杂的结构,如图7所示的圆形涂胶轨迹、图8所示的跑道形涂胶轨迹、以及图9所示的直线形涂胶轨迹等,并不限于上述几种,本发明涂胶装置可根据产品需要涂覆出任意一种结构的涂胶轨迹,由于涂胶轨迹的结构众多,图6、图7、图8及图9仅给出了几种常用的涂胶轨迹的下基板结构,关于其它结构涂胶轨迹的下基板本领域技术人员根据本说明书的阐述及附图6至附图9可以很容易的制作出,故关于其它结构涂胶轨迹的下基板在此就不再一一列举。
本发明涂胶装置的工作原理如下:
如图2和图4共同所示,先将具有与产品70上的涂胶部位72的结构相同的涂胶轨迹68的下基板60固定安装在上基板30上,然后将涂胶轨迹68对准涂胶部位72,涂胶筒内的胶水通过下端口14流入于上容胶空间,并通过挡胶板40上的过胶槽44进入到下容胶空间,流进涂胶轨迹68并涂覆在产品70的涂胶部位72处,多余的胶水由吸胶筒吸回。
由上述工作原理可知,本发明涂胶装置可实现各种涂胶轨迹的一次涂覆成型,操作简单,涂胶效率高,涂胶质量高。
本说明书中涉及到的带有序号的特征命名(如第一密封圈、第二密封圈)仅是为了区别技术特征,并不代表各特征之间的位置关系,组装顺序及工作顺序等。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所做出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保
护范围之内。
Claims (9)
- 涂胶装置,包括并排连接在一起的两个胶筒,其特征在于,两个所述胶筒的下端同时连接有一涂胶组件,所述涂胶组件包括:上基板,所述上基板上设有两个安装孔,两个所述胶筒的下端口分别穿过两个所述安装孔;下基板,所述下基板可拆卸的安装在所述上基板的下侧,所述上基板与所述下基板之间形成有容胶空间,所述下基板上对应所述容胶空间的位置设有涂胶轨迹,所述涂胶轨迹为贯穿所述下基板上下两侧的狭缝,所述涂胶轨迹的形状及尺寸与待涂胶产品所需要的涂胶轨迹的形状及尺寸相适配;两个所述胶筒的下端口均连通所述容胶空间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述上基板与所述下基板之间设有挡胶板,所述挡胶板固定在所述上基板上,两个所述安装孔均落在所述挡胶板的正投影区域内,所述挡胶板将所述容胶空间分隔为上、下两个空间;所述挡胶板相对的两个边缘部各设有一过胶槽,两个所述过胶槽均连通位于所述挡胶板上侧及下侧的所述容胶空间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的涂胶装置,其特征在于,位于所述容胶空间外周的所述上基板与所述下基板之间设有第一密封圈。
- 根据权利要求3所述的涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述挡胶板未设有所述过胶槽的两个边缘部通过螺栓固定在所述上基板上,两个所述螺栓与所述下基板相接触的一端分别设有一第二密封圈。
- 根据权利要求2至4任一权利要求所述的涂胶装置,其特征在于,位于所述挡胶板上侧的所述容涂胶空间由位于所述上基板中部的凹陷部形成。
- 根据权利要求5所述的涂胶装置,其特征在于,位于所述挡胶板下侧的所述容胶空间由位于所述下基板中部的容胶槽形成,所述涂胶轨迹位于所述容胶槽内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的涂胶装置,其特征在于,构成所述涂胶轨迹的狭缝位于所述容胶槽侧的端口为喇叭口。
- 根据权利要求7所述的涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述下基板上设有密封槽,所述第一密封圈位于所述密封槽内。
- 根据权利要求8所述的涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述涂胶轨迹为矩形、圆形、跑道形或直线形。根据权利要求1所述的涂胶装置,其特征在于,两个所述胶筒的上端均设有胶塞,两个所述胶塞上均设有连通所述胶筒内腔的通孔。
