本发明实施例涉及的终端,可以包括但不限于手机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、平板电脑、便携设备(例如,便携式计算机)等移动通讯设备,本发明实施例并不限定终端的类型,只要终端具有检测声音强度的功能即可。
本发明实施例涉及的数字电视设备,可以包括数字机顶盒、数字电视,还可以包括数字电视前端服务器,在不同的场景下,数字电视设备所包括的内容不同,具体可以参见下述实施例的描述。在实际应用中,数字机顶盒通过无线或者有线的方式与数字前端服务器连接,数字电视前端服务器可以将节目和节目信息表以流的形式下发给数字机顶盒,然后数字机顶盒对该数据流进行解析,获得节目和节目信息表;由于数字机顶盒与电视之间以视音频线连接,因此,机顶盒可以将所获得的节目和节目信息表以视音频信号的形式输出到电视上,进行显示。
本发明实施例涉及的方法,旨在解决采用现有技术进行调节后的节目音量,仍然无法满足用户对电视节目音量的要求,人机交互不够智能化的技术问题。
下面以具体地实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。下面这几个具体的实施例可以相互结合,对于相同或相似的概念或过程可能在某些实施例不再赘述。
图1为本发明实施例提供的调节电视音量的方法实施例一的流程示意图。本实施例涉及的是数字电视设备通过从终端处获得的电视播放节目时的声音强度,将该声音强度调整为满足用户要求的声音强度的具体过程。如图1所示,该方法包括:
S101:数字电视设备接收终端检测的电视播放的音视频的第一声音强度。
具体的,用户打开电视,电视此时正在播放节目的音视频,终端由此监听电视发出的声音,获得电视所播放的音视频的第一声音强度。可选的,该终端可以为任一具有检测声音强度功能的设备,也就是说该设备不仅要具有 收音功能,还需要有检测所收录的声音的强度的功能。该终端与数字电视设备可以采用无线连接方式进行通信连接,例如,可以是通过无线保真(Wireless Fidelity,简称WIFI)、红外、蓝牙、通用分组无线服务技术(General Packet Radio Service,简称GPRS)等可用于传递无线信号的通信方式连接。以手机为例,当电视播放节目的音视频时,手机可以启动其内置的用于检测声音强度的软件以及收音麦克风,来监听电视播放节目音视频的声音强度。该终端也可以为普通的遥控器,只需要在该遥控器上增加收音麦克风以及检测声音强度的软件即可。需要说明的是,终端上的收音器件,可以为收音麦克风,还可以为其他的收音硬件模块,只要该模块具有收音的功能即可;并且,终端在检测声音强度时,不仅可以通过启动终端上的检测声音强度的软件实现,还可以通过在终端上搭建可以检测声音强度的硬件模块,或者还可以是通过软硬结合的方式检测声音强度。本发明实施例对终端如何收音、终端如何检测声音强度,并不做限定。
这里以手机为例说明终端如何检测所获取的电视的声音强度。手机上的MIC可以用于接收电视发出来的声音,任何一个系统的手机都可以获得这个声音的波形(例如安卓系统的手机、苹果系统的手机)。根据手机本身对声音的采样率可以换算得到声音的分贝值,例如声卡采样率是11.025kHz,即每秒采样11025次,每次采样的量化值用0到65536之间的某个值表示。这样就得到了声音在时域上的离散信号。对这个离散信号做离散傅里叶变换,就可以得到声音在频域范围内的离散信号,对该离散信号划分倍频程后,计算每个频段内频点的平均值,然后再取对数,即可得到各频段的分贝值。最后根据A率曲线对之前得到的对数值进行加权,即可得到最终的声音分贝值,也就是上述的第一声音强度。
S102:数字电视设备根据所述第一声音强度和预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N],确定第二声音强度;其中,所述M和N均为大于0的自然数,所述M大于所述N;所述预设的声音强度阈值范围为适于用户收听的声音强度阈值范围。
具体的,终端将所获得的第一声音强度发送给数字电视设备,使得数字电视设备可以根据该第一声音强度和预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]之间的关系确定第二声音强度。可选的,可以是直接通过判断该第一声音强度是否 在预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内,从而可以根据判断结果确定出第二声音强度,还可以是通过判断第一声音强度是否与预设的声音强度范围内的某个声音强度的值匹配,根据匹配结果来确定第二声音强度,还可以是通过判断第一声音强度与预设的声音强度范围的端点值的大小,根据判断结果确定出第二声音强度。上述该预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N],可以是用户设定的适合人耳收听的声音强度范围,例如可以是40dB到70dB之间,也可以是终端根据用户的使用习惯保存的适合人耳收听的声音强度范围,例如50dB到60dB之间,本发明实施例对该预设的声音强度阈值范围并不做限定,只要其能够适于人耳收听即可。可选的,该第二声音强度可以与第一声音强度相同,也可以不同,视上述判断结果而定。例如,假设数字电视设备判断上述第一声音强度在预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内,则数字电视设备确定电视机当前发出的声音的强度是适合人耳收听的强度,则就确定第二声音强度与第一声音强度相等。
S103:数字电视设备将所述电视播放的音视频的声音强度调整为所述第二声音强度。
具体的,当数字电视设备确定出上述第二声音强度后,将当前电视的声音自动调整为第二声音强度,以满足用户对电视播放音视频的声音要求,提高用户的收听体验,进一步实现数字电视设备、终端与用户之间的人机交互智能性。
本发明实施例提供的调节电视音量的方法,通过数字电视设备接收终端所检测到的电视所播放的音视频的第一声音强度,并根据该第一声音强度和预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N],确定第二声音强度,并将上述电视所播放的音视频的声音强度自动调整为该第二声音强度,从而满足了用户对电视播放的音视频的声音要求,提高用户的收听体验,进一步提高了数字电视设备、终端与用户之间的人机交互智能性。
图2为本发明实施例提供的调节电视音量的方法实施例二的流程示意图。本实施例涉及的是当上述数字电视设备为数字机顶盒或电视时,终端如何根据第一声音强度和预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N],确定第二声音强度的具体过程。如图2所示,在上述实施例的基础上,上述S102具体包括:
S201:数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度是否位于所述预设的声音强 度阈值范围[M,N]内。若是,则执行S202;若否,则执行S203。
具体的,数字电视设备接收到终端反馈的电视的第一声音强度后,判断该第一声音强度是否位于上述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内。可选的,数字电视设备通过判断第一声音强度是否与预设的声音强度范围内的某个声音强度的值匹配,来判断第一声音强度是否位于预设的声音强度阈值范围内;例如,若第一声音强度与上述预设的声音强度范围内的某个声音强度的值匹配,则说明第一声音强度位于该预设的声音强度阈值范围内(这里所述的“匹配”可以为第一声音强度与预设的声音强度阈值范围内的某一个声音强度的值相等);若第一声音强度与上述预设的声音强度范围内的任何一个声音强度的值都不匹配,则说明第一声音强度没有位于该预设的声音强度阈值范围内。可选的,数字电视设备还可以通过判断第一声音强度与预设的声音强度范围的端点值的大小,根据判断结果来确定所述第一声音强度是否位于上述预设的声音强度阈值范围内。本发明实施例对数字电视设备如何确定所述第一声音强度是否位于上述预设的声音强度阈值范围内的形式并不做限定。
S202:数字电视设备确定所述第二声音强度为等于所述第一声音强度的值。
具体的,当数字电视设备确定上述第一声音强度位于上述预设的声音强度阈值范围内时,数字电视设备确定第二声音强度为等于所述第一声音强度的值,即数字电视设备确定当前电视播放节目音视频的声音可以满足用户的收听要求,可选的,数字电视设备可以通过软件或软硬件结合的方式将电视的声音固定在第一声音强度。
S203:数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度与所述预设的声音强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系;若所述数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度小于所述M,则所述数字电视设备确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值;若所述数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度大于所述N,则所述数字电视设备确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值。
具体的,当数字电视设备确定上述第一声音强度没有位于上述预设的声音强度阈值范围内时,数字电视设备确定当前电视播放节目音视频的声音无法满足用户的收听要求,因此,数字电视设备进一步判断上述第一声音强度 与上述预设的声音强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系。当数字电视设备判断第一声音强度小于M,则数字电视设备确定当前电视播放节目音视频的声音过小,需要将电视当前播放节目音视频的声音调大,即从第一声音强度调大到第二声音强度,第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值;当数字电视设备判断第一声音强度大于N,则数字电视设备确定当前电视播放节目音视频的声音过大,需要将电视当前播放节目音视频的声音调小,即从第一声音强度调小到第二声音强度,第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值。以上调整,均可以使电视当前播放节目的声音满足用户的收听要求。
本发明实施例提供的调节电视音量的方法,通过数字电视设备接收终端所检测到的电视所播放的音视频的第一声音强度,并判断第一声音强度是否位于所述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内,从而根据判断结果确定第二声音强度,并将上述电视所播放的音视频的声音强度调整为该第二声音强度,从而满足了用户对电视播放的音视频的声音要求,提高用户的收听体验,进一步提高了数字电视设备、终端与用户之间的人机交互智能性;另外,本实施例中,当数字电视设备为数字机顶盒时,采用本实施例的方法,无需数字机顶盒对私有描述子进行处理,降低了数字机顶盒的工作负载,提高了数字机顶盒的工作效率。
图3为本发明实施例提供的调节电视音量的方法实施例三的流程示意图。本实施例涉及的是当上述数字电视设备为数字机顶盒或电视时,终端如何根据第一声音强度和预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N],确定第二声音强度的另一具体过程。如图3所示,在上述实施例的基础上,上述S102具体包括:
S301:数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度是否位于所述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内;若是,则执行S302,若否,则执行S303。
具体的,S301的执行过程具体可以参见上述S201的描述过程,在此不在赘述。
S302:数字电视设备确定所述电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均为所述第二声音强度,且确定所述第二声音强度为等于所述第一声音强度的值。
具体的,当数字电视设备确定上述第一声音强度位于上述预设的声音强度阈值范围内时,数字电视设备将当前电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度 均确定为第二声音强度,且数字电视设备确定第二声音强度为等于所述第一声音强度的值,即数字电视设备确定当前电视播放节目音视频的声音可以满足用户的收听要求,可选的,数字电视设备可以通过软件或软硬件结合的方式将电视所播放的所有音视频的声音均固定在第一声音强度。
S303:数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度与所述预设的声音强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系;若所述数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度小于所述M,则所述数字电视设备确定所述电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均为所述第二声音强度,且所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值;若所述数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度大于所述N,则所述数字电视设备确定所述电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均为所述第二声音强度,且所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值。
具体的,当数字电视设备确定上述第一声音强度没有位于上述预设的声音强度阈值范围内时,数字电视设备确定当前电视播放节目音视频的声音无法满足用户的收听要求,因此,数字电视设备进一步判断上述第一声音强度与上述预设的声音强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系。当数字电视设备判断第一声音强度小于M,则数字电视设备确定当前电视播放节目音视频的声音过小,需要将电视当前播放节目音视频的声音调大,即从第一声音强度调大到第二声音强度,并将当前电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均确定为第二声音强度,第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值;当数字电视设备判断第一声音强度大于N,则数字电视设备确定当前电视播放节目音视频的声音过大,需要将电视当前播放节目音视频的声音调小,即从第一声音强度调小到第二声音强度,并将当前电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均确定为第二声音强度,第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值。以上调整,均可以使电视所播放的节目的声音满足用户的收听要求。
本发明实施例提供的调节电视音量的方法,通过数字电视设备接收终端所检测到的电视所播放的音视频的第一声音强度,并判断第一声音强度是否位于所述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内,从而根据判断结果确定第二声音强度,并将上述电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度调整为该第二声音强度,从而满足了用户对电视播放的音视频的声音要求,提高用户的收听体验, 进一步提高了数字电视设备、终端与用户之间的人机交互智能性;另外,本实施例中,当数字电视设备为数字机顶盒时,采用本实施例的方法,无需数字机顶盒对私有描述子进行处理,降低了数字机顶盒的工作负载,提高了数字机顶盒的工作效率。
图4为本发明实施例提供的调节电视音量的方法实施例四的流程示意图。本实施例涉及的是当上述数字电视设备为数字电视前端服务器时,终端如何根据第一声音强度和预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N],将电视当前所播放的音视频的声音强度调整为满足用户收听要求的声音强度的具体过程。本实施例中,数字电视设备(即数字电视前端服务器)在预设时间段内接收到的终端检测到的第一声音强度为L个,即终端在上述预设时间段内反馈给数字电视前端服务器的第一声音强度为L个;其中,所述L个第一声音强度为所述终端在所述预设时间段内对L个电视播放的音视频的声音强度进行检测得到的。如图4所示,该方法包括:
S401:数字电视前端服务器接收终端所检测到的L个电视对应的L个第一声音强度。
具体的,数字电视前端服务器在预设时间段内接收终端反馈的电视所播放的音视频的第一声音强度。由于数字电视前端服务器同时可以服务于多个数字电视机顶盒和多个电视(假设为L个,L为大于1的整数),因此,在预设时间段内,终端反馈给数字电视前端服务器的第一声音强度为L个。
S402:数字电视前端服务器根据所述L个第一声音强度确定声音强度平均值。
可选的,该声音强度平均值可以是L个第一声音强度的算数平均值,也可以是L个第一声音强度的加权平均值。
S403:数字电视前端服务器根据所述声音强度平均值和所述预设的声音强度阈值范围,确定所述第二声音强度,其中,所述M和N均为大于0的自然数,所述M大于所述N;所述预设的声音强度阈值范围为适于用户收听的声音强度阈值范围。

当数字电视前端服务器确定上述声音强度平均值位于上述预设的声音强度阈值范围内时,数字电视前端服务器确定第二声音强度为等于声音强度平均值的值,即数字电视前端服务器确定当前电视播放节目音视频的声音的平均值可以满足用户的收听要求。
当数字电视前端服务器确定上述声音强度平均值没有位于上述预设的声音强度阈值范围内时,数字电视前端服务器确定当前电视播放节目音视频的声音无法满足用户的收听要求,因此,数字电视前端服务器进一步判断上述声音强度平均值与上述预设的声音强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系。当数字电视前端服务器判断声音强度平均值小于M,则数字电视前端服务器确定当前各个电视播放节目音视频的声音的平均值过小,需要将各个电视当前播放节目音视频的声音进行调整,即将声音强度平均值调大到第二声音强度(即确定第二声音强度为大于声音强度平均值的值,且第二声音强度大于等于所述M小于等于所述N);当数字电视前端服务器判断声音强度平均值大于N,则数字电视前端服务器确定当前各个电视播放节目音视频的声音的平均值过大,需要各个将电视当前播放节目音视频的声音进行调整,即将声音强度平均值调小到第二声音强度(即确定第二声音强度为小于声音强度平均值的值,且第二声音强度大于等于所述M小于等于所述N)。

具体的,数字电视前端服务器确定第二声音强度之后,根据该第二声音强度对各个电视的所播放的音视频重新编码,即将赋予各个电视的节目的音视频的声音的强度进行调整,并将调整后的音视频重新下发给各个数字机顶盒,进而下发给各个电视,从而使得各个电视当前所播放的音视频的声音调整为第二声音强度。
本发明实施例提供的调节电视音量的方法,通过数字电视设备接收终端反馈的L个第一声音强度,根据该L个第一声音强度确定声音强度平均值,并判断声音强度平均值是否位于所述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内,从而根据判断结果确定第二声音强度,并通过根据第二声音强度对L个电视的所播放的音视频重新编码,将L个电视所播放的音视频的声音调整为第二声音强度,从而满足了用户对电视播放的音视频的声音要求,提高用户的收听体验,进一步实现了数字电视设备、终端与用户之间的人机交互智能性。
图5为本发明实施例提供的调节电视音量的方法实施例五的流程示意图。本实施例涉及的是当数字电视设备为数字机顶盒,用户对当前调整为第二声音强度的电视播放音视频的声音继续进行调整时,数字电视设备的处理过程。本实施例中,数字机顶盒预设一音量幅值参数,该音量幅值参数一般为数字机顶盒出厂时设定的最大音量幅值(在一般情况下,该音量幅值参数的值是不变的),数字机顶盒将该音量幅值参数输入给电视,从而使得电视将该音量幅值参数与自身的音量幅值进行叠加或其他处理,从而输出处理后的声音,供用户收听。也就是说,前述预设的声音强度阈值范围是在数字机顶盒的音量幅值参数下所设定的。在上述实施例一的基础上,进一步地,在上述S103之后,该方法还包括:
S501:数字机顶盒判断是否接收到所述终端发送的第三声音强度;所述第三声音强度为所述终端在所述电视的声音强度被调整为第二声音强度后的第一时间段内检测到的声音强度。
具体的,终端在数字机顶盒将电视播放音视频的声音强度调整为第二声音强度后,终端在第一时间段内仍然处于监听状态,当终端监听到电视播放音视频的声音在第一时间段内继续有变化时,终端将所检测到的第三声音强度发送给数字机顶盒。此时,数字机顶盒也处于判断在第一时间段内是否接 收到终端发送的第三声音强度的状态。
S502:若是,则所述数字机顶盒根据所述第三声音强度调整所述音量幅值参数,并将调整后的音量幅值参数输出给所述电视。
具体的,当数字机顶盒在第一时间段内接收到终端发送的第三声音强度,则说明用户对当前所调整的第二声音强度的值仍然不满意。此种情况具体可以为:上述预设的声音强度阈值范围是适于正常用户的收听阈值范围,但对于老年用户或者家中有用户休息的场景时,前述根据预设的声音强度阈值范围调整的第二声音强度就会出现不太适合的情况,按照上述实施例一中所举的例子,预设的声音强度阈值范围为40dB到70dB之间,假设最终确定的第二声音强度为70dB,但对于老年用户来说,仍然会觉得70dB不能满足其收听要求,则会手动继续调大电视的声音(用户手动调整音量时也是按一定的步进值调整的,例如从70dB调大到80dB时,可以是先调大到75dB,再调大到80dB)。假设终端在第一时间段内检测到电视的声音已经不再是70dB,而是75dB(第三声音强度)时,终端会迅速将该第三声音强度反馈给数字机顶盒,由于上述70dB是根据数字机顶盒上的最大音量幅值参数下设定的满足用户收听要求的声音强度阈值范围的最大值,因此,当第三声音强度大于70dB时,说明在数字机顶盒当前的音量幅值参数下已经无法调整,则就需要调高数字机顶盒当前的音量幅值参数,并将调高后的音量幅值参数输出给电视,从而使得电视在当前75dB的基础上进一步将声音调大,进而可以满足老年用户的要求。
对于家中有用户休息的场景时,终端检测到的第三声音强度小于上述预设的声音强度阈值范围的最小值,则可以参照上述老年用户的场景,将音量幅值参数调小,再输出给电视。具体过程在此不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的调节电视音量的方法,在数字电视设备将所述电视所播放的音视频的声音调整为所述第二声音强度之后,数字电视设备判断是否接收到所述终端发送的第三声音强度,若是,则根据第三声音强度调整数字电视设备中所预设的音量幅值参数,并将调整后的音量幅值参数输出给电视。本发明实施例的方法,进一步提高用户的收听体验,提高了数字电视设备、终端与用户之间的人机交互智能性。
下述实施例是数字电视设备根据用户的声音测试指令调整当前所播放的音视频的声音强度的建议过程。并且,下述实施例中,数字电视设备可以为声控电视,也可以为数字机顶盒。
图6为本发明实施例提供的调节电视音量的方法实施例六的流程示意图。本实施例涉及的数字电视设备根据用户输入的声音测试指令调整电视当前播放的音视频的声音强度的具体过程。如图6所示,该方法包括:
S601:数字电视设备获取声音强度为第一声音强度的测试指令。
具体的,本实施例中,数字电视设备可以为声控电视,也可以是数字机顶盒。数字电视设备获取声音强度为第一声音强度的测试指令,当数字电视设备为声控电视时,其可以是直接获取用户输入的声音强度为第一声音强度的测试指令;当数字电视设备为数字机顶盒时,其可以是通过声控电视接收到用户输入的声音强度为第一声音强度的测试指令后转发给数字机顶盒的。例如,当数字电视设备为电视时,用户打开电视(电视此时并未播放节目)电视会弹出一个供用户读的文字或字母,用户以第一声音强度读该文字或字母,于电视而言,这些以第一声音强度被读出的文字或字母就为测试指令,电视由此可以获取到第一声音强度。需要说明的是,当数字电视设备为电视时,该数字电视设备上可以集成识别该第一声音强度的软件或硬件;当数字电视设备为数字机顶盒时,电视上可以不集成识别或解析第一声音强度的软件或硬件,对第一声音强度的识别或解析可以由数字机顶盒完成,电视只是呈现转发声音强度为第一声音强度的测试指令的作用。
S602:数字电视设备根据所述第一声音强度,以第二声音强度播放所述测试指令。
具体的,数字电视设备在获取到声音强度为第一声音强度的测试指令后,数字电视设备本身应该以同样的声音强度播放该测试指令,供用户判断音量是否合适,但是由于受到硬件或者软件本身的影响,数字电视设备以第二声音强度播放该测试指令。该第二声音强度可能与第一声音强度相同,也可能不同。
S603:数字电视设备执行判断操作;其中,所述判断操作包括:所述数字电视设备判断在预设时间段内是否接收到用户输入的调节指令;若是,则所述数字电视设备根据所述调节指令调节所述第二声音强度,并以调节后的 第二声音强度播放所述测试指令,继续执行所述判断调节操作,直至在所述预设时间段内没有接收到所述用户的调节指令为止。
具体的,当数字电视设备以第二声音强度播放测试指令后,用户会判断该第二声音强度是否满足自己的收听要求。若不满足,则用户会向数字电视设备输入调节指令,同时数字电视设备也会执行上述判断操作,即判断在预设时间段内是否接收到用户输入的调节指令。如果数字电视设备判断收到调节指令,则会根据该调节指令调节第二声音强度,并以调节后的第二声音强度重新播放上述测试指令,并继续供用户判断是否满足用户的收听要求,以使用户确定是否向数字电视设备再次输入调节指令,即,使得数字电视设备继续执行上述判断操作,直至在上述预设时间段内没有接收到用户的调节指令为止,即直至调节后的第二声音强度满足用户的收听要求即可。
S604:数字电视设备保存所述调节后的第二声音强度。
具体的,数字电视设备保存调节后的第二声音强度,并以调节后的第二声音强度播放音视频。
本发明实施例提供的调节电视音量的方法,通过数字电视设备获取声音强度为第一声音强度的测试指令,并根据所述第一声音强度,以第二声音强度播放所述测试指令,并进一步执行判断操作,即判断在预设时间段内是否接收到用户输入的调节指令;若在预设时间段内接收到用户输入的调节指令,则数字电视设备根据该调节指令调节上述第二声音强度,并以调节后的第二声音强度播放测试指令,从而继续执行上述判断操作,直至在上述预设时间段内没有接收到用户的调节指令为止,之后保存该调节后的第二声音强度。本发明实施例提供的方法,通过数字电视设备和用户之间的指令交互,提高用户的收听体验,实现了数字电视设备与用户之间的人机交互智能性。
图7为本发明实施例提供的调节电视音量的方法实施例七的流程示意图。本实施例涉及的是当数字电视设备为数字机顶盒时,数字电视设备根据用户的测试指令和调节指令将电视播放音视频的声音强度调整为满足用户收听要求的声音强度的具体过程。在上述实施例的基础上,如图7所示,该方法包括:
S701:数字机顶盒通过电视获取声音强度为第一声音强度的第一测试指令。
具体的,本实施例中,电视上没有集成识别或解析第一声音强度的软件或硬件,对第一声音强度的识别或解析可以由数字机顶盒完成,电视只是呈现转发声音强度为第一声音强度的测试指令的作用。也就是说,声音强度为第一声音强度的第一测试指令,对于电视来说,是不可识别的。
S702:数字机顶盒解析所述第一声音强度,获得所述电视可识别的第二声音强度的第二测试指令,并通过所述电视以第二声音强度播放所述第二测试指令。
具体的,数字机顶盒接收到电视转发的声音强度为第一声音强度的第一测试指令后,将其解析为电视可识别的声音强度为第二声音强度的第二测试指令,然后通过电视,将该第二测试指令以第二声音强度播放出来,供用户判断是否满足用户的收听要求。
S703:数字机顶盒执行判断操作;其中,所述判断操作包括:数字机顶盒判断在所述预设时间段内是否接收到用户通过所述电视输入的调节指令;若是,则所述数字机顶盒根据所述调节指令调节所述第二声音强度,并以调节后的第二声音强度播放所述测试指令,继续执行所述判断操作,直至在所述预设时间段内没有接收到所述用户的调节指令为止。
具体的,当电视以第二声音强度播放第二测试指令后,用户会判断该第二声音强度是否满足自己的收听要求。若不满足,则用户会向数字电视设备输入调节指令(例如用户会语音输入“将声音调大5dB”或者“将声音调小5dB”的调节指令),然后电视将该调节指令输入给数字机顶盒,相应的,数字机顶盒也会执行上述判断操作,即判断在预设时间段内是否接收到用户通过电视输入的调节指令。如果数字机顶盒判断收到调节指令,则会根据该调节指令调节上述第二声音强度,并通过电视以调节后的第二声音强度重新播放上述第二测试指令,并继续供用户判断是否满足用户的收听要求,以使用户确定是否通过电视向数字机顶盒再次输入调节指令,即,使得数字机顶盒继续执行上述判断操作,直至在上述预设时间段内没有接收到用户通过电视输入的调节指令为止,即直至调节后的第二声音强度满足用户的收听要求即可。
S704:数字机顶盒保存所述调节后的第二声音强度。

    数字电视设备接收终端检测的电视播放的音视频的第一声音强度;
    所述数字电视设备根据所述第一声音强度和预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N],确定第二声音强度;其中,所述M和N均为大于0的自然数,所述M大于所述N;所述预设的声音强度阈值范围为适于用户收听的声音强度阈值范围;
    所述数字电视设备将所述电视播放的音视频的声音强度调整为所述第二声音强度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述数字电视设备为所述电视或数字机顶盒;所述数字电视设备根据所述第一声音强度和预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N],确定第二声音强度,具体包括:
    所述数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度是否位于所述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内;
    若是,则所述数字电视设备确定所述第二声音强度为等于所述第一声音强度的值;
    若否,则所述数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度与所述预设的声音强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系;
    若所述数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度小于所述M,则所述数字电视设备确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值;
    若所述数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度大于所述N,则所述数字电视设备确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述数字电视设备为所述电视或数字机顶盒;所述数字电视设备根据所述第一声音强度和预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N],确定第二声音强度,具体包括:
    所述数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度是否位于所述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内;
    若是,则所述数字电视设备确定所述电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均为所述第二声音强度,且确定所述第二声音强度为等于所述第一声音强度的值;
    若否,则所述数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度与所述预设的声音强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系;
    若所述数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度小于所述M,则所述数字电视设备确定所述电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均为所述第二声音强度,且所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值;
    若所述数字电视设备判断所述第一声音强度大于所述N,则所述数字电视设备确定所述电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均为所述第二声音强度,且所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述数字设备为数字电视前端服务器,所述数字电视设备在预设时间段内接收到所述终端检测到的第一声音强度为L个,所述L个第一声音强度为所述终端在所述预设时间段内对L个电视播放的音视频的声音强度进行检测得到的,则所述数字电视设备根据所述第一声音强度和预设的声音强度阈值范围,确定第二声音强度,具体包括:
    所述数字电视设备根据所述L个第一声音强度确定声音强度平均值;
    所述数字电视设备根据所述声音强度平均值和所述预设的声音强度阈值范围,确定所述第二声音强度;
    则数字电视设备将所述电视所播放的音视频的声音调整为所述第二声音强度,具体包括:
    所述数字电视设备通过根据所述第二声音强度对所述L个电视所播放的音视频重新编码,将所述L个电视所播放的音视频的声音均调整为所述第二声音强度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述数字电视设备根据所述声音强度平均值和所述预设的声音强度阈值范围,确定所述第二声音强度,具体包括:
    所述数字电视设备判断所述声音强度平均值是否位于所述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内;
    若是,则所述数字电视设备确定所述第二声音强度为等于所述声音强度平均值的值;
    若否,则所述数字电视设备判断所述声音强度平均值与所述预设的声音 强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系;
    若所述数字电视设备判断所述声音强度平均值小于所述M,则所述数字电视设备确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值;
    若所述数字电视设备判断所述声音强度平均值大于所述N,则所述数字电视设备确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述数字电视设备为数字机顶盒,所述数字机顶盒中预设一音量幅值参数;在所述数字电视设备将所述电视播放的音视频的声音调整为所述第二声音强度之后,所述方法:
    所述数字电视设备判断是否接收到所述终端发送的第三声音强度;所述第三声音强度为所述终端在所述电视的声音强度被调整为第二声音强度后的第一时间段内检测到的声音强度;
    若是,则所述数字电视设备根据所述第三声音强度调整所述音量幅值参数,并将调整后的音量幅值参数输出给所述电视。
  7. 一种调节电视音量的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    数字电视设备获取声音强度为第一声音强度的测试指令;
    所述数字电视设备根据所述第一声音强度,以第二声音强度播放所述测试指令;
    所述数字电视设备执行判断操作;其中,所述判断操作包括:所述数字电视设备判断在预设时间段内是否接收到用户输入的调节指令;
    若是,则所述数字电视设备根据所述调节指令调节所述第二声音强度,并以调节后的第二声音强度播放所述测试指令,继续执行所述判断操作,直至在所述预设时间段内没有接收到所述用户的调节指令为止;
    所述数字电视设备保存所述调节后的第二声音强度。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述数字电视设备为数字机顶盒,则数字电视设备获取声音强度为第一声音强度的测试指令,具体包括:
    所述数字电视设备通过电视获取声音强度为第一声音强度的第一测试指令;
    则所述数字电视设备根据所述第一声音强度,以第二声音强度播放所述测试指令,具体包括:
    所述数字电视设备解析所述第一声音强度,获得所述电视可识别的第二声音强度的第二测试指令,并通过所述电视以第二声音强度播放所述第二测试指令。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断操作具体包括:所述数字电视设备判断在所述预设时间段内是否接收到用户通过所述电视输入的调节指令。
  10. 一种数字电视设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收终端检测的电视播放的音视频的第一声音强度;
    确定模块,用于根据所述第一声音强度和预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N],确定第二声音强度;其中,所述M和N均为大于0的自然数,所述M大于所述N;所述预设的声音强度阈值范围为适于用户收听的声音强度阈值范围;
    调整模块,用于将所述电视播放的音视频的声音强度调整为所述第二声音强度。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,所述数字电视设备为所述电视或数字机顶盒;则所述确定模块,具体用于判断所述第一声音强度是否位于所述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内,若是,则确定所述第二声音强度为等于所述第一声音强度的值;若否,则进一步判断所述第一声音强度与所述预设的声音强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系;若判断所述第一声音强度小于所述M,则确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值;若判断所述第一声音强度大于所述N,则确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,所述数字电视设备为所述电视或数字机顶盒;所述确定模块,具体用于判断所述第一声音强度是否位于所述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内;若是,则确定所述电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均为所述第二声音强度,且确定所述第二声音强度为等于所述第一声音强度的值;若否,则进一步判断所述第一声音强度与所述预设的声音强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系;若判断所述第一声音强度小于所述M,则确定所述电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均为所述第二声音强度,且所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等 于所述N的值;若判断所述第一声音强度大于所述N,则确定所述电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均为所述第二声音强度,且所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,所述数字设备为数字电视前端服务器,所述接收模块在预设时间段内接收到所述终端检测到的第一声音强度为L个,所述L个第一声音强度为所述终端在所述预设时间段内对L个电视播放的音视频的声音强度进行检测得到的,则
    所述确定模块,具体用于根据所述接收模块接收到的L个第一声音强度确定声音强度平均值,并根据所述声音强度平均值和所述预设的声音强度阈值范围,确定所述第二声音强度;
    则所述调整模块,具体用于通过根据所述第二声音强度对所述L个电视所播放的音视频重新编码,将所述L个电视所播放的音视频的声音均调整为所述第二声音强度。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,所述确定模块,具体用于判断所述声音强度平均值是否位于所述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内;若是,则确定所述第二声音强度为等于所述声音强度平均值的值;若否,则进一步判断所述声音强度平均值与所述预设的声音强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系;若判断所述声音强度平均值小于所述M,则确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值;若判断所述声音强度平均值大于所述N,则确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,所述数字电视设备为数字机顶盒,所述数字机顶盒中预设一音量幅值参数;则所述确定模块,还用于在所述调整模块将所述电视播放的音视频的声音调整为所述第二声音强度之后,判断所述接收模块是否接收到所述终端发送的第三声音强度;若是,则指示所述调整模块根据所述第三声音强度调整所述音量幅值参数,并将调整后的音量幅值参数输出给所述电视;所述第三声音强度为所述终端在所述电视的声音强度被调整为第二声音强度后的第一时间段内检测到的声音强度。
  16. 一种数字电视设备,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取声音强度为第一声音强度的测试指令;
    播放模块,用于根据所述第一声音强度,以第二声音强度播放所述测试指令;
    处理模块,用于执行判断操作;其中,所述判断操作包括:判断在预设时间段内所述获取模块是否接收到用户输入的调节指令;若是,则根据所述调节指令调节所述第二声音强度,并指示所述播放模块以调节后的第二声音强度播放所述测试指令,并继续执行所述判断操作,直至在所述预设时间段内所述获取模块没有接收到所述用户的调节指令为止;
    存储模块,用于保存所述调节后的第二声音强度。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,若所述数字电视设备为数字机顶盒,则所述获取模块,具体用于通过电视获取声音强度为第一声音强度的第一测试指令;
    所述处理模块,具体用于解析所述第一声音强度,获得所述电视可识别的第二声音强度的第二测试指令,并指示所述播放模块通过所述电视以第二声音强度播放所述第二测试指令。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,所述判断操作具体包括:判断在所述预设时间段内是否接收到用户通过所述电视输入的调节指令。
  19. 一种数字电视设备,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收终端检测的电视播放的音视频的第一声音强度;
    处理器,用于根据所述第一声音强度和预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N],确定第二声音强度,并将所述电视播放的音视频的声音强度调整为所述第二声音强度;其中,所述M和N均为大于0的自然数,所述M大于所述N;所述预设的声音强度阈值范围为适于用户收听的声音强度阈值范围。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,所述数字电视设备为所述电视或数字机顶盒;所述处理器,具体用于判断所述第一声音强度是否位于所述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内;若是,则确定所述第二声音强度为等于所述第一声音强度的值;若否,则进一步判断所述第一声音强度与所述预设的声音强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系;若判断所述第一声音强度小于所述M,则确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小 于等于所述N的值;若判断所述第一声音强度大于所述N,则确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,所述数字电视设备为所述电视或数字机顶盒;所述处理器,具体用于判断所述第一声音强度是否位于所述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内;若是,则确定所述电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均为所述第二声音强度,且确定所述第二声音强度为等于所述第一声音强度的值;若否,则进一步判断所述第一声音强度与所述预设的声音强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系;若判断所述第一声音强度小于所述M,则确定所述电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均为所述第二声音强度,且所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值;若判断所述第一声音强度大于所述N,则确定所述电视所播放的所有音视频的声音强度均为所述第二声音强度,且所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,所述数字设备为数字电视前端服务器,所述接收器在预设时间段内接收到所述终端检测到的第一声音强度为L个,所述L个第一声音强度为所述终端在所述预设时间段内对L个电视播放的音视频的声音强度进行检测得到的;
    所述处理器,具体用于根据所述L个第一声音强度确定声音强度平均值,并根据所述声音强度平均值和所述预设的声音强度阈值范围,确定所述第二声音强度;以及,通过根据所述第二声音强度对所述L个电视所播放的音视频重新编码,将所述L个电视所播放的音视频的声音均调整为所述第二声音强度。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,具体用于判断所述声音强度平均值是否位于所述预设的声音强度阈值范围[M,N]内;若是,则确定所述第二声音强度为等于所述声音强度平均值的值;若否,则进一步判断所述声音强度平均值与所述预设的声音强度阈值范围的端点值M和N的大小关系;若判断所述声音强度平均值小于所述M,则确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值;若判断所述声音强度平均值大于所述N,则确定所述第二声音强度为大于等于所述M小于等于所述N的值。
  24. 根据权利要求19所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,所述数字电视设备为数字机顶盒,所述数字机顶盒中预设一音量幅值参数;所述处理器,还用于在将所述电视播放的音视频的声音调整为所述第二声音强度之后,判断所述接收器是否接收到所述终端发送的第三声音强度;若是,则根据所述第三声音强度调整所述音量幅值参数,并将调整后的音量幅值参数输出给所述电视;其中,所述第三声音强度为所述终端在所述电视的声音强度被调整为第二声音强度后的第一时间段内检测到的声音强度。
  25. 一种数字电视设备,其特征在于,包括:
    输入设备,用于获取声音强度为第一声音强度的测试指令;
    输出设备,用于根据所述第一声音强度,以第二声音强度播放所述测试指令;
    处理器,用于执行判断操作;其中,所述判断操作包括:判断在预设时间段内所述输入设备是否接收到用户输入的调节指令;若是,则根据所述调节指令调节所述第二声音强度,并指示所述输出设备以调节后的第二声音强度播放所述测试指令,继续执行所述判断操作,直至在所述预设时间段内所述输入设备没有接收到所述用户的调节指令为止;
    存储器,用于保存所述调节后的第二声音强度。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,若所述数字电视设备为数字机顶盒,则所述输入设备,具体用于通过电视获取声音强度为第一声音强度的第一测试指令;
    所述处理器,具体用于解析所述第一声音强度,获得所述电视可识别的第二声音强度的第二测试指令,并指示所述输出设备通过所述电视以第二声音强度播放所述第二测试指令。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的数字电视设备,其特征在于,所述判断操作具体包括:判断在所述预设时间段内所述输入设备是否接收到用户通过所述电视输入的调节指令。
