第三代合作伙伴计划(3GPP,3rd generation partnership project)在系统架构演进(SAE,system architecture evolution)项目中构造了SAE系统架构。其中,在运营商网关和外部网络之间能够部署至少一个业务功能使能(service function enabler)单元,以形成业务链。
在移动、固定宽带和数据中心应用等领域,特定用户的特定业务流存在至少一个增值业务服务需求。每个增值业务服务需求对应至少一个业务功能使能单元。例如,视频业务流需要经过缓存服务和防火墙这两个增值业务服务对应的业务功能使能单元所形成的业务链,通过缓存服务和防火墙来完成该视频业务流的增值业务服务。
现有技术中,特定业务流需要经过的业务链由策略与计费规则功能(PCRF,policy and charging rules function)单元生成的业务链策略确定,该策略的制定依赖于用户的相关信息,并且在用户附着到网络、建立缺省承载时就已经确定。而实际上,用户在使用特定业务时,该特定业务的业务流所需要经过的业务使能单元可能并不在用户附着到网络时确定的业务链策略之中,或者该业务链策略包含了该特定业务流不需要的业务使能单元,显然这样的业务链策略制定方式是不够准确、灵活的。
因此,如何能够灵活地制定更准确的业务链策略,是亟需解决的问题。

本发明实施例提供的技术方案,在用户需要进行某业务时,PCRF根据AS发送的包含该业务所对应的业务流需求的消息制定出适合该业务流的业务链策略,与现有技术中用户在附着到网络时、尚未明确具体执行何种业务之前就制定业务链策略相比,该业务链策略的制定方式更加灵活,从而更加准确、高效的业务链规则得以制定。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的技术方案,可以应用于各种通信系统,例如:全球移动通讯系统(GSM,global system of mobile communication),码分多址(CDMA,code division multiple access)系统,宽带码分多址(WCDMA,wideband code division multiple access wireless)系统,通用分组无线业务(GPRS,general packet radio service)系统,以及LTE系统等。
目前3GPP的系统构架可以如图1所示,主要包括如下网元:演进的UMTS陆地无线接入网(E-UTRAN,evolved UMTS terrestrial radio access network),用于实现与无线演进网络有关的功能;移动性管理实体(MME,mobility management entity),负责控制面的移动性管理,如用户上下文和移动状态管理以及分配用户临时身份标识等;服务网关(S-GW,serving gateway),是3GPP接入网络间的用户面锚点;分组数据网络网关(PDN GW,packet data network gateway),是3GPP接入网络和非3GPP接入网络之间的用户面锚点,以及和外部分组数据网络(PDN,packet data network)的接口;PCRF单元,用于策略控制规则的制定以及基于流的计费;归属网络服务器(HSS,home subscriber server)用于存储用户签约信息;用户设备(UE,user equipment),通过E-UTRAN与SAE进行控制面与用户面交互。UMTS陆地无线接入网(UTRAN,UMTS terrestrial radio access network)、GSM/EDGE无线接入网(GERAN,GSM/EDGE radio access network),用于实现所有与现有GPRS/UMTS网络中与无线有关的功能。服务通用分组无线业务支持节点(SGSN,serving GPRS supporting node), 用于实现GPRS/UMTS网络中路由转发、移动性管理、会话管理以及用户信息存储等功能。通过以上网元,UE可以实现与外部网络(external network)的通信。
本发明实施例的应用场景可以如图2所示,运营商网关和外部网络之间存在至少一个业务交换节点(service switch),每个业务交换节点都支持至少一个业务功能使能单元,业务交换节点可以将业务流中的数据包发送至该业务交换节点所支持的业务功能使能单元。业务功能使能单元可以对应至少一种增值业务,比如防火墙、视频压缩、加速等等。业务功能使能单元可以是运营商部署的。在本发明实施例提供的技术方案下,业务功能使能单元也可以由第三方服务提供商部署,以实现与运营商部署的业务功能使能单元的高效整合,为业务流提供更丰富的增值业务选择。为了实现本发明实施例提供的技术方案,所述应用场景中还需要PCRF单元、服务能力开放功能(SCEF,service capability exposure function)单元以及应用服务器(AS,application server)。其中,SCEF用于实现对第三方服务提供商提供网络能力的发现功能,以及调用该网络能力的功能、对第三方服务提供商的请求进行鉴权、计费等功能。AS用于为UE的业务流提供服务。
图3是本发明实施例提供的一种业务链策略制定方法的流程图,如图3所示,所述方法包括:
S301、AS经由SCEF向PCRF发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求为业务流制定业务链策略,所述第一消息包括所述业务流的业务链需求。
S302、PCRF经由SCEF接收AS发送的第一消息。
S303、PCRF根据所述第一消息中包括的所述业务链需求,为所述业务流制定业务链策略,所述业务链策略包括为所述业务流提供的业务链功能。
对于该方法来说,在网络附着成功后的UE,有业务需要被执行时,UE可以通过发送指示的方式,触发AS发送第一消息,用于请求为业务流制定业务链策略。其中,该业务流对应了UE的业务,该业务流即为执行所述业务时需要从源到目的进行传输的分组流。当然,AS也能够通过自身的分析,得出UE存在需要执行的业务流,从而主动发送第一消息。
对于上述S301,可选的,AS发送的第一消息可以承载在应用程序接口(API,application programming interface)请求中,第一消息中包括的业务流 的业务链需求可以是防火墙、视频压缩、加速等增值业务中的至少一种。相应地,S303中,PCRF根据业务链需求,为业务流制定业务链策略,其中为所述业务流提供的业务链功能指的是为业务流提供的增值业务,也即业务流流经的业务功能使能单元。
进一步的,该第一消息除了包括业务流的业务链需求外,根据具体的场景需求,还可以包括用户标识(UE ID,UE identity)、业务流的应用标识(application ID)、接入点名称(APN,acess point name)以及媒体类型中的至少一种。如,若第一消息中包含了UE ID,那么PCRF就能够根据UE ID关联到UE的上下文,向用户属性存储器(SPR,subscription profile repository)查询UE的签约数据。根据签约数据,PCRF获知了能够为UE提供的业务链功能,结合第一消息中UE提出的业务链需求,S303中PCRF为业务流制定业务链策略,业务链策略可以包括:业务链需求中的业务链功能和能够为UE提供的业务链功能的交集所对应的业务链功能。又如,若第一消息中包含了application ID,这个application ID对应了当前业务流的属性,那么PCRF就能够主动的为业务流筛选适合于该业务流的业务链功能,在此基础上结合第一消息中UE提出的业务链需求,PCRF为业务流制定业务链策略,业务链策略可以包括:业务链需求中的业务链功能和能够为业务流提供的业务链功能的交集所对应的业务链功能。若第一消息中包含APN或者媒体类型,那么他们的功能和目的与UE ID、application ID类似,通过缩小业务链功能选择范围来为业务流制定更准确的业务链策略。
当第一消息中包含了UE ID、业务流的应用标识、APN以及媒体类型中的至少两种时,可以理解的是,在S303中PCRF为业务流制定业务链策略时,PCRF可以在结合业务链需求和至少两种根据第一消息中包含的信息获知的能够为UE或者UE的业务流提供的业务链功能的基础之上,制定业务链策略,业务链策略可以包括:以上对应的至少三部分的业务链功能的交集所对应的业务链功能。
可选的,如果服务提供商在网络中部署了自身的业务功能使能单元,那么业务链需求中可以包括属于服务提供商的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。这样,PCRF在制定业务链策略时,就能够考虑将服务提供商的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能纳入其中。
举例来说,考虑这样一种场景,运营商部署的业务功能使能单元可以支持的增值业务有:内容过滤、缓存服务、视频压缩以及防火墙,方服务提供商在业务链中也部署了业务功能使能单元,该服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元支持加速功能。现第一消息中所指示的UE业务流的业务链需求包括了内容过滤、缓存服务、视频压缩以及加速,那么PCRF制定了属于UE业务流业务链策略,业务链策略中包括内容过滤、缓存服务、视频压缩以及加速功能。
进一步地,如果第一消息中还包括的UE ID,PCRF根据UE ID关联到UE的上下文,向SPR查询UE的签约数据发现UE并没有权限使用内容过滤这项增值业务,那么PCRF在制定业务链策略时将考虑这个权限,将内容过滤排除在业务链策略之外。
可选的,在S303之后,该方法还可以包括:
S304、PCRF经由SCEF向AS发送第四消息,所述第四消息包括PCRF为所述业务流制定的业务链策略中所提供的业务链功能列表。
S305、AS经由SCEF接收PCRF发送的第四消息。
S304是对上述方法步骤的补充,目的是将业务链策略的制定结果通知AS,特别的,在PCRF实际制定的业务链策略和业务链需求不完全一致时有益效果明显,因为AS能够获知它的需求未完全被满足,此时,根据第四消息,AS可以决定同意这种业务链策略,或者采取措施协调尝试修改业务链策略。
S303中PCRF所制定的业务链策略可以对应一份业务链功能列表,该业务链功能列表中包括业务链策略所使用的业务链功能,也即S304第四消息中所指的PCRF为所述业务流制定的业务链策略中所提供的业务链功能列表。
可选的,第四消息中还包括步骤S304中业务链功能列表中对应的业务功能使能单元相关的计费信息。
可选的,第四消息包括业务链策略的标识,以便后续在业务建立过程中对业务链策略进行认证。
现简单描述一个为UE建立业务的完整流程,在PCRF制定业务链策略后,PCRF可以将业务链策略经由流分类器下发至策略和计费执行功能(PCEF,policy and charging enforcement function)单元,以供PCEF执行所述业务链策略。
PCEF经由流分类器向PCRF反馈策略接收响应。
PCRF经由SCEF向AS发送业务建立成功的消息。
至此,业务流对应的业务建立成功,可以开始相应业务流的传输。
在S301、S302以及S301和S302之间,在本发明实施例方法具体实现时,可以包括以下具体步骤:SCEF收到AS发送的第一消息之后,对AS的第一消息进行鉴权,以确定AS执行此次操作的合法性,在SCEF确认AS此次执行的操作为合法时,SCEF将所述第一消息中包含的信息发送给PCRF。可选的,当第一消息中包含APN时,SCEF可以根据第一消息中的APN来选择转发至的PCRF。具体的,当第一消息承载在API请求中时,SCEF可以将API请求通过直径(Diameter)协议转换为Diameter消息发送给PCRF,且该Diameter消息中包括该第一消息中所包含的信息。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案,在用户需要进行某业务时,PCRF根据AS发送的包含该业务所对应的业务流需求的消息制定出适合该业务流的业务链策略,与现有技术中用户在附着到网络时、尚未明确具体执行何种业务之前就制定业务链策略相比,该业务链策略的制定方式更加灵活,从而更加准确、高效的业务链规则得以制定。同时,现有技术中,由于运营商与大量的第三方服务提供商签约获得实时更新的签约数据成本很大,导致即便第三方在运营商网关和外部网络之间能够部署属于自身的业务功能使能单元,PCRF也无法获知第三方服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元的具体功能信息,从而无法将其包含在业务链策略中提供给AS。而采用了本发明的技术方案,AS只要在业务链需求中指明希望获得特定第三方服务提供商提供的业务链功能,PCRF即便不知道该业务链功能是什么也能够将其制定在业务链策略中提供给AS。因此本发明技术方案为UE业务的业务流使用第三方服务提供商提供的业务链功能提供了一种低成本的实现方式。
图4为本发明实施例提供的另一种业务链策略制定方法的流程图。该方法是在图3所示的方法的基础上执行的,在S301之前,该方法包括:
S401、AS经由SCEF向PCRF发送第二消息,所述第二消息用于为所述业务流请求查询网络中的业务链功能。
S402、PCRF经由SCEF接收AS发送的第二消息。

AS除了从UE处取得需要执行的业务对应的业务流的属性之外,如果能提前获知PCRF能够提供给AS的业务链功能列表,显然AS据此可以提出更合理的业务链需求,避免将PCRF不能提供的业务链功能纳入业务链需求当中。因此,在执行S301之前,便可以执行本发明实施例提供的步骤:
AS经由SCEF向PCRF发送第二消息,所述第二消息,用于为所述业务流请求查询网络中运营商网关和外部网络之间部署了哪些业务功能使能单元。
与S301中的第一消息相类似,AS发送的第二消息可以承载在API请求中。S403中,PCRF根据第二消息把网络中部署的所有的业务链功能形成业务链功能列表,并通过S404中的第三消息返回给AS。
可选的,第二消息可以包括UE ID、业务流的application ID、APN以及媒体类型中的至少一种。如,若第二消息中包含了UE ID,那么PCRF就能够根据UE ID关联到UE的上下文,向用户属性存储器(SPR,subscription profile repository)查询UE的签约数据。根据签约数据,PCRF获知了能够为UE提供的业务链功能,那么PCRF就将能够为UE提供的业务链功能形成业务链功能列表提供给AS。又如,若第一消息中包含了application ID,这个application ID对应了当前业务流的属性,那么PCRF就能够主动的为业务流筛选适合于该业务流的业务链功能,并将社和与该业务流的业务链功能形成业务链功能列表提供给AS。若第一消息中包含APN或者媒体类型,那么它们的功能和目的与UE ID、application ID类似,在网络所有能够提供给AS的业务链功能的基础上,结合UE或者业务流具体的情况,缩小能够提供给AS的业务链功能,提供更具参考价值的功能列表给AS,以便AS提出更加合理的业务链需求。
当第二消息中包含了UE ID、业务流的应用标识、APN以及媒体类 型中的至少两种时,PCRF可以获得分别对应于该至少两种信息的能够为UE或者UE的业务流提供的业务链功能,在将它们取交集的基础上形成业务链功能列表提供给AS。
可选的,如果服务提供商在网络中部署了自身的业务功能使能单元,那么第二消息中可以包括指示属于服务提供商的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能的信息。这样,在S403中PCRF确定能够提供给AS的业务链功能列表时,就可以将服务提供商的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能纳入其中。
举例来说,考虑这样一种场景,运营商部署的业务功能使能单元可以支持的增值业务有:内容过滤、缓存服务以及防火墙,服务提供商在业务链中也部署了业务功能使能单元,该服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元支持加速功能。那么PCRF提供给AS的业务链功能列表中就可以包括内容过滤、缓存服务、防火墙和加速功能,以供AS根据业务流的特性进行选择,确定业务链需求。当然,如果UE签约数据中未提供内容过滤的服务,那么PCRF提供给AS的业务链功能列表中可能就只有缓存服务、防火墙和加速功能。
S406中,当AS通过第三消息获得了网络能够提供给AS的业务链功能后,AS根据UE的业务流的属性,在网络能够为提供给AS的业务链功能中选择实际需要为业务流提供的业务链功能,作为业务链需求。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案,AS根据获得的PCRF能够提供的业务链功能列表,按需选择所需的业务链功能,使得业务链需求可以更合理,进而网络侧可以更好地为业务提供优化服务。
可选的,图4所示的方法S401-S405也可以独立于图3所示的方法实施列:在执行完步骤S405之后,停止执行后续步骤。
当UE需要执行某项业务时,可以触发AS向PCRF查询网络中的业务链功能,在获得PCRF能够提供给所述AS的业务链功能列表后,AS可以根据实际需要执行其它的功能步骤,因此这里不做限定。
图5为本发明实施例提供的另一种业务链策略制定方法的交互流程图。该方法是图3和图4所示的方法更为具体的实现步骤,交互过程中涉及具体的消息传递形式,并且在AS请求为业务流制定业务链策略之前, AS还请求查询网络中部署的业务链功能。如图5所示,该方法包括:
S501、AS向SCEF发送第一API请求,用于为业务流请求查询网络中的业务链功能。
第一API请求中可以包括UE ID、application ID、APN、媒体类型等信息,当网络中部署了服务提供商的业务使能单元时,还可以包括指示属于服务提供商的业务功能使能单元的信息。
S502、SCEF对第一API请求进行鉴权。

图6为本发明实施例提供的一种业务建立的方法的交互流程图。该方法是图3和图4所示的方法更为具体的实现步骤,交互过程中涉及具体的消息传递形式。如图6示,该方法包括:
S601、AS向SCEF发送第三API请求,用于请求为业务流制定业务链策略。
第三API请求中包括业务流的业务链需求,还可以包括UE ID、application ID、APN、媒体类型等,当网络中部署了服务提供商的业务使能单元时,还包括指示属于服务提供商的业务功能使能单元的信息。

本发明实施例提供的技术方案,AS向PCRF请求制定业务链策略,请求中包含业务链需求,并由PCRF根据业务链需求直接制定业务链策略。在业务建立流程中,PCRF根据之前为AS制定的业务链策略建立业务。本发明技术方案使得业务链策略可以更精确、高效地被制定,进而网络侧可以更好地为业务提供优化服务。
为了实现图3至图6所示的方法实施例提供的技术方案,本发明实施例还提供了一种PCRF700,以及一种AS800,如图7所示,为一种PCRF700的结构示意图。如图8所示,为一种AS800的结构示意图。
PCRF700包括:
接收单元710,用于经由SCEF接收AS发送的第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求为用户设备UE的业务流制定业务链策略,所述第一消息包括所述业务流的业务链需求;
处理单元720,用于根据所述第一消息中包括的所述业务流的业务链需求,为所述业务流制定业务链策略,所述业务链策略包括为所述业务流提供的业务链功能。
AS800包括:
处理单元810,用于确定需要为用户设备UE的业务流制定业务链策略;
发送单元820,用于经由SCEF向PCRF发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求为所述业务流制定业务链策略,所述第一消息包括所述业务流的业务链需求,以指示所述PCRF根据所述第一消息为所述业务流制定业务链策略。
在网络附着成功后的UE,有业务需要被执行时,UE可以通过发送指示的方式,触发AS800的发送单元820发送第一消息,用于请求为业务流制定业务链策略。其中,该业务流对应了UE的业务,该业务流即为执行所述业务时需要从源到目的进行传输的分组流。当然,AS也能够通过自身的分析,得出UE存在需要执行的业务流,确定需要为业务流制定业务链策略,从而主动发送第一消息。
AS800发送的第一消息可以承载在API请求中,第一消息中包括的业务流的业务链需求可以是防火墙、视频压缩、加速等增值业务中的至少一种。相应的,PCRF700的处理单元720根据业务链需求,为业务流制定业务链策略,其中为所述业务流提供的业务链功能指的是为业务流提供的增值业务,也即业务流流经的业务功能使能单元。
进一步的,该第一消息除了包括业务流的业务链需求外,根据具体的场景需求,还可以包括UE ID、业务流的application ID、APN以及媒体类型中的至少一种。如,若第一消息中包含了UE ID,那么PCRF700的处理单元720就能够根据UE ID关联到UE的上下文,向用SPR查询UE的签约数据。根据签约数据,PCRF700获知了能够为UE提供的业务链功能,结合第一消息中UE提出的业务链需求,PCRF700为业务流制定业务链策略,业务链策略可以包括:业务链需求中的业务链功能和能够为UE提供的业务链功能的交集所对应的业务链功能。又如,若第一消息中包含了application ID,这个application ID对应了当前业务流的属性,那么PCRF700的处理单元710就能够主动的为业务流筛选适合于该业务流的业务链功能,在此基础上结合第一消息中UE提出的业务链需求,PCRF700的处理单元720为业务流制定业务链策略,业务链策略可以包括:业务链需求中的业务链功能和能够为业务流提供的业务链功能的交集所对应的业务链功能。若第一消息中包含APN或者媒体类型,那么他们的功能和目的与UE ID、application ID类似,通过缩小业务链功能选择范围来为业务流制定更准确的业务链策略。
当第一消息中包含了UE ID、业务流的应用标识、APN以及媒体类型中的至少两种时,可以理解的是,在PCRF700的处理单元720为业务流制定业务链策略时,PCRF可以在结合业务链需求和至少两种根据第一消息中包含的信息获知的能够为UE或者UE的业务流提供的业务链功能的基础之上,制定 业务链策略,业务链策略可以包括:以上对应的至少三部分的业务链功能的交集功能。
可选的,如果服务提供商在网络中部署了自身的业务功能使能单元,那么业务链需求中可以包括属于服务提供商的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。这样,PCRF700的处理单元在制定业务链策略时,就能够考虑将服务提供商的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能纳入其中。
可选的,PCRF700还包括发送单元730,用于在处理单元720为所述业务流制定业务链策略之后,经由所述SCEF向所述AS发送第四消息,所述第四消息包括PCRF为所述业务流制定的业务链策略中所提供的业务链功能列表;
AS800还包括接收单元830,用于经由SCEF接收PCRF发送的第四消息。
PCRF700发送单元730将业务链策略的制定结果通知AS800,特别的,在PCRF700实际制定的业务链策略和业务链需求不完全一致时有益效果明显,因为AS800能够获知它的需求未完全被满足,此时,根据第四消息,AS800可以决定同意这种业务链策略,或者采取措施协调尝试修改业务链策略。
PCRF所制定的业务链策略可以对应一份业务链功能列表,该业务链功能列表中包括业务链策略所使用的业务链功能,也即第四消息中所指的PCRF为所述业务流制定的业务链策略中所提供的业务链功能列表。
可选的,第四消息中还包括为所述业务流制定的业务链策略中所提供的业务链功能列表中对应的业务功能使能单元相关的计费信息。
可选的,第四消息包括业务链策略的标识,以便后续在业务建立过程中对业务链策略进行认证。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案,在用户需要进行某业务时,PCRF根据AS发送的包含该业务所对应的业务流需求的消息制定出适合该业务流的业务链策略,与现有技术中用户在附着到网络时、尚未明确具体执行何种业务之前就制定业务链策略相比,该业务链策略的制定方式更加灵活,从而更加准确、高效的业务链规则得以制定。同时,现有技术中,由于运营商与大量的第三方服务提供商签约获得实时更新的签约数据成本很大,导致即便第三方在运营商网关和外部网络之间能够部署属于自身的业务功能使能单元,PCRF也无法获知第三方服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元的具体功能信息,从而无法将其包含在业务链策略中提供给AS。而采用了本发明的技术方案,AS只要在业 务链需求中指明希望获得特定第三方服务提供商提供的业务链功能,PCRF即便不知道该业务链功能是什么也能够将其制定在业务链策略中提供给AS。因此本发明技术方案为UE业务的业务流使用第三方服务提供商提供的业务链功能提供了一种低成本的实现方式。
可选的,AS800的发送单元820还用于,经由所述SCEF向所述PCRF发送第一消息之前,经由SCEF向PCRF发送第二消息,所述第二消息用于为所述业务流请求查询网络中的业务链功能。
PCRF700的接收单元710还用于,在经由SCEF接收AS发送的第一消息之前,经由所述SCEF接收所述AS发送的第二消息。
PCRF700的处理单元720还用于,根据所述第二消息,确定所述PCRF能够提供给所述AS的业务链功能列表。

AS800除了从UE处取得需要执行的业务对应的业务流的属性之外,如果能提前获知PCRF700能够提供给AS800的业务链功能列表,显然AS800据此可以提出更合理的业务链需求,避免将PCRF700不能提供的业务链功能纳入业务链需求当中。
与第一消息类似,AS发送的第二消息可以承载在API请求中。PCRF700的处理单元720根据第二消息把网络中部署的所有的业务链功能形成业务链功能列表,并通过第三消息返回给AS800。
可选的,第二消息可以包括UE ID、业务流的application ID、APN以及媒体类型中的至少一种。
可选的,如果服务提供商在网络中部署了自身的业务功能使能单元,那么第二消息中可以包括指示属于服务提供商的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能的信息。这样PCRF700的处理单元720确定能够提供给AS 的业务链功能列表时,就可以将服务提供商的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能纳入其中。
当AS800通过第三消息获得了网络能够提供给AS的业务链功能后,AS800的处理单元810根据UE的业务流的属性,在网络能够为提供给AS800的业务链功能中选择实际需要为业务流提供的业务链功能,作为业务链需求。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案,AS根据获得的PCRF能够提供的业务链功能列表,按需选择所需的业务链功能,使得业务链需求可以更合理,进而网络侧可以更好地为业务提供优化服务。

如图9所示,PCRF1000包括处理器910、存储器920、通信接口930和总线940,所述存储器920存储执行指令,当所述设备运行时,所述处理器910与所述存储器920之间通过总线940通信,所述处理器910通过所述通信接口930接收以及发送信息,并根据存储器920存储的计算机指令执行本发明实施例图3至图6提供的方法实施例公开的方法的步骤。
如图10所示,AS 1000包括处理器1010、存储器1020、通信接口1030和总线1040,所述存储器1020存储执行指令,当所述设备运行时,所述处理器1010与所述存储器1020之间通过总线1040通信,所述处理器1010通过所述通信接口1030接收以及发送信息,并根据存储器1020存储的计算机指令执行本发明实施例图3至图6提供的方法实施例公开的方法的步骤。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案,在用户需要进行某业务时,PCRF根据AS发送的包含该业务所对应的业务流需求的消息制定出适合该业务 流的业务链策略,与现有技术中用户在附着到网络时、尚未明确具体执行何种业务之前就制定业务链策略相比,该业务链策略的制定方式更加灵活,从而更加准确、高效的业务链规则得以制定。
其中,图9和图10所述的处理器可以是通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。结合本发明实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成,或者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。计算机指令可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器,处理器读取存储器中的信息,结合其硬件完成各实施例的方法的步骤。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解并实现上述各实施例中的全部流程。其都可以通过计算机程序指令配合相关的硬件实现。
在本发明实施例提供的方案中,所述“第一”“第二”“第三”“第四”等等仅表示区分不同的对象,如不同的消息,不同的业务链功能列表,而本身并不具有实质性的限定。

    策略与计费规则功能单元PCRF经由服务能力开放功能单元SCEF接收应用服务器AS发送的第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求为用户设备UE的业务流制定业务链策略,所述第一消息包括所述业务流的业务链需求;
    所述PCRF根据所述第一消息中包括的所述业务流的业务链需求,为所述业务流制定业务链策略,所述业务链策略包括为所述业务流提供的业务链功能。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述PCRF经由SCEF接收AS发送的第一消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述PCRF经由所述SCEF接收所述AS发送的第二消息,所述第二消息用于为所述业务流请求查询网络中的业务链功能;
    所述PCRF根据所述第二消息,确定所述PCRF能够提供给所述AS的第一业务链功能列表;
    所述PCRF经由所述SCEF向所述AS发送第三消息,所述第三消息包括所述第一业务链功能列表,所述业务链需求根据所述第一业务链功能列表确定。

  6. 如权利要求1-5任一所述的方法,其特征在于,当服务提供商在所述网络的业务链中部署了业务功能使能单元,并且所述业务链需求包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能时,所述业务链策略包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。
  7. 如权利要求2-6任一所述的方法,其特征在于,当服务提供商在所述网络的业务链中部署了业务功能使能单元,并且所述第二消息包括指示所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元的信息时,所述第一业务链功能列表中包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。
  8. 一种业务链策略的制定方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    应用服务器AS确定需要为用户设备UE的业务流制定业务链策略;
    所述AS经由服务能力开放功能单元SCEF向计费规则功能单元PCRF发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求为所述业务流制定业务链策略,所述第一消息包括所述业务流的业务链需求,以指示所述PCRF根据所述第一消息为所述业务流制定业务链策略。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述AS确定需要为业务流制定业务链策略,包括:
    根据从所述UE接收到的第五消息,确定需要为业务流制定业务链策略,所述第五消息用于触发所述AS向所述PCRF请求为所述业务流制定业务链策略;
    或者,包括:
    通过分析得出所述UE存在需要执行的业务流,来确定需要为业务流制定业务链策略。
  10. 如权利要求8或者9所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述AS经由所述SCEF向所述PCRF发送第一消息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述AS经由所述SCEF向所述PCRF发送第二消息,所述第二消息用于为所述业务流请求查询网络中的业务链功能;
    所述AS经由所述SCEF接收所述PCRF根据所述第二消息发送的第三消息,所述第三消息包括所述PCRF能够提供给所述AS的第一业务链功能列表;

  11. 如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息或者第二消息包括用户标识、应用标识、接入点名称以及媒体类型中的至少一种。
  12. 如权利要求8-11任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述AS经由所述SCEF接收所述PCRF发送的第四消息,所述第四消息包括第二业务链功能列表,所述第二业务链功能列表中包括所述业务链策略所使用的业务链功能。
  13. 如权利要求8-12任一所述的方法,其特征在于,当服务提供商在所述网络的业务链中部署了业务功能使能单元,并且所述业务链需求包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能时,所述业务链策略包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。
  14. 如权利要求10-13任一所述的方法,其特征在于,当服务提供商在所述网络的业务链中部署了业务功能使能单元,并且所述第二消息包括指示所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元的信息时,所述第一业务链功能列表中包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。
  15. 一种策略与计费规则功能单元PCRF,用于业务链策略的制定,其特征在于,所述PCRF包括:
    接收单元,用于经由服务能力开放功能单元SCEF接收应用服务器AS发送的第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求为用户设备UE的业务流制 定业务链策略,所述第一消息包括所述业务流的业务链需求;
    处理单元,用于根据所述第一消息中包括的所述业务流的业务链需求,为所述业务流制定业务链策略,所述业务链策略包括为所述业务流提供的业务链功能。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的PCRF,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元还用于,在经由SCEF接收AS发送的第一消息之前,经由所述SCEF接收所述AS发送的第二消息,所述第二消息用于为所述业务流请求查询网络中的业务链功能;
    所述处理单元还用于,根据所述第二消息,确定所述PCRF能够提供给所述AS的第一业务链功能列表;
    所述PCRF还包括:
    发送单元,用于经由所述SCEF向所述AS发送第三消息,所述第三消息包括所述第一业务链功能列表,所述业务链需求根据所述第一业务链功能列表确定。
  17. 如权利要求15或者16所述的PCRF,其特征在于,所述第一消息包括所述UE的用户标识、所述业务流的应用标识、接入点名称以及所述业务流的媒体类型中的至少一种;
    所述第一消息包括所述UE的用户标识时,所述处理单元还用于,确定网络能够为所述UE提供的业务链功能;
    所述处理单元为所述业务流制定业务链策略,包括:根据所述业务链需求及所述网络能够为所述UE提供的业务链功能制定所述业务链策略;
    所述业务链策略包括:所述业务链需求中的业务链功能和能够为所述UE提供的业务链功能的交集功能;
    或者,所述第一消息包括所述业务流的应用标识时,所述处理单元还用于,确定网络能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能;
    所述处理单元为所述业务流制定业务链策略,包括:根据所述业务链需求及所述网络能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能制定所述业务链策略;
    所述业务链策略包括:所述业务链需求中的业务链功能和能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能的交集功能;
    或者,所述第一消息包括所述接入点名称时,所述处理单元还用于,确定网络能够为流经所述接入点的所述业务流提供的业务链功能;
    所述处理单元为所述业务流制定业务链策略,包括:根据所述业务链需求及所述网络能够为流经所述接入点的所述业务流提供的业务链功能制定所述业务链策略;
    所述业务链策略包括:所述业务链需求中的业务链功能和能够为流经所述接入点的所述业务流提供的业务链功能的交集功能;
    或者,所述第一消息包括所述业务流的媒体类型时,所述处理单元还用于根据所述媒体类型确定网络能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能;
    所述处理单元为所述业务流制定业务链策略,包括:根据所述业务链需求及所述网络能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能制定所述业务链策略;
    所述业务链策略包括:所述业务链需求中的业务链功能和能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能的交集功能。
  18. 如权利要求16或者17所述的PCRF,其特征在于,所述第二消息包括所述UE用户标识、所述业务流的应用标识、接入点名称以及所述业务流的媒体类型中的至少一种;
    所述第二消息包括所述UE的用户标识时,所述第一业务链功能列表包括:所述网络能够为所述UE提供的业务链功能;
    或者,所述第二消息包括所述业务流的应用标识时,所述第一业务链功能列表包括:所述网络能够为所述业务流提供的业务链功能;
    或者,所述第二消息包括所述接入点名称时,所述第一业务链功能列表包括:所述网络能够为流经所述接入点的所述业务流提供的业务链功能;
    或者,所述第二消息包括所述业务流的媒体类型时,所述第一业务链功能列表包括:所述网络能够为对应所述媒体类型的所述业务流提供的业务链功能。
  19. 如权利要求15-18任一所述的PCRF,其特征在于,
    所述业务链策略对应有第二业务链功能列表,所述第二业务链功能列表中包括所述业务链策略所使用的业务链功能;
    所述发送单元还用于,在所述处理单元为所述业务流制定业务链策略之后,经由所述SCEF向所述AS发送第四消息,所述第四消息包括所述第二业务链功能列表。
  20. 如权利要求15-19任一所述的PCRF,其特征在于,当服务提供商在所述网络的业务链中部署了业务功能使能单元,并且所述业务链需求包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能时,所述业务链策略包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。
  21. 如权利要求16-20任一所述的PCRF,其特征在于,当服务提供商在所述网络的业务链中部署了业务功能使能单元,并且所述第二消息包括指示所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元的信息时,所述第一业务链功能列表中包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。
  22. 一种应用服务器AS,用于业务链策略的制定,其特征在于,所述AS包括:
    处理单元,用于确定需要为用户设备UE的业务流制定业务链策略;
    发送单元,用于经由服务能力开放功能单元SCEF向计费规则功能单元PCRF发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求为所述业务流制定业务链策略,所述第一消息包括所述业务流的业务链需求,以指示所述PCRF根据所述第一消息为所述业务流制定业务链策略。
  23. 如权利要求22所述的AS,其特征在于,
    所述处理单元确定需要为业务流制定业务链策略,包括:
    通过分析得出所述UE存在需要执行的业务流,来确定需要为业务流制定业务链策略;
    或者,所述AS进一步包括:
    接收单元,用于接收所述UE发送的第五消息;
    相应地,所述处理单元确定需要为业务流制定业务链策略,包括:
    根据所述接收单元接收的所述第五消息,确定需要为业务流制定业务链策略,所述第五消息用于触发所述AS向所述PCRF请求为所述业务流制定业务链策略。
  24. 如权利要求22或者23所述的AS,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元还用于,经由所述SCEF向所述PCRF发送第一消息之前,经由所述SCEF向所述PCRF发送第二消息,所述第二消息用于为所述业务流请求查询网络中的业务链功能;
    所述接收单元用于,经由所述SCEF接收所述PCRF根据所述第二消息发送的第三消息,所述第三消息包括所述PCRF能够提供给所述AS的第一业务链功能列表;
    所述处理单元还用于,根据所述第三消息中包括的所述第一业务链功能列表,确定所述业务流的业务链需求。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的AS,其特征在于,所述第一消息或者第二消息包括用户标识、应用标识、接入点名称以及媒体类型中的至少一种。
  26. 如权利要求22-25任一所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述接收单元还用于,经由所述SCEF接收所述PCRF发送的第四消息,所述第四消息包括第二业务链功能列表,所述第二业务链功能列表中包括所述业务链策略所使用的业务链功能。
  27. 如权利要求22-26任一所述的AS,其特征在于,当服务提供商在所述网络的业务链中部署了业务功能使能单元,并且所述业务链需求包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能时,所述业务链策略包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。
  28. 如权利要求24-27任一所述的AS,其特征在于,当服务提供商在所述网络的业务链中部署了业务功能使能单元,并且所述第二消息包括指示所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元的信息时,所述第一业务链功能列表中包括所述服务提供商部署的业务功能使能单元对应的业务链功能。
