Abstract

본 발명은 휴대형 화장실에 대한 것으로서, 특히 분뇨분리 장치를 겸비한 휴대형 화장실에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 몸체가 박스 형상이되, 조립 전에는 서로 겹쳐지도록 하여 운반이 용이하다. 또한, 본 발명은 몸체 내부에 경사면을 두어 몸체 내의 대변이 시인되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 몸체 내부에 영역 분리바를 구비하고, 영역 분리바에 분뇨 봉투가 걸쳐지도록 하여 분뇨 봉투에 분뇨가 합쳐져서 저장되는 것이 아니라 분뇨가 분리되어 저장되도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 분뇨 봉투의 소변 저장 영역에 응고제를 미리 구비하여 분뇨 봉투 하나로 여러번의 소변을 받을 수 있다.

Description

분뇨분리 장치를 겸비한 휴대형 화장실
본 발명은 휴대형 화장실에 대한 것으로서, 특히 분뇨분리 장치를 겸비한 휴대형 화장실에 관한 것이다.
화장실은 변소를 달리 부르는 말로, 대소변을 보도록 만들어 놓은 곳을 의미한다. 이러한 화장실은 주택이나 빌딩 등의 건물 내부에 구비되거나, 공원 등과 같은 외부에 구비되는 부동형 화장실과, 공사장 등에 임시로 사용되는 휴대형 화장실로 구분될 수 있다. 이 중 휴대형 화장실은 일반적으로 공사장 등에서 쉽게 볼 수 있는 수지로 만들어진 화장실이 널리 알려져 있다. 하지만, 이러한 화장실은 교통이 단절된 재난 지역 등에서는 사용하기 어려운 문제점이 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위해서, 다양한 조립식 휴대형 화장실이 개발되고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 기존의 조립식 휴대형 화장실은 분뇨를 한꺼번에 받는 구조이므로 추후에 분뇨를 처리하기 어려운 문제점이 있으며, 분뇨를 한꺼번에 받게 될 경우, 휴대형 화장실은 일회용으로 사용될 수 밖에 없는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명의 목적은 분뇨를 분리 처리할 수 있는 분뇨분리 장치를 겸비한 휴대형 화장실을 제공하는 것이다.
상술한 목적을 달성하기 위해서, 본 발명은 상부가 개방된 박스 형상의 몸체와, 몸체의 일 측벽에서 내측으로 하향 경사지게 돌출된 경사면, 경사면의 하부 가장자리에서 일정 간격 이격되어 경사면의 돌출 방향과 교차되는 방향으로 몸체의 타 측벽 사이를 연결하도록 연장된 영역 분리바, 영역 분리바에 걸쳐져 나눠짐으로써 대변이 저장되는 대변 저장 영역과 소변이 저장되는 소변 저장 영역을 갖는 분뇨 봉투를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분뇨분리 장치를 겸비한 휴대형 화장실을 제공한다.
본 발명은 몸체가 박스 형상이되, 조립 전에는 서로 겹쳐지도록 하여 운반이 용이하다.
또한, 본 발명은 몸체 내부에 경사면을 두어 몸체 내의 대변이 시인되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 몸체 내부에 영역 분리바를 구비하고, 영역 분리바에 분뇨 봉투가 걸쳐지도록 하여 분뇨 봉투에 분뇨가 합쳐져서 저장되는 것이 아니라 분뇨가 분리되어 저장되도록 할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 분뇨 봉투의 소변 저장 영역에 응고제를 미리 구비하여 분뇨 봉투 하나로 여러번의 소변을 받을 수 있다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 분뇨분리 장치를 겸비한 휴대형 화장실의 개략 사시도이다.
이하, 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예를 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
그러나 본 발명은 이하에서 개시되는 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 구현될 것이며, 단지 본 실시예들은 본 발명의 개시가 완전하도록 하며, 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것이다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 분뇨분리 장치를 겸비한 휴대형 화장실의 개략 사시도이다.
본 발명에 따른 분뇨분리 장치를 겸비한 휴대형 화장실은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 상부가 개방된 박스 형상의 몸체(100)와, 몸체(100)의 일 측벽에서 내측으로 하향 경사지게 돌출된 경사면(200), 경사면(200)의 하부 가장자리에서 일정 간격 이격되어 경사면(200)의 돌출 방향과 교차되는 방향으로 몸체(100)의 타 측벽 사이를 연결하도록 연장된 영역 분리바(300), 영역 분리바(300)에 걸쳐져 나눠짐으로써 대변이 저장되는 대변 저장 영역(410)과 소변이 저장되는 소변 저장 영역(420)을 갖는 분뇨 봉투(400)를 포함한다.
몸체(100)는 조립 시 상부가 개방된 박스 형상이되, 조립 전에는 서로 포개져서 두께를 갖는 사각 형상이 되도록 한다. 즉, 개방된 박스 형상의 몸체(100)는 제 1 내지 제 4 측벽과, 이들 측벽의 일 가장자리를 따라 연장된 바닥면을 포함하며, 이러한 형상의 몸체(100)는 조립 전에는 바닥면과 제 1 내지 제 4 측벽이 서로 겹쳐지게 된다. 여기서, 본 발명은 몸체(100)의 상부를 덮는 커버를 더 포함할 수 있으며, 커버는 몸체(100)의 바닥면과 대응되는 커버면과 커버면의 가장자리를 따라 하향 연장된 커버 측벽을 포함한다. 또한, 커버면에는 사용자의 엉덩이를 지지할 수 있도록 지지면이 커버면의 가장자리를 따라 형성되며, 지지면의 가운데에는 분뇨가 분뇨 봉투로 떨어질 수 있도록 개방된 커버 개구부가 형성된다.
경사면(200)은 몸체(100)의 내부에서 하향 경사지게 몸체(100)의 일 측벽에 형성된다. 경사면이 구비됨에 따라 사용자의 대변은 경사면(200)을 따라 이동하여 분뇨 봉투(400)의 대변 저장 영역(410)에 떨어지며, 대변 저장 영역(410)은 경사면(200)에 의해 사용자에게 시인되지 않는다.
분리바(300)는 분뇨 봉투(400)를 대변 저장 영역(410)과 소변 저장 영역(420)으로 구분하기 위한 것이다. 예를 들어, 몸체(100)가 제 1 측벽과 제 2 측벽, 제 3 측벽 및 제 4 측벽 순으로 측벽이 구비되고, 경사면(200)이 제 1 측벽에 구비될 경우, 분리바(300)는 제 2 측벽과 제 4 측벽을 서로 연결하는 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 물론, 분리바(300)는 하향 경사진 면으로 형성하되, 전술된 경사면(200)과 대향되는 방향이며 전술된 경사면에서 흘러내리는 대변의 방향을 변경하여 대변 저장 영역(410)으로 유도되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
분뇨 봉투(400)는 일반 봉투의 형상이며, 몸체(100) 내에 수납되어 커버를 닫음으로 해서, 커버와 몸체(100) 사이에 분뇨 봉투(400)의 가장자리가 끼이도록 하여 고정시킬 수 있다. 이러한 분뇨 봉투(400)는 분리바(300)의 중심부가 걸리도록 몸체에 수납되어 대변 저장 영역(410)과 소변 저장 영역(420)으로 나누어진다. 또한, 소변 저장 영역(420)에는 응고제(500)가 미리 구비되어 소변을 여러번 받을 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다. 여기서, 응고제(500)는 분뇨 봉투(400)의 소변 저장 영역(420)에 하나의 층으로 도포되며, 도포된 응고제 층의 상부에는 수분에 의해 녹는 용융층이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 여기서, 수분은 소변이 될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 몸체가 박스 형상이되, 조립 전에는 서로 겹쳐지도록 하여 운반이 용이하다. 또한, 본 발명은 몸체 내부에 경사면을 두어 몸체 내의 대변이 시인되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 몸체 내부에 영역 분리바를 구비하고, 영역 분리바에 분뇨 봉투가 걸쳐지도록 하여 분뇨 봉투에 분뇨가 합쳐져서 저장되는 것이 아니라 분뇨가 분리되어 저장되도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 분뇨 봉투의 소변 저장 영역에 응고제를 미리 구비하여 분뇨 봉투 하나로 여러번의 소변을 받을 수 있다.
이상에서는 도면 및 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 숙련된 당업자는 하기의 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 기술적 사상으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시킬 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 상부가 개방된 박스 형상의 몸체와,
    상기 몸체의 일 측벽에서 내측으로 하향 경사지게 돌출된 경사면,
    상기 경사면의 하부 가장자리에서 일정 간격 이격되어 경사면의 돌출 방향과 교차되는 방향으로 몸체의 타 측벽 사이를 연결하도록 연장된 영역 분리바,
    상기 영역 분리바에 걸쳐져 나눠짐으로써 대변이 저장되는 대변 저장 영역과 소변이 저장되는 소변 저장 영역을 갖는 분뇨 봉투를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분뇨분리 장치를 겸비한 휴대형 화장실.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 소변 저장 영역에는 응고제가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 분뇨분리 장치를 겸비한 휴대형 화장실.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 응고제는 상기 소변 저장 영역에 층으로 도포되어 응고제 층을 이루며, 상기 응고제 층의 상부에는 수분에 의해 용융되는 용융층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 분뇨분리 장치를 겸비한 휴대형 화장실.
