Abstract

La présente invention concerne un piston pour un moteur à combustion interne et un procédé de préparation de celui-ci, le piston effectuant un mouvement de va-et-vient à l'intérieur d'un cylindre d'un moteur à combustion interne et étant soumis à une pression d'explosion à haute température et à haute pression pendant la combustion, transmettant ainsi la puissance à un vilebrequin au moyen d'une bielle. Afin de permettre un retrait facile d'un noyau inséré dans un corps après coulage du corps, un piston peut comprendre : une ou plusieurs parties d'évacuation de noyau qui sont formées sur un côté d'un conduit de refroidissement et à partir desquelles un noyau fondu au moyen d'un matériau de fusion est évacué ; et un ou plusieurs couvercles qui présentent une forme correspondant à la forme des parties d'évacuation de noyau, sont insérés dans les parties d'évacuation de noyau, et sont pourvus d'une partie trou de réfrigérant à travers laquelle un réfrigérant peut rentrer à partir d'une voie d'écoulement de réfrigérant du conduit de refroidissement, ou sortir vers ladite voie d'écoulement de réfrigérant.
