此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
参照图1、图3所示,本发明的实施例提供了一种密封盖,适于密封容器10(图1、3中的容器10为酒杯)的敞口,也就是说,容器10具有敞口,该容器10一般可以为玻璃杯,密封盖用于密封容器10的敞口。
该密封盖包括挤压盖20及柔性密封圈30。具体的,挤压盖20包括外盖201、内挡盖202、螺杆203及旋钮204,其中,外盖201盖合于敞口,内挡盖202设置于敞口内且位于外盖201的下方。也就是说,外盖201和内挡盖202是上下相对的,且两者之间具有一定的间隙。
螺杆203活动穿设于外盖201上,且螺杆203的下端与内挡盖202固定连接,螺杆203的上端与旋钮204螺纹连接。也就是说,旋钮204是用于驱动螺杆203上下运动的,当旋钮204旋转时,由于螺杆203和旋钮204是螺纹配合的,所以,螺杆203可以在外盖201上沿竖向方向上下运动。对应地,由于内挡盖202固定连接在螺杆203下端,因此,螺杆203上下运动时,可以带动内挡盖202上下运动,进而缩小或增大外盖201和内挡盖202之间的间隙。
柔性密封圈30套设在螺杆203上且位于外盖201和内挡盖202的之间,当旋钮204旋转时,螺杆203带动内挡盖202向上移动并挤压柔性密封圈 30,迫使柔性密封圈30膨胀后与敞口内周壁贴合形成密封。柔性密封可以采用硅胶等柔性材料。也就是说,柔性密封圈30是设置在外盖201和内挡盖202之间的间隙中的,当旋钮204旋转驱动螺杆203上升时,外盖201与内挡盖202之间的间隙缩小,进而对外盖201与内挡盖202之间的柔性密封圈30造成挤压,挤压的柔性密封圈30会向周围膨胀,进而贴合在敞口的内周壁上,如此,即可形成密封,容器10内的液体可以密封保存在容器10内。同时,柔性密封圈30往外膨胀顶住敞口内周壁后还起到固定住整个挤压盖20的作用。
而在需要开启时,反向旋转旋钮204,使敞口内部的内挡盖202向下运动,进而松开被挤压的柔性密封圈30,利用柔性密封圈30的弹性恢复到原来尺寸大小,方便地把挤压盖20、柔性密封圈30整体取出。
需要说明的是,外盖201及内挡盖202一般为硬质材料制成,外盖201的直径略大于敞口,以便于盖合于敞口上,而内挡盖202的直径略小于敞口的直径,以便放入和取出。
根据本发明提供的密封盖,具有挤压盖20和柔性密封圈30,当旋转挤压盖20的旋钮204时,螺杆203带动内挡盖202向上挤压柔性密封圈30,迫使柔性密封圈30膨胀而与敞口的内周壁贴合密封,如此,可对酒杯等容器的敞口进行密封。以酒杯为例,在密封后,可以将剩余的酒水通过挤压盖20和柔性密封圈30密封保存在容器10中,避免浪费,同时,还可以用于盛装适量的酒水,密封后便于携带外出,其使用方便,密封效果好。
在本发明的一个实施例中,柔性密封圈30的内周壁呈凹弧形。如图1所示,柔性密封圈30的内周壁是向外侧凹陷的,如此,在内挡盖202向上 运动进而挤压柔性密封圈30时,有利于柔性密封圈30向外侧膨胀变形,提高柔性密封圈30膨胀效果。
进一步的,在本发明的一个实施例中,外盖201的内底面设有一圈凸起2011,柔性密封圈30的上周缘套设在凸起2011的外部。也就是说,柔性密封圈30的上周缘是位于凸起2011外围的,如此,凸起2011可以对柔性密封圈30的上周缘提供定位支撑的作用,保证在内挡盖202向上运动进而挤压柔性密封圈30时,柔性密封圈30的上周缘保持圆形状态而不变形,以利于柔性密封圈30的中间部分沿径向向外膨胀,确保膨胀后的柔性密封圈30的中间部分能够与敞口的内周壁完全贴合而不产生局部间隙等问题。也就是,可以进一步提高柔性密封圈30膨胀后的密封效果。
更为有利地,在本发明的一个实施例中,螺杆203外圆周形成有两相对的导向平面2031,外盖201上设有与螺杆203相适配的非圆形孔2012,螺杆203可竖向滑动地穿设于非圆形孔2012内。如此,在旋转旋钮204时,螺杆203可沿两个导向平面2031在非圆形孔2012中上下运动,也就是说,两导向平面2031可以起到导向作用,以利于螺杆203上下滑动,提高使用的可靠性。
此外,两导向平面2031上还可以设置倒扣部2032,当螺杆203穿过外盖201上的非圆形孔2012后,倒扣部2032可以防止螺杆203从非圆形孔2012脱落,内挡盖202、柔性密封圈30掉入容器10内。
更为具体地,旋钮204的底面形成一螺纹孔2041,螺杆203的上端与螺纹孔2041螺纹配合。如此,旋转旋钮204时,由于螺杆203的上端与螺纹孔2041螺纹配合,所以螺杆203会向上运动,而对应螺杆203的上端则 会在螺纹孔2041内向上运动。这种配合方式,可以实现螺杆203上下运动,同时,结构简单,操作方便。
作为优选地,螺杆203的下端与内挡盖202一体成型,如此,可简化结构,降低成本。
参照图2所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,柔性密封圈30的上周缘形成有翻折至敞口外部的包口部,该包口部至少包括一包覆在敞口的顶壁的顶壁部301。如此,当旋转旋钮204使得螺杆203带动内挡盖202挤压柔性密封圈30膨胀密封时,旋钮204对外盖201也产生向下的作用力,进而使得外盖201的内底面将顶壁部301压紧在敞口的顶壁上,如此,可以使敞口形成第二道密封,以提高密封效果。
更为有利地,在本发明的一个实施例中,包口部还包括一包覆在敞口的外周壁的外围部302,外围部302通过一卡箍40夹紧贴合在敞口的外周壁形成密封。
如此,通过卡箍40可以使得外围部302与敞口形成第三道密封,如此,可以进一步提高其密封效果。
在本发明的一个实施例中,卡箍40包括套设在外围部302的卡圈401及调节卡圈401大小的锁紧螺栓402。在使用过程中,先调整卡圈401变大,套设在外围部302上,再通过调节锁紧螺栓402使得卡圈401逐渐缩紧,进而将外围部302箍紧贴合在敞口的外周壁上形成密封,其使用方便,卡圈401的卡箍40力度可以通过锁紧螺栓402调节,密封更好。
综上所述,本发明提供的密封盖,具有挤压盖20和柔性密封圈30,当旋转挤压盖20的旋钮204时,螺杆203带动内挡盖202向上挤压柔性密封 圈30,迫使柔性密封圈30膨胀而与敞口的内周壁贴合密封,如此,可对酒杯等容器10的敞口进行密封。以酒杯为例,在密封后,可以将剩余的酒水通过挤压盖20和柔性密封圈30密封保存在容器10中,避免浪费,同时,还可以用于盛装适量的酒水,密封后便于携带外出,其使用方便,密封效果好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种密封盖,适于密封容器的敞口;其特征在于,所述密封盖包括:
    挤压盖,所述挤压盖包括外盖、内挡盖、螺杆及旋钮,所述外盖盖合于所述敞口,所述内挡盖设置于所述敞口内且位于所述外盖的下方;所述螺杆活动穿设于所述外盖上,且所述螺杆的下端与所述内挡盖固定连接,所述螺杆的上端与所述旋钮螺纹连接;
    柔性密封圈,所述柔性密封圈套设在所述螺杆上且位于所述外盖和所述内挡盖之间,当所述旋钮旋转时,所述螺杆带动所述内挡盖向上移动并挤压所述柔性密封圈,迫使所述柔性密封圈膨胀后与所述敞口内周壁贴合形成密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于,所述柔性密封圈的内周壁呈凹弧形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于,所述外盖的内底面设有一圈凸起,所述柔性密封圈的上周缘套设在所述凸起的外部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于,所述螺杆外圆周形成有两相对的导向平面,所述外盖上设有与所述螺杆相适配的非圆形孔,所述螺杆可竖向滑动地穿设于所述非圆形孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于,所述旋钮的底面形成一螺纹孔,所述螺杆的上端与所述螺纹孔螺纹配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的密封盖,其特征在于,所述螺杆的下端与所述内挡盖一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的密封盖,其特征在于,所述柔性密封圈的上周缘形成有翻折至所述敞口外部的包口部,所述包口部至少包括一包覆在所述敞口的顶壁的顶壁部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的密封盖,其特征在于,所述包口部还包括一包覆在所述敞口的外周壁的外围部,所述外围部通过一卡箍夹紧贴合在所述敞口的外周壁形成密封。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的密封盖,其特征在于,所述卡箍包括套设在所述外围部的卡圈及调节所述卡圈大小的锁紧螺栓。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的密封盖,其特征在于,所述容器为玻璃杯。
