Description

一种哑铃闹钟 【技术领域】
本发明涉及闹钟领域,更具体的说,涉及一种哑铃闹钟。
【背景技术】
哑铃是一种用于增强肌肉力量训练的简单器材,主要材料是铸铁,有的外包一层橡胶;用于肌力训练,肌肉复合动作训练。因运动麻痹、疼痛、长期不活动等导致肌力低下的患者,手持哑铃,可利用哑铃的重量进行抗阻力主动运动,训练肌力。哑铃可训练单一肌肉;如增加重量,则需多个肌肉的协调,也可作为一种肌肉复合动作训练。
然而现有城市生活紧凑,生活节奏加快,时间宝贵,人们能够挤出锻炼的时间越来越少,在锻炼的时候也需要注意时间,然而锻炼投入后往往会忽视时间,不仅造成时间的浪费还会因为锻炼过量造成身体不适。现有技术中公开号为202583717U(公开日2012.12.05)的中国发明专利公开了一种哑铃闹钟,如图1所示,在哑铃1的握柄2处铸造有凹槽3,凹槽3内安装有闹钟4。从而闹钟在起到叫醒的作用,尤其是早晨,以方便锻炼身体。
当对重量一定的哑铃锻炼时间过长该重量的哑铃对于锻炼者来说已经不能满足锻炼者锻炼的需求,而如果再购买重量不同的哑铃闹钟,花费较大。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够改变重量的哑铃闹钟。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种哑铃闹钟,包括哑铃本体和设置在所述哑铃本体上的闹钟,所述哑铃本体包括增重块、连接杆以及设置在所述连接杆两端的第一壳体和第二壳体,所述连接杆设置有用于更换不同重量的所述增重块的腔体。
优选的,放置于所述腔体内的增重块至少为两个。在腔体内可以安装至少 两个增重块,在更换增重块的过程中,相比单个更换增重块就比较简单;比如,腔体内可以安装三个增重块,使用者刚开始使用时仅仅在腔体内安放一个增重块,当使用者长时间锻炼安装一个增重块的哑铃闹钟觉得哑铃闹钟变的轻,已不能满足锻炼需求时,使用者可以在腔体内增加一个增重块,即在腔体内放置两个增重块以增加哑铃闹钟的整体重量用以适应使用者锻炼;同样,当安装有两个增重块满足不了使用者需求,使用者可以安放三个增重块在腔体内。当然,也可以在腔体内安装两个、四个、五个或其他个数的增重块以满足使用者需求。
优选的,所述增重块包括相邻的第一增重块和第二增重块,所述第一增重块设置有连接块,所述第二增重块设置有用于放置所述连接块的连接槽。连接块放置到连接槽内,起到限位固定作用,使得相邻的第一增重块和第二增重块之间配合紧密,不易晃动;当增重块的个数大于两个时其他相邻的增重块之间同样通过连接块和连接槽进行配合限位。当然,也可以采用其他限位的方式。
优选的,所述增重块为圆柱体结构。连接块放置到连接槽内,连接槽的周围侧壁套接在连接块上,连接槽的周围侧壁形成环形结构,各个环形结构相互套接使各个增重块之间形成同心的一个整体,不仅便于组装或拆卸单个增重块,而且便于组装或拆卸多个单独的增重块组成的整体。
优选的,所述哑铃闹钟还包括限位件,所述限位件设置有用于顶压在所述增重块上的限位板。限位件上的限位板对增重块进行限位固定使得增重块牢固的固定在腔体内,且防止增重块晃动。
优选的,所述限位板和限位件之间设置有加强筋。设置加强筋增加限位板强度,尤其是增加限位板根部的强度,使得限位板对增重块的限位固定效果更佳。
优选的,所述限位件通过螺丝固定在所述连接杆上。螺丝固定牢固,而且方便安装和拆卸,进而就方便更换增重块。
优选的,所述限位件设置螺丝孔,所述连接杆设置有与所述螺丝孔配合的螺孔柱,所述限位件沿所述螺丝孔延伸有用于套接在所述螺孔柱上的延伸部。 限位件上的延伸部套接在螺孔柱上起到限位作用,而且增加限位件与螺孔柱接触面积,使限位件和螺孔柱之间通过螺丝固定更加牢固。
优选的,所述腔体的侧壁上设置有用于限位所述增重块的限位凸起。限位凸起对增重块起到限位固定作用,使增重块牢固的固定在腔体内,防止增重块晃动。
优选的,所述闹钟的开关设置在所述第二壳体上,所述哑铃闹钟还包括可拆卸的固定在所述第二壳体上的盖子,当所述盖子固定在所述第二壳体上时所述盖子封闭所述开关。将盖子可拆卸的固定在第二壳体上将开关隐藏式设计,便于使用者使用哑铃闹钟进行锻炼,防止在使用过程中由于碰触而损坏开关。
本发明可以在连接杆的腔体内放置不同重量的增重块以适应使用者锻炼的需求。若使用者经常锻炼一种哑铃觉得该哑铃重量太轻,锻炼效果不佳,使用者使用本发明的哑铃闹钟可以在连接杆的腔体内更换重量更重的增重块以达到增重的目的,或者使用者也可以在连接杆的腔体内增加放置增重块以达到增重的目的,从而适应使用者锻炼。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种哑铃闹钟,包括哑铃本体和设置在所述哑铃本体上的闹钟,其特征在于,所述哑铃本体包括增重块、连接杆以及设置在所述连接杆两端的第一壳体和第二壳体,所述连接杆设置有用于更换不同重量的所述增重块的腔体。本发明可以在连接杆的腔体内放置不同重量的增重块以适应使用者锻炼的需求。若使用者经常锻炼一种哑铃觉得该哑铃重量太轻,锻炼效果不佳,使用者使用本发明的哑铃闹钟可以在连接杆的腔体内更换重量更重的增重块以达到增重的目的,或者使用者也可以在连接杆的腔体内增加放置增重块以达到增重的目的,从而适应使用者锻炼。
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
需要说明书的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。应该理解这样的结构在适当情况下可以互换,以便这里描述的本发明的实施例能够以除了在这里图示或描述的那些以外的顺序实施。此外,术语“包括”及其任何变 形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含。
本发明公开一种哑铃闹钟,作为本发明实施例一,如图2-9所示,哑铃闹钟100包括哑铃本体110和闹钟120,哑铃本体110便于锻炼身体,闹钟120起到可以起到定时作用,以便使用者按时进行锻炼或工作等。
本实施例的哑铃本体110包括增重块40、连接杆30以及设置在所述连接杆30两端的第一壳体10和第二壳体20,所述增重块40放置在所述连接杆30内部,连接杆30设置有用于更换不同重量的所述增重块40的腔体31,闹钟的器件分别安放在第一壳体及第二壳体内,对闹钟的固定效果好。如图3所示为本实施例一哑铃闹钟整体结构的横向截面图,其中,增重块40为一个,增重块40适合腔体31的大小设置。当然,本实施例一也可以不设置第一壳体及第二壳体,可直接将闹钟设置在连接杆的端部。
使用者在初次使用本实施例一的哑铃闹钟时可先在连接杆30的腔体31内安装重量较轻的增重块以便于使用者锻炼身体,当使用者长时间锻炼本实施例一的哑铃闹钟后可将较轻的增重拆卸下来,更换上重量较重的增重块以适应使用者进行锻炼。比如,使用者第一次使用本实施例一的哑铃闹钟时可以在腔体内安装5kg的增重块,使用者通过本实施例一的哑铃闹钟锻炼一段时间过后觉得哑铃闹钟的重量太轻以不能满足锻炼的需求时,可以将安装在腔体内的5kg的增重块取下,然后在腔体内安装8kg的增重块,从而增加哑铃闹钟的重量以适应使用者锻炼的需求。相对于重量固定不变的哑铃闹钟,本实施例一的哑铃闹钟100可以改变自身重量以适应不同使用者锻炼需求,以及适应使用者长时间锻炼的需求。
本实施例一在更换增重块时将增重块设置成大小相同、重量不同的结构,较轻的增重块上设置有镂空区域;也可以不设置镂空区域改变增重块重量,而采用材料不同的增重块来改变增重块重量。当然,也可以将增重块设置成大小不同、重量不同的结构。
如图4所示,本实施例一增重块40为圆柱体结构,对应的,连接杆的腔体 也设置成圆柱体结构的腔体,以适应增重块结构,便于与增重块进行配合。
在本实施例一中,如图6所示为连接杆的结构示意图,腔体31位于所述连接杆30的中部,并贯通的连接杆,连接杆中部设置成圆柱体结构方便使用者用手拿握,连接杆的两端大于连接杆的中部设置用于与第一壳体及第二壳体配合连接。增重块从连接杆的一端放置于腔体31内后通过限位件进行限位固定,如图3和图7所示,限位件50通过螺丝螺接固定在连接杆的端部,且位于腔体的入口处与腔体内的增重块40配合。当限位件固定在连接杆上时限位件50上的限位板顶压在增重块40上;结合图9所示为限位件的结构示意图,限位件上的限位板51为两个,间隔设置,两个限位板用于顶压在增重块上限位效果更好,当然,也可以设置其他个数的限位板。本实施例一的限位板根部,即限位板和限位件连接处设置有加强筋52,设置加强筋增加限位板的强度,尤其是增加限位板根部的强度,使得限位板对增重块的限位固定效果更佳。限位件为条形的板状结构,其中,限位件的两端的端部设置有螺丝孔53,对应的,连接杆30上设置有与螺丝孔53配合通过螺丝螺接的螺孔柱33。为了增加限位件固定的牢固性,使得限位件对增重块的限位效果更佳,限位件沿螺丝孔延伸有用于套接在螺孔柱上的延伸部54,延伸部套接在螺孔柱上起到限位作用,使得限位件更加牢固的固定在连接杆上。本实施例也可以采用其他方式对增重块进行限位固定。
本实施例一将连接杆贯穿设置,即腔体31有两个入口,分别位于连接杆的两个端部,使得连接杆两端的重量均衡;当然,也可以仅设置一个入口,另一端封闭设置。
如图3-5所示,闹钟包括显示屏121、电路板122、电池123、开关124、喇叭125、固定架126、背光纸127以及透光片128,其中,显示屏121、电路板122、喇叭125、固定架126、背光纸127以及透光片128固定在第一壳体10内,第一壳体10固定在连接杆30的一端端部。电路板通过导线与电池进行电性连接,导线通过腔体穿过,喇叭125也通过该导线与电池进行电性连接。第二壳体20上设置有用于放置电池的电池仓21,开关124安装固定在第二壳体上,第 二壳体设置有避让开关的开关孔,以便使用者控制闹钟。显示屏121和背光纸127配合,显示屏121还与透光片127配合,透光片128起到透光作用,使得使用者观看到显示屏的限位装置,且防止显示屏裸露在外,起到保护作用;背光纸起到背光的作用,使显示屏的显示效果更好。显示屏和背光纸配合后放置在第一壳体上与透光片配合,配合完成后固定架126安装放置在第一壳体内,对显示屏及背光纸起到限位固定作用,固定架安装固定到第一壳体内后电路板放置在第一壳体内并固定到固定架上,其中,喇叭固定在连接杆上,结合图6,连接杆一端端部设置有喇叭槽34,喇叭放置在喇叭槽34内,将喇叭固定到喇叭槽内,且电路板固定到固定架上后将第一壳体盖合到连接杆的端部。这是设置闹钟的一种具体结构,当然,也可以将闹钟设置成其他结构。
其中,连接杆设置固定槽35,结合图7,固定槽35内安装有固定件37,对应的,第一壳体上设置有与所述固定槽配合的配合槽(图中未显示),固定件一端插入到固定槽内,另一端插入到配合槽内,固定件为金属材料,且固定件设置为锯齿结构,当固定件插入到固定槽以及配合槽内时产生摩擦,从而将第一壳体固定到连接杆上。这是固定第一壳体的一种具体方式,这种固定方式方便组装或拆卸;组装时先将固定件插入到固定槽,再将固定件插入到配合槽内即将第一壳体固定到连接杆上,或者先将固定件插入到配合槽内,再将固定件插入到固定槽内。在拆卸时直接用力拉第一壳体和连接杆将固定件从固定槽或配合槽内拔出即可将第一壳体和连接杆分离,简单,方便。当然,也可以采用其他方式进行固定,比如,通过螺钉将第一壳体螺接到连接杆上。
本实施例一第二壳体20通过螺丝螺接固定到连接杆上,其中,第二壳体上的电池仓位于第二壳体外表面,且开关孔与电池仓相邻设置。本实施例一的哑铃闹钟还包括一可拆卸固定在第二壳体上的盖子60,如图8所示为盖子的结构示意图,当盖子60固定到第二壳体上时盖子封闭开关及电池仓,从而将开关及电池仓隐藏,起到电池盖的作用,而且这种将开关隐藏设计,还便于使用者使用本实施例一的哑铃闹钟进行锻炼,防止在使用过程中由于碰触而损坏开关。
本实施例一盖子和第二壳体卡接固定,卡接固定方便安装和拆卸,从而便于使用者通过开关控制闹钟,且便于使用者更换电池。如图5所示,盖子套接在第二壳体上,第二壳体上设置有卡扣22,对应的,如图8所示,盖子设置有与所述卡扣22卡接配合的卡槽61;具体的,卡槽包括一插入部和一扣合部,卡扣22从卡槽的插入部插入,并通过旋转把卡扣转动到扣合部位置,从而使卡扣和卡槽卡配,进而使盖子牢固的固定在第二壳体上。这是固定盖子的具体方式,这样固定便于打开以及扣合盖子。当然,也可以采用其他科拆卸方式进行固定,比如:在盖子内表面设置螺纹,在第二壳体外表面设置与盖子上的螺纹配合的螺纹,从而可将盖子螺接到第二壳体上。
在本实施例一中,如图6所示,腔体31内表面上设置有条形结构的限位凸起32,限位凸起32对增重块起到限位固定作用,使增重块牢固的固定在腔体内,防止增重块晃动。限位凸起至少为两个,均布设置,限位凸起与腔体等长设置,即限位凸起沿腔体轴向设置,这样对增重块限位效果更佳;而且设置限位凸起使得增重块和腔体内表面之间形成空隙,从而以便放置导线,便于闹钟的电池与电路板及喇叭进行电性连接,而且防止增重块对导线造成摩擦,防止增重块损坏导线。当然,也可以将限位凸起沿腔体径向设置,可以在径向设置的限位凸起上设置开口以便导线穿过。
作为本发明实施例二,如图10-11所示,图10为实施例二连接杆和增重块的拆分配合图,本实施例二与实施例一的区别在于:本实施例二的增重块为两个:第一增重块41和第二增重块42,连接杆30的腔体31内可放置第一增重块和第二增重块。在使用过程中,使用者刚开始使用本实施例二的哑铃闹钟时可以在连接杆的腔体内放置第一增重块41或第二增重块,即仅在腔体内放置一个增重块,当使用者长时间锻炼安装一个增重块的哑铃闹钟觉得哑铃闹钟变的轻,已不能满足锻炼需求时,使用者可以在腔体内增加一个增重块,即使用者可将第一增重块和第二增重块都放置在腔体内以适应使用者锻炼身体。
在本实施例二中,所述第一增重块41设置有连接块411,所述第二增重块 42设置有用于放置所述连接块411的连接槽421。连接块放置到连接槽内,起到限位固定作用,使得相邻的第一增重块和第二增重块之间配合紧密,不易晃动。当然,也可以采用其他限位的方式对第一增重块和第二增重块进行限位,或者,也可以不设置限位结构进行限位,将第一增重块和第二增重块等大、等重量设置,即将第一增重块和第二增重块设置成大小相同、重量相同的结构,这样当两个相同的增重块安装放置到腔体内时配合效果好,不易晃动。当然,也可以将两个增重块设置成大小相同,重量不同的结构。
本实施例二的增重块也为圆柱体结构,同样,腔体适合增重块结构设置。连接块411放置到连接槽421内,连接槽的周围侧壁套接在连接块上,连接槽的周围侧壁形成环形结构,环形结构套接到连接块上使两个增重块之间形成同心的一个整体结构,不仅便于组装或拆卸单个增重块,而且便于组装或拆卸两个单独的增重块组成的整体结构。
各个环形结构相互套接使各个增重块之间形成同心的一个整体,不仅便于组装或拆卸单个增重块,而且便于组装或拆卸多个单独的增重块组成的整体。实施例二其他设置与实施例一相同,这里不再一一详述。
作为本发明实施例三,如图12所示为本实施例三连接杆和增重块拆分的配合图,其中,结合图11,本实施例三与实施例二的区别在于:所述增重块为三个:第一增重块41、第二增重块42及第三增重块43;连接杆30的腔体31内可放置第一增重块、第二增重块及第三增重块。在使用过程中,使用者刚开始使用本实施例三的哑铃闹钟时可以在连接杆的腔体内放置第一增重块41或第二增重块42或第三增重块43,即仅在腔体内放置一个增重块,当使用者长时间锻炼安装一个增重块的哑铃闹钟觉得哑铃闹钟变的轻,已不能满足锻炼需求时,使用者可以在腔体内增加一个增重块,即使用者可将第一增重块和第二增重块放置在腔体内以适应使用者锻炼身体,同样,若使用者再进行长时间锻炼后觉得放置腔体放置有第一增重块和第二增重块的哑铃闹钟已不能满足锻炼需求,可以将第三增重块也放置到腔体内以适应使用者锻炼身体。
当然,本实施例三也可以设置4个、5个甚至更多个增重块,以适应不同人群使用。
本实施例三与实施例二相同,在两个相邻的增重块之间通过连接块和连接槽进行配合起到限位作用,使得三个或大于三个的增重块之间通过限位块和限位槽的配合形成整体结构,不仅便于组装或拆卸单个增重块,而且方便组装或拆卸多个增重块形成的整体结构。本实施例三其他设置也与实施例二相同,这里不再一一详述。
作为本发明实施例四,如图13所示为本实施例四连接杆和增重块拆分配合的示意图,增重块为两个:第一增重块41和第二增重块42,本实施例四与实施例二的区别在于:第一增重块41和第二增重块42大小不同。本实施例四其他设置与实施例二相同,这里不再一一详述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种哑铃闹钟,包括哑铃本体和设置在所述哑铃本体上的闹钟,其特征在于,所述哑铃本体包括增重块、连接杆以及设置在所述连接杆两端的第一壳体和第二壳体,所述连接杆设置有用于更换不同重量的所述增重块的腔体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的哑铃闹钟,其特征在于,放置于所述腔体内的增重块至少为两个。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的哑铃闹钟,其特征在于,所述增重块包括相邻的第一增重块和第二增重块,所述第一增重块设置有连接块,所述第二增重块设置有用于放置所述连接块的连接槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的哑铃闹钟,其特征在于,所述增重块为圆柱体结构。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的哑铃闹钟,其特征在于,所述哑铃闹钟还包括限位件,所述限位件设置有用于顶压在所述增重块上的限位板。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的哑铃闹钟,其特征在于,所述限位板和限位件之间设置有加强筋。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的哑铃闹钟,其特征在于,所述限位件通过螺丝固定在所述连接杆上。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的哑铃闹钟,其特征在于,所述限位件设置螺丝孔,所述连接杆设置有与所述螺丝孔配合的螺孔柱,所述限位件沿所述螺丝孔延伸有用于套接在所述螺孔柱上的延伸部。
  9. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的哑铃闹钟,其特征在于,所述腔体的侧壁上设置有用于限位所述增重块的限位凸起。
  10. 如权利要求1-4所述的哑铃闹钟,其特征在于,所述闹钟的开关设置在所述第二壳体上,所述哑铃闹钟还包括可拆卸的固定在所述第二壳体上的盖子,当所述盖子固定在所述第二壳体上时所述盖子封闭所述开关。
