本步骤包括：用户利用三屏终端登录IPTV平台后，进入在线充值的界面，填写用户账号和充值卡账号码，发送消息给在线充值装置；在线充值装置收到充值请求后，根据用户账号和充值卡信息，向计费装置发送充值请求，计费装置处理充值请求，为用户充值。
S403：用户利用三屏终端在IPTV平台进行产品订购。
本步骤包括：用户利用三屏终端登录IPTV平台后，进入在线订购界面，订购产品，并将消息发送给在线订购装置；在线订购装置接受消息，根据产品价格，发送扣费请求给计费模块；扣费装置进行扣费操作，如果扣费成功，则在业务数据库中增加用户和产品的订购关系；如果扣费失败，则订购流程失败。
S404：用户利用三屏终端在IPTV平台进行业务激活。
本步骤包括：用户利用三屏终端登录IPTV系统后，订购的产品开始生效，计算订购时间及有效期限。
由上述记载可知，在本实施例中的，在线开户、充值及订购等业务流程，都可以由用户在三屏终端界面上自行操作，无需通过运营商进行操作，简化了流程，增加了产品使用的灵活性，在计算订购产品的有效时间上，按照用户实际的登录时间开始计算，防止了用户订购产品后一直不登陆，最终在没有使用产品的情况下，产品就失效了，因此本发明的处理方式更为合理。
综上可知，通过本发明的实施，至少存在以下有益效果：
用户直接通过IPTV终端(如三屏手机等)的IPTV业务模板提供的界面与IPTV业务平台进行交换以完成开户等操作，在此基础上，用户可以在家等地方实现自助服务，与现有用户必须在运营商侧进行操作的方式相比，使用方便，简单，提供了用户的使用体验。
本发明实施例还公开了一种计算机程序，包括程序指令，当该程序指令被交互式网络电视业务平台执行时，使得该交互式网络电视业务平台可执行上述任意的交互式网络电视业务处理方法。
本发明实施例还公开了一种载有所述的计算机程序的载体。

上述实施例中的各装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时，可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器，磁盘或光盘等。
任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内，可轻易想到变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应以权利要求所述的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明技术方案的IPTV业务处理方法，用户直接通过IPTV终端(如三屏手机等)的IPTV业务模板提供的界面与IPTV业务平台进行交换以完成开户等操作，在此基础上，用户可以在家等地方实现自助服务，与现有用户必须在运营商侧进行操作的方式相比，使用方便，简单，提供了用户的使用体验。因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种交互式网络电视业务处理方法，包括：
    接收交互式网络电视终端发送的业务请求；
    确定所述业务请求的业务类型；
    根据所述业务类型处理所述业务请求对应的交互式网络电视业务。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的交互式网络电视业务处理方法，其中，当所述业务类型为注册请求时，根据所述业务类型处理所述业务请求对应的交互式网络电视业务的步骤包括：
    解析所述业务请求，获取并存储所述业务请求携带的用户信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的交互式网络电视业务处理方法，其中，所述存储所述业务请求携带的用户信息的步骤之后，该方法还包括：
    将与所述用户信息对应的账号信息发送至用户。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的交互式网络电视业务处理方法，其中，当所述业务类型为充值请求时，所述根据所述业务类型处理所述业务请求对应的交互式网络电视业务的步骤包括：
    解析所述业务请求，获取所述业务请求携带的账号信息及充值信息，根据所述账号信息及充值信息进行充值。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的交互式网络电视业务处理方法，其中，当所述业务类型为订购请求时，所述根据所述业务类型处理所述业务请求对应的交互式网络电视业务的步骤包括：
    解析所述业务请求，获取所述业务请求携带的订购信息；
    获取与订购信息对应的产品信息；
    查询所述产品信息对应的扣费信息，若扣费成功，则建立账号信息与所述产品信息之间的订购关系。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的交互式网络电视业务处理方法，其中，当所述业务类型为登录请求时，所述根据所述业务类型处理所述业务请求对应的交互式网络电视业务的步骤包括：
    解析所述业务请求，获取所述业务请求携带的账号信息；
    激活与所述账号信息匹配的订购关系。
  7. 一种交互式网络电视业务平台，包括接收模块、确定模块和处理模块，其中
    所述接收模块设置成：接收交互式网络电视终端发送的业务请求；
    所述确定模块设置成：确定所述业务请求的业务类型；
    所述处理模块设置成：根据所述业务类型处理所述业务请求对应的交互式网络电视业务。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的交互式网络电视业务平台，其中，当所述业务类型为注册请求时，所述处理模块设置成按照如下方式根据所述业务类型处理所述业务请求对应的交互式网络电视业务：
    解析所述业务请求，获取并存储所述业务请求携带的用户信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的交互式网络电视业务平台，其中，所述处理模块还设置成：在存储所述业务请求携带的所述用户信息之后，将与所述用户信息对应的账号信息发送至用户。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的交互式网络电视业务平台，其中，当所述业务类型为充值请求时，所述处理模块设置成按照如下方式根据所述业务类型处理所述业务请求对应的交互式网络电视业务：
    解析所述业务请求，获取所述业务请求携带的账号信息及充值信息；
    根据所述账号信息及充值信息进行充值。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的交互式网络电视业务平台，其中，当所述业务类型为订购请求时，所述处理模块设置成按照如下方式根据所述业务类型处理所述业务请求对应的交互式网络电视业务：
    解析所述业务请求，获取所述业务请求携带的订购信息；
    获取与所述订购信息对应的产品信息；
    查询所述产品信息对应的扣费信息，若扣费成功，则建立账号信息与所述产品信息之间的订购关系。
  12. 如权利要求7所述的交互式网络电视业务平台，其中，当所述业务类型为登录请求时，所述处理模块设置成按照如下方式根据所述业务类型处理所述业务请求对应的交互式网络电视业务：
    解析所述业务请求，获取所述业务请求携带的账号信息，激活与所述账号信息匹配的订购关系。
  13. 一种交互式网络电视业务系统，包括交互式网络电视终端及如权利要求7至12任一项所述的交互式网络电视业务平台，其中，
    所述交互式网络电视终端设置成：向所述交互式网络电视业务平台发送业务请求。
