Les modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un procédé d'accès au réseau, comprenant les étapes suivantes : un terminal de communications mobiles lit des informations de commande et obtient des informations de position de visite à partir desdites informations de commande, lesdites informations de commande comprenant des informations de localisation des visiteurs; détermine, d'après lesdites informations de localisation des visiteurs, si un identifiant réseau d'un PLMN visité figure dans une liste d'EPLMN, l'identifiant réseau dudit PLMN visité étant associé aux dites informations de localisation des visiteurs; si un résultat déterminé est négatif, le terminal de communications mobiles ajout alors l'identifiant réseau dudit PLMN visité à ladite liste d'EPLMN; et accède au réseau d'après ladite liste d'EPLMN. Selon la présente invention, un terminal peut, d'après des informations de commande, obtenir un VPLMN à partir d'informations de réseau partagées sur un serveur et ajouter le VPLMN à une liste d'EPLMN; lorsqu'un terminal recherche un réseau d'après une liste d'EPLMN, les identifiants réseau du réseau mobile public terrestre enregistré et du PLMN visité sont équivalents, ce qui permet de réduire la durée de la recherche de réseau par le terminal.
