Abstract
一种氯气双孔球阀,包括两个阀体,第一阀体(7)和第二阀体(9)均为球阀,第一阀体(7)位于第一阀座(6)中,第二阀体(9)位于第二阀座(12)中。第一阀座(6)与第二阀座(12)中间设有缓冲间(8);阀体两端设有连接法兰(10),阀体上部设有轴承连接阀杆(1,2)。该双孔球阀体积小,发生泄漏能立刻断流,方便维修。
Description
本发明属于阀体设备,尤其涉及一种氯气双孔球阀。
氯气或者液氯具有非常强的腐蚀性,但是很多物质生产中必需的原料。目前常见的氯气阀门均为长颈型,占地面积大,且一旦发生泄漏会因为氯元素的强腐蚀性而难以修复。造成氯元素的大面积泄漏。没有一种氯气阀门可以做到体积小,发生泄漏能立刻断流。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明提供一种氯气双孔球阀,体积小,发生泄漏能立刻断流,方便维修。
2.技术方案
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种氯气双孔球阀,由两个阀体构成,第一阀体第二阀体均为球阀,所述的第一阀体位于第一阀座中,第二阀体位于第二阀座中,第一阀座与第二阀座中间设有缓冲间;阀体两端设有连接法兰,阀体上部设有轴承连接阀杆。
更进一步,所述的阀座外部为钢制内部为衬氟塑料。
更进一步,所述的缓冲间内设有滤网。
更进一步,所述的缓冲间设有滤网卡槽。
更进一步,所述的滤网为聚偏氟乙烯网构成。
3.有益效果
球阀具有体积小断流快的特点,两个阀体的设计保证任何一个阀体腐蚀情况下,另一个阀体起到断流作用。整个阀体表面简单平滑,发生泄漏时,断流后可以采用衬氟塑料进行修补,维持短时间内的正常使用,支撑到维修人员赶到,安全性高。结构简单。在两个阀体之间设置缓冲间,防止故障状态下氯气气压大损坏阀体,并具有储存液体的功能,在两阀体之间保留一定空间,滤网的存在是为了防止杂质阻塞阀体的关闭。

实施例
一种氯气双孔球阀,由两个阀体构成,第一阀体7第二阀体9均为球阀,所述的第一阀体7位于第一阀座6中,第二阀体9位于第二阀座12中,第一阀座6与第二阀座12中间设有缓冲间8;阀体两端设有连接法兰10、11,阀体上部设有轴承3连接阀杆1、2。
更进一步,所述的阀座外部为钢制内部为衬氟塑料。

- 一种氯气双孔球阀,其特征在于,由两个阀体构成,第一阀体第二阀体均为球阀,所述的第一阀体位于第一阀座中,第二阀体位于第二阀座中,第一阀座与第二阀座中间设有缓冲间;阀体两端设有连接法兰,阀体上部设有轴承连接阀杆。

- 根据权利要求3所述的一种氯气双孔球阀,其特征在于,所述的滤网为聚偏氟乙烯网构成。
