除静电装置9主要由高压电源91、放电极92、风机93组成。放电极92产生的离子经风机93吹到衣物表面,消除衣物所带的静电。
工作方式

    一吸尘单元,与静电除尘装置连接,包括轴流风扇,用于吸收和储存灰尘;
    一杀菌除臭单元,用于消灭衣物表面的细菌,并消除异味;
    一除静电单元,包括高压电源、放电极和风机,用于清除衣物表面的静电;
    一控制单元,包括电源、蒸汽发生电路、超声波发生电路、静电发生电路、臭氧发生电路、离子发生电路,该控制单元分别通过清洗除尘开关、杀菌除臭开关、蒸汽发生开关、除静电开关与上述各单元和轴流风扇连接;
    一底板,设有蒸汽排放孔、臭氧排放口、吸尘口、第二加热元件、温度传感器;
    一外壳,其内设置有上述各单元,其上设有把手、各单元按键、电源线、温度旋钮,其下端与底板连接,其后面设有排风口。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多功能蒸汽熨斗,其特征是所述蒸汽发生单元包括水箱、蒸汽室、水泵,其中水泵经水管把水箱和蒸汽室连接在一起,蒸汽室通过蒸汽导管连接蒸汽排放孔,水泵连接蒸汽发生电路,蒸汽室内还设有第一电加热元件,该第一电加热元件连接蒸汽发生电路。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的多功能蒸汽熨斗,其特征是:
    所述超声波清洗部分包括超声波发生电路和压电陶瓷换能器,声波发生电路包括触发开关模块、超声波发生模块、放大模块,其中触发开关模块经超声波发生模块、放大模块连接压电陶瓷换能器,压电陶瓷换能器设置在底板的吸 尘口处;
    所述静电除尘部分包括静电除尘净化器和静电发生电路,静电除尘净化器包括一筒体,该筒体上端设有绝缘瓶,绝缘瓶上端连接电源负极,绝缘瓶下端接放电极,放电极在筒体内,筒体内壁设有集电极,筒体下端设有集尘室,集尘室上设有进气口,进气口与底板的吸尘口连接,集尘室与吸尘单元连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的多功能蒸汽熨斗,其特征是所述杀菌除臭单元包括等离子高压模块、臭氧发生器和空气干燥器,臭氧发生器分别与高压模块和空气干燥器连接,空气经空气干燥器进入臭氧发生器,产生的臭氧经底板的臭氧排放口排出。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的多功能蒸汽熨斗,其特征是所述吸尘单元包括过滤集尘盒,过滤集尘盒内设有过滤网,过滤集尘盒前端连接静电除尘部分的集尘室,过滤集尘盒后端连接轴流风扇。
