This allows for the parts to be closely connected and reduces the risk of any pinching due to misalignment. It is advantageous that the parts are fixedly connected to one another and such connection is performed in conjunction with threaded members, particularly screws. It is further advantageous that the relevant parts are provided with apertures to receive the threaded members. The use of screws allows the parts to be securely fastened together and retained in that position.
