业务加速的处理方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种业务加速的处理方法及装置。
背景技术
目前国内移动运营商已经商用3G/4G网络,随着更高的接入带宽和更好的QoS保障技术,使得移动分组业务体验得到很大提升。同时,用户对移动网络数据流量和质量的需求也越来越高,例如:(1)用户下载大文件或观看高清视频时,希望临时提高网速;(2)一些互联网服务提供商为了给用户提供更好的业务体验(比如APP、网站、视频、游戏类等),吸引用户访问和使用业务,需要针对网站或应用的访问进行加速;(3)用户希望在使用网络提速功能之前先体验提速效果,等等。
业务加速就是为了满足类似上述移动通信网络下上网提速的需求。
针对相关技术中,如何在移动通信网络下,实现业务加速的问题,还未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种业务加速的处理方法及装置,以至少解决相关技术中如何在移动通信网络下,实现业务加速的问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种业务加速的处理方法,包括:接收客户端发送的业务加速请求;根据上述业务加速请求为上述客户端创建加速专用承载;其中,上述加速专用承载用于传输上述客户端所需的业务。
可选地,根据上述业务加速请求为上述客户端创建加速专用承载之后包括:使用上述加速专用承载向上述客户端发送上述所需的业务。
可选地,根据上述业务加速请求为上述客户端创建加速专用承载包括:对上述客户端进行鉴权,在鉴权成功的情况下,根据上述业务加速请求为上述客户端创建上述加速专用承载。
可选地,根据上述业务加速请求为上述客户端创建加速专用承载之后包括:接收上述客户端发送的结束业务加速请求;根据上述结束业务加速请求释放上述加速专用承载。

在本实施例中提供了一种业务加速的处理方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的业务加速的处理方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,接收客户端发送的业务加速请求;
步骤S104,根据该业务加速请求为客户端创建加速专用承载;其中,该加速专用承载用于传输客户端所需的业务。
通过上述步骤,在接收到客户端发送的业务加速请求后,为客户端创建传输客户端所需的业务的加速专用承载,解决了相关技术中如何在移动通信网络下,实现业务加速的问题。从而提高了移动网络数据流量的质量。
创建加速专用承载的目的在于传输业务,在一个可选实施例中,根据业务加速请求为客户端创建加速专用承载之后,使用加速专用承载向客户端发送所需的业务。
上述步骤S104中涉及到根据业务加速请求为客户端创建加速专用承载,在一个可选实施例中,首先对客户端进行鉴权,在鉴权成功的情况下,根据业务加速请求为客户端创建加速专用承载。例如为客户端创建加速专用承载的前提条件是该客户端为VIP用户或者经过付费后的用户,这时在确认客户端为VIP用户或者经过付费后的用户后,才为其创建加速专用承载。
客户端并非在任何情况下,都需要通过加速专用承载从网络侧接收业务,在一个可选实施例中,根据该业务加速请求为客户端创建加速专用承载之后,接收客户端发送的结束业务加速请求,根据结束业务加速请求释放加速专用承载。
在一个可选实施例中,根据业务加速请求为客户端创建加速专用承载之后,启动计时;根据结束业务加速请求释放加速专用承载之后,结束计时。从而可以通过计时为使用加速专用承载的客户端进行计费。
在一个可选实施例中,接收客户端发送的免费加速体验请求,根据免费加速体验请求为客户端创建该加速专用承载,在预定时间内使用该加速专用承载向客户端发送该所需的业务。
在本实施例中还提供了一种业务加速的处理装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。

需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述模块分别位于多个处理器中。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,接收客户端发送的业务加速请求;
S2,根据该业务加速请求为客户端创建加速专用承载;其中,该加速专用承载用于传输客户端所需的业务。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行S1和S2.
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。
用户通过移动通信网络上网,业务加速服务器可以主动向用户推送限时免费加速服务体验。当用户需要提升网速时,可以在客户端向业务加速服务器申请“加速”服务。当用户不再需要提速时,可以在向业务加速服务器申请停止加速。
1.免费业务加速体验功能体验:
1)业务加速服务器收到客户端发来的免费减速体验请求。
2)业务加速服务为客户端建立加速专用承载,通知客户端加速开始,并启动限时免费加速计时。
3)限时免费加速时间到,业务加速服务器给客户端释放加速专用承载,并通知客户端限时免费加速结束。
2.业务加速功能:
1)业务加速服务器收到客户端加速请求。
2)业务加速服务器对用户鉴权成功后,为客户端建立加速专用承载,通知客户端开始加速,并启动加速计时。
3)业务加速服务器收到客户端结束加速请求,释放加速专用承载,并结束加速计时。
4)业务加速服务器通知客户端结束加速。
综上所述,通过本发明实施例提供的移动通信网络下业务加速的设备和方法,解决了相关技术中如何在移动通信网络下,实现业务加速的问题。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对相关技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机, 服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

工业实用性
通过本发明实施例,采用接收客户端发送的业务加速请求;根据该业务加速请求为客户端创建加速专用承载;其中,该加速专用承载用于传输客户端所需的业务。解决了相关技术中如何在移动通信网络下,实现业务加速的问题。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种业务加速的处理方法,包括:
    接收客户端发送的业务加速请求;
    根据所述业务加速请求为所述客户端创建加速专用承载;其中,所述加速专用承载用于传输所述客户端所需的业务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据所述业务加速请求为所述客户端创建加速专用承载之后包括:
    使用所述加速专用承载向所述客户端发送所述所需的业务。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据所述业务加速请求为所述客户端创建加速专用承载包括:
    对所述客户端进行鉴权,在鉴权成功的情况下,根据所述业务加速请求为所述客户端创建所述加速专用承载。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据所述业务加速请求为所述客户端创建加速专用承载之后包括:
    接收所述客户端发送的结束业务加速请求;
    根据所述结束业务加速请求释放所述加速专用承载。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,根据所述业务加速请求为所述客户端创建加速专用承载之后包括:启动计时;根据所述结束业务加速请求释放所述加速专用承载之后包括:结束计时。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述客户端发送的免费加速体验请求;
    根据所述免费加速体验请求为所述客户端创建所述加速专用承载;
    在预定时间内使用所述加速专用承载向所述客户端发送所述所需的业务。
  7. 一种业务加速的处理装置,所述装置包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为接收客户端发送的业务加速请求;
    第一创建模块,设置为根据所述业务加速请求为所述客户端创建加速专用承载;其中,所述加速专用承载用于传输所述客户端所需的业务。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第一发送模块,设置为使用所述加速专用承载向所述客户端发送所述所需的业务。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述第一创建模块还设置为对所述客户端进行鉴权,在鉴权成功的情况下,根据所述业务加速请求为所述客户端创建所述加速专用承载。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二接收模块,设置为接收所述客户端发送的结束业务加速请求;
    释放模块,设置为根据所述结束业务加速请求释放所述加速专用承载。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:启动模块,设置为在根据所述业务加速请求为所述客户端创建加速专用承载之后,启动计时;结束模块,设置为在根据所述结束业务加速请求释放所述加速专用承载之后,结束计时。
  12. 根据权利要求7至11中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第三接收模块,设置为接收所述客户端发送的免费加速体验请求;
    第二创建模块,设置为根据所述免费加速体验请求为所述客户端创建所述加速专用承载;
    第二发送模块,设置为在预定时间内使用所述加速专用承载向所述客户端发送所述所需的业务。
