本发明实施例提供的一种耳机、终端以及音频处理方法,该方法包括:当耳机的吸附头吸附在终端的外壳上时,吸附头从终端外壳接收终端的音频模块发出的声音信号,通过耳机线将声音信号传递到听筒。通过本发明实施例提供的技术方案,终端上无需耳机插孔,且耳机无需电源支持,就能够实现一个终端上同时使用多个耳机,并且不会影响用户对终端的握持姿势,方便用户使用。

需要说明的是,NFC模块、霍尔传感器模块以及AP可以采用目前现有的终端上普遍使用的型号。上述实施例中音频模块、NFC模块或者霍尔传感器模块均与AP相连,AP通过对音频模块、NFC模块或者霍尔传感器模块的检测和动态控制,即可实现耳机模式的检测和切换。另外,值得一提的是,上述实施例的一种可能的实现方式中与NFC模块相连的AP,以及另一种可 能的实现方式中与霍尔传感器相连的AP,可以选用相同型号的AP,也可以选用不同型号的AP,本发明对此并不做限定。
示例性地,对所述音频模块进行详细说明:所述音频模块位于终端内部,包括以下至少一种:扬声器、听筒、麦克风,其中扬声器或听筒、以及麦克风均通过间接的或者直接的方式与机身外壳接触;在非耳机模式下,扬声器或听筒均以正常的音量播放声音信号,在耳机模式下,音频模块将调整扬声器或者听筒音量到某个特定的微弱等级,此时声音信号将被传递到终端的外壳,再通过终端的外壳传递到耳机上,同时耳机上拾音模块获取的声音信号和机械开关产生的声音信号也能传递到终端的外壳,再被传递到麦克风处。
示例性地,对所述NFC模块或者霍尔传感器模块进行详细说明:所述NFC模块或者霍尔传感器模块位于手机机身内部,用于自动检测耳机吸附,并将信号传递给应用处理器AP;当植入电子标签的耳机吸附到终端的外壳后,终端内的NFC模块进行信息读取和匹配,若信息正确则向AP传递信号;当耳机无电子标签或者终端中有霍尔传感器模块无NFC模块时,可采用霍尔传感器模块进行耳机吸附的自动检测。终端内布置有数个霍尔传感器器件形成检测阵列,当含有磁性听头的耳机吸附到机身外壳后,霍尔传感器阵列中的某个传感器检测到磁场变化值超过设定门限则向AP传递信号。反之,当植入电子标签的耳机离开终端时,终端内部的NFC模块检测到电子标签数据丢失,则再次向AP传递信号;或者当含有磁性的耳机离开手机时,霍尔传感器模块中的霍尔传感器检测磁场消失,则再次向AP传递信号。
示例性地,对本发明实施例中的AP进行详细说明:所述AP位于终端内部,用于根据接收到的指令来动态调配终端内各模块工作,当其收到NFC模块或者霍尔传感器模块传递的信号时,将控制音频模块启动耳机模式,即立即调整扬声器或者听筒音量到某个特定的微弱等级;或者控制音频模块关闭耳机模式,即立即调整扬声器音量到常规的外放等级或者调整听筒音量到常规的手持通话等级;同时,AP也将根据麦克风传递回的语音信号或者声音控制信号进行识别和处理;此外,对于应用自动识别功能,AP可以首先针对NFC天线分布和霍尔传感器阵列的不同区域预设相对应的应用(终端上安装的应用程序)。其次,当耳机吸附时,根据不同位置的NFC天线和霍尔传感 器传递的指令,以及预设的某种优先级判定方案,可以实现终端应用的自动播放或切换。
本发明实施例提供一种音频处理方法,应用于上述的耳机及上述的终端之间,所述终端包括应用处理器AP,该方法包括:
当所述耳机的吸附头吸附在所述终端的外壳上时,所述吸附头从终端外壳接收所述终端的音频模块发出的声音信号,通过所述耳机线将所述声音信号传递到所述听筒。

如图1所示,为本发明实施例整体实现效果示意图。本实施例无需耳机孔,将耳机吸附在机身背面任意位置即可使用耳机功能,耳机侧无需电源供电,且可实现多个耳机同时在一部手机上使用。
与现有技术相比较,本发明实施例提供的耳机的使用方法,利用磁性听头、橡胶吸盘、电子标签、拾音模块、机械开关等低复杂度、低成本器件实现耳机的结构,同时借助终端产品自身的音频模块、NFC模块、霍尔传感器模块、应用处理器AP等现有模块,实现了耳机无孔吸附功能,终端上无需设置耳机插口,还可以在终端上使用多个耳机,能够为用户带来很多便利、提升了用户体验。
下面通过示范性实施例,对本发明实施例提供的技术方案进行详细说明:
实施例一
本实施例中终端以手机为例,下面以用户在手机上使用耳机为例进行说明,本发明实施例中所述的手机上没有耳机插孔设计,所述的耳机上也没有插头设计,在耳机的插头位置取而代之的是一个吸附头。
当用户需要使用耳机时,将耳机的吸附头吸附在手机机身背面的任意位置即可,无论是用户需要使用耳机打电话还是横屏游戏,只需拖动吸附头到合适位置避开手握区域即可,在手机机身上实现吸附功能可以通过在吸附头上附加磁性或者橡胶吸盘实现。
当耳机吸附头吸附到手机机身上时,本发明实施例所述的手机内的音频模块可以将手机音频通路内的声音信号以某个非常微弱的响度传递到机身的 外壳上。此时,在手机外壳材质中传导的声音信号将通过耳机吸附头以及耳机线传递到耳机听筒一侧,进而进入人耳被用户听到。由于在机身外壳上传递的声音信号响度非常微弱,在人耳与机身之间有空气隔离的情况下,该声音极难被人耳获取到,也就是说在机身外壳上传递的声音信号只能被耳机使用者听到。
对应地,本发明实施例所述的耳机上包含有拾音模块,其位于耳机线对应的人嘴位置,其可以获取用户发出的声音信号并经过耳机线传递到耳机吸附头上,进而通过吸附头传递到手机外壳上。此时,手机内的音频模块将提取手机外壳上接收到的用户声音,作为通话场景的语音交互声音或者某些语音操控场景下的操作指令。
这里所说的音频模块是指,手机内的扬声器或者听筒等出音器件,以及麦克风等拾音器件,均通过某种方式与机身外壳相接触,当扬声器或者听筒等发音器件发出声音时,声音可以被传递到机身外壳上;同样,当耳机将用户的声音信号传递到机身外壳时,声音信号可以通过机身外壳传递到麦克风处。上述方式使得声音能量能够直接在音频器件、手机外壳和耳机上传播,避免了声音在空气中传播时引起大量损耗。
并且,结合机械开关设计和语音识别技术,还可以实现耳机线控功能。这里所述的机械开关位于耳机线上,其在用户按压或旋转等操作下,对应各类动作可以发出不同的、独特的、较为微弱的机械声音信号。该机械声音经过耳机线传递到手机外壳上,进而间接或者直接的被与手机外壳接触的麦克风获取。麦克风将声音信号转化为电信号传递到手机内进行语音识别,手机再根据识别出的指令进行相关业务操作。比如,通话场景下的来电接听和通话挂断、音乐播放场景下的播放暂停、快进、快退等功能。
本发明实施例所述的手机的音频通路内的声音信号通过手机外壳达到耳机,再通过耳机进入人耳的声音上行传递方式,和用户发出的声音信号通过耳机到达手机外壳,再通过手机外壳进入音频模块的声音下行传递方式,以及耳机线控功能的实现方式,均完全借助物理途径实现声音传播,因而在耳机三大基本功能的实现上来说,耳机侧并不需要电源的支持,也就是说免除了用户给蓝牙耳机充电或者更换电池的繁琐操作。
还有,即使在耳机侧无电源供电的情况下,手机亦可以通过某些方式实现耳机吸附的自动检测以及音频模式切换,比如通过NFC功能来实现,当植入了电子标签的耳机吸附头吸附到手机上,手机通过机身内部的NFC天线与模块检测到电子标签所包含的信息并且正确匹配时,则自动调整音频模式为耳机模式;又比如通过霍尔传感器来实现,数个霍尔传感器在手机内形成一个阵列,当含有磁性的耳机吸附头吸附到手机上,通过机身内部的某个霍尔器件检测磁场变化并判断为有耳机吸附后,则手机自动调整音频模式为耳机模式。反之,当植入的电子标签的耳机吸附头离开手机时,手机通过机身内部的NFC天线与模块检测电子标签数据丢失,则手机自动调整音频模式为常规的外放模式或者手持模式;当含有磁性的耳机吸附头离开手机时,通过机身内部的某个霍尔器件检测磁场变化并判断为磁场消失,则手机自动调整音频模式为常规的外放模式或者手持模式。
本发明实施例所述的耳机模式即当手机检测到耳机吸附后,手机迅速调整扬声器或者听筒的音量到某个特定的等级,该等级下的音量较为微弱,在用户常规使用习惯中,即人耳和手机之间有一定距离间隔的情况下,人耳已经无法感知到声音,但是通过耳机传递后,用户可以明确的收到声音信号。
可选地,上文所述的NFC功能和霍尔传感器阵列功能还可以实现耳机应用自动识别功能。首先将NFC天线走线以及阵列中的霍尔传感器按照物理分布划为几块区域,当某个区域内的NFC天线或者霍尔触感器检测到耳机吸附时,则自动启动某个功能,比如机身背面上部的NFC天线或者霍尔传感器检测耳机吸附后自动播放MP3,机身背面下部的NFC天线或者霍尔传感器检测耳机吸附后自动播放收音机,而当用户将耳机吸盘从机身背面上部移动到机身下部时,在无其它操作的情况下可实现MP3应用到收音机应用的无缝切换。
对于某一个手机,在其机身外壳上可以同时吸附多个耳机,则在每个耳机的听筒端均可以收听声音,在每个耳机的拾音模块处均可以发送声音,可以满足在某些特殊的场景下,多个用户在某个手机上同时使用耳机的需要。上文提到的在耳机侧无电源供电的情况下,通过NFC和霍尔传感器等模块实现耳机自动检测的功能,同样适用于多个耳机同时吸附的场景。并且,可以通过设定耳机识别次序优先级的方式,保证多个耳机吸附时的应用自动识别 功能不会出现紊乱。
此外,耳机线可以从吸附头的侧边引出,尽量降低吸附头的厚度,使得当有耳机吸附的手机置放于桌面上或者衣兜内时,耳机线及吸附头的厚度并不会对手机的摆放造成明显影响,并且在使用中用户可以随时通过旋转吸附头来调整耳机线的走向,避免耳机线对使用造成干扰。
实施例二
如图2所示,当采用NFC方案时,针对单个耳机吸附,本实施例中终端以手机为例,本实施例中终端中的应用处理器AP集成在手机的基带处理模块中,在手机中将应用处理器AP集成在基带处理模块中的做法是现有技术方案的惯用技术手段,这里不做详细说明。
当用户把耳机的吸附头吸附在手机的外壳上时,手机侧的处理流程包括以下步骤:
步骤101:含有电子标签的耳机吸附头吸附到手机上;
步骤102:手机侧的NFC模块检测电子标签信息是否匹配,若不匹配,则不传递信号,结束流程,跳转至步骤105;
步骤103:若NFC模块检测到电子标签信息匹配,则向基带处理模块传递信号;
步骤104:基带处理模块收到NFC模块传递的信号,则控制音频模块启动耳机模式;
步骤105:流程结束。
当用户把耳机的吸附头从手机的外壳上取下时,手机的处理流程包括以下步骤:
步骤201:含有电子标签的耳机吸附头远离手机时;
步骤202:手机侧的NFC模块检测电子标签信息丢失;
步骤203:NFC模块向基带处理模块传递信号;
步骤204:基带处理模块收到NFC模块传递的信号,则控制音频模块关闭耳机模式;
步骤205:流程结束。
需要说明的是,上述步骤同样适用于多个耳机同时吸附的场景,当多个耳机同时吸附时,对于步骤102,只要手机侧的NFC模块检测某一个耳机吸附头中的电子标签信息匹配,则按照余下的步骤顺序,音频模块即会启动耳机模式;对于步骤202,只要手机侧的NFC模块检测到最后一个匹配的电子标签信息丢失时,则按照余下的步骤顺序,音频模块即会关闭耳机模式。
如图3所示,本发明实施例采用NFC方案实施例的装置包括:含有吸附头、耳机线、拾音模块、机械开关、听筒的耳机,其中吸附头内包含电子标签,以及含有NFC模块、基带处理模块、音频模块的手机,其中NFC模块和音频模块均与基带处理模块相连。
其中:
耳机侧吸附头的电子标签和手机侧的NFC模块相互作用,用于通过电磁波传递来确认耳机吸附和远离的状态,并将信息传递给基带处理模块;
基带处理模块用于根据NFC模块传递的信息,来控制音频模块开启和关闭耳机模式;
音频模块一方面用于根据接收到的命令调整扬声器或者听筒等发声器件的音量,另一方面实现声音信号和机身外壳之间的相互传递;
吸附头用于将耳机吸附在手机上,同时实现吸附头和手机外壳之间的声音传递;
耳机线将吸附头、拾音模块、机械开关、听筒逐个相连,实现声音在耳机上的传递;
拾音模块用于获取用户的声音信号,并传递到耳机线上;
机械开关用于发出控制用声音信号,并传递到耳机线上;
听筒用于将耳机线上的声音信号传递到人耳中。
如图4所示,本发明实施例采用NFC方案的吸附部分结构如下:
耳机侧的吸附头分两种,无橡胶吸盘的方案适用于机身为金属外壳的终端,其磁性吸头可直接吸附在金属机身上;附加橡胶吸盘的方案适用于非金 属材质外壳的终端,其磁性吸头被橡胶吸盘包裹,橡胶吸盘经过挤压后通过真空吸附原理吸附在机身外壳上;
手机侧的NFC模块包含NFC芯片和天线,NFC芯片与基带处理模块相连,并向基带处理模块实时传递信息,NFC天线走线根据需要分布在机身内的某片区域;
吸附头内包含有电子标签,当吸附头吸附到机身外壳上时,电子标签与NFC模块作用,可实现自动吸附检测功能;因而只要吸附头吸附在NFC天线分布区域内,均可以实现自动吸附检测功能,当NFC天线将机身背部整体包围时,则可以在机身背部任意位置实现吸附检测功能。
如图5所示,本发明实施例的音频模块部分结构如下:
手机机身内的扬声器、听筒、麦克风等音频器件可通过三种方式与机身外壳接触,第一,当音频器件与机身外壳距离较远时,可通过金属探针的方式接触,探针一端固定在机身外壳上,另一端与固定在机身支架或者PCB上的音频器件接触,接触方式可选择在音频器件的顶面接触或者侧面接触;第二,当音频器件与机身外壳距离较近时,可通过在二者间缝隙填充材料的方式接触,填充的材料可以是金属片等导音性良好的物质;第三,音频器件本身也可与机身外壳通过直接物理接触实现声音的传递。
如图6所示,本发明实施例的机械开关和拾音模块部分结构如下:
拾音模块和机械开关均位于耳机线上,机械开关位于拾音模块上方更靠近耳机听筒的位置;拾音模块一端为金属圆片,用于获取人嘴发出的声音,并将声音信号传递到耳机线上;
机械开关由齿轮、金属弹片、弹簧等部件组成,将这些器件组合可以形成简单的拨动开关和旋钮开关,当用户拨动开关和旋转旋钮时,在弹簧弹力和金属弹片的作用下,开关内将发出某种声响,该声音作为控制信号可以通过耳机线传递到吸附头,再通机身外壳传递到麦克风,再通过语音识别技术被手机识别。
如图7所示,本发明实施例的声音信号传递路径示意图如下,图中虚线部分为对应功能中声音的无效传递路径:
对于语音和多媒体声音信号,上行传递路径是:手机内音频模块发出的声音信号传递到手机外壳,再由手机外壳传递到与其吸附的吸附头上,随后经由耳机线,以及与耳机线相连的拾音模块、机械开关,最终到达听筒侧进入人耳;下行传递路径是:拾音模块获取到人嘴声音信号,经由耳机线传递到吸附头,再由吸附头传递到所吸附的手机外壳上,最终通过手机外壳进入音频模块;
对于机械开关声音传递路径是,机械开关经过用户拨动和旋转时发出的声音,经由耳机线传递到吸附头,再由吸附头传递到所吸附的手机外壳上,最终通过手机外壳进入音频模块。
实施例三
如图8所示,当采用霍尔传感器方案时,针对单个耳机吸附,本实施例中终端以手机为例,本实施例中终端中的应用处理器AP集成在手机的基带处理模块中,在手机中将应用处理器AP集成在基带处理模块中的做法是现有技术方案的惯用技术手段,这里不做详细说明。
当用户把耳机的吸附头吸附在手机的外壳上时,手机侧的处理流程包括以下步骤:
步骤301:含有磁性的耳机吸附头吸附到手机某一位置上;
步骤302:手机侧的霍尔传感器阵列中该位置的霍尔传感器检测到磁场;
步骤303:该位置的霍尔传感器传递信号给基带处理模块;
步骤304:基带处理模块收到霍尔传感器传递的信号,则控制音频模块启动耳机模式;
步骤305:流程结束。
当用户把耳机的吸附头从手机的外壳上取下时,手机的处理流程包括以下步骤:
步骤401:含有磁性的耳机吸附头远离手机时;
步骤402:手机侧的霍尔传感器阵列中该位置的霍尔传感器检测磁场消 失;
步骤403:该位置的霍尔传感器传递信号给基带处理模块;
步骤404:基带处理模块收到霍尔传感器传递的信号,则控制音频模块关闭耳机模式;
步骤405:流程结束;
需要说明的是,上述步骤同样适用于多个耳机同时吸附的场景,当多个耳机同时吸附时,对于步骤302,只要手机侧的霍尔传感器阵列中的某一个霍尔传感器检测到磁场,则按照余下的步骤顺序,音频模块即会启动耳机模式;对于步骤402,只要手机侧的霍尔传感器阵列中的全部霍尔传感器检测不到磁场时,则按照余下的步骤顺序,音频模块即会关闭耳机模式。
如图9所示,本发明采用霍尔传感器方案实施例的装置包括:含有吸附头、耳机线、拾音模块、机械开关、听筒的耳机,其中吸附头内包含磁性听头,以及含有霍尔传感器阵列、基带处理模块、音频模块的手机,其中霍尔传感器模块和音频模块均与基带处理模块相连。
其中:
耳机侧的耳机线、拾音模块、机械开关、听筒,以及手机侧的基带处理模块、音频模块与各自在NFC方案中的作用均保持一致;
只是耳机吸附头内不在含有电子标签,而是借助磁性听头产生的磁场在手机侧霍尔传感器阵列中的作用信息,来确认耳机吸附和远离的状态;
如图10所示,本发明实施例采用霍尔传感器方案的吸附部分结构如下:
耳机侧的吸附头同样分两种,无橡胶吸盘的方案适用于机身为金属外壳的终端,其磁性吸头可直接吸附在金属机身上;附加橡胶吸盘的方案适用于非金属材质外壳的终端,其磁性吸头被橡胶吸盘包裹,橡胶吸盘经过挤压后通过真空吸附原理吸附在机身外壳上;
手机侧的数个霍尔传感器每间隔一定距离摆放,形成霍尔传感器阵列,其中每个传感器均可以向基带处理模块发送信号,阵列中两两传感器之间的最大距离D小于磁性听头的直径R,保证当磁性听头放置于阵列中的任意位置时,至少有一个霍尔传感器可作用;
当含有磁性听头的吸附头吸附或者离开机身外壳上时,对应位置的霍尔传感器作用并发送信号,可实现自动吸附检测功能。
实施例四
本实施例中终端以手机为例,本实施例中终端中的应用处理器AP集成在手机的基带处理模块中,在手机中将应用处理器AP集成在基带处理模块中的做法是现有技术方案的惯用技术手段,这里不做详细说明。
如图11所示,假设手机背部分为上下两个识别区域,针对单个耳机吸附,当使用NFC方案时,本发明实施例中实现根据吸附区域自动启动对应应用功能的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤501:含有电子标签的耳机吸附头吸附到手机上部识别区域;
步骤502:手机侧的NFC模块上部天线区域检测电子标签信息是否匹配,若不匹配,则不传递信号,结束流程,跳转至步骤507;
步骤503:若NFC模块检测到电子标签信息匹配,则向基带处理模块传递信号;
步骤504:基带处理模块收到NFC模块传递的信号,同时确认NFC信号来自于上下哪个识别区域;
步骤505:基带处理模块根据识别出的区域,调用预设的应用,比如当判断NFC信号来自于机身上部识别区域,则启动MP3应用,当判断NFC信号来自于机身下部识别区域,则启动收音机应用;
步骤506:基带处理模块控制音频模块启动耳机模式;
步骤507:流程结束;
步骤508:含有电子标签的耳机吸附头吸附到手机下部识别区域;
步骤509:手机侧的NFC模块下部天线区域检测电子标签信息是否匹配,若不匹配,则不传递信号,结束流程,跳转至步骤507;若匹配,则跳转至步骤503。
如图11所示,假设手机背部分为上下两个识别区域,针对单个耳机吸附, 当使用霍尔传感器方案时,本发明实施例中实现根据吸附区域自动启动对应应用功能的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤601:含有磁性的耳机吸附头吸附到手机上部识别区域;
步骤602:手机侧的霍尔传感器阵列上部区域中某一位置的霍尔传感器检测到磁场;
步骤603:该位置的霍尔传感器传递信号给基带处理模块;
步骤604:基带处理模块收到霍尔传感器阵列传递的信号,同时确认霍尔传感器信号来自于上下哪个识别区域;
步骤605:基带处理模块根据识别出的区域,调用预设的应用,比如当判断霍尔传感器信号来自于机身上部识别区域,则启动MP3应用,当判断霍尔传感器信号来自于机身下部识别区域,则启动收音机应用;
步骤606:基带处理模块控制音频模块启动耳机模式;
步骤607:流程结束;
步骤608:含有磁性的耳机吸附头吸附到手机下部识别区域;
步骤609:手机侧的霍尔传感器阵列下部区域中某一位置的霍尔传感器检测到磁场,跳转至步骤603。
需要说明的是,上述步骤同样适用于多个耳机同时吸附的场景,当多个耳机在机身上下识别区域同时吸附时,即步骤502和509、602和609同时作用时,步骤505中基带处理芯片将根据某个预设的优先级判断方案,来判断所要调用的应用,比如按照每个耳机吸附的时间顺序,调用最先吸附的耳机所在区域的对应应用,然后按照余下的步骤顺序,音频模块即会启动耳机模式。
另外,耳机离开手机时的步骤,与图2中的步骤201到步骤205、图8中的步骤401到405,以及对应章节的文字说明相类似,这里不再赘述。
如图12所示,本发明实施例中实现应用自动识别功能的装置结构示意图如下:
当使用NFC方案时,NFC天线分为天线1和天线2两部分,分别布置于 机身上下两个区域,NFC天线1所在区域为机身上部识别区域,NFC天线2所在区域为机身下部识别区域;两个天线均连接到射频开关芯片,射频开关芯片连接到NFC芯片以及基带处理模块;射频开关芯片的作用是将NFC信号轮流传递到各个天线,同时将当前起作用的天线信息传递给基带处理模块。当耳机吸附头位于吸附位置1时,NFC天线1接收到电子标签信号,基带处理模块收到NFC芯片传递的耳机吸附信号,以及射频开关传递的天线信息信号,根据天线信息信号,基带处理模块将判断NFC信号来自于机身上部识别区域,随即调用预设的MP3应用,同时控制音频模块启动耳机模式。当耳机吸附头位于吸附位置2或者从吸附位置1挪动到位置2时,同理,基带处理模块将根据射频开关传递的天线信息判断NFC信号来自于机身下部识别区域,随即调用预设的收音机应用,同时控制音频模块启动耳机模式。当耳机吸附头位于吸附位置1,而吸附位置2有其它耳机吸附时,基带处理模块收到耳机吸附信号的同时,也将先后收到射频开关传递的天线信息信号,此时基带处理模块可根据预设的优先级判断方案,如时间顺序,维持调用最先识别吸附所在区域的对应应用,即MP3应用。
当使用霍尔传感器方案时,霍尔传感器阵列分为上下两个部分,上部的6个霍尔传感器所在为机身上部识别区域,下部的6个霍尔传感器所在为机身下部识别区域;当耳机吸附头位于吸附位置1时,上部识别区域中的某个霍尔传感器检测到磁场,则向基带处理模块传递信号,基带处理模块收到耳机吸附信号的同时,也将确认起作用的霍尔传感器来自于机身上部识别区域,随即调用预设的MP3应用,同时控制音频模块启动耳机模式。当耳机吸附头位于吸附位置2或者从吸附位置1挪动到位置2时,同理,基带处理模块收到耳机吸附信号的同时,也将确认起作用的霍尔传感器来自于机身下部识别区域,随即调用预设的收音机应用,同时控制音频模块启动耳机模式。当耳机吸附头位于吸附位置1,而吸附位置2有其它耳机吸附时,基带处理模块将先后收到上下识别区域中某几个霍尔传感器的信号,此时基带处理模块可根据预设的优先级判断方案,如时间顺序,维持调用最先识别吸附所在区域的对应应用,即MP3应用。
虽然本发明所揭露的实施方式如上,但所述的内容仅为便于理解本发明 而采用的实施方式,并非用以限定本发明。任何本发明所属领域内的技术人员,在不脱离本发明所揭露的精神和范围的前提下,可以在实施的形式及细节上进行任何的修改与变化,但本发明的专利保护范围,仍须以所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。
工业实用性
通过本发明实施例提供的技术方案,终端上无需耳机插孔,且耳机无需电源支持,就能够实现一个终端上同时使用多个耳机,并且不会影响用户对终端的握持姿势,方便用户使用。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种耳机,包括:
    吸附头、耳机线、以及听筒;
    所述吸附头位于所述耳机线一端,设置为当吸附在终端的外壳上时,将所述终端产生的声音信号通过所述耳机线传递给所述听筒;
    所述听筒位于所述耳机线的另一端,设置为播放所述吸附头通过所述耳机线传递的声音信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其中,所述吸附头包括听头,当所述终端的外壳能导磁时,所述听头的材质为磁性材料,所述吸附头通过所述听头吸附在所述终端的外壳上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其中,所述吸附头包括听头以及吸盘,当所述终端的外壳不能导磁时,所述听头通过吸盘真空吸附在所述终端的外壳上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的耳机,其中,所述吸盘的材质包括以下至少一种:橡胶、硅胶、聚氨酯。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任意一项所述的耳机,其中,所述吸附头还包括:电子标签,所述电子标签植入在所述听头中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,还包括:
    拾音模块,位于所述耳机线的第一预设位置,设置为将获取的声音信号通过所述耳机线传递给所述吸附头。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,还包括:
    机械开关,位于所述耳机线的第二预设位置,所述机械开关在被施加外力后产生声音信号,并通过所述耳机线将产生的声音信号传递给所述吸附头。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的耳机,其中,所述吸附头的正面吸附在所述终端的外壳上,所述吸附头与所述耳机线连接的一端位于所述吸附头的侧面。
  9. 一种终端,包括:音频模块和外壳,所述音频模块与所述外壳形成接触,以将所述音频模块的声音信号传递至所述外壳;
    其中,所述音频模块位于所述终端的内部,所述音频模块与所述外壳形成接触的方式包括以下任一种:
    通过探针的方式接触,其中,所述探针一端固定在所述外壳内侧,所述探针的另一端与所述音频模块直接接触;
    通过所述音频模块与所述外壳之间的缝隙中的填充材料形成接触,所述填充材料为导声材料;
    所述音频模块与所述外壳直接物理接触。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端,还包括:
    近距离无线通信技术NFC模块、以及应用处理器AP;
    其中,所述NFC模块包含NFC芯片和NFC天线,NFC天线布设在所述终端内的预设区域,NFC芯片与所述AP相连,所述NFC芯片通过所述NFC天线对在所述预设区域内接收到的电子标签的信息进行读取,并向所述AP发送相应的预设信息,所述AP设置为根据所述预设信息调整所述音频模块输出的声音信号的强度。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的终端,还包括:
    霍尔传感器模块、以及应用处理器AP;
    其中,所述霍尔传感器模块包括按照预设规则布设在所述终端内的预设区域的N个霍尔传感器,所述N个霍尔传感器均与所述AP相连,所述霍尔传感器通过对在所述预设区域内感应到的磁场进行检测,并向所述AP发送相应的预设信息,所述AP设置为根据所述预设信息调整所述音频模块输出的声音信号的强度。
  12. 一种音频处理方法,应用于权利要求1至8中任一项所述的耳机及权利要求9至11中任一项所述的终端之间,包括:
    当所述耳机的吸附头吸附在所述终端的外壳上时,所述吸附头从终端外壳接收所述终端的音频模块发出的声音信号,通过所述耳机线将所述声音信号传递到所述听筒。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述耳机设置有拾音模块,所述音频模块中包括麦克风,所述方法还包括:
    所述拾音模块获取声音信号并通过所述耳机线将获取的声音信号传递到所述吸附头;
    所述吸附头通过所述外壳将所述声音信号传递到所述麦克风;
    所述麦克风将所述声音信号转换为电信号发送给所述AP。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述耳机设置有机械开关,所述音频模块中包括麦克风,所述方法还包括:
    所述机械开关被施加外力后产生声音信号并通过所述耳机线将产生的声音信号传递到所述吸附头;
    所述吸附头通过所述外壳将所述声音信号传递到所述麦克风;
    所述麦克风将所述声音信号转换为电信号发送给所述AP。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述吸附头中设置有电子标签且所述终端设置有NFC模块,所述方法还包括:
    当所述吸附头吸附在所述终端的外壳上时,所述NFC模块读取所述吸附头中的电子标签的信息并判断所述信息是否匹配;
    当所述NFC模块判断所述信息匹配时,所述NFC模块向所述终端的AP发送第一信息;
    所述AP根据所述第一信息将所述音频模块输出的声音信号的强度的值调整为小于或等于预设阈值的值。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,还包括:
    当所述吸附头离开所述终端的外壳,所述NFC模块读取不到所述电子标签的信息时,向所述AP发送第二信息;
    所述AP根据所述第二信息将所述音频模块输出的声音信号的强度的值调整为大于所述预设阈值的值。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其中,所述NFC模块的NFC天线布设在所述终端内的M个区域,所述M个区域是根据预设规则划分所述终端内的空间得到的,所述方法还包括:
    当所述吸附头吸附在所述终端的外壳上时,所述NFC模块读取所述吸附 头中的电子标签的信息并判断所述信息是否匹配;
    当所述NFC模块判断所述信息匹配时,所述NFC模块向所述终端的AP发送第三信息;
    所述AP根据所述第三信息确定所述吸附头吸附位置对应的所述区域,并根据确定的所述区域调用对应的应用;
    所述AP将所述音频模块输出的声音信号的强度的值调整为小于或等于预设阈值的值。
  18. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述吸附头包括听头且所述听头的材质为磁性材料,所述终端设置有霍尔传感器模块,所述方法还包括:
    当所述吸附头吸附在所述终端的外壳上时,所述霍尔传感器模块检测到所述听头的磁场信息,则向所述终端的AP发送第一信息;
    所述AP根据所述第一信息将所述音频模块输出的声音信号的强度的值调整为小于或等于预设阈值的值。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,还包括:
    当所述吸附头离开所述终端的外壳,所述霍尔传感器模块检测不到所述听头的磁场信息时,向所述AP发送第二信息;
    所述AP根据所述第二信息将所述音频模块输出的声音信号的强度的值调整为大于所述预设阈值的值。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中,所述霍尔传感器模块的N个传感器布设在所述终端内的M个区域,所述M个区域是根据预设规则划分所述终端内的空间得到的,所述方法还包括:
    当所述吸附头吸附在所述终端的外壳上时,所述霍尔传感器模块检测到所述听头的磁场信息,则向所述终端的AP发送第三信息;
    所述AP根据所述第三信息确定所述吸附头吸附位置对应的所述区域,并根据确定的所述区域调用对应的应用;
    所述AP将所述音频模块输出的声音信号的强度的值调整为小于或等于预设阈值的值。
