  • the cutter head according to the invention is characterized in that an axial liner is provided on the supporting surface near the recess, wherein the bolt clamps the contact surface of the transverse head against the liner on the axial supporting surface while a play is present between the shaft and a wall of the recess.

  • the axial liner is easily accessible for repair or replacement on the outer blade surface after removal of the adapter from the recess.
  • clamping fastening at the top end of the adapter prevents micro movements of the shaft at the place of contact, which is at the liner locations, and hence reduces wear.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une tête de coupe (1) pour un dispositif d'excavation. La tête de coupe a au moins une lame (10-10'') avec un évidement (12-12'') et une surface de butée angulaire (22). Un outil a un arbre de support (15) s'adaptant dans l'évidement et une tête transversale (16) connectée par l'intermédiaire d'un boulon (24, 25) serrant la surface de contact (18, 18') de la tête transversale (16) contre une garniture (30) sur la surface de support axial (19, 19') tout en laissant un jeu entre l'arbre (15) et l'évidement (12, 12'').
