不同的内容提供商将自己的内容原数据分别注入到交互式网络电视(IPTV)系统中,包括节目、实体、海报、演职员等。由于运营模式多样性和复杂性,内容提供商不光提供内容源给运营商,也有可能有独立的电子节目菜单(Electronic Program Guide,简称为EPG)来运营IPTV,这就导致运营商不能随意的改变内容提供商提供的内容数据,否则会对内容提供商的运营和后面数据维护造成影响,甚至导致无法运营展示,而不同的内容提供商对同一视频内容提供了不同的内容数据。

下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
在本实施例中提供了一种内容信息展示方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的内容信息展示方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,从多个内容提供商获取多个内容信息,其中,多个内容信息是由多个内容提供商分别对同一电子节目进行描述得到的;
步骤S104,提取多个内容信息中差异的内容,得到同一电子节目的内容差异信息;
步骤S106,在电子节目菜单上显示内容差异信息。
通过上述步骤,从多个提供商提供的同一电子节目的多个内容信息中提取差异的内容,将这些差异的内容整合得到同一电子节目的内容差异信息,再在电子节目菜单上显示内容差异信息,使用户可以根据条件和需要,便捷地选择观看统一展示的同一电子节目的不同内容。可见,采用上述步骤,解决了无法统一展示同一电子节目的问题,实现了同一电子节目 的统一展示。
优选地,上述方法可以应用于IPTV业务中,例如,应用在互联网电视机顶盒中。
优选地,上述多个内容信息可以包括:多个内容提供商对同一电子节目提供的节目基本信息、视频文件、订购信息,其中,上述节目基本信息可以包括:节目名称、节目简介、节目海报、导演名称、演职人员名称、发行单位、发行时间、上映时间、电子节目类型、放映时长等。
优选地,上述内容差异信息可以包括:多个内容提供商对同一电子节目提供的视频文件和/或多个内容提供商对同一电子节目提供的订购信息。
优选地,在上述步骤S102中,为了获取到多个内容提供商对于同一电子节目提供的多个内容信息,可以分别从多个内容提供商获取全部内容信息;查找全部内容信息中同一电子节目的多个内容信息。
优选地,可以通过遍历全部内容信息中的关键信息,其中,关键信息至少包括:电子节目名称,关键信息还可以包括以下至少之一:导演名称、演职人员名称、发行单位、发行时间、上映时间、电子节目类型、放映时长;确定全部内容信息中关键信息相同的内容信息为多个内容信息的方式查找全部内容信息中同一电子节目的多个内容信息。
优选地,上述关键信息还可以包括:全部内容信息对应的电子节目的图像帧。此外,还可以从全部内容信息对应的电子节目的图像帧中通过预设算法提取出关键帧,通过对关键帧的对比确定全部内容信息中关键帧相同的内容信息为多个内容信息。
优选地,在上述步骤S106中,可以将电子节目菜单划分为不同区域,并同时显示内容信息和内容差异信息,例如,在电子节目菜单的第一区域显示多个内容提供商中的第一内容提供商提供的内容信息;在电子节目菜单的第二区域显示内容差异信息。
优选地,上述第二区域包括:多个控件,其中,多个控件用于订阅或者播放除第一内容提供商之外的其他内容提供商提供的同一电子节目,例如,在第二区域上显示两个按钮,每个按钮链接一个展示不同的内容提供商提供的原始内容信息的页面,或者每个按钮链接一个内容提供商提供的同一电子节目的节目内容。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
在本实施例中还提供了一种内容信息展示装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件 和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的内容信息展示装置的结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括:获取模块22、提取模块24和显示模块26,其中,获取模块22,设置为从多个内容提供商获取多个内容信息,其中,多个内容信息是由多个内容提供商分别对同一电子节目进行描述得到的;提取模块24,耦合至获取模块22,设置为提取多个内容信息中差异的内容,得到同一电子节目的内容差异信息;显示模块26,耦合至提取模块24,设置为在电子节目菜单上显示内容差异信息。
图3是根据本发明实施例的内容信息展示装置的优选结构框图一,优选地,如图3所示,上述获取模块22包括:获取单元32和查找单元34,其中,获取单元32,设置为分别从多个内容提供商获取全部内容信息;查找单元34,耦合至获取单元32,设置为查找全部内容信息中同一电子节目的多个内容信息。
优选地,上述查找单元34还设置为:遍历全部内容信息中的关键信息,其中,关键信息至少包括:电子节目名称,关键信息还包括以下至少之一:导演名称、演职人员名称、发行单位、发行时间、上映时间、电子节目类型、放映时长;确定全部内容信息中关键信息相同的内容信息为多个内容信息。
优选地,上述查找单元34中关键信息还包括:全部内容信息对应的电子节目的图像帧。
图4是根据本发明实施例的内容信息展示装置的优选结构框图二,优选地,如图4所示,上述显示模块26包括:第一显示单元42和第二显示单元44,其中,第一显示单元42,用于在电子节目菜单的第一区域显示多个内容提供商中的第一内容提供商提供的内容信息;第二显示单元44,用于在电子节目菜单的第二区域显示内容差异信息。
优选地,上述第二显示单元44中第二区域包括:多个控件,其中,多个控件用于订阅或者播放除第一内容提供商之外的其他内容提供商提供的同一电子节目。
需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述模块分别位于多个处理器中。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种软件,该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实施方式中描述的技术方案。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S200,从多个内容提供商获取多个内容信息,其中,多个内容信息是由多个内容提供商分别对同一电子节目进行描述得到的;
S400,提取多个内容信息中差异的内容,得到同一电子节目的内容差异信息;
S600,在电子节目菜单上显示内容差异信息。
可选地,存储介质还被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S220,分别从多个内容提供商获取全部内容信息;
S240,查找全部内容信息中同一电子节目的多个内容信息。
可选地,存储介质还被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S242,遍历全部内容信息中的关键信息,其中,关键信息至少包括:电子节目名称,关键信息还包括以下至少之一:导演名称、演职人员名称、发行单位、发行时间、上映时间、电子节目类型、放映时长;
S244,确定全部内容信息中关键信息相同的内容信息为多个内容信息。
可选地,存储介质还被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S246,全部内容信息对应的电子节目的图像帧。

S620,在电子节目菜单的第一区域显示多个内容提供商中的第一内容提供商提供的内容信息;
S640,在电子节目菜单的第二区域显示内容差异信息。
可选地,存储介质还被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S642,多个控件,其中,多个控件用于订阅或者播放除第一内容提供商之外的其他内容提供商提供的同一电子节目。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称为ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称为RAM)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
为了使本发明实施例的描述更加清楚,下面结合优选实施例进行描述和说明。
本发明优选实施例提供了一种运营商针对内容提供商的内容二次整合集中运营的方法,通过该方法,针对多个内容提供商的相同内容进行二次整合、集中运营的方法,业务运营商可以简单便捷地整合多个内容提供商的视频内容,在不修改原内容信息的基础上进行二次运营,降低业务运营商的运维成本,提高业务运营商的运营质量;用户在不需要作多次搜索的基础上,可以自行选择不同内容提供商的影片订购观看,方便了终端用户,改善了用户使用IPTV视频业务的体验效果。
在本发明优选实施例中,聚合内容信息包括同一电子节目的普通内容信息和同一电子节目的内容差异信息,其中,同一电子节目的普通内容信息可以相当于上述第一内容提供商提供的内容信息。
优选地,本发明优选实施例基于现有内容注入流程、数据规范不改变的基础上,将所有不同内容提供商的相同内容进行聚合,通过预设算法来判断不同的内容数据是否是同一部影片(相当于上述同一电子节目),包括影片名称、演员、导演(相当于上述关键信息)是否相同,或者分析视频文件是否具有相同的帧(相当于上述关键信息),对不同内容提供商的同一部影片的不同内容自动生成一个内容差异信息,内容差异信息是对不同内容提供商提供的相同内容的不同原数据的抽象,包含产品打包信息,这个信息自动继承已有的内容数据,也可以做个性化的修改。
上述的操作不会影响已有原内容数据,原内容数据和内容差异信息对于运营商来说是两个不同纬度的数据。运营商在EPG上可以展示内容提供商的内容数据,也可以展示整合后的内容差异信息,在内容差异信息下可以具体的看到不同内容提供商对该影片不同的内容数据,用户也可以根据自己的喜好、产品包情况、流畅度、高低码率等选择适合自己的影片订购点播观看。
图5是根据本发明优选实施例的内容信息展示方法的流程图,如图5所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S502,在目前IPTV的运营模式下,业务运营商负责提供各种产品和服务,内容提供商负责提供内容源,业务运营商可以对接多个内容提供商,即多个不同的内容提供商可以同时将内容注入到同一个业务运营商的运营平台中,不同内容提供商向业务运营商注入的内容原数据包括:栏目、实体、海报、演职员等,但不同的内容提供商的内容信息是互相独立没关联的,即目前不同的内容提供商的内容在同一个业务运营商平台上都是独立运营的,以不同的产品、不同的栏目等方式给用户提供不同的服务;
步骤S504,在内容提供商的对象模型基础上增加聚合内容对象,用于封装不同内容提供商下的相同内容的信息;
步骤S506,在对内容进行聚合后,业务平台会将聚合内容对象和内容提供商的内容数据一起同步到EPG上进行展示,一方面用户在原内容提供商的栏目下还是可以看到内容提供商的内容数据,另一方面用户可在新增的聚合内容栏目的展示页面可以看到聚合内容,点击聚合内容后,则可以看到不同内容提供商的内容数据信息,继续点击某一内容提供商的内容,可以订购或点播观看。
本发明优选实施例在不改变内容提供商内容原数据的基础上,简便地整合不同内容提供商的相同内容数据,统一展示。
在聚合内容信息展示界面上可以对聚合内容进行增加、修改、删除,支持算法包括判断影片名称、演员、导演是否相同,分析视频文件是否具有相同的帧等条件自动匹配普通内 容,并根据内容提供商提供的内容信息自动生成聚合内容信息,包括海报、影片相关信息(导演、主演、简介、时长、年份、地区、类型、集数、评分、初始播放量等)。聚合内容不影响内容提供商提供的内容信息,包括影片价格、打包关系和展示信息,只是对分布在不同展示栏目下的相同影片做一个聚合,用户可以便捷的选择影片。图6是根据本发明优选实施例的聚合内容信息展示界面的示意图,如图6所示,在聚合内容信息展示界面上分为第一区域和第二区域,在第一区域中展示电子节目的普通内容信息,在第二区域中展示电子节目的内容差异信息,其中,在第二区域中可以包括多个控件,用于订阅或者播放相应的内容提供商提供的同一电子节目。
综上所述,通过本发明的上述实施例和优选实施例,新增了一种内容信息展示方法,与现有内容信息展示方法相比,一方面减少了业务运营商的运维成本,另一方面有效提升了用户的体验效果,让用户能一目了然的去比较不同内容提供商的影片的差异,使得用户可以在不需要作多次搜索的操作下直接根据聚合的信息选择符合条件和需求的影片进行观看。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
通过本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,采用从多个内容提供商获取多个内容信息,其中,多个内容信息是由多个内容提供商分别对同一电子节目进行描述得到的;提取多个内容信息中差异的内容,得到同一电子节目的内容差异信息;在电子节目菜单上显示内容差异信息的方式,解决了无法统一展示同一电子节目的内容信息的问题,实现了同一电子节目的内容信息的统一展示。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种内容信息展示方法,包括:
    从多个内容提供商获取多个内容信息,其中,所述多个内容信息是由所述多个内容提供商分别对同一电子节目进行描述得到的;
    提取所述多个内容信息中差异的内容,得到所述同一电子节目的内容差异信息;
    在电子节目菜单上显示所述内容差异信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,从所述多个内容提供商获取所述多个内容信息包括:
    分别从所述多个内容提供商获取全部内容信息;
    查找所述全部内容信息中所述同一电子节目的所述多个内容信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,查找所述全部内容信息中所述同一电子节目的所述多个内容信息包括:
    遍历所述全部内容信息中的关键信息,其中,所述关键信息至少包括:电子节目名称,所述关键信息还包括以下至少之一:导演名称、演职人员名称、发行单位、发行时间、上映时间、电子节目类型、放映时长;
    确定所述全部内容信息中所述关键信息相同的内容信息为所述多个内容信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述关键信息还包括:
    所述全部内容信息对应的电子节目的图像帧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述电子节目菜单上显示所述内容差异信息包括:
    在所述电子节目菜单的第一区域显示所述多个内容提供商中的第一内容提供商提供的内容信息;
    在所述电子节目菜单的第二区域显示所述内容差异信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述第二区域包括:
    多个控件,其中,所述多个控件用于订阅或者播放除所述第一内容提供商之外的其他内容提供商提供的所述同一电子节目。
  7. 一种内容信息展示装置,包括:
    获取模块,设置为从多个内容提供商获取多个内容信息,其中,所述多个内容信息是由所述多个内容提供商分别对同一电子节目进行描述得到的;
    提取模块,设置为提取所述多个内容信息中差异的内容,得到所述同一电子节目的内容差异信息;
    显示模块,设置为在电子节目菜单上显示所述内容差异信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块包括:
    获取单元,设置为分别从所述多个内容提供商获取全部内容信息;
    查找单元,设置为查找所述全部内容信息中所述同一电子节目的所述多个内容信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述查找单元还设置为:
    遍历所述全部内容信息中的关键信息,其中,所述关键信息至少包括:电子节目名称,所述关键信息还包括以下至少之一:导演名称、演职人员名称、发行单位、发行时间、上映时间、电子节目类型、放映时长;
    确定所述全部内容信息中所述关键信息相同的内容信息为所述多个内容信息。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述显示模块包括:
    第一显示单元,设置为在所述电子节目菜单的第一区域显示所述多个内容提供商中的第一内容提供商提供的内容信息;
    第二显示单元,设置为在所述电子节目菜单的第二区域显示所述内容差异信息。
