一种连接器接头 技术领域
本实用新型属于通讯连接器领域,尤其是使用在通讯传输装置中的连接器接头。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和进步,众多的电器设备开始大量的涌入人们的生活和工作当中,在电器 ( 例如电视、计算机 ) 逐渐普及的年代,人们的工作、生活对电器质量的要求逐步提高,例如电视、计算机的显示器由原来的玻璃材质显像管,发展为盛行的液晶显示屏,其发展方向为更薄、更小的触屏显示器及计算机,现有的连接器上的 LED 多数采取横放在胶壳上,那样不但占用空间较大,而且不实用于比较薄的笔记本电脑及其他迷你型的显视器上,而且因为现在的连接器上未设防呆装置,公头常会插错孔而插入连接器中,使得连接不可靠,不安全。
技术问题
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种连接器接头,其高度低,占用空间小。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:提供一种连接器接头,包括胶壳、端子、LED、线材、后塞及外壳,所述端子、线材及LED安装在胶壳上,所述端子与线材相连接,所述后塞安装在胶壳的一端,外壳安装在胶壳外围;所述胶壳上设有收容槽,所述LED竖直装入收容槽内,所述收容槽设在胶壳的上表面与侧壁的相交处,所述胶壳上还设有供LED滑入收容槽内的轨道,所述端子包括长端子及短端子,所述长端子包括相连接的水平杆及斜杆,所述斜杆为使得与公头更好接触的圆弧斜杆,所述短端子包括相连接的直杆及卡勾,所述卡勾上设有卡槽,且线材的线芯嵌入卡槽内,所述卡槽通过刺破线芯的外被与线材导通,所述胶壳内设有公头插入连接器时与公头抵触的第一防呆胶位及第二防呆胶位,所述第一防呆胶位与长端子水平杆与斜杆的相交处相邻,第二防呆胶位与长端子及短端子的相交处相邻。
优选地,所述卡槽与线芯的接触处为锋利的扁状结构。
有益效果
与现有技术相比较 ,上 述连接器的 LED 竖直装在胶壳上,可以缩小产品的高度,占用空间小。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
如图 1 至图 9 ,本实用新型连接器接头包括胶壳 1 、端子 2 、 LED 3 、后塞 4 、外壳 5 及线材 6 ,所述端子 2 、线材 6 及 LED 3 安装在胶壳 1 上,所述后塞 4 安装在胶壳 1 的一端,外壳 5 安装在胶壳 1 外围,所述线材 6 与端子 2 相连接。
所述胶壳 1 为长方形体,在其上表面 10 与侧壁 12 的相交处设有收容槽 14 及轨道 16 ,所述 LED 3 沿轨道 16 竖直滑入收容槽 12 内,所述 LED 3 竖直装在胶壳 1 上,可以缩小产品的高度。
所述端子 2 从胶壳 1 的多个通孔 18 处插入胶壳 1 内,所述端子 2 包括长端子 20 及短端子 22 ,长端子 20 通过胶壳 1 的通孔嵌入胶壳 1 内部。所述长端子 20 包括相连接的水平杆 200 及斜杆 202 ,所述斜杆 202 为圆弧,可以使得接触面往上提,从而达到与公头 7 更好的接触。所述短端子 22 包括相连接的直杆 220 及卡勾 221 ,所述直杆 220 嵌在通孔 18 内,卡勾 221 伸出胶壳 1 外,所述卡勾 221 上设有卡槽 223 ,且线材 6 的线芯 60 嵌入卡槽 223 内,与端子 2 相接触。所述卡槽 223 刺破线芯 60 的外被(绝缘体),与线材 6 导通,不会出现焊接成本高且加工复杂的问题。所述卡槽 223 与线芯 60 的接触处为锋利的扁状结构。
所述胶壳 1 内设有第一防呆胶位 11 及第二防呆胶位 12 ,所述第一防呆胶位 11 与长端子 20 水平杆 200 与斜杆 202 的相交处相邻,第二防呆胶位 12 与长端子 20 及短端子 22 的相交处相邻。当公头 7 插入连接器时,先触靠到第一防呆胶位 11 ,再往连接器里推进时,会触靠到第二防呆胶位 12 ,再往里推公头,即可实现公头 7 与端子 2 的接触。在胶壳 1 内设置第一防呆胶位 11 及第二防呆胶位 12 ,在公头 7 插入连接器时,不会因为插错孔而插入产品,使得连接器与公头 7 的连接更具安全性。
上述连接器的 LED 3 竖直装在胶壳 1 上,可以缩小产品的高度;胶壳 1 内设有第一防呆胶位 11 及第二防呆胶位 12 ,在公头 7 插入连接器时,不会因为插错孔而插入产品,使得连接器与公头 7 的连接更具安全性;端子 2 刺破线芯 60 的外被,与线材 6 导通,不会出现焊接成本高且加工复杂的问题。
上述优选实施例的描述使得本领域技术人员能够制造和利用本实用新型。本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动就可以根据这里给出的一般原则实现对本实施例的各种修改。因此,本实用新型并不局限于本文所示的实施例,而是与在此所附的权利要求的最大保护范围一致。

  1. 一种连接器接头,包括胶壳、端子、 LED 、线材、后塞及外壳,所述端子、线材及 LED 安装在胶壳上,所述端子与线材相连接,所述后塞安装在胶壳的一端,外壳安装在胶壳外围;其特征在于:所述胶壳上设有收容槽,所述 LED 竖直装入收容槽内,所述收容槽设在胶壳的上表面与侧壁的相交处,所述胶壳上还设有供 LED 滑入收容槽内的轨道,所述端子包括长端子及短端子,所述长端子包括相连接的水平杆及斜杆,所述斜杆为使得与公头更好接触的圆弧斜杆,所述短端子包括相连接的直杆及卡勾,所述卡勾上设有卡槽,且线材的线芯嵌入卡槽内,所述卡槽通过刺破线芯的外被与线材导通,所述胶壳内设有公头插入连接器时与公头抵触的第一防呆胶位及第二防呆胶位,所述第一防呆胶位与长端子水平杆与斜杆的相交处相邻,第二防呆胶位与长端子及短端子的相交处相邻。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的连接器接头,其特征在于:所述卡槽与线芯的接触处为锋利的扁状结构。
