저항막 방식의 터치 패널은 반복 사용에 의하여 성능이 저하될 수 있으며 스크래치(scratch)가 발생될 수 있다. 이에 의해 내구성이 뛰어나고 수명이 긴 정전 용량 방식의 터치 패널에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다.
상기 정전 용량 방식의 터치 패널은 터치 명령 입력이 가능한 유효영역과 상기 유효영역 외곽의 비유효 영역으로 정의된다. 상기 유효영역에 형성되는 전극패턴은 디스플레이 장치로부터의 광을 투과시킬 수 있도록 투명한 도전물질로 형성되고, 비유효영역에 형성되는 배선패턴은 도전성물질로 형성된다.
최근에는 벤디드, 폴더블 플렉서블 디스플레이 장치가 개발되었고, 상기의 디스플레이 장치의 구현을 위해서는 벤딩된 터치패널이 요구된다. 상기 터치패널이 벤딩되는 경우 상기 전극패턴 및 배선패턴에 크랙이 발생하여 터치패널에 불량이 발생하는 문제점이 있다.
실시 예는 반복적 벤딩시 크랙을 방지할 수 있는 편광판 일체형 터치 센서를 제공한다.
실시 예는 플렉서블, 커브드, 벤디드 디스플레이에 적용되는 터치모듈의 불량을 방지할 수 있는 유기발광 표시장치를 제공한다.
실시 예에 따른 편광판 일체형 터치 센서는, 편광판; 및 상기 편광판의 일면 측에 배치되며, 기판 및 상기 기판의 일면에 형성된 전극 패턴을 포함하는 터치 센서를 포함하며, 상기 편광판 및 터치 센서의 두께의 합은 30um 내지 300um이며, 상기 기판의 강도는 1MPa이상이다.
실시 예에 따른 편광판 일체형 터치 센서 및 유기발광 표시장치는 중립면과 패턴층 사이의 거리를 터치모듈 전체의 두께에 대한 비로 설정하여 반복적인 벤딩시 패턴층에 발생할 수 있는 크랙을 방지하여 단선불량을 방지할 수 있다.
실시 예에 따른 편광판 일체형 터치 센서 및 유기발광 표시장치는 기판의 강도 및 전체두께를 특정 수치로 형성하여 벤딩시 손상불량을 방지하여 제조수율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

이하 도면을 참조하여 실시 예에 따른 터치모듈 및 표시장치를 설명한다.
도 1은 제1 실시 예에 따른 터치모듈을 나타내는 단면도이고, 도 2는 제1 실시 예에 따른 터치모듈의 상면도이며, 도 3은 제1 실시 예에 따른 벤딩상태의 터치모듈을 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 1 내지 도3을 참조하면, 제1 실시 예에 따른 터치모듈(1)은 기판(10), 패턴층(20) 및 광변환층(30)을 포함한다.
상기 기판(10) 및 패턴층(20)은 터치센서를 구성할 수 있다.
상기 기판(10)은 벤딩된 구조를 가질 수 있다. 상기 기판(10)은 곡률을 가지는 구조로 형성될 수 있다. 상기 기판(10)은 10um 내지 40um의 두께를 가질 수 있다. 상기 기판(10)은 1MPa이상의 강도를 가질 수 있다. 상기 기판(10)의 강도가 1MPa 미만인 경우 상기 기판(10)이 반복적으로 벤딩될 때 자체강도의 저하에 따른 기판(10)의 손상이 발생할 수 있어, 상기 기판(10)의 강도를 1MPa이상으로 형성함으로써 기판(10) 벤딩시 손상불량을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 기판(10)은 유효영역(AA) 및 비유효 영역(UA)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 유효영역(AA)은 사용자의 터치 명령 입력이 가능한 영역을 의미하며, 상기 비유효 영역(UA)은 상기 유효영역(AA)의 외곽에 위치하는 사용자의 터치가 이루어짐에도 활성화되지 않아 터치 명령 입력이 이루어지지 않는 영역을 의미한다.
상기 기판(10)이 표시패널에 부착되어 사용되는 경우 상기 기판(10) 의 유효 영역(AA) 및 비유효 영역(UA)은 표시장치의 표시영역 및 비표시 영역과 대응될 수 있다. 상기 표시 영역은 화상을 표시하는 영역이고 상기 비표시 영역은 화상을 표시하지 않는 영역이다. 따라서, 상기 기판(10)의 유효 영역(AA)은 광을 투과할 수 있는 영역으로 구성되어야 하고, 상기 기판(10)의 비유효 영역(UA)은 광을 투과하지 않는 영역으로 구성될 수 있다.

상기 기판(10) 상에는 패턴층(20)이 형성될 수 있다. 상기 패턴층(20)은 전극패턴(21) 및 배선패턴(23)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 전극패턴(21)은 상기 유효영역(AA) 상에 형성될 수 있고, 상기 배선패턴(23)은 상기 비유효 영역(UA) 상에 형성될 수 있다.

상기 제1 전극패턴(21a)은 상기 제1 배선패턴(23a)과 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다. 상기 제1 전극패턴(21a)은 상기 제1 배선패턴(23a)과 일체로 형성될 수 있고, 상기 제1 전극패턴(21a)은 상기 제1 배선패턴(23a)과 별개로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 제2 전극패턴(21b)은 상기 제2 배선패턴(23b)과 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다. 상기 제2 전극패턴(21b)은 상기 제2 배선패턴(23b)과 일체로 형성될 수 있고, 상기 제2 전극패턴(21b)은 상기 제2 배선패턴(23b)과 별개로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 배선패턴(23)은 투명한 도전물질로 형성될 수 있다. 상기 배선패턴(23)이 투명한 도전물질을 포함하는 경우, 인듐주석산화물(ITO), 구리 산화물(copper oxide), 탄소 나노 튜브(carbon nano tube, CNT), 메탈 메쉬(metal mesh), 은 나노 와이어(Ag nano wire), 전도성막(PEDOT:PSS) 및 나노 파이버(nano fiber)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 전도성 물질을 포함할 수 있다.
또는, 상기 배선패턴(23)은 저항이 낮은 금속물질을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 배선패턴(23)이 저항이 낮은 금속물질을 포함하는 경우 크롬(Cr), 니켈(Ni), 알루미늄(Al), 백금(Pt), 금(Au), 텅스텐(W), 구리(Cu) 및 몰리브덴(Mo)으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 패턴층(20)은 5um 내지 10um의 두께로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 기판(10) 및 패턴층(20)의 두께는 15um 내지 50um일 수 있다. 즉, 상기 기판(10)과 패턴층(20)의 두께의 합은 15um 내지 50um일 수 있다. 다시 말해, 상기 터치 센서의 두께는 15um 내지 50um일 수 있다.
상기 터치 센서의 두께가 15um미만일 경우 공정 이동간 취급이 용이하지 않고, 공정상 불량이 발생할 가능성이 높아진다.
상기 터치 센서의 두께가 50um를 초과하는 경우 벤딩시 작용하는 응력이 커져 반복적으로 벤딩시 상기 터치 센서의 일부에 크랙이 발생하는 문제점이 있으며, 표시장치 전체의 두께가 두꺼워지는 문제점이 있다.
상기 터치 센서의 두께를 15um 내지 50um로 형성함으로써 공정 불량 또는 손상불량을 줄일 수 있어 제조수율이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
상기 패턴층(20) 상에는 광변환층(30)이 위치할 수 있다. 상기 광변환층(30)은 상기 광변환층(30)을 투과하는 광의 편광방향 및 위상을 변환시켜 출력할 수 있다.
상기 광변환층(30)은 편광판 및 위상차판을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 광변환층(30)이 편광판을 포함하는 경우 상기 광변환층(30)은 투과하는 광을 편광된 광으로 변환하여 출력할 수 있다. 상기 편광판은 투과축과 흡수축을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 편광판에 조사된 광은 투과축과 평행하는 방향으로 편광된 광을 투과하고, 나머지 광은 흡수하여 결과적으로 편광된 광을 출력할 수 있다.
상기 광변환층(30)이 위상차판을 포함하는 경우 상기 광변환층(30)은 투과하는 광의 위상을 변환하여 출력할 수 있다. 상기 위상차판은 입사되는 광을 λ/4 만큼 지연시키는 QWP일 수 있다. 상기 위상차판에 의해 상기 위상차판에 원편광이 입사되는 경우 이를 선편광으로 변환하고, 선편광이 입사되는 경우 이를 원편광으로 변환할 수 있다.
상기 광변환층(30)은 편광판 또는 위상차판을 포함할 수도 있고, 상기 광변환층(30)은 편광판과 위상차판을 모두 포함할 수 있다.
상기 광변환층(30)이 적어도 편광판을 포함하는 경우 상기 편광판과 상기 터치 센서를 포함하는 구성을 편광판 일체형 터치 센서로 정의할 수 있다. 즉, 상기 편광판을 포함하는 상기 터치모듈(1)이 편광판 일체형 터치 센서로 정의될 수 있다.
상기 광변환층(30)은 25um 내지 75um의 두께를 가질 수 있다. 상기 편광판은 15um 내지 50um의 두께를 가질 수 있고, 상기 위상차판은 10um 내지 25um의 두께를 가질 수 있다.

상기 편광판의 두께가 5um 미만일 경우 공정 이동간 취급이 용이하지 않고, 공정상 불량이 발생할 가능성이 높아진다.
상기 편광판의 두께가 100um를 초과하는 경우 벤딩시 작용하는 응력이 커져 반복적으로 벤딩시 편광판에 크랙이 발생하는 문제점이 있다. 또한, 터치 센서와 접촉하는 손가락 사이의 거리가 멀어져, 터치시 정전 용량 변화량이 작아지며, 이에 따라 터치감도가 저하되는 문제점이 있다.
상기 편광판의 두께를 5um 내지 100um로 형성함으로써, 공정 불량 또는 손상불량을 줄일 수 있어 제조수율이 향상되는 효과가 있다. 또한 터치감도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
상기 위상차판은 10um 내지 150um의 두께를 가질 수 있다.
상기 위상차판의 두께가 10um 미만일 경우 공정 이동간 취급이 용이하지 않고, 공정상 불량이 발생할 가능성이 높아진다.
상기 위상차판의 두께가 150um를 초과하는 경우 벤딩시 작용하는 응력이 커져 반복적으로 벤딩시 편광판에 크랙이 발생하는 문제점이 있다. 또한, 터치 센서와 접촉하는 손가락 사이의 거리가 멀어져, 터치시 정전 용량 변화량이 작아지며, 이에 따라 터치감도가 저하되는 문제점이 있다.
상기 위상차판의 두께를 10um 내지 150um로 형성함으로써, 공정 불량 또는 손상불량을 줄일 수 있어 제조수율이 향상되는 효과가 있다. 또한 터치감도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 도시하지 않았지만, 상기 패턴층 상에는 패시베이션 층이 도포될 수 있다. 상기 패시베이션층은 상기 패턴층을 보호하는 역할을 할 수 있다.
상기 터치모듈(1)은 30um 내지 300um의 전체두께(dt)를 가질 수 있다.
상기 터치모듈(1)의 전체두께(dt)가 30um 미만일 경우 공정 이동간 취급이 용이하지 않고, 공정상 불량이 발생할 가능성이 높아진다.
상기 터치모듈(1)의 전체두께(dt)가 300um를 초과하는 경우 벤딩시 작용하는 응력이 커져 반복적으로 벤딩시 터치모듈(1)의 일부구성에 크랙이 발생하는 문제점이 있다.
상기 터치모듈(1)의 전체두께(dt)를 30um 내지 300um로 형성함으로써 공정 불량 또는 손상불량을 줄일 수 있어 제조수율이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
상기 터치모듈(1)은 내부에 중립면(NP)을 가질 수 있다.
상기 중립면(NP)은 터치모듈(1)을 구부려서 벤딩시킬 때 압축응력이나 인장응력이 작용하지 않는 지점을 의미한다. 예를 들어, 도 3과 같이 터치모듈(1)을 벤딩시키면, 구부러지는 곡률의 안쪽에는 압축응력이 작용하게 되고, 바깥 쪽에는 인장응력이 작용하게 된다. 따라서, 곡률의 안쪽에서 바깥쪽으로 갈수록 응력의 작용방향이 압축방향에서 인장방향으로 점차 바뀌게 되며, 어느 임계 지점에서는 압축응력 및 인장응력이 모두 작용하지 않는 변환점이 존재하게 되는데 이 지점이 중립면(NP)이 된다.
상기 패턴층(20)과 중립면(NP) 사이의 거리를 이격거리(dn)로 정의할 수 있다. 상기 이격거리(dn)는 상기 패턴층(20)의 상면과 중립면(NP) 사이의 거리일 수 있다. 상기 이격거리(dn)은 전체두께(dt)의 3% 내지 20%일 수 있다.
상기 이격거리(dn)를 전체두께(dt)의 3% 내지 20%로 설정함으로써 상기 패턴층(20) 및 광변환층(30)의 손상을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 이격거리(dn)를 전체두께(dt)의 3% 미만으로 설정하는 경우 상기 광변환층(30)이 큰 인장응력이 가해짐으로써 광변환층(30)에 크랙이 발생하는 등의 불량이 발생할 수 있다.
상기 이격거리(dn)를 전체두께(dt)의 20%를 초과하도록 설정하는 경우 상기 패턴층(20)과 중립면(NP) 사이가 이격되어, 상기 패턴층(20)에 가해지는 응력이 상승하여 패턴층(20)에 크랙이 발생하여, 터치모듈(1) 내부의 배선 또는 전극이 단선되는 불량이 발생할 수 있다.
상기 이격거리(dn)를 전체두께(dt)의 3% 내지 20%로 설정함으로써 상기 패턴층(20)의 단선불량 및 광변환층(30)의 손상불량을 방지할 수 있어 터치모듈(1)의 제조수율이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
도 4는 제2 실시 예에 따른 표시장치를 나타내는 단면도이다.
제2 실시 예에 따른 표시장치는 제1 실시 예에 커버필름 및 표시패널이 부가된 것 이외에는 제1 실시 예와 동일하다. 따라서, 제2 실시 예를 설명함에 있어서, 제1 실시 예와 공통되는 구성에 대해서는 동일한 도면번호를 부여하고 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
도 4를 참조하면, 제2 실시 예에 따른 표시장치(100)는 기판(10), 패턴층(20), 광변환층(30), 표시패널(40) 및 커버필름(50)을 포함한다.
상기 기판(10) 상에는 패턴층(20)이 형성될 수 있다. 상기 패턴층(20)은 전극패턴(21) 및 배선패턴(23)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 패턴층(20) 상에는 광변환층(30)이 위치할 수 있다. 상기 광변환층(30)은 편광판일 수 있다. 상기 광변환층(30)은 상기 편광판과 위상차판을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 기판(10)의 하부에는 표시패널(40)이 위치할 수 있고, 상기 광변환층(30)의 상부에는 커버필름(50)이 위치할 수 있다.
상기 표시패널(40)은 화상을 표시하는 표시패널일 수 있다. 상기 표시패널(40)은 액정패널 또는 유기발광패널일 수 있다.
상기 표시패널(40)이 유기발광패널일 경우 상기 표시패널(40)의 강도는 1MPa 내지 100MPa의 강도를 가질 수 있다.
상기 표시패널(40)의 강도가 1MPa 미만일 경우 표시패널(40) 자체강도의 저하로 반복적으로 벤딩 시 표시패널(40)에 크랙이 발생하는 등의 불량이 발생할 수 있다.
상기 표시패널(40)의 강도가 100MPa 초과인 경우 강도 증가로 인해 벤딩 시 작용하는 응력이 커져 반복적으로 벤딩 시 표시패널(40)에 크랙이 발생하는 문제점이 있다.
상기 표시패널(40)이 1MPa 내지 100MPa의 강도를 가지도록 형성함으로써 반복적으로 벤딩하더라도 표시패널(40)의 손상불량을 방지할 수 있어 제조 수율이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
상기 표시패널(40)은 제1 접착층(41)을 통해 상기 기판(10)에 부착될 수 있다. 상기 제1 접착층(41)은 광투명 접착제를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 표시패널(40)의 전면에 상기 제1 접착층(41)이 도포되어 상기 기판(10)에 부착될 수도 있고, 상기 표시패널(40)의 일부영역에만 상기 제1 접착층(41)이 도포되어 상기 기판(10)에 부착될 수 있다.
상기 커버필름(50)은 1MPa 내지 100MPa의 강도를 가질 수 있다.
상기 커버필름(50)의 강도가 1MPa 미만일 경우 커버필름(50)의 자체강도의 저하로 반복적으로 벤딩시 커버필름(50)에 크랙이 발생하는 등의 불량이 발생할 수 있다.
상기 커버필름(50)의 강도가 100MPa 초과인 경우 강도 증가로 인해 벤딩시 작용하는 응력이 커져 반복적으로 벤딩시 커버필름(50)에 크랙이 발생하는 문제점이 있다.
상기 커버필름(50)이 1MPa 내지 100MPa의 강도를 가지도록 형성함으로써 반복적으로 벤딩하더라도 커버필름(50)의 손상불량을 방지할 수 있어 제조 수율이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
상기 커버필름(50)은 제2 접착층(51)을 통해 상기 광변환층(30)에 부착될 수 있다. 상기 제2 접착층(51)은 광투명 접착제를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 광변환층(30)의 전면에 상기 제2 접착층(51)이 도포되어 상기 커버필름(50)이 부착될 수도 있고, 상기 광변환층(30)의 일부영역에만 상기 제2 접착층(51)이 도포되어 상기 커버필름(50)이 부착될 수 있다.
상기 표시장치(100)의 전체두께는 40um 내지 388um일 수 있다.
상기 표시장치(100)의 전체두께가 40um 미만일 경우 공정 이동간 취급이 용이하지 않고, 공정상 불량이 발생할 가능성이 높다.
상기 표시장치(100)의 전체두께가 388um를 초과하는 경우 벤딩시 작용하는 응력이 커져 반복적으로 벤딩시 표시장치(100)의 일부구성에 크랙이 발생하는 문제점이 있다.
상기 표시장치(100)의 전체두께를 40um 내지 388um로 형성함으로써 공정 불량 또는 손상불량을 줄일 수 있어 제조수율이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
도 5는 제3 실시 예에 따른 표시장치를 나타내는 도면이다.
제3 실시 예에 따른 표시장치는 제2 실시 예와 비교하여 광변환층의 위치가 상이하고 나머지 구성은 동일하다. 따라서, 제3 실시 예를 설명함에 있어서, 제2 실시 예와 공통되는 구성에 대해서는 동일한 도면번호를 부여하고 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
도 5를 참조하면, 제3 실시 예에 따른 표시장치(100)는 기판(10), 패턴층(20), 광변환층(30), 표시패널(40) 및 커버필름(50)을 포함한다.
상기 기판(10) 상에는 패턴층(20)이 형성될 수 있다. 상기 패턴층(20)은 전극패턴(21) 및 배선패턴(23)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 기판(10)의 하부에는 광변환층(30)이 위치할 수 있다. 상기 광변환층(30)은 편광판을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 광변환층(30)은 편광판 및 위상차판을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 광변환층(30) 하부에는 표시패널(40)이 위치할 수 있고, 상기 패턴층(20)의 상부에는 커버필름(50)이 위치할 수 있다.
상기 표시패널(40)은 화상을 표시하는 표시패널일 수 있다. 상기 표시패널(40)은 액정패널 또는 유기발광패널일 수 있다.
상기 표시패널(40)은 제1 접착층(41)을 통해 상기 광변환층(30)에 부착될 수 있다. 상기 표시패널(40)은 상기 제1 접착층(41)을 통해 상기 광변환층(30)의 하부에 부착될 수 있다.
상기 커버필름(50)은 제2 접착층(51)을 통해 상기 패턴층(20)에 부착될 수 있다. 상기 커버필름(50)은 상기 제2 접착층(51)을 통해 상기 패턴층(20)의 상부에 부착될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 커버필름(50)은 상기 광변환층(30)의 상부에 위치할 수 있다. 상기 커버필름(50)은 상기 편광판 상부에 위치할 수 있다.
상기 커버필름(50)은 셀룰로오스 트리아세테이트, 셀룰로오스 프로피오네이트, 셀룰로오스 부티레이트, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 프로피오네이트, 니트로셀룰로오스, 폴리이미드, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트, 폴리-1,4-시클로헥산디메틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리에틸렌 1,2-디페녹시에탄-4,4´-디카르복실레이트, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리스티렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리메틸펜텐, 폴리술폰, 폴리에테르술폰, 폴리아릴레이트, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트, 폴리에테르케톤, 폴리비닐알코올 및 폴리염화비닐 사이클로 올레핀 중 적어도 하나 이상의 물질을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 커버필름(50)은 상기 물질 중 어느 하나의 물질로 구성된 단일층일 수 있고, 상기 커버필름(50)은 상기 물질 중 적어도 2이상의 서로 다른 물질로 구성된 복합 적층일 수 있다.
도 6은 제1 내지 제3 실시 예에 따른 터치모듈 및 표시장치가 적용된 디바이스에 대한 사시도이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 상기 디바이스(1000)에는 외부로부터 명령 입력을 위한 입력버튼(1100), 정지영상 및 동영상 촬영을 위한 카메라(1200) 및 음성을 출력하는 스피커(1300)가 형성될 수 있다.
상기 디바이스(1000)는 앞서 설명한 터치모듈(1) 또는 표시장치(100)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 터치모듈(1) 또는 표시장치는 모바일 폰, TV, 네비게이션 장치 등 다양한 제품에 적용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 터치모듈이 적용되는 장치로 표시장치를 예로 들어 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 터치모듈이 적용되는 장치는 이에 한정되지 않고, 키패드, 노트북용 터치 패드, 차량용 터치 입력 장치 등 다양한 제품에 이용될 수 있다.
상기에서는 본 발명에 따른 실시예를 기준으로 본 발명의 구성과 특징을 설명하였으나 본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 본 발명의 사상과 범위 내에서 다양하게 변경 또는 변형할 수 있음은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 당업자에게 명백한 것이며, 따라서 이와 같은 변경 또는 변형은 첨부된 특허청구범위에 속함을 밝혀둔다.
본 발명은 편광판 일체형 터치 센서에 관한 것으로 산업상 이용가능성이 있다.

Claims (13)

  1. 편광판; 및
    상기 편광판의 일면 측에 배치되며, 기판 및 상기 기판의 일면에 형성된 전극 패턴을 포함하는 터치 센서를 포함하며,
    상기 편광판 및 터치 센서의 두께의 합은 30um 내지 300um이며,
    상기 기판의 강도는 1MPa이상인 편광판 일체형 터치 센서.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 편광판 일체형 터치 센서의 중립면과 전극 패턴 사이의 거리는 상기 편광판 일체형 터치 센서의 두께의 3% 내지 20%인 편광판 일체형 터치 센서.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 편광판은 전극 패턴 상에 위치하는 편광판 일체형 터치 센서.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 편광판은 기판의 하부에 위치하는 편광판 일체형 터치 센서.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 편광판은 위상차판을 더 포함하는 편광판 일체형 터치 센서.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 터치 센서의 두께는 15um 내지 50um인 편광판 일체형 터치 센서.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 편광판의 두께는 5um 내지 100um인 편광판 일체형 터치 센서.
  8. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 위상차판의 두께는 10um 내지 25um인 편광판 일체형 터치 센서.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전극 패턴 상에 형성되는 패시베이션 층을 더 포함하는 편광판 일체형 터치 센서.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전극 패턴은 몰리브덴, 은, 알루미늄, 구리, 팔라듐, 금, 백금, 아연, 주석, 티타늄, 크롬, 니켈, 텅스텐 또는 이들 중 2종 이상의 합금; 또는 인듐주석산화물(ITO), 인듐아연산화물(IZO), 아연산화물(ZnO), 인듐아연주석산화물(IZTO), 카드뮴주석산화물(CTO), 구리산화물(CO), PEDOT(poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)), 나노와이어, 나노파이버, 탄소나노튜브(CNT) 또는 그래핀(graphene)으로 형성된, 편광판 일체형 터치 센서.
  11. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 편광판 상부에 위치하는 커버필름을 더 포함하는 편광판 일체형 터치 센서.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 편광판 일체형 터치 센서를 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 편광판 일체형 터치 센서를 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치의 두께는 40um 내지 388um인 유기발광 표시장치.
