本申请涉及但不限于移动通信领域,尤其涉及一种呼叫转移方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
目前,电话自动转接是电信业的一项传统业务,需要用户在移动网络中签约该服务(如无人接听时转接),如果用户的电话未能接听,基站会自动将该电话转接到设定的转移号码中。
但是,该呼叫转移方法只能将转接的电话转移到一个固定号码中,而且无法确认转接后的号码是否就在附近,不利于及时通知用户。

本发明实施例提供一种呼叫转移方法、装置及系统,用以解决相关技术中呼叫转移不能及时通知用户的问题。
依据本申请的一个方面,本发明实施例提供一种呼叫转移方法,包括:
确定对第一设备的呼叫在设定时间内未被接听;
将该呼叫转移至第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与所述第一设备距离最近和/或距离小于设定值的设备。

如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的呼叫转移方法,包括:

由于在第一设备的呼叫在设定时间内未被接听时,选择第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与第一设备距离最近和/或距离小于设定值的设备进行呼叫转移,可以使得接听到电话的用户在更短的时间内通知第一设备的用户,进而便于用户及时获得通知。
可选地,为了保证接收到呼叫转移的设备能够及时响应,可以在呼叫转移之前,先确定接收呼叫转移的设备处于空闲状态,此时,在步骤S102,将该呼叫转移至第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与第一设备距离最近和/或距离小于设定值的设备前,所述方法还包括:

工业实用性
本发明实施例提供一种呼叫转移方法、装置及系统,可以使得接听到电话的用户在更短的时间内通知第一设备的用户,进而便于用户及时获得通知。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种呼叫转移方法,包括:
    确定对第一设备的呼叫在设定时间内未被接听;
    将该呼叫转移至第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与所述第一设备距离最近和/或距离小于设定值的设备。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,所述将该呼叫转移至第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与所述第一设备距离最近和/或距离小于设定值的设备前,所述方法还包括:
    确认所述与所述第一设备距离最近和/或距离小于设定值的设备处于空闲状态。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将该呼叫转移至第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与所述第一设备距离最近和/或距离小于设定值的设备,包括:
    确定所述与第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中每个设备与第一设备的距离;
    将该呼叫转移至第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与所述第一设备距离最近的设备,或者,将该呼叫转移至第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与所述第一设备距离小于设定值且与所述第一设备距离最近的设备。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述将该呼叫转移至第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与所述第一设备距离最近和/或距离小于设定值的设备,包括:
    依次确定所述与第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中每个设备与第一设备的距离,直至确定出与所述第一设备距离小于设定值的设备;
    将该呼叫转移至该与所述第一设备距离小于设定值的设备。
  5. 如权利要求3或4所述的方法,其中,所述确定所述与第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中每个设备与第一设备的距离,包括:
    基于全球定位系统GPS和/或基站信息,确定所述与第一设备对应的呼叫 转移列表中每个设备与第一设备的距离。
  6. 一种呼叫转移装置,包括:
    确定单元,设置为:确定对第一设备的呼叫在设定时间内未被接听;
    转移单元,设置为:将该呼叫转移至第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与所述第一设备距离最近和/或距离小于设定值的设备。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述转移单元还设置为:
    在将该呼叫转移至第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与所述第一设备距离最近和/或距离小于设定值的设备前,确认所述与所述第一设备距离最近和/或距离小于设定值的设备处于空闲状态。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述转移单元是设置为:
    确定所述与第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中每个设备与第一设备的距离;
    将该呼叫转移至第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与所述第一设备距离最近的设备,或者,将该呼叫转移至第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与所述第一设备距离小于设定值且与所述第一设备距离最近的设备。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述转移单元是设置为:
    依次确定所述与第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中每个设备与第一设备的距离,直至确定出与所述第一设备距离小于设定值的设备;
    将该呼叫转移至该与所述第一设备距离小于设定值的设备。
  10. 一种呼叫转移系统,包括服务器、第一设备及至少一个第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中的设备,其中:
    服务器,设置为:确定对第一设备的呼叫在设定时间内未被接听;以及,将该呼叫转移至第一设备对应的呼叫转移列表中与所述第一设备距离最近和/或距离小于设定值的设备。
