[청구항 29] 제 22항에 있어서,
상기간편결제처리서버 (40)는사용자가선택한특정결제수단이 다수개인경우,할인율이더크거나또는적립율이더큰결제수단순으로 자동정렬되고, 1순위결제수단을상기스마트간편결제장치 (2)로 전송하게구성된것을특징으로하는스마트간편결제시스템.
[청구항 30] 제 22항에 있어서,
상기간편결제처리서버 (40)는사용자진위를인증하기위한수단이 지문인증인경우,상기스마트간편결제장치 (2)로부터사용자의 정상적인지문이미지와,뭉개진지문이미지를순차적으로수신하고 지문이기등록지문과일치해야만사용자인증이완료된것으로 판단하며,지문이미지가뭉개진방향에미리설정된특정결제수단으로 결제요청신호가발생되게처리하게구성된것을특징으로하는스마트 간편결제시스템.
[청구항 31 ] 제 22항에 있어서,
상기간편결제처리서버 (40)는그내부에,
결제상황별인증수단을선택적으로등록하는상황별인증수단 등록부 (24)와;
상기상황별인증수단등록부 (24)에등록된정보에따라결제정보를 분석하고해당결제상황에따른인증수단을자동으로추출및정렬하여 사용자가인증받을수있게하는인증수단자동정렬부 (26)가더포함된 것을특징으로하는스마트간편결제시스템.
[청구항 32] 제 22항에 있어서,
상기간편결제처리서버 (40)는사용자가금융처리요청시추가 인증수단으로특정위치범위를설정하고,스마트간편
결제장치 (2)로부터수신된위치정보와비교하는설정위치정보 비교부 (54)와;
사용자의위치가설정위치가아닌경우,추가인증신호를요청하는추가 인중신호발생부 (56)가더포함된것을특징으로하는스마트간편 결제시스템. [청구항 33] 제 23항에 있어서,
상기금융정보설정부 (12)는계좌이체또는특정신용카드또는포인트 결제또는상품권이나쿠폰을통한결제를수행할수있게각결제수단의 정보를드래그방향과연동되게설정하는수단인것을특징으로하는 스마트간편결제시스템.
[청구항 34ᅵ 제 31항에있어서,
상기 결제상황이란소액이체또는고액이체또는소액결제시또는 일반결제시또는고액결제시증어느하나인것을특징으로하는스마트 간편결제시스템.
