本发明的有益效果为:拉绳长度不变,利用一条拉绳张力对一个或者多个弹性单元进行预压缩,使得弹性单元在外力作用下发生形变;通过所述活动支撑上下移动带动所述弹性单元底部来压缩或者放松所述弹性单元,使弹性单元的软硬度改变,简化了结构及生产过程,节约了成本,且活动支撑的上升和下降平稳,操作方便,可同时实现软硬度和高度调节,应用广泛,可以用于枕头、坐垫、软垫、沙发、靠垫以及床垫上,满足不同领域的设备及产品的弹性装置的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,这是本发明的较佳实施例。
实施例1
如附图1-4所示,一种软硬高度可调的弹性体,包括上部的弹性体1及下部的伸缩体,所述弹性体1包括至少一个纵横排列的弹性单元2,所述弹性体1选自海绵、3D棉、公仔棉或者慢回弹海绵中的任意一种或者几种的组合,所述弹性单元2套装袋状结构3或者直接在所述弹性单元上端分别设置牵拉机构,所述伸缩体由底座4及安装在所述底座4上的活动支撑5构成,所述弹性单元2下端固定在所述活动支撑5上,所述袋状结构3上固定一拉绳6或所述牵拉机构上固定一拉绳6,多个所述弹性单元2共用一条所述拉绳6或者一个所述弹性单元2用多条所述拉绳6,所述拉绳6沿弹性单元2轴线穿过所述弹性单元2或者拉绳6穿过所述弹性单元2之间的间隙或者多条所述拉绳6穿过所述弹性体1内部和/或周围,继续穿过所述活动支撑5后与所述底座4相接,所述活动支撑5上下移动带动所述弹性单元2底部来压缩或放松所述弹性单元2实现所述弹性体2的软硬和/或高度调节,一根拉绳6可以同时作用于一个或者多个弹性单元2,或者多根拉绳6作用于一个弹性单元2,实现一个或者多个弹性单元2的预压缩,通过所述活动支撑5上下移动带动所述弹性单元底部来压缩或者放松所述弹性单元2,使弹性单元2的软硬度改变,简化了结构及生产过程,节约了成本,且活动支撑5的上升和下降平稳,操作方便,可同时实现软硬度和高度调节。
较优地,所述活动支撑5相对所述弹性单元2的硬度较高,所述活动支撑选自海绵、慢回弹海绵、皮革、软垫、软板或者硬板中的任意一种或者几种的组合。
较优地,通过所述拉绳6长短调节,实现整个所述弹性体1的软硬调节、高度调节和软硬高度同时调节。此时,拉绳6处于活动状态,其长度可调。
较优地,所述牵拉机构压于所述袋状结构的上面或固定于所述弹性单元2的上端,形状可为圆形、多边形、十字形及其它规则形状。
较优地,所述弹性单元2之间通过布袋连接、网状固定连接件连接、胶粘固定连接、通过环扣固定连接或者直接设置纵横排布的钢丝类的连接线通过环扣直接将所述弹性单元2下端两两相连组合成完整的弹性体1。

实施例2
如附图5-6所示,一种软硬高度可调的弹性体,包括上部的弹性体1及下部的伸缩体,所述弹性体1包括至少一个纵横排列的弹性单元2,所述弹性体1选自人造或天然动植物毛皮或纤维、气囊、塑料弹性体、橡胶弹性体、树叶或刨花中的任意一种或者几种的组合,所述弹性单元2套装袋状结构3或者直接在所述弹性单元上端分别设置牵拉机构,所述伸缩体由底座4及安装在所述底座4上的活动支撑5构成,所述弹性单元2下端固定在所述活动支撑5上,所述袋状结构3上固定一拉绳6或所述牵拉机构上固定一拉绳6,多个所述弹性单元2共用一条所述拉绳6或者一个所述弹性单元2用多条所述拉绳6,所述拉绳6沿弹性单元轴线穿过所述弹性单元2或者拉绳3穿过所述弹性单元2之间的间隙或者多条所述拉绳2穿过所述弹性体2内部和/或周围,继续穿过所述活动支撑5后与所述底座4相接,所述活动支撑5上下移动带动所述弹性单元2底部来压缩或放松所述弹性单元2实现所述弹性体2的软硬或高度调节,一根拉绳6可以同时作用于一个或者多个弹性单元2,或者多根拉绳6作用于一个弹性单元2,实现一个或者多个弹性单元2的预压缩,活通过所述活动支撑5上下移动带动所述弹性单元底部来压缩或者放松所述弹性单元2,使弹性单元2的软硬度改变,简化了结构及生产过程,节约了成本,且活动支撑5的上升和下降平稳,操作方便,可同时实现软硬度和高度调节动支撑5既起到上下弹性单元2的软硬度的作用,同时还可以调节高度。
较优地,所述活动支撑5相对所述弹性单元的硬度较高,所述活动支撑选自海绵、慢回弹海绵、皮革、软垫或者硬板中的任意一种或者几种的组合。
较优地,通过所述拉绳6长短调节,实现整个所述弹性体1的软硬调节、高度调节和软硬高度同时调节。
较优地,所述牵拉机构压于所述袋状结构的上面或固定于所述弹性单元2的上端,形状可为圆形、多边形、十字形及其它规则形状。

一种 软硬高度可调的弹性体, 包括上部的弹性体 1 及下部的伸缩体,所述弹性体 1 包括至少一个纵横排列的弹性单元 2 ,所述弹性体 1 选用金属弹簧或者气体弹簧,所述弹性单元 2 套装袋状结构 3 或者直接在所述弹性单元上端分别设置牵拉机构,所述伸缩体由底座 4 及安装在所述底座 4 上的活动支撑 5 构成,所述弹性单元 2 下端固定在所述活动支撑 5 上,所述袋状结构 3 上固定一拉绳 6 或所述牵拉机构上固定一拉绳 6 ,多个所述弹性单元 2 共用一条所述拉绳 6 或者一个所述弹性单元 2 用多条所述拉绳 6 ,所述拉绳 6 穿过所述弹性单元 2 之间的间隙,继续穿过所述活动支撑 5 后与所述底座 4 相接,所述活动支撑 5 上下移动带动所述弹性单元 2 底部来压缩或放松所述弹性单元 2 实现所述弹性体 2 的软硬或高度调节,一根拉绳 6 可以同时作用于一个或者多个弹性单元 2 ,或者多根拉绳 6 作用于一个弹性单元 2 ,实现一个或者多个弹性单元 2 的预压缩,活动支撑 5 既起到上下弹性单元 2 的软硬度的作用,同时还可以调节高度。
区别仅在于弹性单元 2 可以采用金属弹簧或者气体弹簧,也同样可以起到调节软硬度和 / 或高度的作用,其他均与实施例 1 和实施例 2 相同。
实施例4
一种软硬高度可调的弹性体的应用,将权利要求实施例1、实施例2及实施例3所述的软硬高度可调的弹性体用于枕头、坐垫、软垫、沙发、靠垫以及床垫上,实现软硬和/或高度可调。
本发明的有益效果为:拉绳长度不变,利用一条拉绳张力对多个弹性单元进行预压缩,使得弹性单元在外力作用下发生形变;通过所述活动支撑上下移动带动所述弹性单元底部来压缩或者放松所述弹性单元,使弹性单元的软硬度改变,简化了结构及生产过程,节约了成本,且活动支撑的上升和下降平稳,操作方便,在改变软硬度的同时,活动支撑为硬度比所述弹性单元的硬度大的弹性结构,通过压缩或者放松所述弹性结构来实现高度的调节,应用广泛,可以用于枕头、坐垫、软垫、沙发、靠垫以及床垫上,满足不同领域的设备及产品的弹性装置的需求。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种软硬高度可调的弹性体,其特征在于:包括上部的弹性体及下部的伸缩体,所述弹性体包括至少一个纵横排列的弹性单元,所述弹性单元套装袋状结构或者直接在所述弹性单元上端分别设置牵拉机构,所述伸缩体由底座及安装在所述底座上的活动支撑构成,所述弹性单元下端固定在所述活动支撑上,所述袋状结构或所述牵拉机构上固定一拉绳,多个所述弹性单元共用一条所述拉绳或者一个所述弹性单元用多条所述拉绳或者一个所述弹性单元用一条所述拉绳,所述拉绳沿弹性单元轴线穿过所述弹性单元或者拉绳穿过所述弹性单元之间的间隙或者多条所述拉绳穿过所述弹性体内部和/或周围,继续穿过所述活动支撑后与所述底座相接,所述活动支撑上下移动带动所述弹性单元底部来压缩或放松所述弹性单元实现所述弹性体的软硬和/或高度调节。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的软硬高度可调的弹性体,其特征在于:所述弹性体选自海绵、3D棉、公仔棉、慢回弹海绵、人造或天然动植物毛皮或纤维、气囊、塑料弹性体、橡胶弹性体、树叶、刨花、金属弹簧或者气体弹簧中的任意一种或者几种的组合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的软硬高度可调的弹性体,其特征在于:所述活动支撑相对所述弹性单元的硬度较高,所述活动支撑选自海绵、慢回弹海绵、皮革、软垫、软板或者硬板中的任意一种或者几种的组合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的软硬高度可调的弹性体,其特征在于:通过所述拉绳长短调节,实现整个所述弹性体的软硬调节、高度调节或软硬高度同时调节。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的软硬高度可调的弹性体,其特征在于:所述牵拉机构压于所述袋状结构的上面或固定于所述弹性单元的上端或所述弹性单元之间的间隙或所述弹性体周围,形状可为圆形、多边形、十字形及其它规则形状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的软硬高度可调的弹性体,其特征在于:所述弹性单元之间通过布袋连接、网状固定连接件连接、胶粘固定连接、通过环扣固定连接或者直接设置纵横排布的钢丝类的连接线通过环扣直接将所述弹性单元下端两两相连组合成完整的弹性体。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的软硬高度可调的弹性体,其特征在于:所述伸缩体推动所述弹性单元下端升降,在拉绳的配合下,改变弹性单元的预压缩量,而改变所述弹性单元的弹力;所述伸缩体伸长时,所述弹性单元底端上移,在拉绳长度不变时,拉绳张力变大,所述弹性单元被进一步压缩,硬度变大;所述伸缩体变短时,所述弹性单元的压缩状态被释放,拉绳张力变小,则弹力变小。

    (2)所述弹性单元及活动支撑之间设置一大面积构件,多个弹性单元下端固定在该构件上部,多个活动支撑上端面与该构件下部固定,实现多个活动支撑可同时同幅度升降; (3)上述构件和活动支撑都为多个,在所述构件上部都分别固定安装有一个或多个弹性单元,所述构件下部分别固定安装在对应的活动支撑上端面上,实现多个活动支撑同幅度升降或不同幅度升降。
  10. 一种软硬高度可调的弹性体的应用,其特征在于:将权利要求1-9任一项所述的软硬高度可调的弹性体用于枕头、坐垫、软垫、沙发、靠垫以及床垫上,实现软硬和/或高度可调。
