- 如权利要求15或者16所述的PCRF,其特征在于,所述第一消息包括所述UE的用户标识、所述业务流的应用标识、接入点名称以及所述业务流的媒体类型中的至少一种;所述第一消息包括所述UE的用户标识时,所述处理单元还用于,确定网络能够为所述UE提供的业务链功能;所述处理单元为所述业务流制定业务链策略,包括:根据所述业务链需求及所述网络能够为所述UE提供的业务链功能制定所述业务链策略;所述业务链策略包括:所述业务链需求中的业务链功能和能够为所述UE提供的业务链功能的交集功能;或者,所述第一消息包括所述业务流的应用标识时,所述处理单元还用于,确定网络能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能;所述处理单元为所述业务流制定业务链策略,包括:根据所述业务链需求及所述网络能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能制定所述业务链策略;所述业务链策略包括:所述业务链需求中的业务链功能和能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能的交集功能;或者,所述第一消息包括所述接入点名称时,所述处理单元还用于,确定网络能够为流经所述接入点的所述业务流提供的业务链功能;所述处理单元为所述业务流制定业务链策略,包括:根据所述业务链需求及所述网络能够为流经所述接入点的所述业务流提供的业务链功能制定所述业务链策略;所述业务链策略包括:所述业务链需求中的业务链功能和能够为流经所述接入点的所述业务流提供的业务链功能的交集功能;或者,所述第一消息包括所述业务流的媒体类型时,所述处理单元还用于根据所述媒体类型确定网络能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能;所述处理单元为所述业务流制定业务链策略,包括:根据所述业务链需求及所述网络能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能制定所述业务链策略;所述业务链策略包括:所述业务链需求中的业务链功能和能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能的交集功能。
- 如权利要求16或者17所述的PCRF,其特征在于,所述第二消息包括所述UE用户标识、所述业务流的应用标识、接入点名称以及所述业务流的媒体类型中的至少一种;所述第二消息包括所述UE的用户标识时,所述第一业务链功能列表包括:所述网络能够为所述UE提供的业务链功能;或者,所述第二消息包括所述业务流的应用标识时,所述第一业务链功能列表包括:所述网络能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能;或者,所述第二消息包括所述接入点名称时,所述第一业务链功能列表包括:所述网络能够为流经所述接入点的所述业务流提供的业务链功能;或者,所述第二消息包括所述业务流的媒体类型时,所述第一业务链功能列表包括:所述网络能够为对应所述媒体类型的所述业务流提供的业务链功能。
- 如权利要求15-18任一所述的PCRF,其特征在于,所述业务链策略对应有第二业务链功能列表,所述第二业务链功能列表中包括所述业务链策略所使用的业务链功能;所述发送单元还用于,在所述处理单元为所述业务流制定业务链策略之后,经由所述SCEF向所述AS发送第四消息,所述第四消息包括所述第二业务链功能列表。
- 如权利要求15-19任一所述的PCRF,其特征在于,当服务提供商在所述网络的业务链中部署了业务功能使能单元,并且所述业务链需求包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能时,所述业务链策略包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。
- 如权利要求16-20任一所述的PCRF,其特征在于,当服务提供商在所述网络的业务链中部署了业务功能使能单元,并且所述第二消息包括指示所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元的信息时,所述第一业务链功能列表中包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。
- 一种应用服务器AS,用于业务链策略的制定,其特征在于,所述AS包括:处理单元,用于确定需要为用户设备UE的业务流制定业务链策略;发送单元,用于经由服务能力开放功能单元SCEF向计费规则功能单元PCRF发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求为所述业务流制定业务链策略,所述第一消息包括所述业务流的业务链需求,以指示所述PCRF根据所述第一消息为所述业务流制定业务链策略。
- 如权利要求22所述的AS,其特征在于,所述处理单元确定需要为业务流制定业务链策略,包括:通过分析得出所述UE存在需要执行的业务流,来确定需要为业务流制定业务链策略;或者,所述AS进一步包括:接收单元,用于接收所述UE发送的第五消息;相应地,所述处理单元确定需要为业务流制定业务链策略,包括:根据所述接收单元接收的所述第五消息,确定需要为业务流制定业务链策略,所述第五消息用于触发所述AS向所述PCRF请求为所述业务流制定业务链策略。
- 如权利要求22或者23所述的AS,其特征在于,所述发送单元还用于,经由所述SCEF向所述PCRF发送第一消息之前,经由所述SCEF向所述PCRF发送第二消息,所述第二消息用于为所述业务流请求查询网络中的业务链功能;所述接收单元用于,经由所述SCEF接收所述PCRF根据所述第二消息发送的第三消息,所述第三消息包括所述PCRF能够提供给所述AS的第一业务链功能列表;所述处理单元还用于,根据所述第三消息中包括的所述第一业务链功能列表,确定所述业务流的业务链需求。
- 如权利要求24所述的AS,其特征在于,所述第一消息或者第二消息包括用户标识、应用标识、接入点名称以及媒体类型中的至少一种。
- 如权利要求22-25任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收单元还用于,经由所述SCEF接收所述PCRF发送的第四消息,所述第四消息包括第二业务链功能列表,所述第二业务链功能列表中包括所述业务链策略所使用的业务链功能。
- 如权利要求22-26任一所述的AS,其特征在于,当服务提供商在所述网络的业务链中部署了业务功能使能单元,并且所述业务链需求包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能时,所述业务链策略包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。
- 如权利要求24-27任一所述的AS,其特征在于,当服务提供商在所述网络的业务链中部署了业务功能使能单元,并且所述第二消息包括指示所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元的信息时,所述第一业务链功能列表中包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。
