在本发明实施例中,计算通信平台的通信费用包括:根据接入虚拟SIM卡的所有用户的用户使用信息计算虚拟SIM卡的平台使用信息,根据虚拟SIM卡的平台使用信息、以及计费规则中虚拟SIM卡对应的计费规则,计算虚拟SIM卡的通信费用。
在本发明实施例中,在计算虚拟SIM卡的通信费用之后还包括:将虚拟SIM卡的通信费用与虚拟SIM卡对应的资费套餐计算虚拟SIM卡对应的剩余资费;当剩余资费小于购买阈值时,提示用户为虚拟SIM卡购买新的资费套餐;当剩余资费为零时,提示用户为虚拟SIM卡购买新的资费套餐,且该虚拟SIM卡不在分配给用户。
本发明实施例提供了一种通信平台,其包括接入通信运营商的虚拟SIM卡、分配模块、获取模块及计费模块,其中,分配模块,设置为接收用户的订购信息,为用户分配虚拟SIM卡;获取模块,设置为获取用户使用信息;计费模块,设置为根据用户使用信息及计费规则, 计算用户及通信平台的通信费用。
在本发明实施例中,计费模块包括用户计费子模块,用户计费子模块设置为根据用户使用信息、以及计费规则中用户对应的用户计费规则,计算用户终端的通信费用,将用户终端的通信费用与订购信息中购买的资费进行比较,根据比较结果管理用户通信费用。
在本发明实施例中,用户计费子模块还设置为当比较结果为订购信息中购买的资费用完时,通知分配模块释放为用户分配的虚拟SIM卡。
在本发明实施例中,计费模块包括平台计费子模块,平台计费子模块设置为根据接入虚拟SIM卡的所有用户的用户使用信息计算虚拟SIM卡的平台使用信息,根据虚拟SIM卡的平台使用信息、以及计费规则中虚拟SIM卡对应的计费规则,计算虚拟SIM卡的通信费用。
在本发明实施例中,还包括购买模块,平台计费子模块还设置为将虚拟SIM卡的通信费用与虚拟SIM卡对应的资费套餐计算虚拟SIM卡对应的剩余资费;当剩余资费小于购买阈值时,通过购买模块提示用户为虚拟SIM卡购买新的资费套餐;当剩余资费为零时,通过购买模块提示用户为虚拟SIM卡购买新的资费套餐,且通知分配模块该虚拟SIM卡不在分配给用户。
同时,本发明实施例提供了一种通信系统,其包括用户终端、通信运营商及本发明提供的通信平台。
本发明实施例的有益效果:
本发明实施例提供的通信平台及其计费方法,通信平台内设置有虚拟SIM卡,通信平台为接入的用户分配虚拟SIM卡,可以实现用户的正常通信,并且,根据计费规则可以完成用户资费及平台资费的同时管理,提供了第三方通信平台及对应的计费方法,解决了现有技术因为没有第三方通信平台导致通信运营商资费垄断的问题。

现通过具体实施方式结合附图的方式对本发明做出进一步的诠释说明。
第一实施例:
图1为本发明第一实施例提供的通信平台的结构示意图,由图1可知,在本实施例中,本发明提供的通信平台1包括:接入通信运营商的虚拟SIM卡11、分配模块12、获取模块13及计费模块14,其中,
分配模块12,设置为接收用户的订购信息,为用户分配虚拟SIM卡;
获取模块13,设置为获取用户使用信息;
计费模块14,设置为根据用户使用信息及计费规则,计算用户及通信平台的通信费用。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的计费模块14包括用户计费子模块,用户计费子模块设置为根据用户使用信息、以及计费规则中用户对应的用户计费规则,计算用户终端的通信费用,将用户终端的通信费用与订购信息中购买的资费进行比较,根据比较结果管理用户通信费用。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的用户计费子模块还设置为当比较结果为订购信息中购买的资费用完时,通知分配模块12释放为用户分配的虚拟SIM卡。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的计费模块14包括平台计费子模块,平台计费子模块设置为根据接入虚拟SIM卡的所有用户的用户使用信息计算虚拟SIM卡的平台使用信息,根据虚拟SIM卡的平台使用信息、以及计费规则中虚拟SIM卡对应的计费规则,计算虚拟SIM卡的通信费用。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,上述实施例中的通信平台1还包括购买模块15,平台计费子模块还设置为将虚拟SIM卡的通信费用与虚拟SIM卡对应的资费套餐计算虚拟SIM卡对应的剩余资费;当剩余资费小于购买阈值时,通过购买模块15提示用户为虚拟SIM卡购买新的资费套餐;当剩余资费为零时,通过购买模块15提示用户为虚拟SIM卡购买新的资费套餐,且通知分配模块12该虚拟SIM卡不在分配给用户。
在一些实施例中,上述实施例中的通信平台1还包括存储模块,设置为存储用户购买信息,平台购买信息及资费规则等数据。
同时,本发明提供了一种通信系统,其包括用户终端、通信运营商及本发明提供的通信平台1;其中,用户终端通过通信平台连接到通信运营商,通信平台设置有虚拟SIM卡,通信平台通过对虚拟SIM卡进行管理来实现对用户通信费用以及平台自身资费的管理。
在实际应用中,通信平台内的计费规则包括平台为用户设置的用户计费规则(在实际应用中可以设置多种不同的用户计费规则),以及平台为虚拟SIM卡设置的平台计费规则,两者可以相同,也可以不同,以实现用户计费规则的多样性。通信平台可以用来管理用户的上网费用、短信费用及通话费用等,如利用累计流量来管理上网费用,利用累计次数来管理短信费用,利用累计时间来管理通话费用等,这样用户可以选择包总流量/总次数/总时间的方式进行支付,不再受制于每月多少上网流量、短信数量及通话时长的影响,使用体验高。
在实际应用中,用户计费规则可以包括不同的消费方式,用户可以根据需要选择不同等 等消费方式,平台内的计费模块14针对不同的消费方式都可以进行管理。具体的如下:
在一些实施例中,消费方式包括按流量/次数计费;计费模块14设置为根据用户使用信息中的累计流量/次数、及用户购买的流量/次数总数,计算各用户的剩余流量/次数,根据剩余流量/次数是否为零确定是否释放用户终端接入的虚拟SIM卡,当剩余流量/次数为零时,通知对应的用户终端释放所接入的虚拟SIM卡。
在一些实施例中,消费方式包括按时间计费;计费模块14设置为根据用户使用信息中的开始时间及当前时间、及所购买的时间总数,计算各用户的剩余时间,根据剩余时间是否为零确定是否释放用户终端接入的虚拟SIM卡;或者,根据使用信息中的累计使用时间、及所购买的时间总数,计算虚拟SIM卡通信费用的剩余时间,根据剩余时间是否为零确定是否释放用户终端接入的虚拟SIM卡,当剩余时间为零时,通知对应的用户终端释放所接入的虚拟SIM卡。
第二实施例:
图2为本发明第二实施例提供的计费方法的流程图,由图2可知,在本实施例中,本发明提供的计费方法包括以下步骤:
S201:接收用户的订购信息,为用户分配虚拟SIM卡;
S202:获取用户使用信息;
S203:根据用户使用信息及计费规则,计算用户及通信平台的通信费用。
在一些实施例中,计算用户通信费用包括:根据用户使用信息、以及计费规则中用户对应的用户计费规则,计算用户终端的通信费用,将用户终端的通信费用与订购信息中购买的资费进行比较,根据比较结果管理用户通信费用。
在一些实施例中,根据比较结果管理用户通信费用包括:当比较结果为订购信息中购买的资费用完时,释放为用户分配的虚拟SIM卡。
在一些实施例中,计算通信平台的通信费用包括:根据接入虚拟SIM卡的所有用户的用户使用信息计算虚拟SIM卡的平台使用信息,根据虚拟SIM卡的平台使用信息、以及计费规则中虚拟SIM卡对应的计费规则,计算虚拟SIM卡的通信费用。
在一些实施例中,在计算虚拟SIM卡的通信费用之后还包括:将虚拟SIM卡的通信费用与虚拟SIM卡对应的资费套餐计算虚拟SIM卡对应的剩余资费;当剩余资费小于购买阈值时,提示用户为虚拟SIM卡购买新的资费套餐;当剩余资费为零时,提示用户为虚拟SIM卡购买新的资费套餐,且该虚拟SIM卡不在分配给用户。
现结合具体应用实例对本发明做进一步的诠释说明。
第三实施例:
在本实施例中,以通信平台仅用来管理用户上网流量、设置有多个虚拟SIM卡,用户终 端a及b接入通信平台为例,对本发明做进一步的说明。
图3为本发明第三实施例提供的计费方法的流程图,由图3可知,在本实施例中,本发明提供的计费方法包括以下步骤:
S301:通信平台向通信运营商购买上网流量,并为各虚拟SIM卡分配流量;
例如,第三方运营商通过通信平台从传统的通信运营商购买流量,把购买的流量套餐信息进行存储,并分别为虚拟SIM卡1及虚拟SIM卡2分配1G总流量。
S302:用户终端接入通信平台,并购买上网套餐,生成订购信息;
例如,用户终端a接入通信平台,购买1G流量(用户计费规则中的一种消费方式);用户终端b接入通信平台,购买3个月的网络时长,不计算总流量(用户计费规则中的一种消费方式);用户终端可以利用电话号码、IMSI号、IMEI号等与虚拟SIM卡进行区分。
S303:通信平台根据订购信息为用户终端分配虚拟SIM卡;
例如,通信平台为用户终端a分配虚拟SIM卡1,为用户终端b分配虚拟SIM卡2。
S304:通信平台获取各用户终端的用户使用信息,根据用户使用信息及用户计费规则,计算用户资费;
用户终端周期性/实时向各通信平台发送各自的用户使用信息,通信平台周期性/实时获取各用户终端的用户使用信息,如累计使用流量、累计使用时间、开始使用时间等,并根据用户使用信息及各用户终端对应的用户计费规则,计算用户终端的资费状态;具体的,如:
针对用户终端a,其消费方式是流量/次数计费,则实时获取用户终端a的累计流量A,根据使用信息中的累计流量A数、及用户购买的流量总数1G,计算用户终端a的剩余流量,根据剩余流量是否为零确定用户终端a的资费状态;
针对用户终端b,其消费方式是按时间计费,则周期性的获取用户终端b的使用信息中的开始时间及当前时间、及用户终端b购买应的时间总数3个月,计算用户终端b的剩余时间,根据剩余时间是否为零确定用户终端b的资费状态。
S305:通信平台根据用户资费管理各用户终端;
通信平台根据各用户终端的资费状态管理对应的用户终端,具体的,如:
针对用户终端a,当剩余流量/次数为零时,通知用户终端a,其剩余流量为零,需要用户重新购买,并释放为其分配的虚拟SIM卡1;
针对用户终端b,当剩余时间为零时,通知用户终端b,其剩余时间为零,需要用户重新购买,并释放为其分配的虚拟SIM卡2。
S306:通信平台根据各虚拟SIM卡的平台计费规则,计算平台资费;
通信平台周期性/实时获取各用户终端的用户使用信息,如累计使用流量等,然后根据各虚拟SIM卡所有的用户终端的用户使用信息计算虚拟SIM卡的使用信息,进一步根据平台计费规则计算平台资费;具体的,如:针对虚拟SIM卡1及虚拟SIM卡2,根据各虚拟SIM卡所有接入的用户终端的用户使用信息计算平台使用信息,进而根据虚拟SIM卡的平台使用信息、以及计费规则中为虚拟SIM卡设置的平台计费规则,计算虚拟SIM卡的通信费用,将虚拟SIM卡的通信费用与虚拟SIM卡对应的资费套餐计算虚拟SIM卡对应的剩余资费,根据剩余资费管理虚拟SIM卡确定资费状态,当剩余资费小于购买阈值、且不为零时,为虚拟SIM卡购买新的资费套餐,当剩余资费为零时,不为虚拟SIM卡接入新的用户终端。
例如,平台为虚拟SIM卡1分配的流量仅剩下200M,小于购买阈值(可以自行设置),则为虚拟SIM卡1的购买新的流量套餐1G,若平台为虚拟SIM卡2分配的流量为零,则不为虚拟SIM卡2接入新的用户终端。
S307:通信平台根据各虚拟SIM卡的平台资费管理虚拟SIM卡;
通信平台对虚拟SIM卡的管理主要包括:购买新资费及分配,具体的,如:
针对虚拟SIM卡1,当平台为虚拟SIM卡1分配的流量仅剩下200M,小于购买阈值(可以自行设置),为了保证用户的使用体验,避免断网等,提醒第三方平台需要向通信运营商为虚拟SIM卡1的购买新的流量套餐1G;
针对虚拟SIM卡2,当平台为虚拟SIM卡2分配的流量为零,为了保证用户的使用体验,避免断网等,提醒第三方平台需要向通信运营商为虚拟SIM卡2的购买新的流量套餐,并且,不将虚拟SIM卡2分配给新的用户终端。
在实际应用中,通信平台可以由设置在通信运营商内的软件等实现。
综上可知,通过本发明的实施,至少存在以下有益效果:
通信平台内设置有虚拟SIM卡,通信平台为接入的用户分配虚拟SIM卡,可以实现用户的正常通信,并且,根据计费规则可以完成用户资费及平台资费的同时管理,提供了第三方通信平台及对应的计费方法,解决了现有技术因为没有第三方通信平台导致通信运营商资费垄断的问题,使用体验高。
以上仅是本发明的具体实施方式而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施方式所做的任意简单修改、等同变化、结合或修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的通信平台及其计费方法,可以应用于计费过程中,通信平台内设置有虚拟SIM卡,通信平台为接入的用户分配虚拟SIM卡,可以实现用户的正常通信,并且,根据计费规则可以完成用户资费及平台资费的同时管理,提供了第三方通信平台及对应的计费方法,解决了现有技术因为没有第三方通信平台导致通信运营商资费垄断的问题。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种计费方法,所述计费方法包括:
    接收用户的订购信息,为用户分配虚拟SIM卡;
    获取用户使用信息;
    根据所述用户使用信息及计费规则,计算用户及通信平台的通信费用。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的计费方法,其中,所述计算用户通信费用包括:根据用户使用信息、以及所述计费规则中用户对应的用户计费规则,计算用户终端的通信费用,将用户终端的通信费用与订购信息中购买的资费进行比较,根据比较结果管理用户通信费用。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的计费方法,其中,所述根据比较结果管理用户通信费用包括:当比较结果为所述订购信息中购买的资费用完时,释放为用户分配的虚拟SIM卡。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的计费方法,其中,所述计算通信平台的通信费用包括:根据接入虚拟SIM卡的所有用户的用户使用信息计算虚拟SIM卡的平台使用信息,根据虚拟SIM卡的平台使用信息、以及所述计费规则中虚拟SIM卡对应的平台计费规则,计算虚拟SIM卡的通信费用。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的计费方法,其中,在计算虚拟SIM卡的通信费用之后还包括:将虚拟SIM卡的通信费用与虚拟SIM卡对应的资费套餐计算虚拟SIM卡对应的剩余资费;当剩余资费小于购买阈值时,提示用户为虚拟SIM卡购买新的资费套餐;当剩余资费为零时,提示用户为虚拟SIM卡购买新的资费套餐,且该虚拟SIM卡不在分配给用户。
  6. 一种通信平台,包括用于接入通信运营商的虚拟SIM卡、分配模块、获取模块及计费模块,其中,
    所述分配模块,设置为接收用户的订购信息,为用户分配虚拟SIM卡;
    所述获取模块,设置为获取用户使用信息;
    所述计费模块,设置为根据所述用户使用信息及计费规则,计算用户及通信平台的通信费用。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的通信平台,其中,所述计费模块包括用户计费子模块,所述用户计费子模块设置为根据用户使用信息、以及所述计费规则中用户对应的用户计费规则,计算用户终端的通信费用,将用户终端的通信费用与订购信息中购买的资费进行比较,根据比较结果管理用户通信费用。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的通信平台,其中,所述用户计费子模块还设置为当比较结果为所述订购信息中购买的资费用完时,通知所述分配模块释放为用户分配的虚拟SIM卡。
  9. 如权利要求6至8任一项所述的通信平台,其中,所述计费模块包括平台计费子模块,所述平台计费子模块设置为根据接入虚拟SIM卡的所有用户的用户使用信息计算虚拟SIM 卡的平台使用信息,根据虚拟SIM卡的平台使用信息、以及所述计费规则中虚拟SIM卡对应的平台计费规则,计算虚拟SIM卡的通信费用。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的通信平台,其中,还包括购买模块,所述平台计费子模块还设置为将虚拟SIM卡的通信费用与虚拟SIM卡对应的资费套餐计算虚拟SIM卡对应的剩余资费;当剩余资费小于购买阈值时,通过所述购买模块提示用户为虚拟SIM卡购买新的资费套餐;当剩余资费为零时,通过所述购买模块提示用户为虚拟SIM卡购买新的资费套餐,且通知所述分配模块该虚拟SIM卡不在分配给用户。
  11. 一种通信系统,包括用户终端、通信运营商及如权利要求6至10任一项所述的通信平台。
