Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une boisson liquide emballé sous pression. Le procédé consiste à remplir un récipient comprenant une soupape unidirectionnelle d'une boisson liquide, à sceller le récipient, à introduire un volume de gaz par la soupape unidirectionnelle après avoir scellé le récipient, et à agiter la boisson liquide à l'intérieur du récipient scellé.
