Description

基于账户活跃度的系统资源分配方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及系统资源分配领域,更为具体而言,涉及一种基于账户活跃度的系统资源分配方法及装置。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展和网络用户数量的逐渐增大,互联网应用系统所管理的用户账户数量逐渐变得庞大,这也造成互联网应用系统的各种问题。例如,用户信息服务(用户登录、信息查询与修改、用户业务办理等)响应速度慢、用户管理成本(硬件服务器、软件等)增加等。这些问题直接影响了互联网应用系统的客户体验。
对于金融、电商、社交等互联网应用系统,交易/通信的实时性要求以及高并发处理性能要求都很高,而在传统的用户账户信息管理方法中,采用无差别响应处理的用户账户信息管理方法,这既无法满足操作或交易频繁用户的快速响应的要求,也增加了对低活跃度用户账户信息进行系统管理的成本,无法满足用户账户规模以及用户交易/通信请求量日益增长的应用需求。
随着银行网银与电子银行业务的不断发展,以中国建设银行的应用系统为例,其管理的用户数量在迅猛增长。从个人用户账户的现状来看,各个应用系统中存在着大量闲置的“睡眠账户”,这对用户账户信息管理资源形成了巨大浪费;同时在已经取消小额账户管理费的背景下,如何对闲置的“睡眠账户”与经常交易的“活跃账户”进行合理整合与管理、如何在控制用户管理成本的前提下进一步提升用户管理的客户体验,成为了当前需要解决的一个重要问题。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明实施方式提供了一种基于账户活跃度的系统资源分配方法及装置,其能够针对性地为不同活跃度的用户分配适当的系统资源,从而在整体上提高系统资源的使用效率,降低管理成本,提高用户体验。
具体地,本发明实施方式提供了一种基于账户活跃度的系统资源分配方法,其包括:
获取用户的账户活跃度参数并根据各用户的账户活跃度参数计算各用户的账户活跃度;
根据各用户的账户活跃度和预设的账户活跃度等级划分方式确定各用户的账户活跃度等级;
根据各用户的用户编号、账户活跃度以及账户活跃度等级建立各用户的账户活跃度索引;
在针对目标用户进行信息处理时,根据所述目标用户的账户活跃度索引为所述目标用户分配用于进行信息处理的系统资源。
相应地,本发明实施方式还提供了一种基于账户活跃度的系统资源分配装置,其包括:
参数获取模块,用于获取用户的账户活跃度参数;
活跃度计算模块,用于根据各用户的账户活跃度参数计算各用户的账户活跃度;
等级划分模块,用于根据各用户的账户活跃度和预设的账户活跃度等级划分方式确定各用户的账户活跃度等级;

采用本发明各种实施例具有下述有益效果:

图2A是根据本发明实施例的一种基于账户活跃度的系统资源分配装置的框图,参照图2A,系统资源分配装置包括参数获取模块21、活跃度计算模块22、等级划分模块23、索引建立模块24和资源分配模块25。下面进行具体说明。
在本实施例中,参数获取模块21用于获取用户的账户活跃度参数。所述用户的账户活跃度参数包括以下参数中的任意一种或多种:用户的成功登录次数、用户的会员级别、用户的积分大小、用户修改会员资料的次数、用户浏览页面PV(Page View,页面浏览量)、用户的交易次数、用户交易金额、用户每次交易平均金额、用户账户余额。
活跃度计算模块22用于根据各用户的账户活跃度参数计算各用户的账户活跃度。例如,根据公式

计算各用户在指定时间段内的账户活跃度参数,其中,x为用户编号,m为账户活跃度参数的总数,αi(x)为x用户的第i个账户活跃度参数的归一化参数值,δi为第i个账户活跃度参数的计算权值。
等级划分模块23用于根据各用户的账户活跃度和预设的账户活跃度等级划分方式确定各用户的账户活跃度等级。可选地,在本实施例的一种实现方式中,如图2B所示,等级划分模块23包括:第一等级划分子模块231,用于根据各用户的账户活跃度和预设的账户活跃度等级划分阈值确定各用户的账户活跃度等级;和/或第二等级划分子模块232,用于根据各用户的账户活跃度、预设的账户活跃度等级划分阈值以及预设的不同等级的最大用户数确定各用户的账户活跃度等级。
索引建立模块24用于根据各用户的用户编号、账户活跃度以及账户活跃度等级建立各用户的账户活跃度索引。
资源分配模块25用于在针对目标用户进行信息处理时,根据所述目标 用户的账户活跃度索引为所述目标用户分配用于进行信息处理的系统资源。
可选地,在本实施例的一种实现方式中,如图2C所示,资源分配模块25包括:判断子模块251,用于根据所述目标用户的账户活跃度索引确定所述目标用户的账户活跃度等级,如果所述目标用户的账户活跃度等级较高,则调用第一分配子模块252,如果所述目标用户的账户活跃度等级较低,则调用第二分配子模块253;第一分配子模块252,用于为所述目标用户分配高速缓存,并为所述目标用户提供系统资源的优先使用权;第二分配子模块253,用于为所述目标用户分配闲置的系统资源。
可选地,在本实施例的一种实现方式中,系统资源分配装置除了包括参数获取模块21、活跃度计算模块22、等级划分模块23、索引建立模块24和资源分配模块25之外,还可以包括报表生成模块,其用于在索引建立模块24建立各用户的账户活跃度索引时,生成各用户的账户活跃度报表。
采用本发明实施例提供的系统资源分配装置,一方面,能够为高活跃度的用户提供更多、更好的系统资源,提高应用系统对于活跃度高的用户的响应速度;另一方面,对低活跃度的用户分配闲置的系统资源,从而在不影响系统可用性的前提下,降低管理成本,包括硬件服务器成本以及软件使用成本。总体而言,采用本实施例提供的系统资源分配装置能够针对性地为不同活跃度的用户分配适当的系统资源,从而在整体上提高系统资源的使用效率,降低管理成本,提高用户体验。
在本装置实施例中,关于相关名称、术语的解释,以及关于各个模块/子模块所执行处理或可执行处理的详细说明,请参见方法实施例中的相应说明,此处不再赘述。
此外,本领域技术人员也应当理解,在本实施例的一种具体实例中,系统资源分配装置可以是服务器,该服务器可以包括被配置为执行本说明书实施例的系统资源分配方法的步骤的处理器。系统资源分配装置也可以是安装于服务器中专用于实现本发明目的的特定装置。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可借助软件结合硬件平台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案对背景技术做出贡献的全部或者部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
本领技术人员应当理解,以上所公开的仅为本发明的实施方式而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,依本发明实施方式所作的等同变化,仍属本发明权利要求所涵盖的范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种基于账户活跃度的系统资源分配方法,所述方法包括:
    获取用户的账户活跃度参数并根据各用户的账户活跃度参数计算各用户的账户活跃度;
    根据各用户的账户活跃度和预设的账户活跃度等级划分方式确定各用户的账户活跃度等级;
    根据各用户的用户编号、账户活跃度以及账户活跃度等级建立各用户的账户活跃度索引;
    在针对目标用户进行信息处理时,根据所述目标用户的账户活跃度索引为所述目标用户分配用于进行信息处理的系统资源。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述用户的账户活跃度参数包括以下参数中的任意一种或多种:
    用户的成功登录次数、用户的会员级别、用户的积分大小、用户修改会员资料的次数、用户浏览页面PV、用户的交易次数、用户交易金额、用户每次交易平均金额、用户账户余额。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据各用户的账户活跃度参数计算各用户的账户活跃度包括:
    根据以下公式计算各用户在指定时间段内的账户活跃度参数:

  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据各用户的账户活跃度和预设的账户活跃度等级划分方式确定各用户的账户活跃度等级包括:
    根据各用户的账户活跃度和预设的账户活跃度等级划分阈值确定各用户的账户活跃度等级;或,
    根据各用户的账户活跃度、预设的账户活跃度等级划分阈值以及预设的不同等级的最大用户数确定各用户的账户活跃度等级。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在建立各用户的账户活跃度索引时,还生成各用户的账户活跃度报表。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据所述目标用户的账户活跃度索引为所述目标用户分配用于进行信息处理的系统资源包括:
    根据所述目标用户的账户活跃度索引确定所述目标用户的账户活跃度等级;
    如果所述目标用户的账户活跃度等级高于基准等级,则为所述目标用户分配高速缓存,并为所述目标用户提供系统资源的优先使用权;
    如果所述目标用户的账户活跃度等级低于基准等级,则为所述目标用户分配闲置的系统资源。
  7. 一种基于账户活跃度的系统资源分配装置,所述系统资源分配装置包括:
    参数获取模块,用于获取用户的账户活跃度参数;
    活跃度计算模块,用于根据各用户的账户活跃度参数计算各用户的账户活跃度;
    等级划分模块,用于根据各用户的账户活跃度和预设的账户活跃度等级划分方式确定各用户的账户活跃度等级;
    索引建立模块,用于根据各用户的用户编号、账户活跃度以及账户活跃度等级建立各用户的账户活跃度索引;
    资源分配模块,用于在针对目标用户进行信息处理时,根据所述目标用户的账户活跃度索引为所述目标用户分配用于进行信息处理的系统资源。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述用户的账户活跃度参数包括以下参数中的任意一种或多种:
    用户的成功登录次数、用户的会员级别、用户的积分大小、用户修改会员资料的次数、用户浏览页面PV、用户的交易次数、用户交易金额、用户每次交易平均金额、用户账户余额。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述活跃度计算模块根据以下公式计算各用户在指定时间段内的账户活跃度参数:

    其中,x为用户编号,m为账户活跃度参数的总数,αi(x)为x用户的第i个账户活跃度参数的归一化参数值,δi为第i个账户活跃度参数的计算权值。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述等级划分模块包括:
    第一等级划分子模块,用于根据各用户的账户活跃度和预设的账户活跃度等级划分阈值确定各用户的账户活跃度等级;或
    第二等级划分子模块,用于根据各用户的账户活跃度、预设的账户活跃度等级划分阈值以及预设的不同等级的最大用户数确定各用户的账户活跃度等级。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    报表生成模块,用于在所述索引建立模块建立各用户的账户活跃度索引时,生成各用户的账户活跃度报表。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述资源分配模块包括:
    判断子模块,用于根据所述目标用户的账户活跃度索引确定所述目标用户的账户活跃度等级,如果所述目标用户的账户活跃度等级高于基准等级,则调用第一分配子模块,如果所述目标用户的账户活跃度等级低于基准等级,则调用第二分配子模块;
    第一分配子模块,用于为所述目标用户分配高速缓存,并为所述目标用户提供系统资源的优先使用权;
    第二分配子模块,用于为所述目标用户分配闲置的系统资源。
