一种盆栽花盆的水位计 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种盆栽花盆,具体为一种盆栽花盆的水位计。
背景技术
在目前市面中,有很多带隔板的花盆,在这些花盆中,为能直观的观察花盆中的蓄水量而设计了一种水位计,该水位计结构如图1所示,其主要包括一内部中空的导杆1′,导杆1′上端通过一连接件2′安装一带刻度透明观察管3′,导杆1′下端连接一带多个进水孔的进水滤盖4′,导杆1′内设有一浮杆5′,浮杆5′的上端穿过连接件2′中的连通孔21′而伸入到观察管3′中,浮杆5′的下部设有一增强浮力的浮帽6′。
在使用中,当导杆1′中的水位上升时,将推动浮帽6′和浮杆5′同步上浮,进而通过透明的观察管3′查看浮杆5′的高度而获得花盆的需水量,给实际使用提供了很大方便。但现有结构中的浮帽6′为一朝下的帽子结构,不仅其本身的浮力性能不好,同时浮帽6′的侧壁与导杆1′的内壁接触面很大,在实际使用中会因水表面张力的存在而被吸附在导杆1′内壁上,进而造成浮帽6′和浮杆5′的浮动失效,无法真实地体现花盆的需水量,给实际使用带来很大不便。
此外,现有的浮杆5′顶部大小与下部等大,其尺寸过小而给实际观察带来不便。
再者,现有的观察管3′是插接到连接件2′的上凸起22′外侧并用胶粘结,因观察管3′是透明材质构成,透过观察管3′会直接看到连接件2′的上凸起22′及其上的粘胶,严重影响了水位计的整体美观性。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型设计了一种盆栽花盆的水位计,不仅可有效提升浮杆的浮动性能,保证指示的有效性和反应灵敏性,同时也提升了水位观察的直观性和水位计的整体美观性。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种盆栽花盆的水位计,主要包括一内部中空的导杆,导杆上端通过一连接件安装一带刻度的透明观察管,导杆下端连接一带多个进水孔的进水滤盖,导杆内设有一浮杆,浮杆的上端穿过连接件中的连通孔而伸入到观察管中,其特征在于:所述浮杆的底端设置有定位板,并在定位板的下面设有一与浮杆完全分离的浮球。
进一步的,上述浮杆的顶部设置有一直径尺寸大于浮杆的指示帽。
进一步的,上述连接件上端设置有一环形的上凸起,所述观察管下部过盈配合插接到所 述上凸起的内壁中。
进一步的,上述连接件下端设置有一与导杆相连的外环形凸起,所述导杆的上端以过盈配合的方式插接到所述上凸起的内壁中。
进一步的,上述连接件下端设置一深入上凸起内部的插接槽,所述导杆的上端以过盈配合的方式插接到所述插接槽的外壁中。
本实用新型针对现有浮帽结构存在的缺陷,而将浮杆的底端设置成一定位板和一与浮杆完全分离的浮球,该结构中独立设置的浮球结构具有很好的浮动性能,同时定位板和浮球与导杆内壁的接触面都很少,使得浮杆和浮球受水表面张力的影响很小,不会出现被吸附在导杆内壁的现象,可保证使用中浮杆浮动的有效性和反应灵敏性,杜绝浮杆指示失效现象的发生,为实际使用带来真实的水位指示作用。
此外,为提升浮杆上下浮动的直观性,方便使用者观察,所述浮杆的顶部设有一直径尺寸大于浮杆的指示帽,以此来提升浮杆的指示效果。
再者,为提升水位计的整体美观性,以上结构中的观察管下端直接以过盈配合的方式插入到连接件的上凸起内壁中,因连接件的不透明性,可很好地遮挡住两者的连接部位,进而可有效提升两者连接部位的美观性。
而在实际使用中,有时候会用到观察管和大号导杆相配的情况,为此,本实用新型在连接件下端设置一深入上凸起内部的插接槽,所述导杆的上端以过盈配合的方式插接到所述插接槽的外壁中,该结构设置不仅结构紧凑,减少连接件的用料,并能有效提升连接件与大号导杆连接的连接强度和连接有效性。

如图2所示,一种盆栽花盆的水位计,主要包括一内部中空的导杆1,导杆1上端通过一连接件2安装一透明的带刻度观察管3,导杆1下端连接一带多个进水孔的进水滤盖4,导杆1内设有一浮杆5,浮杆5的上端穿过连接件2中的连通孔21而伸入到观察管3中,所述浮杆5的底端设置有定位板6,并在定位板6的下面设有一与浮杆5完全分离的浮球7。

此外,为提升浮杆5上下浮动的直观性,方便使用者观察,所述浮杆5的顶部设有一尺寸大于浮杆的指示帽51,以此来克服浮杆5尺寸过小而带来的查看不便问题。
所述连接件2上端设置有一环形的上凸起22,在此,为提升水位计的整体美观性,以上结构中的观察管3下端直接以过盈配合的方式插入到连接件2的上凸起21内壁中,因连接件2的不透明性,可很好地遮挡住两者的连接部位,进而提升两者连接部位的美观性。
所述连接件2下端设置有一与导杆1相连的外环形凸起23,所述导杆1的上端以过盈配合的方式插接到所述外环形凸起23的内壁中。
而在实际使用中,有时候会用到观察管3和大号导杆1相配的情况,为此,本实用新型在连接件2下端设置一深入上凸起22内部的插接槽24,所述导杆1的上端以过盈配合的方式插接到所述插接槽24的外壁中,其结构如图3所示,该结构设置不仅结构紧凑,减少连接件2的用料,并能有效提升连接件2与大号导杆1连接的连接强度和连接有效性。
