一种直插式过滤装置,包括主体(100)及安装于主体(100)上的进水管路(200)与出水管路(300),主体(100)包括管壳(120)及设于管壳(120)内的滤芯(140),进水管路(200)与出水管路(300)安装于管壳(120)的同一端。

直插式过滤装置及净水设备
技术领域
本发明涉及净水设备领域,尤其涉及一种直插式过滤装置及净水设备。
背景技术
随着生活质量的不断提高,人们对用水健康也越来越关注,净水设备逐渐进入了人们的生活。净水设备一般是通过过滤装置对水进行过滤,以过滤掉水中的杂质,进而提升水的品质。现有的过滤装置的设有进水口、出水口及设于进水口与出水口之间的滤芯,所述进水口设于所述过滤装置的一端,并于通过接头与供水管路密封连接,所述出水口设于所述过滤装置的另一端,并通过接头与用户端密封连接, 组装时,需要对进水口与出水口分别操作,安装方式较为繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种直插式过滤装置及净水设备,旨在解决现有的直插式过滤装置安装方式较为繁琐的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种直插式过滤装置,包括主体及安装于所述主体上的进水管路与出水管路,所述主体包括管壳及设于所述管壳内的滤芯,所述进水管路与所述出水管路安装于所述管壳的同一端,以实现与安装板的插接。
优选地,所述滤芯将所述管壳的内腔分割成间隔设置的第一腔体与第二腔体,所述出水管路与所述进水管路均安装于所述第一腔体的一端,且所述出水管路贯穿所述第一腔体与所述滤芯延伸于所述第二腔体内,所述进水管路延伸于所述第一腔体内。
优选地,所述滤芯将所述管壳的内腔分割成间隔设置的第一腔体与第二腔体,所述出水管路与所述进水管路均安装于所述第一腔体的一端,且所述进水管路贯穿所述第一腔体与所述滤芯延伸于所述第二腔体内,所述出水管路延伸于所述第一腔体内。
优选地,所述进水管路包括第一连接部及垂直连接于所述第一连接部的第一延伸部,所述第一连接部远离所述第一延伸部的一端与所述管壳固定连接。
优选地,所述第一延伸部上设有第一凹槽,一第一密封圈安装于所述第一凹槽内。
优选地,所述出水管路包括第二连接部及垂直连接于所述第二连接部的第二延伸部,所述第二连接部远离所述第二延伸部的一端与所述管壳固定连接。
优选地,所述第二延伸部上设有第二凹槽,一第二密封圈安装于所述第二凹槽内。
优选地,所述管壳外设有用于安装所述直插式过滤装置固定安装的安装结构。
此外,为了实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种净水设备,包括直插式过滤装置,所述直插式过滤装置包括主体及安装于所述主体上的进水管路与出水管路,所述主体包括管壳及设于所述管壳内的滤芯,所述进水管路与所述出水管路安装于所述管壳的同一端,以实现与安装板的插接。
本发明的直插式过滤装置及净水设备,通过将进水管路与出水管路设置于管壳的同一端,组装时,只需要将进水管路与出水管路插入安装板上对应的进水口与出水口即可,操作简单方便。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种直插式过滤装置,参照图1,在一实施例中,所述直插式过滤装置包括主体100及安装于所述主体100上的进水管路200与出水管路300,所述主体100包括管壳120及设于所述管壳120内的滤芯140,所述进水管路200与所述出水管路300安装于所述管壳120的同一端,以实现与安装板(未图示)的插接。本发明的直插式过滤装置,通过将进水管路200与出水管路300设置于管壳120的同一端,组装时,只需要将进水管路200与出水管路300插入安装板上对应的进水口与出水口即可,操作简单方便。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述滤芯140将所述管壳120的内腔分割成间隔设置的第一腔体122与第二腔体124,所述出水管路300与所述进水管路200均安装于所述第一腔体122的一端,且所述出水管路300贯穿所述第一腔体122与所述滤芯140延伸于所述第二腔体124内,所述进水管路200延伸于所述第一腔体122内。供水管路(未图示)提供的水由所述经由所述进水管路200注入到所述第一腔体122内,然后通过滤芯140过滤后进入第二腔体124内,最后由出水管路300提供给用户。
进一步地,参照图2,在本实施例中,所述进水管路200包括第一连接部220及垂直连接于所述第一连接部220的第一延伸部240,所述第一连接部220远离所述第一延伸部240的一端与所述管壳120固定连接,所述第一延伸部240上设有第一凹槽242,一第一密封圈400安装于所述第一凹槽242内,以实现进水管路200与安装板之间的密封连接;所述出水管路300包括第二连接部320及垂直连接于所述第二连接部320的第二延伸部340,所述第二连接部320远离所述第二延伸部340的一端与所述管壳120固定连接,所述第二延伸部340上设有第二凹槽342,一第二密封圈500安装于所述第二凹槽342内,以实现出水管路300与安装板之间的密封连接。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述管壳120外设有用于安装所述直插式过滤装置固定安装的安装结构102,当所述进水管路200与出水管路300插入对应的进水口与出水口时,所述直插式过滤装置通过安装结构102进行固定安装。
进一步地,参照图3,图3为本发明直插式过滤装置另一实施例的剖面结构示意图。
在本实施例中,所述滤芯140将所述管壳120的内腔分割成间隔设置的第一腔体122与第二腔体124,所述出水管路300’与所述进水管路200’均安装于所述第一腔体122的一端,且所述进水管路200’贯穿所述第一腔体122与所述滤芯140延伸于所述第二腔体124内,所述出水管路300’延伸于所述第一腔体122内。供水管路(未图示)提供的水由所述经由所述进水管路200’注入到所述第二腔体124内,然后通过滤芯140过滤后进入第一腔体122内,最后由出水管路300’提供给用户。
本发明还提供一种净水设备,所述净水设备包括直插式过滤装置,所述直插式过滤装置包括前述图1至图3所示实施例中所有的技术方案,其详细结构可参照前述实施例,在此不做赘述。
综上所述,本发明的直插式过滤装置及净水设备,通过将进水管路与出水管路设置于管壳的同一端,组装时,只需要将进水管路与出水管路插入安装板上对应的进水口与出水口即可,操作简单方便。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种直插式过滤装置,其特征在于,包括主体及安装于所述主体上的进水管路与出水管路,所述主体包括管壳及设于所述管壳内的滤芯,所述进水管路与所述出水管路安装于所述管壳的同一端,以实现与安装板的插接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的直插式过滤装置,其特征在于,所述滤芯将所述管壳的内腔分割成间隔设置的第一腔体与第二腔体,所述出水管路与所述进水管路均安装于所述第一腔体的一端,且所述出水管路贯穿所述第一腔体与所述滤芯延伸于所述第二腔体内,所述进水管路延伸于所述第一腔体内。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的直插式过滤装置,其特征在于,所述滤芯将所述管壳的内腔分割成间隔设置的第一腔体与第二腔体,所述出水管路与所述进水管路均安装于所述第一腔体的一端,且所述进水管路贯穿所述第一腔体与所述滤芯延伸于所述第二腔体内,所述出水管路延伸于所述第一腔体内。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的直插式过滤装置,其特征在于,所述进水管路包括第一连接部及垂直连接于所述第一连接部的第一延伸部,所述第一连接部远离所述第一延伸部的一端与所述管壳固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的直插式过滤装置,其特征在于,所述第一延伸部上设有第一凹槽,一第一密封圈安装于所述第一凹槽内。
  6. 如权利要求2或3所述的直插式过滤装置,其特征在于,所述出水管路包括第二连接部及垂直连接于所述第二连接部的第二延伸部,所述第二连接部远离所述第二延伸部的一端与所述管壳固定连接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的直插式过滤装置,其特征在于,所述第二延伸部上设有第二凹槽,一第二密封圈安装于所述第二凹槽内。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的直插式过滤装置,其特征在于,所述管壳外设有用于安装所述直插式过滤装置固定安装的安装结构。
  9. 一种净水设备,其特征在于,包括上述权利要求1至5中任一项所述的直插式过滤装置。
