背景技术
众所周知,马桶作为一种排便用具现在已经很普遍的被应用在了人们的生活中了,马桶在结构上一般包括马桶座、马桶盖以及水箱,在使用的时候人体坐落在马桶座上进行排便,在具体使用的时候,为了将马桶与人体进行隔离保持人体臀部的清洁现在的马桶上都会装设坐圈,在使用的时候人体的臀部坐落在坐圈上以达到将人体臀部与马桶隔离的作用,为了达到隔臭以及提升马桶美观效果的目的,现在的马桶上还会装设马桶盖。坐圈以及马桶盖一般都是采用活动枢接的方式安装在马桶上的,坐圈以及马桶盖具有打开以及盖合两种位置状态,当马桶盖被打开,坐圈被放下的时候,人体可以坐落在坐圈上进行排便,而当马桶处于非使用状态,也就是说没有人体坐落在马桶座上的时候,马桶盖处于盖合状态,此刻,马桶盖盖合在马桶座上,借助马桶盖将马桶座的内腔与外部环境隔离开来,从而达到隔臭、提升美观效果的作用。

本发明提供一种马桶翻转体安全简易拆卸装置以及拆卸方法,其拆卸装置连接方式简单,拆卸安全方便,而此为本发明的主要目的。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种马桶翻转体安全简易拆卸装置,其连接在马桶翻转体与马桶连接柱之间,两个该马桶连接柱对应设置在马桶的顶部,两个该安全简易拆卸装置分别连接在两个该马桶连接柱与该马桶翻转体之间,该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶翻转体始终处于枢接状态。
该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶连接柱在锁紧状态以及开启状态之间转换,当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱分别都处于锁紧状态的时候,该马桶翻转体被翻转连接到该马桶上,只有当两个该安 全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱都分别都处于开启状态的时候,该马桶翻转体才能够从该马桶上被取下。
该安全简易拆卸装置包括下压按钮,该下压按钮受外力并动作的时候,该下压按钮能够使该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶连接柱由锁紧状态转换为开启状态。
该安全简易拆卸装置还包括回复装置,当作用在该下压按钮上的该外力移除之后,该回复装置顶推该下压按钮回复到其初始状态,此刻,该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶连接柱由开启状态自动转换到锁紧状态,工作的时候,使用者只有同时将该外力施加到两个该下压按钮上,两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱同时都由锁紧状态转换为开启状态的时候,该马桶翻转体才能够从该马桶上被取下。
该安全简易拆卸装置包括容置管以及连接体,该容置管包括管腔、扣孔以及容置管插入口,该扣孔以及该容置管插入口开设在该容置管的侧壁上,并且,该扣孔以及该容置管插入口分别与该管腔相连通,该连接体插设在该容置管的该管腔中,该连接体包括弹性扣头,该弹性扣头设置在该连接体的外表面上,当该连接体插设在该容置管的该管腔中的时候,该弹性扣头扣接在该容置管的该扣孔中以固定该容置管与该连接体的相对位置,该连接体还具有插入腔、按钮腔、弹簧腔以及限位孔,其中,该插入腔贯穿设置在该连接体中,该插入腔与该容置管的该容置管插入口相连通,该按钮腔与该插入腔相交汇,并于交汇位置确定出一动作腔,该限位孔开设在该连接体的侧壁上,该限位孔与该按钮腔相连通,该下压按钮活动插接在该按钮腔中。
该下压按钮包括动作孔以及限制弹性勾扣,其中,该动作孔能够在该动作腔中往复运动,该限制弹性勾扣扣设在该连接体的该限位孔中,从而限制该下压按钮在该按钮腔中的横向位移,以避免发生该下压按钮从该按钮腔中脱出的情况。
该回复装置设置在该连接体的该弹簧腔中,同时,该回复装置压缩设置在该连接体与该下压按钮之间,以提供给该下压按钮弹性回复力,该马桶连接柱自下而上经过该容置管插入口插入到该插入腔中,该马桶连接柱具有动作卡槽,该动作卡槽处于该动作腔中。
当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱分别都处于锁紧状态的时候,该回复装置顶推该下压按钮使位于该动作腔中的该下压按钮的该动作孔卡接在该马桶连接柱的该动作卡槽中,由于该下压按钮是插设在该连接体的该按钮腔中的,所以此刻能够通过该动作孔以及该动作卡槽锁定该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶连接柱之间的相对位置。
当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱需要由锁紧状态转换为开启状态并将该马桶翻转体从该马桶上取下的时候,使用者需要同时将该外力施加到两个该下压按钮上,此刻,该下压按钮克服该回复装置的弹性作用力压缩该回复装置,同时该下压按钮在该按钮腔中移动使该下压按钮的该动作孔从该马桶连接柱的该动作卡槽中脱出,而后使用者上提该马桶翻转体使该马桶连接柱依次经过该插入腔、该动作孔以及该容置管插入口后脱出,从而完成将该马桶翻转体从该马桶上取下的动作。

当该马桶翻转体包括该马桶盖以及该坐圈时,该马桶盖下端部开设有马桶盖枢接孔,该坐圈下端部设置有枢接环,该枢接环具有枢接环孔,该缓降力传递体依次插设在该枢接环孔以及该马桶盖枢接孔中。该马桶翻转体为马桶盖或者坐圈或者马桶盖以及坐圈。
一种马桶翻转体安全简易拆卸方法,将两个安全简易拆卸装置分别装配到两个马桶连接柱与马桶翻转体之间,该马桶翻转体为马桶盖,或者该马桶翻转体为坐圈,或者该马桶翻转体为马桶盖以及坐圈,两个该马桶连接柱对应设置在马桶的顶部,该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶翻转体始终处于枢接状态,当两个该 安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱分别都处于锁紧状态的时候,该马桶翻转体被翻转连接到该马桶上,只有当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱都分别都处于开启状态的时候,该马桶翻转体才能够从该马桶上被取下。

如图1至12所示,一种马桶翻转体安全简易拆卸装置,其连接在马桶翻转体与马桶连接柱1之间。
该马桶翻转体可以为马桶盖2或者坐圈3或者马桶盖2以及坐圈3。
两个该马桶连接柱1对应设置在马桶4的顶部,两个该安全简易拆卸装置分别连接在两个该马桶连接柱1与该马桶翻转体之间,该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶翻转体始终处于枢接状态。
该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶连接柱1在锁紧状态以及开启状态之间转换,当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱1分别都处于锁紧状态的时候,该马桶翻转体被翻转连接到该马桶4上。
只有当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱1都分别都处于开启状态的时候,该马桶翻转体才能够从该马桶4上被取下。
该安全简易拆卸装置包括下压按钮10,该下压按钮10受外力并动作的时候,该下压按钮10能够使该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶连接柱1由锁紧状态转换为开启状态。

该下压按钮10活动插接在该按钮腔43中,该下压按钮10包括动作孔11以及限制弹性勾扣12,其中,该动作孔11能够在该动作腔100中往复运动,该限制弹性勾扣12扣设在该连接体40的该限位孔45中,从而限制该下压按钮10在该按钮腔43中的横向位移,以避免发生该下压按钮10从该按钮腔43中脱出的情况。
该回复装置20设置在该连接体40的该弹簧腔44中,同时,该回复装置20压缩设置在该连接体40与该下压按钮10之间,以提供给该下压按钮10弹性回复力。
该马桶连接柱1自下而上经过该容置管插入口33插入到该插入腔42中,该马桶连接柱1具有动作卡槽101,该动作卡槽101处于该动作腔100中。
当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱1分别都处于锁紧状态的时候,该回复装置20顶推该下压按钮10使位于该动作腔100中的该下压按钮10的该动作孔11卡接在该马桶连接柱1的该动作卡槽101中,由于该下压按钮10是插设在该连接体40的该按钮腔43中的,所以此刻能够通过该动作孔11以及该动作卡槽101锁定该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶连接柱1之间的相对位置。
当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱1需要由锁紧状态转换为开启状态并将该马桶翻转体从该马桶4上取下的时候,使用者需要同时将该外力施加到两个该下压按钮10上,此刻,该下压按钮10克服该回复装置20的弹性作用力压缩该回复装置20,同时该下压按钮10在该按钮腔43中移动使该下压按钮10的该动作孔11从该马桶连接柱1的该动作卡槽101中脱出。
而后使用者上提该马桶翻转体使该马桶连接柱1依次经过该插入腔42、该动作孔11以及该容置管插入口33后脱出,从而完成将该马桶翻转体从该马桶4上取下的动作。
该安全简易拆卸装置还包括缓降体50以及缓降力传递体60,其中,该缓降体50设置在该容置管30的该管腔31中,该缓降器50一侧插在该连接体40中,该缓降力传递体60相对于该连接体40连接在该缓降器50的另外一侧,该缓降力传递体60表面设置有传递嘈61结构,该马桶翻转体通过该传递嘈61结构与该缓降力传递体60连接,当该马桶翻转体需要被打开或者盖合的时候,由该缓降器50产生阻尼力,在该马桶翻转体被盖合的过程中该阻尼力通过该缓降力传递体60传递给该马桶翻转体,从而支持该马桶 翻转体进行缓降下落动作。现有技术中有多种实施方式能够支持该缓降器50提供阻尼力,且该缓降器50也非本专利的保护重点,所以该缓降器50的具体结构这里不再累述。
在具体实施的时候,当该马桶翻转体包括该马桶盖2以及该坐圈3时,该马桶盖2下端部开设有马桶盖枢接孔71,该坐圈3下端部设置有枢接环72,该枢接环72具有枢接环孔73,该缓降力传递体60依次插设在该枢接环孔73以及该马桶盖枢接孔71中。

当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱1分别都处于锁紧状态的时候,该回复装置20顶推该下压按钮10使位于该动作腔100中的该下压按钮10的该动作孔11卡接在该马桶连接柱1的该动作卡槽101中,由于该下压按钮10是插设在该连接体40的该按钮腔43中的,所以此刻能够通过该动作孔11以及该动作卡槽101锁定该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶连接柱1之间的相对位置。
当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱1需要由锁紧状态转换为开启状态并将该马桶翻转体从该马桶4上取下的时候,使用者需要同时将该外力施加到两个该下压按钮10上,此刻,该下压按钮10克服该回复装置20的弹性作用力压缩该回复装置20,同时该下压按钮10在该按钮腔43中移动使该下压按钮10的该动作孔11从该马桶连接柱1的该动作卡槽101中脱出。而后使用者上提该马桶翻转体使该马桶连接柱1依次经过该插入腔42、该动作孔11以及该容置管插入口33后脱出,从而完成将该马桶翻转体从该马桶4上取下的动作。
该安全简易拆卸装置还包括缓降体50以及缓降力传递体60,其中,该缓降体50设置在该容置管30的该管腔31中,该缓降器50一侧插在该连接体40中,该缓降力传递体60相对于该连接体40连接在该缓降器50的另外一侧,该缓降力传递体60表面设置有传递嘈61结构,该马桶翻转体通过该传递嘈61结构与该缓降力传递体60连接,当该马桶翻转体需要被打开或者盖合的时候,由该缓降器50产生阻尼力,在该马桶翻转体被盖合的过程中该阻尼力通过该缓降力传递体60传递给该马桶翻转体,从而支持该马桶翻转体进行缓降下落动作。
在具体实施的时候,当该马桶翻转体包括该马桶盖2以及该坐圈3时,该马桶盖2下端部开设有马桶盖枢接孔71,该坐圈3下端部设置有枢接环72,该枢接环72具有枢接环孔73,该缓降力传递体60依次插设在该枢接环孔73以及该马桶盖枢接孔71中。

    该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶连接柱在锁紧状态以及开启状态之间转换,当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱分别都处于锁紧状态的时候,该马桶翻转体被翻转连接到该马桶上,只有当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱都分别都处于开启状态的时候,该马桶翻转体才能够从该马桶上被取下。

    当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱需要由锁紧状态转换为开启状态并将该马桶翻转体从该马桶上取下的时候,使用者需要同时将该外力施加到两个该下压按钮上,此刻,该下压按钮克服该回复装置的弹性作用力压缩该回复装置,同时该下压按钮在该按钮腔中移动使该下压按钮的该动作孔从该马 桶连接柱的该动作卡槽中脱出,而后使用者上提该马桶翻转体使该马桶连接柱依次经过该插入腔、该动作孔以及该容置管插入口后脱出,从而完成将该马桶翻转体从该马桶上取下的动作。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种马桶翻转体安全简易拆卸装置,其特征在于:该安全简易拆卸装置还包括缓降体以及缓降力传递体,其中,该缓降体设置在该容置管的该管腔中,该缓降器一侧插在该连接体中,该缓降力传递体相对于该连接体连接在该缓降器的另外一侧,该缓降力传递体表面设置有传递嘈结构,该马桶翻转体通过该传递嘈结构与该缓降力传递体连接,当该马桶翻转体需要被打开或者盖合的时候,由该缓降器产生阻尼力,在该马桶翻转体被盖合的过程中该阻尼力通过该缓降力传递体传递给该马桶翻转体,从而支持该马桶翻转体进行缓降下落动作。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种马桶翻转体安全简易拆卸装置,其特征在于:当该马桶翻转体包括该马桶盖以及该坐圈时,该马桶盖下端部开设有马桶盖枢接孔,该坐圈下端部设置有枢接环,该枢接环具有枢接环孔,该缓降力传递体依次插设在该枢接环孔以及该马桶盖枢接孔中。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种马桶翻转体安全简易拆卸装置,其特征在于:该马桶翻转体为马桶盖或者坐圈或者马桶盖以及坐圈。
  8. 一种马桶翻转体安全简易拆卸方法,其特征在于:
    将两个安全简易拆卸装置分别装配到两个马桶连接柱与马桶翻转体之间,该马桶翻转体为马桶盖,或者该马桶翻转体为坐圈,或者该马桶翻转体为马桶盖以及坐圈,两个该马桶连接柱对应设置在马桶的顶部,该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶翻转体始终处于枢接状态,当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱分别都处于锁紧状态的时候,该马桶翻转体被翻转连接到该马桶上,只有当两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱都分别都处于开启状态的时候,该马桶翻转体才能够从该马桶上被取下,
    该安全简易拆卸装置包括下压按钮,该下压按钮受外力并动作的时候,该下压按钮能够使该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶连接柱由锁紧状态转换为开启状态,该安全简易拆卸装置还包括回复装置,当作用在该下压按钮上的该外力移除之后,该回复装置顶推该下压按钮回复到其初始状态,此刻,该安全简易拆卸装置与该马桶连接柱由开启状态自动转换到锁紧状态,工作的时候,使用者只有同时将该外力施加到两个该下压按钮上,两个该安全简易拆卸装置与两个该马桶连接柱同时都由锁紧状态转换为开启状态的时候,该马桶翻转体才能够从该马桶上被取下,以此达成安全防护的作用,也就是说当只有一个该下压按钮不慎受力动作的时候,该马桶翻转体不能够从该马桶上跌落,从而达到安全防护的作用。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种马桶翻转体安全简易拆卸方法,其特征在于:该回复装置为弹簧。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的一种马桶翻转体安全简易拆卸方法,其特征在于:该安全简易拆卸装置包括容置管以及连接体,该容置管包括管腔、扣孔以及容置管插入口,该扣孔以及该容置管插入口开设在该容置管的侧壁上,并且,该扣孔以及该容置管插入口分别与该管腔相连通,
    该连接体插设在该容置管的该管腔中,该连接体包括弹性扣头,该弹性扣头设置在该连接体的外表面上,当该连接体插设在该容置管的该管腔中的时候,该弹性扣头扣接在该容置管的该扣孔中以固定该容置管与该连接体的相对位置,该连接体还具有插入腔、按钮腔、弹簧腔以及限位孔,其中,该插入腔贯穿设置在该连接体中,该插入腔与该容置管的该容置管插入口相连通,该按钮腔与该插入腔相交汇,并于交汇位置确定出一动作腔,该限位孔开设在该连接体的侧壁上,该限位孔与该按钮腔相连通,
    该下压按钮活动插接在该按钮腔中,该下压按钮包括动作孔以及限制弹性勾扣,其中,该动作孔能够在该动作腔中往复运动,该限制弹性勾扣扣设在该连接体的该限位孔中,从而限制该下压按钮在该按钮腔中的横向位移,以避免发生该下压按钮从该按钮腔中脱出的情况,该回复装置设置在该连接体的该弹簧腔中,同时,该回复装置压缩设置在该连接体与该下压按钮之间,以提供给该下压按钮弹性回复力,该马桶连接柱自下而上经过该容置管插入口插入到该插入腔中,该马桶连接柱具有动作卡槽,该动作卡槽处于该动作腔中,

    该安全简易拆卸装置还包括缓降体以及缓降力传递体,其中,该缓降体设置在该容置管的该管腔中,该缓降器一侧插在该连接体中,该缓降力传递体相对于该连接体连接在该缓降器的另外一侧,该缓降力传递体表面设置有传递嘈结构,该马桶翻转体通过该传递嘈结构与该缓降力传递体连接,当该马桶翻转体需要被打开或者盖合的时候,由该缓降器产生阻尼力,在该马桶翻转体被盖合的过程中该阻尼力通过该缓降力传递体传递给该马桶翻转体,从而支持该马桶翻转体进行缓降下落动作。
