在葡萄酒刚诞生时橡木就被用作瓶塞了。公元前5世纪的希腊人有时候用橡木来塞住葡萄酒壶,在他们的带领之下,罗马人也开始使用橡木作为瓶塞,还用火漆封口。

根据本实施例所涉及一种新的带有自开启软木塞瓶子及其开启方法,通过螺牙外套与螺牙拉针之间的作用力,以及螺旋针体上的防跟转装置与软木塞之间作用力,在螺牙外套向上转动时,螺牙外套的上方抵住顶盖,通过螺旋针体将软木塞从瓶口里拔出,在没有开瓶器的情况下能够方便,快捷的打开瓶子,既环保又便捷,并且结构简单,成本低,便于大规模生 产。
上述实施方式为本发明的优选案例,并不用来限制本发明的保护范围。
本设计只是通过酒瓶的改造,结合螺牙外套和螺牙拉针组合的一种新的开启软木瓶塞的结构装置,本发明方法也不仅只使用在红酒瓶塞的开启方面,也可用作其它类似酒瓶塞的开启方法,至于外螺牙造型,螺牙外套和螺牙拉针的材质、造型、规格均没有一定的限制是可以根据需要进行设定的,并且存在着通过普通技术手段改造的空间,但都属于本专利申请人申请知识产权保护的范围。本发明方法也不仅只使用在红酒瓶塞的开启方面,也可用作其它类似酒瓶塞的开启方法。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种一种新的带有自开启软木塞瓶子,其特征在于,包括:
    瓶子本体,具有:外螺牙;
    软木塞,设置在所述瓶子本体的瓶口内,顶部与所述瓶口平行,侧边与所述瓶口的内壁贴合;
    螺牙外套,上部中空,内壁设置有内螺牙,套装在所述外螺牙外侧,与所述外螺牙相互固定;以及
    螺牙拉针,固定在所述软木塞内,
    其中,所述外螺牙,设置在所述瓶口处,
    所述内螺牙与所述外螺牙相互啮合,
    所述螺牙拉针,具有:
    螺旋针体,旋转固定在所述软木塞内,顶部与所述软木塞的顶部在同一水平面内;
    防跟转装置,设置在所述螺旋针体上,防止所述螺牙拉针跟随所述螺牙外套转动;以及
    顶盖,与所述螺旋针体的顶部相固定,与所述软木塞顶部相贴合,
    所述螺牙外套的顶部与所述顶盖的边缘相贴合,
    所述螺牙外套被旋转,所述顶盖受到所述螺牙外套的挤压向上移动,所述螺牙拉针带动所述软木塞退出所述瓶口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新的带有自开启软木塞瓶子,其特征在于,还包括:
    外包装封套,套装在所述螺牙外套和所述螺牙拉针外,密封所述瓶口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新的带有自开启软木塞瓶子,其特征在于:
    其中,所述螺牙拉针采用不锈钢材料。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新的带有自开启软木塞瓶子,其特征在于:
    其中,所述外螺牙与所述螺牙外套的高度相同。
  5. 一种一种新的带有自开启软木塞瓶子开启方法,用于酒瓶的开启,其特征在于,包括:
    步骤一,撕开外包装封套;
    步骤二,一只手握瓶子本体,另一只手按逆时针方向旋转螺牙外套,直至所述螺牙外套的底部到达瓶口处;以及
    步骤三,将所述螺牙外套、软木塞和螺牙拉针一同向上提起。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种新的带有自开启软木塞瓶子开启方法,其特征在于:
    其中,所述瓶子本体,具有:外螺牙;以及
    所述软木塞,设置在所述瓶子本体的所述瓶口内,顶部与所述瓶口平行,侧边与所述瓶口的内壁贴合;
    所述螺牙外套,上部中空,内壁设置有内螺牙,套装在所述外螺牙外侧,与所述外螺牙相互固定;以及
    所述螺牙拉针,固定在所述软木塞内,
    其中,所述外螺牙,设置在所述瓶口处,
    所述内螺牙与所述外螺牙相互啮合,
    所述螺牙拉针,具有:
    螺旋针体,旋转固定在所述软木塞内,顶部与所述软木塞的顶部在同一水平面内;
    防跟转装置,设置在所述螺旋针体上,防止所述螺牙拉针跟随所述螺牙外套转动;以及
    顶盖,与所述螺旋针体的顶部相固定,与所述软木塞顶部相贴合,
    所述螺牙外套的顶部与所述顶盖的边缘相贴合,
    所述螺牙外套被旋转,所述顶盖受到所述螺牙外套的挤压向上移动,所述螺牙拉针带动所述软木塞退出所述瓶口。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种新的带有自开启软木塞瓶子开启方法,其特征在于:
    其中,所述外包装封套,套装在所述螺牙外套和所述螺牙拉针外,密封所述瓶口。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种新的带有自开启软木塞瓶子开启方法,其特征在于:
    其中,所述螺牙拉针采用不锈钢材料。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种新的带有自开启软木塞瓶子开启方法,其 特征在于:
    其中,所述外螺牙与所述螺牙外套的高度相同。
