Description

一种外用制剂及其在制备治疗腰间盘突出药物中的应用 (一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种外用药物制剂、其制备方法及其在制备治疗腰间盘突出药物中的应用。
(二)背景技术
腰间盘突出是一种常见病,治疗比较困难,手术治疗风险性很大,复发率在30%-50%,手术不当会造成全身瘫痪,治疗腰间盘突出的药也比较少见。
中国专利申请CN02109766介绍了一种治疗腰间盘凸出、骨质增生的口服中药,采用苏木、丹参、牛膝等中药煎制而成。中国专利申请CN03100479介绍了一种“百康贴”膏药,用熊胆、冬虫夏草、藏红花、地龙、水中角、血力、当归、龟板、鳖板、大青叶、党参、人参、三七、红参、土虫、百花蛇、全虫、鸡血藤等制成。但这些药物的效果都个不太突出,很少能明显起效。
(三)发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种对治疗腰间盘突出有效的外用药物制剂以及制备方法,本发明的另一发明目的涉及这种药物制剂在制备治疗腰间盘突出药物中的应用。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明技术方案如下:
一种外用药物制剂,所述的药物制剂是在每1000g发酵液(液体A)中加入如下成分制得:
丁香罗勒油7-8ml,
水杨酸甲酯4-5ml,
姜樟油0.10-0.15g,
肉桂油0.2-0.3g,
桂皮醛0.2-0.3g,
柠檬醛0.005-0.01g,
冰片0.02-0.04g
所述的发酵液按如下方法制得:辣椒与醋酸水溶液混匀后于15℃-20℃温度条件下发酵7-9天后过滤取滤液得发酵液,所述的醋酸水溶液中乙酸重量含量为7%-9%,所述的辣椒以干辣椒重量计加入量为1.5-2.5g/10g醋酸水溶液,优选2-2.3g/10g醋酸水溶液。
本发明所述的外用药物制剂中所述的辣椒推荐为辣椒碎片,更优选为干的辣椒碎片。本发明所述的干的辣椒碎片指干辣椒用双手容易捏碎的干燥程度即可。
进一步,本发明优选所述的外用药物制剂,所述的药物制剂是在每1000g发酵液中加入如下成分制得:
丁香罗勒油7.2-7.5ml,
水杨酸甲酯4-5ml,
姜樟油0.12-0.15g,
肉桂油0.25-0.28g,
桂皮醛0.25-0.28g,
柠檬醛0.006-0.01g,
冰片0.02-0.04g
所述的发酵液按如下方法制得:辣椒与醋酸水溶液混匀后于15℃-20℃温度条件下发酵7-9天后过滤取滤液得发酵液,所述的醋酸水溶液中 乙酸重量含量为7%-9%,所述的辣椒以干辣椒重量计加入量为2-2.3g/10g醋酸水溶液。
所述的发酵液最优选按如下方法制得:辣椒与醋酸水溶液混匀后于18℃-20℃温度条件下发酵7-8天后过滤取滤液得发酵液,所述的醋酸水溶液中乙酸重量含量为7%-9%,所述的辣椒以干辣椒重量计加入量为2-2.15g/10g醋酸水溶液。
另外,本发明还提供该外用药物制剂的制备方法,所述的方法按如下步骤进行:
(1)液体A的配制:将碎辣椒与醋酸水溶液混匀后于15℃-20℃温度条件下发酵7-9天后过滤取滤液得发酵液即液体A,所述的醋酸水溶液中乙酸重量含量为7%-9%,所述的辣椒以干辣椒重量计加入量为2-2.3g/10g醋酸水溶液。
(2)按每1000g发酵液加入如下剂量的成份:丁香罗勒油7-8ml,水杨酸甲酯4-5ml,姜樟油0.10-0.15g,肉桂油0.2-0.3g,桂皮醛0.2-0.3g,柠檬醛0.005-0.01g,冰片0.02-0.04g;搅拌充分全部溶化即得外用药物制剂。
该外用药物制剂为水剂,药液的色泽随着配制开始到最后通常从玫红变成粉红,当药液变成粉红时制剂即告制成,可随时使用,该外用药物制剂放置一段时间后有少量沉淀,但不影响使用效果。
本发明还涉及的该外用药物制剂在制备治疗腰间盘突出药物中的应用,具体的制备得的外用药物制剂通常可用于直接涂沫于腰间盘突出的患处。推荐每天涂沫1-3次,通常约7天就能消除疼痛,病程较长的,1-3个月也能治愈,治疗时间短,效果理想。
本发明涉及的外用药物制剂与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果主要体现在:提供了一种全新的可用于腰间盘突出治疗的外用药物制剂剂, 使用方便,疗程短,使用安全,为腰间盘突出患者带来了福音。
(四)具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此:
本发明实施例治疗腰间盘突出的制剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)液体A的配制:将碎辣椒与醋酸水溶液混匀后于15℃-20℃温度条件下发酵7-9天后过滤取滤液得发酵液即液体A,所述的醋酸水溶液中乙酸重量含量为7%-9%,所述的辣椒以干辣椒重量计加入量为1.6-2.5g/10g醋酸水溶液。
(2)按每1000g发酵液(液体A)加入如下剂量的成份:丁香罗勒油7-8ml,水杨酸甲酯4-5ml,姜樟油0.10-0.15g,肉桂油0.2-0.3g,桂皮醛0.2-0.3g,柠檬醛0.005-0.01g,冰片0.02-0.04g;搅拌充分全部溶化即得目标制剂。
液体的色泽从玫红变成粉红,本制剂即告制成,可随时使用。制剂放置一段时间后有少量沉淀,但不影响使用效果。
实施例1
(1)成分A的配制:在玻璃瓶内放入浓度8%的醋酸水溶液4150g(即乙酸的含量为8%重量百分比的醋酸的水溶液,以下皆同),加入干碎辣椒850g,使其均匀混合后,令其自然发酵,环境温度20℃,7天后发酵完毕,过滤,得到4050g液体A。
(2)成分B的配方:丁香罗勒油7.3ml,水杨酸甲酯4.8ml,姜樟油0.14g,肉桂油0.277g,桂皮醛0.277g,柠檬醛0.009g,冰片0.03g。
(3)配制制剂:取液体A1000g放入烧杯中,逐步加入B配方中的各种 成分,边加入边搅拌,直到B配方中的各种成分全部溶化即得目标制剂。
实施例2
(1)成分A的配制:在玻璃瓶内放入浓度9%的醋酸水溶液4100g,加入干碎辣椒880g,使其均匀混合后,自然发酵,环境温度在18℃,8天后发酵完毕,过滤,得到4000g液体A。
(2)成分B的配方:丁香罗勒油7.5ml,水杨酸甲酯5ml,姜樟油0.15g,肉桂油0.28g,桂皮醛0.28g,柠檬醛0.01g,冰片0.04g。
(3)配制制剂:取液体A 1000g放入烧杯中,逐步加入B配方中的每种成分,边加入边搅拌,直到B配方中的各种成分全部溶化即得目标制剂。
实施例3
(1)成分A的配制:在玻璃瓶内放入浓度7%醋酸水溶液4200g,加入干碎辣椒850g,使其均匀混合,令其自然发酵,环境温度在20℃,7天后发酵完毕,过滤,得到4100g液体A。
(2)成分B的配方:丁香罗勒油7.2ml,水杨酸甲酯4.5ml,姜樟油0.12g,肉桂油0.25g,桂皮醛0.25g,柠檬醛0.006g,冰片0.02g。
(3)配制制剂:取液体A 1000g放入烧杯中,逐步加入B配方中的每种成分,边加入边搅拌,直到B配方中的各种成分全部溶化即得目标制剂。
实施例4
(1)成分A的配制:在玻璃瓶内放入浓度8%的醋酸水溶液4000g(即乙酸的含量为8%重量百分比的醋酸的水溶液),加入干碎辣椒920g,使其均匀混合后,令其自然发酵,环境温度15℃,9天后发酵完毕,过滤,得 到3900g液体A。
(2)成分B的配方:丁香罗勒油31.2ml,水杨酸甲酯15.6ml,姜樟油0.39g,肉桂油1.17g,桂皮醛1.17g,柠檬醛0.0195g,冰片0.117g;(相当于每1000g液体A1中加丁香罗勒油8ml,水杨酸甲酯4ml,姜樟油0.1g,肉桂油0.3g,桂皮醛0.3g,柠檬醛0.005g,冰片0.03g。
(3)配制制剂:取液体A3900g放入烧杯中,逐步加入B配方中的各种成分,边加入边搅拌,直到B配方中的各种成分全部溶化即得目标制剂。
实施例5
(1)成分A的配制:在玻璃瓶内放入浓度9%的醋酸水溶液3800g(即乙酸的含量为9%重量百分比的醋酸的水溶液),加入干碎辣椒950g,使其均匀混合后,令其自然发酵,环境温度15℃,8天后发酵完毕,过滤,得到3700g液体A。
(2)成分B的配方:丁香罗勒油29.6ml,水杨酸甲酯18.5ml,姜樟油0.481g,肉桂油0.74g,桂皮醛0.74g,柠檬醛0.0296g,冰片0.074g;(相当于每1000g液体A1中加丁香罗勒油8ml,水杨酸甲酯5ml,姜樟油0.13g,肉桂油0.2g,桂皮醛0.2g,柠檬醛0.008g,冰片0.02g。
(3)配制制剂:取液体A3700g放入烧杯中,逐步加入B配方中的各种成分,边加入边搅拌,直到B配方中的各种成分全部溶化即得目标制剂。
实施例6
(1)成分A的配制:在玻璃瓶内放入浓度7%的醋酸水溶液4800g(即乙酸的含量为7%重量百分比的醋酸的水溶液),加入干碎辣椒768g,使其均匀混合后,令其自然发酵,环境温度19℃,9天后发酵完毕,过滤,得 到4700g液体A。
(2)成分B的配方:丁香罗勒油32.9ml,水杨酸甲酯18.8ml,姜樟油0.47g,肉桂油0.94g,桂皮醛0.94g,柠檬醛0.0235g,冰片0.094g;(相当于每1000g液体A1中加丁香罗勒油7ml,水杨酸甲酯4ml,姜樟油0.1g,肉桂油0.2g,桂皮醛0.2g,柠檬醛0.005g,冰片0.02g。
(3)配制制剂:取液体A4700g放入烧杯中,逐步加入B配方中的各种成分,边加入边搅拌,直到B配方中的各种成分全部溶化即得目标制剂。
上述6个实施例制得的制剂浓度稍有差别,但治疗效果没明显区别。本制剂的特点是:用本制剂对腰间盘突出的病人治疗时,只要在腰间盘突出处涂上几点制剂即可,每次用量不到0.5毫升。每天1-3次,7天就基本消除疼痛,被腐蚀的骨皮自行修合,通常一天一次即可。如果发病时间在3个月以上,甚至已有3-30年病史,而且在腰间盘骨外已有磷、钙、镁等所凝结的硬物,经本制剂涂1-3个月后上述症状也能消失,并且,此药水涂了7天后,可以视病情的缓解程度适当减少涂的次数,如每天1-2次,甚至可减少到隔一天涂一次。症状全部消失后,再涂一、二周即可。试用了本药水的患者,到目前为止康复后最长的已有一年二个月,均未见复发。
本制剂所用的原料皆可从市场上买到,醋酸水溶液可用冰醋酸和水按所需比例混合而成。
本制剂中各成分的作用:
醋酸水溶液、辣椒:辣椒加速醋酸的渗透,改善病变周围的环境。
丁香罗勒油:局部镇痛,防腐药。
水杨酸甲酯:具有局部刺激作用,可促进血液循环,起消肿、消炎和 镇痛作用。
肉桂油:散寒止痛,活血通经,驱风,有助于治疗风湿及皮肤瘙痒。
桂皮醛:具有杀菌、消毒、防腐、镇痛、散淤血和促进血液循环的作用
柠檬醛:抑菌、防腐作用。
冰片:善散气、散血、散火、散滞、通窍、逐邪气,能透骨除热,对于风毒入骨、牙痛、痔疮、目赤肿痛、喉痹口疮、溃后不敛有一定功效。
治疗效果举例:
1、顾××,女,53岁,1985年8月因身体不适去医院,医生检查后确认为腰椎间盘突出及颈椎病。直到2014年6月,病症都没有完全治好,而且双手还出现了麻的症状。2014年6月20日上午开始用实施例1的制剂,在患处每天涂抹2次,7天后疼痛基本消失,20天后不适症状完全消失,再涂1周后停止涂用。到目前为止已近一年,未复发。注:使用试剂为第一周2次/天,之后1-2次/天。
2、徐××,男,58岁,2008年8月因身体不适去医院(嘉兴武警医院),经检查后确认为腰椎间盘突出及颈椎病,但此病症一直都没有完全治疗好。直到2014年4月18日下午开始用实例1的制剂,在患处每天涂抹3次,7天后疼痛基本消失,10天后疼痛完全消失,再涂1周后停止涂用。到目前为止有一年,未复发。
3、徐××,女,49岁,患腰间盘突出2月,用实施例1的制剂每天涂抹患处1次,涂7天后症状完全消失,再涂1周后停止涂用。到目前为止已有8个月,未见复发。

68、赵××,男,40岁,浙江嘉兴,患腰椎间盘突出曾在医院开刀治疗,一年后病情又出现复发,2015年3月使用实施例4制剂每天涂抹患处1次,2个月后完全康复,至今未见复发。
69、俞××,男,32岁,浙江临安,患腰椎间盘突出,2015年4月使用实施例4制剂每天涂抹患处1次,2个月已经完全康复,至今未见复发。
70、邵××,男,60岁,浙江海宁,患腰椎间盘突出5年,2014年9月使用实施例6制剂每天涂抹患处1次,2个月已经完全康复,至今未见复发。
71、莫××,女,82岁,江苏南通,腰椎间盘突出,2014年9月使用实施例6制剂每天涂抹患处1次,1个月已经完全康复,至今未见复发。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种外用药物制剂,其特征在于所述的药物制剂是在每1000g发酵液中加入如下成分制得:
    丁香罗勒油  7-8ml,
    水杨酸甲酯  4-5ml,
    姜樟油  0.10-0.15g,
    肉桂油  0.2-0.3g,
    桂皮醛  0.2-0.3g,
    柠檬醛  0.005-0.01g,
    冰片  0.02-0.04g
    所述的发酵液按如下方法制得:辣椒与醋酸水溶液混匀后于15℃-20℃温度条件下发酵7-9天后过滤取滤液得发酵液,所述的醋酸水溶液中乙酸重量含量为7%-9%,所述的辣椒以干辣椒重量计加入量为1.6-2.5g/10g醋酸水溶液。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的外用药物制剂,其特征在于所述的辣椒为辣椒碎片。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的外用药物制剂,其特征在于所述的辣椒为干的辣椒碎片。
  4. 如权利要求1-3之一所述的外用药物制剂,其特征在于所述的药物制剂是在每1000g发酵液中加入如下成分制得:
    丁香罗勒油  7.2-7.5ml,
    水杨酸甲酯  4-5ml,
    姜樟油  0.12-0.15g,
    肉桂油  0.25-0.28g,
    桂皮醛  0.25-0.28g,
    柠檬醛  0.006-0.01g,
    冰片  0.02-0.04g
    所述的发酵液按如下方法制得:辣椒与醋酸水溶液混匀后于18℃-20℃温度条件下发酵7-9天后过滤取滤液得发酵液,所述的醋酸水溶液中乙酸重量含量为7%-9%,所述的辣椒以干辣椒重量计加入量为2-2.3g/10g醋酸水溶液。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的外用药物制剂,其特征在于所述的发酵液按如下方法制得:辣椒与醋酸水溶液混匀后于18℃-20℃温度条件下发酵7-8天后过滤取滤液得发酵液,所述的醋酸水溶液中乙酸重量含量为7%-9%,所述的辣椒以干辣椒重量计加入量为2-2.15g/10g醋酸水溶液。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的外用药物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于所述的方法按如下步骤进行:
    (1)液体A的配制:将碎辣椒与醋酸水溶液混匀后于15℃-20℃温度条件下发酵7-9天后过滤取滤液得发酵液即液体A,所述的醋酸水溶液中乙酸重量含量为7%-9%,所述的辣椒以干辣椒重量计加入量为1.6-2.5g/10g醋酸水溶液。
    (2)按每1000g发酵液加入如下剂量的成份:丁香罗勒油7-8ml,水杨酸甲酯4-5ml,姜樟油0.10-0.15g,肉桂油0.2-0.3g,桂皮醛0.2-0.3g,柠檬醛0.005-0.01g,冰片0.02-0.04g;搅拌充分全部溶化即得外用药物制剂。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的外用药物制剂在制备治疗腰间盘突出药物中的应用。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的应用,所述的外用药物制剂为用于直接涂沫于腰间盘突出的患处。
