优选的,所述出声通道的出口的侧壁包括第一壁、与所述第一壁相对的第三壁、第二壁和与所述第二壁相对的第四壁;所述第一壁、第二壁、第三壁及第四壁首尾相连,所述出口与所述壳体用于放置的放置面形成小于90度的夹角,所述第一壁位于所述壳体顶部,所述第三壁正上部为所述出口的其他侧壁。这是设置出声通道的出口的一种具体方式,这样设置在放置音箱时使得出口朝向是斜向下的,这样在使用音箱的过程中就防止有杂物或灰尘从出口处落入到出声通道处或壳体内,这样对音箱起到保护作用;相比在出口处设置喇叭盖或喇 叭网起到防止灰尘或杂物落入到壳体内部的音箱大大节省了材料,以及节省了生产工艺;而且在出口处设置喇叭盖的音箱,在使用时必须打开喇叭盖,这样在使用过程中灰尘或杂物等就容易从出口处落入到壳体内部。
优选的,所述出声通道的宽度从其入口处向所述出声通道的出口方向逐渐增大。出声通道从其入口到其出口方向的宽度逐渐变大,便于声音向外传播。
优选的,所述音箱还包括设置在所述壳体内的采音腔,所述采音腔的第一端与所述出声通道的入口连通,所述采音腔的与所述第一端相对的第二端与所述出声通道的出口连通。设置采音腔使得喇叭发出的声音先通过采音腔再向外传播,采音腔的第一端和出声通道的入口连通配合,采音腔的第二端和出声通道的出口连通配合,便于喇叭发出的声音通过采音腔向外传播;而且把采音腔安装固定在壳体内的出声通道中,喇叭发出的声音通过采用腔时,壳体侧壁和采音腔的侧壁交叠之后的厚度大于出声通道的侧壁厚度,这样增加声音的重低音的感觉。
优选的,所述音箱还包括设置在所述出声通道内的扩音腔,所述扩音腔的第三端与所述第二端连通,所述扩音腔的与所述第三端相反的第四端与所述出声通道的出口连通,所述扩音腔内的腔体大小从所述第三端到第四端逐渐增大。设置扩音腔,扩音腔的侧壁和出声通道内的侧壁交叠的厚度同样大于出声通道的侧壁厚度,同样增加声音的重低音的感觉;而且扩音腔的腔体是从第三端到第四端逐渐增大,即扩音腔的腔体是从音箱内到外逐渐增大的,这样就便于音箱内的声音向外传播,且在增加声音的重低音的感觉的前提下增加声音音量。
优选的,所述采音腔内的腔体大小从所述第一端向第二端方向逐渐增大。采音腔内的腔体大小从所述第一端向第二端方向逐渐增大,即采音腔的腔体是从音箱内到外逐渐增大的,这样就便于音箱内的声音向外传播,且在增加声音的重低音的感觉的前提下增加声音音量。
优选的,所述采音腔的侧壁与所述壳体的侧壁相贴合。把采音腔的侧壁和壳体的侧壁相互贴合,使得采音腔的侧壁和壳体的侧壁之间配合紧密,采音腔 侧壁和壳体侧壁紧贴配合后增加了厚度,对通过出声通道的声音增加重低音的感觉效果更佳。而且将采音腔的侧壁和壳体的侧壁紧贴配合使得采音腔更佳紧密的固定在壳体内部,防止采音腔晃动。
优选的,所述扩音腔的侧壁与所述壳体的侧壁相贴合。把扩音腔的侧壁和壳体的侧壁相互贴合,使得扩音腔的侧壁和壳体的侧壁之间配合紧密,扩音腔侧壁和壳体侧壁紧贴配合后增加了厚度,对通过出声通道的声音增加重低音的感觉效果更佳。而且将扩音腔的侧壁和壳体的侧壁紧贴配合使得扩音腔更佳紧密的固定在壳体内部,防止扩音腔晃动。
优选的,所述第二端和第三端之间通过螺丝固定连接。螺丝固定连接,固定牢固,便于安装和拆卸,使得第二端和第三端紧密连接。
优选的,所述壳体设置第一卡扣,所述扩音腔设置有与所述第一卡扣卡配的第二卡扣。卡扣卡接固定牢固,便于安装和拆卸。
本发明由于音箱的出声通道为螺旋结构,这样灰尘或杂物就不易落入到壳体内部,一旦灰尘或杂物落入到出声通道处时螺旋结构的出声通道对灰尘或杂物等产生阻挡,从而就防止灰尘或杂物经过出声通道而落入到壳体内部,当有灰尘或杂物落入到出声通道处时可以通过转动壳体使杂物或灰尘从出声通道处掉出,这样对壳体内的喇叭或其他器件起到更好的保护作用。相比设置喇叭盖起到防止灰尘或杂物落入到壳体内部的音箱大大节省了材料,以及节省了生产工艺;且在使用时需打开喇叭盖,这样在使用过程中灰尘或杂物就容易落入到壳体内部,而本发明的音箱由于出声通道为螺旋结构,无论在使用音箱,还是不使用音箱都防止灰尘或杂物落入到壳体内部。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种音箱,包括壳体和设置在所述壳体内的喇叭,所述壳体设置有螺旋结构的用于传播所述喇叭发出的声音的出声通道,所述出声通道的入口与所述喇叭配合。本发明由于音箱的出声通道为螺旋结构,这样灰尘或杂物就不易落入到壳体内部,一旦灰尘或杂物落入到出声通道处时螺旋结构的出声通道对灰尘或杂物等产生阻挡,从而就防止灰尘或杂物经过出声通道而落入到壳体内部,当有灰尘或杂物落入到出声通道处时可以通过转动壳体使杂物或灰尘从出声通道处掉出,这样对壳体内的喇叭或其他器件起到更好的保护作用。相比设置喇叭盖起到防止灰尘或杂物落入到壳体内部的音箱大大节省了材料,以及节省了生产工艺;且在使用时需打开喇叭盖,这样在使用过程中灰尘或杂物就容易落入到壳体内部,而本发明的音箱由于出声通道为螺旋结构,无论在使用音箱,还是不使用音箱都防止灰尘或杂物落入到壳体内部。
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明中,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”及“第四”仅仅用于在描述加以区分,并无特殊含义。
如图2-3所示为本发明实施例一的示意图,本实施例一公开了一种音箱100,音箱100包括壳体10和设置在所述壳体10内的喇叭20,所述壳体10设置有螺旋结构的用于传播所述喇叭20发出的声音的出声通道50,所述出声通道20的入口与所述喇叭20配合;所述出声通道50的出口55的侧壁包括第一壁51、与所述第一壁51相对的第三壁53、第二壁52和与所述第二壁52相对的第四壁54;所述第一壁51、第二壁52、第三壁53及第四壁54首尾相连,所述出口55与所述壳体10用于放置的放置面形成小于90度的夹角,所述第一壁51位于所述壳体10顶部,所述第三壁53正上部为所述出口55的其他侧壁。这是设置出声通道的出口的一种具体方式,这样设置在放置音箱时使得出口朝向是斜向下的,这样在使用音箱的过程中就防止有杂物或灰尘从出口处落入到出声通道处或壳体内,这样对音箱起到保护作用;相比在出口处设置喇叭盖或喇叭网起到防止灰尘或杂物落入到壳体内部的音箱大大节省了材料,以及节省了生产工艺;而且在出口处设置喇叭盖的音箱,在使用时必须打开喇叭盖,这样在使用过程中灰尘或杂物等就容易从出口处落入到壳体内部。
在本实施例一中,所述出声通道50的宽度从其入口处向所述出声通道的出口55方向逐渐增大;出声通道从其入口到其出口方向的宽度逐渐变大,便于声音向外传播。
在本实施例一中,如图3所示,壳体包括前壳11和后壳12,喇叭20安装固定在后壳12上,音箱还包括用于安装固定喇叭20的喇叭固定圈21,从而将喇叭牢固的固定在后壳12上。当然,喇叭也可以安装固定到前壳上。
音箱100还包括设置在前壳11上的装饰件60,装饰件60上设置有固定柱61,装饰件60通过固定柱61与前壳11插接配合固定,且装饰件60固定的位置与喇叭20固定的位置相对。设置装饰件60不仅增加了前壳11在喇叭位置处 的强度,而且使得前壳外表面美观。当然,本实施例一不设置装饰件也是可以的。
在本实施例一中,前壳11内表面上设置有多个间隔布置的加强筋,设置加强筋增加了前壳11的强度,而且加强筋位于喇叭20的固定位置处,这样对喇叭起到限位固定作用,对应的,后壳12内表面上也设置有间隔布置的加强筋,从而使得喇叭固定更加牢固。加强筋为条形结构,这样对喇叭的限位固定效果更佳。当然,也可以设置成其他结构。
如图4所示为本发明实施例二的结构示意图,图4为本实施例二音箱的拆分示意图,参见图2,本实施例二公开了一种音箱100,音箱100包括壳体10和设置在所述壳体10内的喇叭20,所述壳体10设置有螺旋结构的用于传播所述喇叭20发出的声音的出声通道50,音箱100还包括安装在壳体10内部,位于出声通道20位置的采音腔30,所述采音腔30的第一端与所述出声通道的入口连通,所述采音腔的与所述第一端相对的第二端与所述出声通道的出口连通。设置采音腔使得喇叭发出的声音先通过采音腔再向外传播,采音腔的第一端和出声通道的入口连通配合,采音腔的第二端和出声通道的出口连通配合,便于喇叭发出的声音通过采音腔向外传播;而且把采音腔安装固定在壳体内的出声通道中,喇叭发出的声音通过采用腔时,壳体侧壁和采音腔的侧壁交叠之后的厚度大于出声通道的侧壁厚度,这样增加声音的重低音的感觉。
其中,在本实施例二中,所述出声通道50的出口55的侧壁包括第一壁51、与所述第一壁51相对的第三壁53、第二壁52和与所述第二壁52相对的第四壁54;所述第一壁51、第二壁52、第三壁53及第四壁54首尾相连,所述出口55与所述壳体10用于放置的放置面形成小于90度的夹角,所述第一壁51位于所述壳体10顶部,所述第三壁53正上部为所述出口55的其他侧壁。这是设置出声通道50的出口的一种具体方式,这样设置在放置音箱时使得出口朝向是斜向下的,这样在使用音箱的过程中就防止有杂物或灰尘从出口处落入到出声通道处或壳体内,这样对音箱起到保护作用;相比在出口处设置喇叭盖或喇叭网起 到防止灰尘或杂物落入到壳体内部的音箱大大节省了材料,以及节省了生产工艺;而且在出口处设置喇叭盖的音箱,在使用时必须打开喇叭盖,这样在使用过程中灰尘或杂物等就容易从出口处落入到壳体内部。
在本实施例二中,所述采音腔30内的腔体大小从所述第一端向第二端方向逐渐增大,采音腔内的腔体大小从所述第一端向第二端方向逐渐增大,即采音腔的腔体是从音箱内到外逐渐增大的,这样就便于音箱内的声音向外传播,且在增加声音的重低音的感觉的前提下增加声音音量。所述采音腔30的侧壁与所述壳体10的侧壁相贴合,把采音腔的侧壁和壳体的侧壁相互贴合,使得采音腔的侧壁和壳体的侧壁之间配合紧密,采音腔侧壁和壳体侧壁紧贴配合后增加了厚度,对通过出声通道的声音增加重低音的感觉效果更佳。而且将采音腔的侧壁和壳体的侧壁紧贴配合使得采音腔更佳紧密的固定在壳体内部,防止采音腔晃动。
在本实施例二中,所述采音腔30至少包括一个弯折,设置弯折防止灰尘或杂物等通过采音腔落入到壳体内的喇叭上,对喇叭起到保护作用。本实施例采音腔适合出声通道的结构设置。
其他设置及有益效果与实施例一相同,这里不再一一讲述。
如图5-8所示为本发明实施例三的示意图,参见图2,本实施例三公开了一种音箱100,音箱100包括壳体10和设置在所述壳体10内的喇叭20,所述壳体10设置有螺旋结构的用于传播所述喇叭20发出的声音的出声通道50,音箱100还包括安装在壳体10内部,位于出声通道20位置的采音腔30,所述采音腔30的第一端31与所述出声通道50的入口56连通。设置采音腔使得喇叭发出的声音先通过采音腔再向外传播,采音腔的第一端和出声通道的入口连通配合,便于喇叭发出的声音通过采音腔向外传播;而且把采音腔安装固定在壳体内的出声通道中,喇叭发出的声音通过采用腔时,壳体侧壁和采音腔的侧壁交叠之后的厚度大于出声通道的侧壁厚度,这样增加声音的重低音的感觉。
所述采音腔30至少包括一个弯折,设置弯折防止灰尘或杂物等通过采音腔 落入到壳体内的喇叭上,对喇叭起到保护作用。本实施例采音腔适合出声通道的结构设置。
在本实施例三中,所述音箱100还包括设置在所述出声通道50内的扩音腔40,所述扩音腔40的第三端41与所述第二端32连通,其中,第二端和第三端之间通过螺丝固定连接,螺丝固定连接,固定牢固,便于安装和拆卸,使得第二端和第三端紧密连接,具体的,第二端32设置有两个相对的凸耳33,凸耳33上分别设置有螺丝孔34,对应的,第三端41设置有与所述螺丝孔34配合通过螺丝进行螺接固定的螺丝孔柱44,从而将第二端和第三端牢固的固定,且使得第二端和第三端连接更加紧密。当然,也可以采用其他固定方式进行固定。所述扩音腔40的与所述第三端41相反的第四端42与所述出声通道50的出口55连通,所述扩音腔40内的腔体大小从所述第三端41到第四端42逐渐增大。设置扩音腔,扩音腔的侧壁和出声通道内的侧壁交叠的厚度同样大于出声通道的侧壁厚度,同样增加声音的重低音的感觉;而且扩音腔的腔体是从第三端到第四端逐渐增大,即扩音腔的腔体是从音箱内到外逐渐增大的,这样就便于音箱内的声音向外传播,且在增加声音的重低音的感觉的前提下增加声音音量。
采音腔和扩音腔固定连接后安装固定在壳体内,壳体包括前壳11和后壳12,其中,采音腔和扩音腔都安装固定在前壳11上,具体的是:前壳11上设置有第一卡扣13,对应的扩音腔40上设置有与所述第一卡扣13进行卡接固定的第二卡扣43,第二卡扣43位于扩音腔的第三端41的端部位置,这样设置不仅将扩音腔牢固的固定在前壳11上,而且将采音腔30牢固的固定在前壳11上。而且扩音腔外表面还设置有固定骨45,固定骨45上设置有两个固定口46,固定口46与前壳11安装配合,从而使扩音腔更加牢固的安装固定在前壳11上。这是安装固定扩音腔和采音腔的一种具体方式,当然,也可以采用其他方式进行固定。
本实施例三的固定骨45不仅便于固定口46与后壳12进行安装配合,而且增加了扩音腔40侧壁的强度。
在本实施例三中,所述扩音腔40的侧壁与所述壳体10的侧壁相贴合,把扩音腔的侧壁和壳体的侧壁相互贴合,使得扩音腔的侧壁和壳体的侧壁之间配合紧密,扩音腔侧壁和壳体侧壁紧贴配合后增加了厚度,对通过出声通道的声音增加重低音的感觉效果更佳。而且将扩音腔的侧壁和壳体的侧壁紧贴配合使得扩音腔更佳紧密的固定在壳体内部,防止扩音腔晃动。
在本实施例三中,所述出声通道50的出口55的侧壁包括第一壁51、与所述第一壁51相对的第三壁53、第二壁52和与所述第二壁52相对的第四壁54;所述第一壁51、第二壁52、第三壁53及第四壁54首尾相连,所述出口55与所述壳体10用于放置的放置面70形成小于90度的夹角,所述第一壁51位于所述壳体10顶部,所述第三壁53正上部为所述出口55的其他侧壁。这是设置出声通道50的出口的一种具体方式,这样设置在放置音箱时使得出口朝向是斜向下的,这样在使用音箱的过程中就防止有杂物或灰尘从出口处落入到出声通道处或壳体内,这样对音箱起到保护作用;相比在出口处设置喇叭盖或喇叭网起到防止灰尘或杂物落入到壳体内部的音箱大大节省了材料,以及节省了生产工艺;而且在出口处设置喇叭盖的音箱,在使用时必须打开喇叭盖,这样在使用过程中灰尘或杂物等就容易从出口处落入到壳体内部。
在本实施例三中,前壳11内表面上设置有多个间隔布置的加强筋14,设置加强筋14增加了前壳11的强度,而且加强筋14位于喇叭20的固定位置处,这样对喇叭起到限位固定作用,对应的,后壳12内表面上也设置有间隔布置的加强筋,从而使得喇叭固定更加牢固。加强筋为条形结构,这样对喇叭的限位固定效果更佳。当然,也可以设置成其他结构。
本实施例三的其他设置及有益效果与实施例一相同,这里不再一一讲述。
本实施例三的采音腔和扩音腔之间还可以设置其他音腔,或在出声通道内设置其他音腔。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种音箱,包括壳体和设置在所述壳体内的喇叭,其特征在于,所述壳体设置有螺旋结构的用于传播所述喇叭发出的声音的出声通道,所述出声通道的入口与所述喇叭配合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的音箱,其特征在于,所述出声通道的出口的侧壁包括第一壁、与所述第一壁相对的第三壁、第二壁和与所述第二壁相对的第四壁;所述第一壁、第二壁、第三壁及第四壁首尾相连,所述出口与所述壳体用于放置的放置面形成小于90度的夹角,所述第一壁位于所述壳体顶部,所述第三壁正上部为所述出口的其他侧壁。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的音箱,其特征在于,所述出声通道的宽度从其入口处向所述出声通道的出口方向逐渐增大。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的音箱,其特征在于,所述音箱还包括设置在所述壳体内的采音腔,所述采音腔的第一端与所述出声通道的入口连通,所述采音腔的与所述第一端相对的第二端与所述出声通道的出口连通。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的音箱,其特征在于,所述音箱还包括设置在所述出声通道内的扩音腔,所述扩音腔的第三端与所述第二端连通,所述扩音腔的与所述第三端相反的第四端与所述出声通道的出口连通,所述扩音腔内的腔体大小从所述第三端到第四端逐渐增大。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的音箱,其特征在于,所述采音腔内的腔体大小从所述第一端向第二端方向逐渐增大。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的音箱,其特征在于,所述采音腔的侧壁与所述壳体的侧壁相贴合。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的音箱,其特征在于,所述扩音腔的侧壁与所述壳体的侧壁相贴合。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的音箱,其特征在于,所述第二端和第三端之间通过 螺丝固定连接。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的音箱,其特征在于,所述壳体设置第一卡扣,所述扩音腔设置有与所述第一卡扣卡配的第二卡扣。
