L'invention concerne une semelle ou semelle intérieure composite multicouche, comprenant une partie centrale isolante et une série de couches empilées (30, 40, 50), qui sont placées à proximité de ladite partie centrale isolante, la partie centrale ayant au moins une première couche (10, 20) constituée de matière plastique synthétique possédant des caractéristiques isolantes, tandis que lesdites couches empilées (30, 40, 50) ont des épaisseurs différentes et sont constituées de fibres de carbone ou d'autres matières plastiques synthétiques ou en tissu synthétique technique thermoformé.
