Abstract

信息展示方法、终端设备、服务器和系统
本申请要求于2015年6月12日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510323161.9、发明名称为“信息展示方法、终端设备、服务器和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及互联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种信息展示方法、终端设备、服务器和系统。
发明背景
目前,越来越多的用户通过终端设备,在线播放流媒体(如:观看在线视频或者收听在线音频),更具体的,例如,观看体育赛事直播、收听在线广播等。当为终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,服务器将对流媒体进行编码(例如,视频编码和/或音频编码),得到该流媒体的媒体流,并将该流媒体的媒体流通过内容分发网络(Content Delivery Network,CDN)发送至接受在线播放服务的终端设备。该终端设备解析该媒体播放媒体流,并播放。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种信息展示的方法、终端设备、服务器和系统,减小了在线媒体播放时延。
本发明实施例提供了信息展示的方法,应用于提供流媒体在线播放服务的服务器,当为一终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,该方法包括:
判断该终端设备当前是否需要进行信息展示;
当确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时,将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备,以使该终端设备在该展示时间参数指示的时间范围内展示信息。
本发明实施例提供了信息展示的方法,应用于接受流媒体在线播放服务的终端设备,当接受第一服务器提供的一流媒体的在线播放服务时,该方法包括:
从所述第一服务器接收展示时间参数;
根据所获取的展示时间参数确定其所指示的时间范围;
从用于提供信息展示服务的第二服务器获取将在所确定的时间范围内展示的信息;
在该时间范围内展示所获取的该信息。
本发明实施例提供了种服务器,当为一终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,该服务器包括:
判断模块,用于判断该终端设备当前是否需要进行信息展示;
发送模块,用于当确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时,将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备,以使该终端设备在该展示时间参数指示的时间范围内展示信息。
本发明实施例提供了终端设备,当接受第一服务器提供的一流媒体的在线播放服务时,该终端设备包括:
接收模块,用于从所述第一服务器接收展示时间参数;
确定模块,用于根据所获取的展示时间参数确定其所指示的时间范围;
获取模块,用于从用于提供信息展示服务的第二服务器获取将在所确定的时间范围内展示的信息;
展示模块,用于在该时间范围内展示所获取的该信息。
本发明实施例提供了信息展示系统,该系统包括第一服务器、第二服务器和终端设备;
当为一终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,所述第一服务器用于判断该终端设备当前是否需要进行信息展示;当确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时,将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备,以使该终端设备在该展示时间参数指示的时间范围内展示信息;
当接受第一服务器提供的一流媒体的在线播放服务时,所述终端设备用于从所述第一服务器接收展示时间参数;根据所获取的展示时间参数确定其所指示的时间范围;从用于提供信息展示服务的所述第二服务器获取将在所确定的时间范围内展示的信息;在该时间范围内展示所获取的该信息。
采用上述技术方案,减小了在线媒体播放时延,实现了信息的实时展示。进一步地,由于提供流媒体在线播放服务的服务器无需对流媒体进行内容剪切和插入处理,减少了服务器的处理负荷。并且,由于接受同一流媒体在线播放服务的终端设备从用于提供信息展示服务的服务器获取展示的信息,实现了不同终端设备所展示信息的同步。

实施本发明的方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的发明人在研究过程中发现,在为终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,服务器还可以同时为该终端设备提供信息展示服务(例如,展示广告信息、促销信息等)。具体的,在为终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,如果要在一段时间内为该终端设备提供信息展示服务,服务器可以将在线播放的流媒体进行缓存,将该流媒体中对应于该段时间的一段内容剪切掉,并插入所要展示的信息(如插入广告内容)。之后,服务器将进行了剪切和插入处理的流媒体进行编码,并将编码后的媒体流发送至终端设备。由于需要先对在线播放的流媒体进行缓存再进行剪切和插入处理,就增加了在线播放的时延。
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提出了一种信息展示的方法。根据本发明实施例提供的方法,当为一终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时, 服务器判断该终端设备当前是否需要进行信息展示。当确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时,服务器将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备,以使该终端设备在该展示时间参数指示的时间范围内展示信息。从而,减小了在线媒体播放时延,实现了信息的实时展示。进一步地,由于服务器无需对流媒体进行内容剪切和插入处理,减少了服务器的处理负荷。并且,由于接受同一流媒体在线播放服务的终端设备从用于提供信息展示服务的服务器获取展示的信息,实现了不同终端设备所展示信息的同步。
图1是本发明一个实施例中信息展示系统的结构图。如图1所示,系统100包括第一服务器110、终端设备120、第二服务器130、以及通信网络140。
当为一终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,第一服务器110用于判断该终端设备120当前是否需要进行信息展示;当确定该终端设备120需要进行信息展示时,将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备120,以使该终端设备120在该展示时间参数指示的时间范围内展示信息。
在本发明一个实施例中,第一服务器110可以是具有数据计算处理及存储功能的计算设备。例如,如图1所示,第一服务器110可以包括处理器102、非易失性计算机可读存储器104、I/O接口106和网络通信接口108。这些组件通过总线105进行通信。
在本发明一个实施例中,存储器104中存储有多个程序模块:操作系统112、I/O模块114、通信模块116和应用程序118。处理器102可以读取存储器中的程序模块来实现本发明实施例提供的方案。
在本发明实施例中,I/O接口106可以与输入/输出设备连接,例如触摸屏、麦克风、扬声器等。I/O接口106将从输入设备接收到的输入数据发送给I/O模块114进行处理,并将I/O模块114输出的数据发送 给输出设备。
网络通信接口108可以将从通信网络140接收到的数据发送给通信模块116,并将从通信模块116接收到的数据通过通信网络140发送出去。
存储在存储器104中的应用程序118中可以包含信息展示应用119。如图1所示,该信息展示应用119可以包括判断模块601、发送模块602。进一步地,该信息展示应用119还可以包括设置模块603,本文后续会对模块601-603的具体功能和工作原理做详述。处理器102可以通过执行信息展示应用119来实现判断该终端设备120是否需要进行信息展示;当确定该终端设备120需要进行信息展示时,将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备120。
当接受第一服务器提供的一流媒体的在线播放服务时,终端设备120用于从所述第一服务器110接收展示时间参数;根据所获取的展示时间参数确定其所指示的时间范围;从用于提供信息展示服务的所述第二服务器130获取将在所确定的时间范围内展示的信息;在该时间范围内展示所获取的该信息。
在本发明一个实施例中,终端设备120可以是具有数据计算处理及存储功能的计算设备,包括但不限于智能手机、掌上电脑、平板电脑等。这些通信终端上都安装有操作系统,包括但不限于:Android操作系统、Symbian操作系统、Windows mobile操作系统、以及苹果iPhone OS操作系统等等。例如,如图1所示,终端设备120可以包括处理器122、非易失性计算机可读存储器124、I/O接口126和网络通信接口128。这些组件通过总线105进行通信。
在本发明一个实施例中,存储器124中存储有多个程序模块:操作系统132、I/O模块134、通信模块136和应用程序138。处理器122可 以读取存储器中的程序模块来实现本发明实施例提供的方案。
在本发明实施例中,I/O接口126可以与输入/输出设备连接,例如触摸屏、麦克风、扬声器等。I/O接口126将从输入设备接收到的输入数据发送给I/O模块114进行处理,并将I/O模块134输出的数据发送给输出设备。
网络通信接口128可以将从通信网络140接收到的数据发送给通信模块136,并将从通信模块136接收到的数据通过通信网络140发送出去。
存储在存储器124中的应用程序138中可以包含信息展示应用139。如图1所示,该信息展示应用139可以包括接收模块701、确定模块702、获取模块703和展示模块704。进一步地,处理器122可以通过执行信息展示应用139来实现从所述第一服务器110接收展示时间参数;根据所获取的展示时间参数确定其所指示的时间范围;从用于提供信息展示服务的所述第二服务器130获取将在所确定的时间范围内展示的信息;在该时间范围内展示所获取的该信息。
通信网络140可以是无线或者有线通信网络,例如CDN网络、IP网络、蜂窝移动通信网络等。
图2是本发明实施例的一种信息展示方法的流程图。方法应用于提供流媒体在线播放服务的服务器。如图2所示,当为一终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,该方法包括以下步骤。
步骤201:判断该终端设备当前是否需要进行信息展示。
步骤202:当确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时,将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备。
在本发明一个实施例中,展示时间参数包括展示起始时间点、展示结束时间点。在本发明另一个实施例中,展示时间参数可以包括展示时 长。
在本发明一个实施例中,可以采用如下任一方式将该展示时间参数发送至终端设备:
方式一:将所述展示时间参数携带在一准备发往该终端设备的通知消息中,将携带有所述展示时间参数的所述通知消息发送至该终端设备。
方式二:将一指示字段附加于准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,并在该指示字段填充无效值,以使所述终端设备在解析出该指示字段为无效值时确定不进行信息展示。在发送附加有所述指示字段的所述媒体流之前,在该指示字段中填充所述展示时间参数。发送所述媒体流至该终端设备,该媒体流附加有填充了所述展示时间参数的该指示字段。
方式三:将一标志位和一指示字段附加于准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中,并设置该标志位为无效,以使所述终端设备在解析出该标志位为无效时,确定不进行信息展示。在发送附加有所述标志位和所述指示字段的所述媒体流之前,设置该标志位为有效,并在该指示字段中填充所述展示时间参数。服务器发送所述媒体流至该终端设备,该媒体流附加有被设置为有效的该标志位和填充了所述展示时间参数的该指示字段。
方式四:在准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中一预留字段内填充无效值,以使所述终端设备在解析出该预留字段为无效值时,确定不进行信息展示。在发送包括该预留字段的媒体流之前,服务器在该预留字段填充所述展示时间参数。服务器发送该媒体流至所述终端设备,所述媒体流中包括填充了所述展示时间参数的该预留字段。
方式五:在准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中的预留标志位设置为无效,以使所述终端设备在解析出该预留标志位为无效时,确定不进行信息展示。在发送包括该预留标志位的该媒体流之前,服务器将该预留标志位设置为有效,在该媒体流中一预留字段内填充所述展示时间参数。服务器发送该媒体流至所述终端设备,该媒体流包括被设置为有效的该预留标志位和填充了所述展示时间参数的该预留字段。
图3是本发明实施例的一种信息展示方法的流程图。方法应用于接受流媒体在线播放服务的终端设备。如图3所示,当接受第一服务器提供的一流媒体的在线播放服务时,该方法包括以下步骤。
步骤301:从所述第一服务器接收展示时间参数;
在本发明一个实施例中,终端设备接收所述第一服务器发送的通知消息,从通知消息中获取展示时间参数。
在本发明一个实施例中,终端设备从第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,解析附加于所述媒体流的指示字段。当解析出该指示字段的值为有效时,终端设备根据解析出的指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
在本发明一个实施例中,终端设备从第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,解析附加于所述媒体流中的标志位。当解析出该标志位为有效时,终端设备进一步解析附加于所述媒体流中的指示字段,并根据解析出的该指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
在本发明一个实施例中,终端设备从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,解析媒体流中的预留字段。当解析出该预留字段的值有效时,终端设备根据解析出的指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
在本发明一个实施例中,终端设备从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,解析媒体流中的预留标志位。当解析出该预留标志位为有效时,终端设备解析该媒体流中的预留字段,根据解析出的该指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
步骤302:根据所获取的展示时间参数确定其所指示的时间范围。
步骤303:从用于提供信息展示服务的第二服务器获取将在所确定的时间范围内展示的信息。
在本发明一个实施例中,终端设备将信息获取请求发送至所述第二服务器。信息获取请求中至少携带了信息的展示序号和所确定的时间范围的时长。终端设备接收来自该第二服务器的信息。
步骤304:在该时间范围内展示所获取的该信息。
图4是本发明实施例的信息展示方法的流程图。如图4所示,该方法包括以下步骤。
步骤401:当为一终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,第一服务器判断该终端设备是否需要进行信息展示。
其中,第一服务器可以是提供流媒体在线播放服务的服务器。
在本发明一个实施例中,第一服务器可以根据预先设置的信息展示时间范围,确定该终端设备是否需要进行信息展示。例如,在直播足球比赛时,预先设置了在上半场与下半场之间的休息时间段内终端设备将展示信息。当正在直播的足球比赛进入上半场与下半场之间的固定休息时间段,第一服务器确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示。
在本发明一个实施例中,第一服务器可以通过分析流媒体,确定终端设备是否需要进行信息展示。例如,在直播体育比赛时,当需要在临时休息时间段进行信息展示时,第一服务器可以通过分析流媒体,确定该流媒体对应的体育比赛是否进入临时休息的时间范围,当确定该体育 比赛进入临时休息的时间范围,第一服务器确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示。
步骤402:当确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时,第一服务器将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备。
在本发明一个实施例中,展示时间参数包括展示起始时间点、展示结束时间点。那么,展示时间参数所指示的时间范围是从展示起始时间点到展示结束时间点之间的时间范围。在本发明另一个实施例中,展示时间参数可以包括展示时长。那么,展示时间参数所指示的时间范围是以当前时刻作为信息展示的起始时间点,并持续该展示时长。
在本发明一个实施例中,第一服务器可以将展示时间参数携带在一准备发往该终端设备的通知消息中,将携带有所述展示时间参数的所述通知消息发送至该终端设备。
在本发明一个实施例中,在步骤402之前可以进一步包括:第一服务器将一指示字段附加于准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,并在该指示字段填充无效值。其中,编码后的媒体流可以是视频和/或音频编码后的媒体数据流。该指示字段用于当确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时指示展示时间参数。该指示字段可以附加在该媒体流的首部或尾部。如图5A所示,在媒体流501的尾部附加了指示字段502。当确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时,在发送附加有所述指示字段的所述媒体流之前,在该指示字段中填充展示时间参数。
在本发明一个实施例中,在步骤402之前可以进一步包括:第一服务器将一标志位和一指示字段附加于准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中,并设置该标志位为无效。其中,该标志位指示终端设备是否进行信息展示。当该标志位设置为有效,指示进行信息展示,该指示字段指示展示时间参数。该标志位和指示字段可以附加在 该媒体流的首部或尾部。如图5B所示,在媒体流501的首部附加了标志位503和指示字段504。当确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时,在发送附加有所述标志位和所述指示字段的所述媒体流之前,设置该标志位为有效,并在该指示字段中填充所述展示时间参数。服务器发送所述媒体流至该终端设备,该媒体流附加有被设置为有效的该标志位和填充了所述展示时间参数的该指示字段。
在本发明一个实施例中,在步骤402之前可以进一步包括:第一服务器在准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中一预留字段内填充无效值。其中,该预留字段用于当确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时指示展示时间参数。在本发明一个实施例中,如图5C所示,该预留字段506可以位于编码后的媒体流的头部信息505中。例如,对于该进行MPEG-2视频编码后的媒体流,该预留字段可以位于MPEG-2编码头部信息中的预留字段。当确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时,在发送包括该预留字段的媒体流之前,第一服务器在该预留字段填充所述展示时间参数。第一服务器发送该媒体流至所述终端设备,所述媒体流中包括填充了所述展示时间参数的该预留字段。

在本发明一个实施例中,终端设备从第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,解析附加于所述媒体流的指示字段。当解析出该指示字段为无效时,该终端设备确定不进行信息展示,并结束本流程。当解析出该指示字段的值为有效时,终端设备根据解析出的指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
在本发明一个实施例中,终端设备从第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,解析附加于所述媒体流中的标志位。当解析出该标志位被设置为无效时,该终端设备确定不进行信息展示,并结束本流程。当解析出该标志位为有效时,终端设备进一步解析附加于所述媒体流中的指示字段,并根据解析出的该指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
在本发明一个实施例中,终端设备从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,解析媒体流中的预留字段。当解析出该预留字段为无效时,该终端设备确定不进行信息展示,并结束本流程。当解析出该预留字段的值有效时,终端设备根据解析出的指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
在本发明一个实施例中,终端设备从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,解析媒体流中的预留标志位。当解析出该预留标志位被设置为无效时,该终端设备确定不进行信息展示,并结束本流程。当解析出该预留标志位为有效时,终端设备解析该媒体流中的预留 字段,根据解析出的该指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
步骤404:终端设备根据所获取的展示时间参数确定其所指示的时间范围。
在本发明一个实施例中,当获取的展示时间参数包括展示起始时间点、展示结束时间点,展示时间参数所指示的时间范围是从展示起始时间点到展示结束时间点之间的时间范围。当获取的展示时间参数包括展示时长,展示时间参数所指示的时间范围是以当前时刻作为信息展示的起始时间点并持续该展示时长的时间范围。
步骤405:终端设备将信息获取请求发送至第二服务器。
在本发明一个实施例中,该第二服务器可以是用于提供信息展示服务的服务器。信息获取请求中至少携带了信息的展示序号和所确定的时间范围的时长。其中,信息的展示序号是该被展示的信息在该流媒体在线播放的过程中的序号。例如,对于在该流媒体在线播放的过程中展示的第一条信息,该信息的展示序号为1。在本发明另一实施例中,该信息获取请求中可以携带该流媒体的标识和所确定的时间范围。
步骤406:终端设备接收来自该第二服务器的信息。
接收到的信息可以是视频、音频、图片、网页等形式,本发明对此不作限定。
步骤407:终端设备在该时间范围内展示所获取的该信息。
在本发明一个实施例中,在步骤407之后,本方法还可以进一步包括:向第二服务器上报信息展示参数。该信息展示参数可以包括但不限于展示该信息的终端设备的相关参数(例如,该终端设备的标识、IP地址、类型等)、展示该信息的方式(例如,通过网页展示、通过应用展示等)。在本发明一个实施例中,该终端设备的类型包括但不限于个人电脑、智能手机、投影仪等。
以上对本发明实施例提出的信息展示方法进行了说明。下面结合附图对本发明实施例提供的装置进行说明。
图6为本发明实施例提供的一种服务器结构示意图。如图6所示,当为一终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,该服务器包括以下模块:
判断模块601,用于判断该终端设备当前是否需要进行信息展示;
发送模块602,用于当判断模块601确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时,将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备,以使该终端设备在该展示时间参数指示的时间范围内展示信息。
在本发明一个实施例中,所述发送模块602用于将所述展示时间参数携带在一准备发往该终端设备的通知消息中,将携带有所述展示时间参数的所述通知消息发送至该终端设备。
在本发明一个实施例中,该服务器进一步包括设置模块603,用于将一指示字段附加于准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,并在该指示字段填充无效值,以使所述终端设备在解析出该指示字段为无效值时确定不进行信息展示。
发送模块602用于在发送附加有所述指示字段的所述媒体流之前,在该指示字段中填充所述展示时间参数;发送所述媒体流至该终端设备,该媒体流附加有填充了所述展示时间参数的该指示字段。
在本发明一个实施例中,该服务器进一步设置模块603,用于将一标志位和一指示字段附加于准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中,并设置该标志位为无效,以使所述终端设备在解析出该标志位为无效时,确定不进行信息展示。
所述发送模块602用于在发送附加有所述标志位和所述指示字段的所述媒体流之前,设置该标志位为有效,并在该指示字段中填充所述展 示时间参数;发送所述媒体流至该终端设备,该媒体流附加有被设置为有效的该标志位和填充了所述展示时间参数的该指示字段。
在本发明一个实施例中,该服务器进一步包括设置模块603,用于在准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中一预留字段内填充无效值,以使所述终端设备在解析出该预留字段为无效值时,确定不进行信息展示。
所述发送模块602用于在发送包括该预留字段的媒体流之前,在该预留字段填充所述展示时间参数;发送该媒体流至所述终端设备,所述媒体流中包括填充了所述展示时间参数的该预留字段。
在本发明一个实施例中,该服务器进一步包括设置模块603,用于在准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中的预留标志位设置为无效,以使所述终端设备在解析出该预留标志位为无效时,确定不进行信息展示。
所述发送模块602用于在发送包括该预留标志位的该媒体流之前,将该预留标志位设置为有效,在该媒体流中一预留字段内填充所述展示时间参数;发送该媒体流至所述终端设备,该媒体流包括被设置为有效的该预留标志位和填充了所述展示时间参数的该预留字段。
在本发明一个实施例中,展示时间参数包括展示起始时间点、展示结束时间点,或者展示时间参数包括展示时长。
图7为本发明实施例提供的一种终端设备结构示意图。如图7所示,当接受一服务器提供的一流媒体在线播放服务时,该服务器包括以下模块:
接收模块701,用于从所述第一服务器接收展示时间参数;
确定模块702,用于根据所获取的展示时间参数确定其所指示的时 间范围;
获取模块703,用于从用于提供信息展示服务的第二服务器获取将在所确定的时间范围内展示的信息;
展示模块704,用于在该时间范围内展示所获取的该信息。
在本发明一个实施例中,该接收模块701用于接收所述第一服务器发送的通知消息;从所述通知消息中获取所述展示时间参数。
在本发明一个实施例中,该接收模块701用于接收模块用于从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流;解析附加于所述媒体流的指示字段;当解析出该指示字段的值为有效时,根据解析出的指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
在本发明一个实施例中,该接收模块701用于从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流;解析附加于所述媒体流中的标志位;当解析出该标志位为有效时,解析附加于所述媒体流中的指示字段;根据解析出的该指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
在本发明一个实施例中,该接收模块701用于从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流;解析所述媒体流中的预留字段;当解析出该预留字段的值有效时,根据解析出的指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
在本发明一个实施例中,该接收模块701用于从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流;解析所述媒体流中的预留标志位;当解析出该预留标志位为有效时,解析该媒体流中的预留字段;根据解析出的该指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
在本发明一个实施例中,该获取模块703用于将信息获取请求发送至所述第二服务器,所述信息获取请求中至少携带了信息的展示序号和所确定的时间范围的时长,以使所述第二服务器确定具有所述展示序号 和所述时长的信息并将其发送给所述终端设备;接收来自该第二服务器的信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种信息展示系统,如图8所示。该系统包括:第一服务器600、第二服务器800和终端设备700。
当为终端设备700提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,第一服务器600用于判断该终端设备700当前是否需要进行信息展示;当确定该终端设备700需要进行信息展示时,将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备700,以使该终端设备700在该展示时间参数指示的时间范围内展示信息。
当接受第一服务器600提供的一流媒体的在线播放服务时,所述终端设备700用于从所述第一服务器600接收展示时间参数;根据所获取的展示时间参数确定其所指示的时间范围;从用于提供信息展示服务的所述第二服务器800获取将在所确定的时间范围内展示的信息;在该时间范围内展示所获取的该信息。
上述实施例提供的服务器、终端设备以及信息展示系统与方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
下面给出本发明提供的信息展示方法、服务器、终端设备和系统具体使用场景举例。一个使用场景中,当用户正在观看的体育比赛进入休息时间段,终端设备上播放广告。当休息时间段结束,终端设备继续播放该体育比赛。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。所述各实施例的功能模块可以位于一个终端或网络节点,或者也可以分布到多个终端或网络节点上。
另外,本发明的每一个实施例可以通过由数据处理设备如计算机执 行的数据处理程序来实现。显然,数据处理程序构成了本发明。此外,通常存储在一个存储介质中的数据处理程序通过直接将程序读取出存储介质或者通过将程序安装或复制到数据处理设备的存储设备(如硬盘和或内存)中执行。因此,这样的存储介质也构成了本发明。存储介质可以使用任何类型的记录方式,例如纸张存储介质(如纸带等)、磁存储介质(如软盘、硬盘、闪存等)、光存储介质(如CD-ROM等)、磁光存储介质(如MO等)等。
因此本发明还提供了一种存储介质,其中存储有数据处理程序,该数据处理程序用于执行本发明上述方法的任何一种实施例。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种信息展示方法,其特征在于,该方法应用于提供流媒体在线播放服务的服务器,当为一终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,该方法包括:
    判断该终端设备当前是否需要进行信息展示;
    当确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时,将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备,以使该终端设备在该展示时间参数指示的时间范围内展示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备包括:
    将所述展示时间参数携带在一准备发往该终端设备的通知消息中;
    将携带有所述展示时间参数的所述通知消息发送至该终端设备。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    将一指示字段附加于准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,并在该指示字段填充无效值,以使所述终端设备在解析出该指示字段为无效值时确定不进行信息展示;
    所述将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备包括:
    在发送附加有所述指示字段的所述媒体流之前,在该指示字段中填充所述展示时间参数;
    发送所述媒体流至该终端设备,该媒体流附加有填充了所述展示时间参数的该指示字段。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    将一标志位和一指示字段附加于准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中,并设置该标志位为无效,以使所述终端设备在解析出该标志位为无效时,确定不进行信息展示;
    所述将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备包括:
    在发送附加有所述标志位和所述指示字段的所述媒体流之前,设置该标志位为有效,并在该指示字段中填充所述展示时间参数;
    发送所述媒体流至该终端设备,该媒体流附加有被设置为有效的该标志位和填充了所述展示时间参数的该指示字段。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    在准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中一预留字段内填充无效值,以使所述终端设备在解析出该预留字段为无效值时,确定不进行信息展示;
    所述将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备包括:
    在发送包括该预留字段的媒体流之前,在该预留字段填充所述展示时间参数;
    发送该媒体流至所述终端设备,所述媒体流中包括填充了所述展示时间参数的该预留字段。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    在准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中的预留标志位设置为无效,以使所述终端设备在解析出该预留标志位为无效时,确定不进行信息展示;
    所述将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备包括:
    在发送包括该预留标志位的该媒体流之前,将该预留标志位设置为有效,在该媒体流中一预留字段内填充所述展示时间参数;
    发送该媒体流至所述终端设备,该媒体流包括被设置为有效的该预留标志位和填充了所述展示时间参数的该预留字段。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述展示时间参数包括:
    展示起始时间点、展示结束时间点;或者
    展示时长。
  8. 一种信息展示方法,其特征在于,该方法应用于接受流媒体在线播放服务的终端设备,当接受第一服务器提供的一流媒体的在线播放服务时,该方法包括:
    从所述第一服务器接收展示时间参数;
    根据所获取的展示时间参数确定其所指示的时间范围;
    从用于提供信息展示服务的第二服务器获取将在所确定的时间范围内展示的信息;
    在该时间范围内展示所获取的该信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述第一服务器接收展示时间参数包括:
    接收所述第一服务器发送的通知消息;
    从所述通知消息中获取所述展示时间参数。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述第一服务器接收展示时间参数包括:
    从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流;
    解析附加于所述媒体流的指示字段;
    当解析出该指示字段的值为有效时,根据解析出的指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述第一服务器接收展示时间参数包括:
    从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流;
    解析附加于所述媒体流中的标志位;
    当解析出该标志位为有效时,解析附加于所述媒体流中的指示字 段;
    根据解析出的该指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述第一服务器接收展示时间参数包括:
    从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流;
    解析所述媒体流中的预留字段;
    当解析出该预留字段的值有效时,根据解析出的指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从所述第一服务器接收展示时间参数包括:
    从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流;
    解析所述媒体流中的预留标志位;
    当解析出该预留标志位为有效时,解析该媒体流中的预留字段;
    根据解析出的该指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从用于提供信息展示服务的第二服务器获取将在所确定的时间范围内展示的信息包括:
    将信息获取请求发送至所述第二服务器,所述信息获取请求中至少携带了信息的展示序号和所确定的时间范围的时长,以使所述第二服务器确定具有所述展示序号和所述时长的信息并将其发送给所述终端设备;
    接收来自该第二服务器的所述信息。
  15. 一种服务器,其特征在于,当为一终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,该服务器包括:
    执行存储于存储器中模块的处理器,所述模块包括:
    判断模块,用于判断该终端设备当前是否需要进行信息展示;
    发送模块,用于当所述判断模块确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时,将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备,以使该终端设备在该展示时间参数指示的时间范围内展示信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述发送模块用于将所述展示时间参数携带在一准备发往该终端设备的通知消息中,将携带有所述展示时间参数的所述通知消息发送至该终端设备。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    设置模块,用于将一指示字段附加于准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,并在该指示字段填充无效值,以使所述终端设备在解析出该指示字段为无效值时确定不进行信息展示;
    所述发送模块用于在发送附加有所述指示字段的所述媒体流之前,在该指示字段中填充所述展示时间参数,发送所述媒体流至该终端设备,该媒体流附加有填充了所述展示时间参数的该指示字段。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    设置模块,用于将一标志位和一指示字段附加于准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中,并设置该标志位为无效,以使所述终端设备在解析出该标志位为无效时,确定不进行信息展示;
    所述发送模块用于在发送附加有所述标志位和所述指示字段的所述媒体流之前,设置该标志位为有效,并在该指示字段中填充所述展示时间参数,发送所述媒体流至该终端设备,该媒体流附加有被设置为有效的该标志位和填充了所述展示时间参数的该指示字段。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    设置模块,用于在准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中一预留字段内填充无效值,以使所述终端设备在解析出该预留 字段为无效值时,确定不进行信息展示;
    所述发送模块用于在发送包括该预留字段的媒体流之前,在该预留字段填充所述展示时间参数,发送该媒体流至所述终端设备,所述媒体流中包括填充了所述展示时间参数的该预留字段。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其特征在于,进一步包括:
    设置模块,用于在准备发往该终端设备的该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流中的预留标志位设置为无效,以使所述终端设备在解析出该预留标志位为无效时,确定不进行信息展示;
    所述发送模块用于在发送包括该预留标志位的该媒体流之前,将该预留标志位设置为有效,在该媒体流中一预留字段内填充所述展示时间参数,发送该媒体流至所述终端设备,该媒体流包括被设置为有效的该预留标志位和填充了所述展示时间参数的该预留字段。
  21. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,当接受第一服务器提供的一流媒体的在线播放服务时,该终端设备包括:
    执行存储于存储器中模块的处理器,所述模块包括:
    接收模块,用于从所述第一服务器接收展示时间参数;
    确定模块,用于根据所接收的展示时间参数确定其所指示的时间范围;
    获取模块,用于从用于提供信息展示服务的第二服务器获取将在所确定的时间范围内展示的信息;
    展示模块,用于在该时间范围内展示所获取的该信息。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的终端设备,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块用于接收所述第一服务器发送的通知消息,从所述通知消息中获取所述展示时间参数,或者
    从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,解析附加 于所述媒体流的指示字段,当解析出该指示字段的值为有效时,根据解析出的指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数,或者
    从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,解析附加于所述媒体流中的标志位,当解析出该标志位为有效时,解析附加于所述媒体流中的指示字段;根据解析出的该指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数,或者
    从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流,解析所述媒体流中的预留字段,当解析出该预留字段的值有效时,根据解析出的指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数,或者
    从所述第一服务器接收该流媒体对应的编码后的媒体流;解析所述媒体流中的预留标志位;当解析出该预留标志位为有效时,解析该媒体流中的预留字段;根据解析出的该指示字段的值,获得所述展示时间参数。
  23. 根据权利要求21所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述获取模块用于将信息获取请求发送至所述第二服务器,所述信息获取请求中至少携带了信息的展示序号和所确定的时间范围的时长;接收来自该第二服务器的信息。
  24. 一种信息展示系统,其特征在于,包括第一服务器、第二服务器和终端设备;
    当为一终端设备提供一流媒体的在线播放服务时,所述第一服务器用于判断该终端设备当前是否需要进行信息展示;当确定该终端设备需要进行信息展示时,将展示时间参数发送至该终端设备,以使该终端设备在该展示时间参数指示的时间范围内展示信息;
    当接受第一服务器提供的一流媒体的在线播放服务时,所述终端设备用于从所述第一服务器接收展示时间参数;根据所获取的展示时间参 数确定其所指示的时间范围;从用于提供信息展示服务的所述第二服务器获取将在所确定的时间范围内展示的信息;在该时间范围内展示所获取的该信息。
