扬声器装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电声领域,尤其是涉及一种扬声器装置。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,便携式电子装置受到人们的广泛关注,扬声器装置作为便携式电子终端主要的发声单元,直接影响着便携式电子装置的使用效果。
随着便携式电子装置越来越薄,扬声器装置的厚度越来越成为业界关注的重点。同时,为了提升扬声器装置的应用体验,提高在佩戴助听器时扬声器装置的声学性能,通常在扬声器内设置有助听音圈。现有技术的带助听音圈的扬声器装置,需要单独放置助听音圈,工艺复杂,助听音圈占用扬声器装置内部空间,影响扬声器装置的性能,并且提高了生产成本。
因此,有必要提出一种改进,以克服现有技术扬声器装置的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种薄型化设计好,工艺简单,性能好的扬声器装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明扬声器装置采用以下技术方案:
一种扬声器装置,包括振动系统,磁路系统以及收容固定所述磁路系统及振动系统的辅助系统,所述振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜、定心支片及音圈,所述定心支片包括第一固定部、设置于所述第一固定部内的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部及所述第二固定部的连接臂,并且:所述扬声器装置还包括助听音圈,所述助听音圈为平面音圈;所述第二固定部为平面结构,所述平面助听音圈蚀刻设置于 所述平面结构的第二固定部。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第一固定部对应所述助听音圈设置有第一外部焊盘,所述助听音圈与所述第一外部焊盘电连接。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述第二固定部对应所述音圈设置有第二焊盘,所述音圈与所述第二焊盘电连接;所述第一固定部设置有第二外部焊盘,所述第二焊盘与所述第二外部焊盘电结合。
作为以上方案的优选,所述定心支片设置有导电线路,所述第一固定部、所述第二固定部以及所述连接臂位置均设置有所述导电线路。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述平面结构的助听音圈设置于所述第二固定部远离所述音圈一侧。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述平面结构的助听音圈设置于所述第二固定部靠近所述音圈的一侧,所述助听音圈避让所述音圈设置。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述助听音圈可以为铜、银、钯、镍、钼-锰合金中的任意一种。
作为一种优选的技术方案,所述辅助系统包括前盖和外壳,所述定心支片的所述第一固定部固定设置于所述前盖和所述外壳之间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细说明本发明内容:
如图1所示,本发明扬声器装置的具体实施方式,包括振动系统,磁路系统和辅助系统。辅助系统包括前盖11和外壳12,前盖11和外壳12收容固定振动系统和磁路系统。振动系统包括振膜4,与振膜4固定结合的定心支片3和音圈5,磁路系统包括磁铁和导磁件,如图2所示,磁路系统设置有磁间隙,音圈5悬设于所述磁间隙内。外部电信号进入到音圈5内,设置于磁场内的音圈5内电流变化使音圈5受到洛仑兹力而上下振动,音圈5振动带动振膜4振动,振膜4振动策动空气发声。
如图2所示,本发明扬声器装置,定心支片3包括第一固定部31,设置于第一固定部31内的第二固定部32,第二固定部32为平面结构,第一固定部31和第二固定部32通过连接臂33连接,第一固定部31上设置有一组第一外部焊盘31a。如图1和图3所示,本发明扬声器装置,还设置有助听音圈2,助听音圈2为平面音圈,第二固定部32为平面结构,平面助听音圈2蚀刻于平面结构的第二固定部32上。助听音圈2通过第一外部焊盘31a与外部电路电连接。助听音圈2蚀刻于定心支片3的第二固定部32的表面上,不占用扬声器装置的内部空间,有利于扬声器装置的薄型化设计,并且,在扬声器装置组装生产过程中,不必单独设置助听音圈,降低生产难度,简化生产流程和生产工艺;并且,设置于定心支片第二固定部的助听音圈不会对扬声器装置性能产生影响,有利于提升扬声器装置性能。因此,本发明扬声器装置具有薄型化设计好,工艺简单,性能好的优点。
如图2及图3所示,定心支片3的第二固定部32上对应音圈5设置有一组第二焊盘32a,第二焊盘32a与音圈5电连接。第一固定 部31上设置有一组第二外部焊盘31b,第二外部焊盘31b与第二焊盘32a电结合。定心支片3上设置有导电线路,第一固定部31,第二固定部32及连接臂33均设置有导电线路。设置于第一固定部上的外部焊盘与设置于第二固定部上的助听音圈及焊盘通过导电线路电连接。该设计可以简化扬声器装置内部的电路设计,有利于简化生产工艺,充分利用扬声器装置的内部元件,有利于降低扬声器装置厚度。
如图1,图2及图3所示,本实施例扬声器装置的助听音圈2设置于定心支片3的第二固定部32远离音圈5的一侧,该设计可以避免助听音圈与音圈电连接之间的干扰,简化电路设计。当然,在实际应用过程中,助听音圈也可以与音圈设置于定心支片第二固定部的一侧,该情况下,助听音圈需避让音圈设置。
在实际应用中,助听音圈可以为铜、银、钯、镍、钼-锰合金中的任意一种,也可以为其他导电金属或合金,均不影响本发明扬声器装置的优点体现。
如图1所示,本发明扬声器装置,辅助系统包括前盖11和外壳12,定心支片3的第一固定部31固定设置于前盖11和外壳12之间,第二固定部32收容于前盖11和外壳12围成的空间内。设置于第二固定部上的助听音圈2也收容于前盖和外壳之间,前盖和外壳可以保护助听音圈,避免扬声器在组装和应用过程中对助听音圈产生破坏,保证助听音圈正常工作。
本发明压电扬声器,助听音圈为平面音圈,助听音圈蚀刻设置于定心支片第二固定部的表面,将助听音圈与定心支片一体设置,助听音圈不占用扬声器装置内部空间,不增加扬声器装置厚度,有利于产品的薄型化设计。并且,助听音圈蚀刻于定心支片第二固定部上,降低了扬声器装置组装时的生产难度,简化生产工艺;助听音圈不会对扬声器装置性能产生影响,有利于提升产品性能。因此,本发明扬声器装置具有薄型化设计好,工艺简单,性能好的优点。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种扬声器装置,包括振动系统,磁路系统以及收容固定所述磁路系统及振动系统的辅助系统,所述振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜、定心支片及音圈,所述定心支片包括第一固定部、设置于所述第一固定部内的第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部及所述第二固定部的连接臂,其特征在于:所述扬声器装置还包括助听音圈,所述助听音圈为平面音圈;所述第二固定部为平面结构,所述平面助听音圈蚀刻设置于所述平面结构的第二固定部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第一固定部对应所述助听音圈设置有第一外部焊盘,所述助听音圈与所述第一外部焊盘电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述第二固定部对应所述音圈设置有第二焊盘,所述音圈与所述第二焊盘电连接;所述第一固定部设置有第二外部焊盘,所述第二焊盘与所述第二外部焊盘电结合。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述定心支片设置有导电线路,所述第一固定部、所述第二固定部以及所述连接臂位置均设置有所述导电线路。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述平面结构的助听音圈设置于所述第二固定部远离所述音圈一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述平面结构的助听音圈设置于所述第二固定部靠近所述音圈的一侧,所述助听音圈避让所述音圈设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述助听音圈可以为铜、银、钯、镍、钼-锰合金中的任意一种。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于:所述辅助系统包括前盖和外壳,所述定心支片的所述第一固定部固定设置于所述前盖和所述外壳之间。
