本发明涉及建筑物内电力布线的技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种建筑物内电力布线系统。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断改善和物联网技术的不断发展,智能家居也成为越来越多人的追求,为了实现家电自动化控制与智能管理,改变现有家庭电力布线形式,合理改造布线技术与电力系统,逐渐成为智能家居的基础,具有广阔的市场前景。
传统家庭电力布线的方式使得插座孔位置相对固定,如果需要连接距离较远的电器时只能使用排插,而杂乱的电线使得布置凌乱,同时也带来了安全隐患,而如果在常用位置多安置一些插座孔又会使墙内布线变得复杂,而且布线时也很难提前准确安排插座孔的安置位置。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种建筑物内电力布线系统。
为了实现本发明的上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种建筑物内电力布线系统,其特征在于:包括安装在墙面踢脚线位置或吊顶位置的电力连接导轨和插座板;所述电力连接导轨顶面设置有插槽,所述插槽内安装有分别与电源的火线、零线、地线连接的三根导电铜管;所述插座板可插接在所述插槽内并与所述三根导电铜管电连接。
其中,所述电力连接导轨延伸至每一个用电房间。
其中,所述插座板包括可伸缩的取电板,所述取电板可插装在所述插槽内且设置有与所述三根导电铜线的位置相接触的导电触点。
其中,所述电力连接导轨包括导轨外壳、绝缘硅胶条和三根导电铜管;所述导轨外壳顶面开口有插槽,所述插槽内设置有安装导电铜线的线槽,所述导电铜管安置在所述线槽内;而所述绝缘硅胶条安装在插槽开口内侧。
其中,所述插座板包括插座板外壳,以及设置在插座板外壳内的前面板和后面板,所述前面板上设置有带有导电铜片的插套,而所述前面板的前端面上开设有连通至所述插套的插 孔;所述前面板与所述后面板之间形成有安装槽,所述可伸缩的取电板安装在所述安装槽内。
其中,所述后面板上设置有无线智能控制芯片。
其中,所述后面板上设置有控制取电板伸缩的开关。
其中,所述取电板包括基板,所述基板的下部钎焊有三个导电触点,所述基板内埋设有可将所述导电触点电连接至所述插套的导线;而所述下部的其他区域涂覆有绝缘防水涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的建筑物内电力布线系统使用时,将取电板通过开关伸出通过导电触点与电力连接导轨内的三根导电铜管连接,其不仅可以灵活就近安装在电器附近并提供电力,而且可以实现电力在家庭或办公场所所有角落的灵活覆盖。而且所述电力连接系统安装便利,操作简洁,美观实用,适合推广于办公、家用电气系统,具有广阔的市场前景。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1-2所示,本实施例所述的建筑物内电力布线系统,包括电力连接导轨70和插座板60;所述电力连接导轨70顶面设置有插槽71,所述插槽71内安装有分别与电源的火线、零线、地线连接的三根导电铜管72,所述三根导电铜管连接至电源配电箱80。所述插座板60可插装在所述插槽71内。在房间内安装布线时,所述电力连接导轨可安装在墙面踢脚线位置或吊顶位置,并延伸至任何一个用电房间。具体来说,所述电力连接导轨70包括导轨外壳73、绝缘硅胶条74和三根导电铜管72;所述导轨外壳顶面开口有插槽71,所述插槽71内设置有安装导电铜线的线槽75,所述导电铜管72安置在所述线槽75内;而所述绝缘硅胶条74安装在插槽开口内侧。
如图3-6所示,本具体实施方式所述的建筑物内电力布线系统,包括外壳10,以及设置在外壳10内的前面板20和后面板30,所述前面板20上设置有带有导电铜片的插套22,而所述前面板的前端面上开设有连通至所述插套22的插孔24,且设置有电源指示灯26。所述前面板20与所述后面板30之间形成有安装槽40,所述安装槽40内设置有可伸缩的取电板50,所述取电板50的下部设置有三个导电触点52。所述后面板30上设置有无线智能控制芯片32和开关34。当按下开关时,所述取电板50从安装槽内向下伸出,并露出三个可以与连接至电源的三根导电铜线解除的导电触点52(如图5所示),当导电触点连接至电源时,所述电源指示灯被点亮,以提示该建筑物内电力布线系统已连通至电源。而当不使用时,闭合开关使得取电板向安装槽内收缩回复原位(如图6所示),电源指示灯灭。
在本实施例,所述取电板包括基板,所述基板的下部钎焊有三个导电触点,所述基板内埋设或在内部布设可将所述导电触点电连接至所述插套的导线或导电连接层。所述的基板可以选择塑料、复合材料等具有一定强度和刚性的材料,例如可以选择丙烯酸树脂、聚碳酸酯、纤维素醋酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚乙烯乙缩醛、聚苯乙烯或聚酯等,或者是这是树脂与无机材料的复合材料,另外根据规范,这是材料需要经过阻燃处理,作为通用的处理方法,可以在其中通过添加常用的阻燃添加剂,例如磷系、卤系以及无机阻燃剂等。此外,由于所述取电板在设计需要经受频繁的伸缩,并与电力连接导轨内的绝缘硅胶条和导电铜管接触,其除了需要具有绝缘防水功能外,还需要所述取电板的下部具有良好的耐磨性和润滑性。因此,在所述基板下部除了导电触点的其他区域还要利用涂层剂进行涂层处理。在本实施例中,作为优选地,所述涂层剂由18~20wt%的马来酸酐改性氯化聚乙烯(马来酸酐含量为2.5wt%,氯含量为15wt%,分子量约为50000)、8~10wt%的羟基丙烯酸酯树脂溶液(固含量40wt%)、1.2~1.5wt%的E-20环氧树脂、18~20wt%的云母氧化铁、12~15wt%的金红石钛白粉、3~5wt%的环己酮树脂、1.5~2.0wt%的二(乙烯基磺酰基乙基)醚、1.2~1.5wt%的异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯、3~5wt%的醋酸丁酯和余量的水。所述的涂层剂可以通过浸涂、喷涂、刷涂、辊涂等涂布方式进行,然后在100~120℃加热2~3分钟。所得到的涂层与水的接触角大于120°,电阻率大于109Ω·m,摩擦系数小于0.12。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种建筑物内电力布线系统,其特征在于:包括安装在墙面踢脚线位置或吊顶位置的电力连接导轨和插座板;所述电力连接导轨顶面设置有插槽,所述插槽内安装有分别与电源的火线、零线、地线连接的三根导电铜管;所述插座板可插接在所述插槽内并与所述三根导电铜管电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑物内电力布线系统,其特征在于:所述电力连接导轨延伸至每一个用电房间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑物内电力布线系统,其特征在于:所述插座板包括可伸缩的取电板,所述取电板可插装在所述插槽内且设置有与所述三根导电铜线的位置相接触的导电触点。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑物内电力布线系统,其特征在于:所述电力连接导轨包括导轨外壳、绝缘硅胶条和三根导电铜管;所述导轨外壳顶面开口有插槽,所述插槽内设置有安装导电铜线的线槽,所述导电铜管安置在所述线槽内;而所述绝缘硅胶条安装在插槽开口内侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑物内电力布线系统,其特征在于:所述插座板包括插座板外壳,以及设置在插座板外壳内的前面板和后面板,所述前面板上设置有带有导电铜片的插套,而所述前面板的前端面上开设有连通至所述插套的插孔;所述前面板与所述后面板之间形成有安装槽,所述可伸缩的取电板安装在所述安装槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的建筑物内电力布线系统,其特征在于:所述后面板上设置有无线智能控制芯片。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的建筑物内电力布线系统,其特征在于:所述后面板上设置有控制取电板伸缩的开关。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的建筑物内电力布线系统,其特征在于:所述取电板包括基板,所述基板的下部钎焊有三个导电触点,所述基板内埋设有可将所述导电触点电连接至所述插套的导线;而所述下部的其他区域涂覆有绝缘防水涂层。
