本发明属于互联网领域,提供了一种根据游戏存档推送广告时展示产品信息的方法和游戏系统,所述方法包括:存储带标签的广告信息;根据游戏存档匹配具有相应标签的广告信息;当检测到正在读盘时,推送广告信息以及产品信息;读盘结束时,终止推送广告信息以及产品信息;将已经推送的广告信息的数据反馈至服务器。通过该发明,可以在游戏读盘、推送广告信息时,加大广告投放的精确度,同时,将用户体验到的产品特性与专利信息相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。

Description

根据游戏存档推送广告时展示产品信息的方法和游戏系统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种根据游戏存档推送广告时展示产品信息的方法和游戏系统。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将“版权归特定人所有”的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如“滑动解锁”等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《根据游戏存档推送广告的方法和游戏系统》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决 办法。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种根据游戏存档推送广告时展示产品信息的方法,目的在于解决当前游戏读盘(读取数据)过程中推送广告不精准的问题的同时,能更好地保护技术创新者的利益。
本发明是这样实现的:一种根据游戏存档推送广告时展示产品信息的方法,包括以下步骤:
存储带标签的广告信息;
根据游戏存档匹配具有相应标签的广告信息;
当检测到正在读盘时,推送广告信息以及产品信息;
读盘结束时,终止推送广告信息以及产品信息;
将已经推送的广告信息的数据反馈至服务器。
本发明实施例还提供了一种游戏系统,包括:
存储单元,用于存储带标签的广告信息;
匹配单元,与所述存储单元连接,用于根据游戏存档匹配具有相应标签的广告信息;
信息推送单元,与所述匹配单元连接,用于在检测到正在读盘时,推送广告信息以及产品信息,并在读盘结束时,终止推送广告信息以及产品信息;
数据反馈单元,与所述信息推送单元连接,用于将已经推送的广告信息的数据反馈至服务器。
进一步地,所述游戏系统还包括:
数据下载单元,其输出端与所述存储单元的输入端连接,用于从网络上下载广告信息数据。
通过该发明,可以在游戏读盘、推送广告信息时,加大广告投放的精确度,同时,将用户体验到的产品特性与专利信息相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种根据游戏存档推送广告时展示产品信息的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,存储广告信息。所述广告信息可以由游戏光碟或游戏卡中自带,也可以预先从网上下载到游戏机的存储空间中存储,也可以实时地从网上下载到游戏机的存储空间中存储。
在步骤S102中,根据游戏存档匹配具有相应标签的广告信息,在现有的技术中,尤其在次时代主机PS4\xboxone等平台上,游戏都有其相匹配的游戏存档,通过这些游戏存档,可以解读出玩家大量的信息,如作息习惯、 喜好的游戏等,通过这些信息,可以跟玩家分类,如喜好玩射击游戏的玩家、喜好玩恐怖游戏的玩家,甚至精确分类到在《美国末日》游戏上花费了近50个小时的玩家。相应的,对所欲推出的产品匹配产品标签,如:对一款《美国末日》主体的杯子为了向上述《美国末日》的玩家自动推送广告信息,而匹配“美国末日”的标签。
在步骤S103中,当检测到读盘时,推送广告信息以及产品信息。在该步骤中,当游戏系统进入读盘状态(loading)进行数据的读取和重建时,向玩家推送广告信息以及产品信息;
所述产品信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述产品信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述产品信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述产品信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
在步骤S104中,当读盘结束时,终止推送广告信息以及产品信息。
在步骤S105中,终止推送广告信息后,将已经推送的广告信息的数据反馈至服务器。该步骤的目的在于,通过反馈的数据有效证明广告的投放力度,从而可以根据投放次数和力度向厂家收取相应的广告费用。所述服务器可以为广告商的服务器和/或厂商的服务器。
通过该发明,可以在游戏读盘、推送广告信息时,加大广告投放的精确度。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种游戏系统的结构示意图,包括:
存储单元201,用于存储带标签的广告信息;
匹配单元202,与所述存储单元201连接,用于根据游戏存档匹配具有相应标签的广告信息;
信息推送单元203,与所述匹配单元202连接,用于在检测到正在读盘时,推送广告信息以及产品信息,并在读盘结束时,终止推送广告信息以及产品信息;
数据反馈单元204,与所述信息推送单元203连接,用于将已经推送的广告信息的数据反馈至服务器。
其工作原理是:存储单元201用于存储来自游戏卡本身或者来自互联网上的广告信息,匹配单元202用于根据游戏存档匹配具有相应标签的广告信息;信息推送单元203在检测到正在读盘时,推送广告信息以及产品信息,并在读盘结束时,终止推送广告信息以及产品信息,数据反馈单元204,用于将已经推送的广告信息的数据反馈至服务器。
当广告信息来自网上定期或者实时下载时,所述游戏系统还包括输出端与所述存储单元的输入端连接的数据下载单元,用于从网络上下载广告信息数据。
通过该发明,可以在游戏读盘、推送广告信息时,加大广告投放的精确度,同时,将用户体验到的产品特性与专利信息相结合,从而使该发明创造的价值最大化。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种根据游戏存档推送广告时展示产品信息的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    存储带标签的广告信息;
    根据游戏存档匹配具有相应标签的广告信息;
    当检测到正在读盘时,推送广告信息以及产品信息;
    读盘结束时,终止推送广告信息以及产品信息;
    将已经推送的广告信息的数据反馈至服务器。
  2. 一种游戏系统,其特征在于,所述游戏系统包括:
    存储单元,用于存储带标签的广告信息;
    匹配单元,与所述存储单元连接,用于根据游戏存档匹配具有相应标签的广告信息;
    信息推送单元,与所述匹配单元连接,用于在检测到正在读盘时,推送广告信息以及产品信息,并在读盘结束时,终止推送广告信息以及产品信息;
    数据反馈单元,与所述信息推送单元连接,用于将已经推送的广告信息的数据反馈至服务器。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的游戏系统,其特征在于,所述游戏系统还包括:
    数据下载单元,其输出端与所述存储单元的输入端连接,用于从网络上下载广告信息数据。
